IT 업체정보검색시스템에서 동의어 처리 기법

  • 일반적인 정보 검색은 색인어를 통해 이루어지는데 이런 경우 사용자는 정보를 검색하기 위해 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보들이 가지고 있는 색인어를 정확하게 입력해야 한다. 그러나 일반 사용자가 색인어를 정확하게 입력하기는 어렵고, 특히 찾고자 하는 분야가 전문 분야에서 사용되는 용어일 때는 더욱 그러하다. 이럴 때 시소러스와 같은 지식구조를 이용해서 색인어를 탐색하여 검색의 효율을 높일 수 있다. 최근 들어 정보기술 분야의 연구가 활발함에 따라 정보자로의 생산이 급격히 증가하고 이를 관련 주제 분야의 연구정보로 활용하는 경우가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 IT 분야의 정보를 관리할 수 있는 시스템의 개발이 시급하다. 또한 IT 분야와 같은 전문분야일 때 검색 시스템에서 사용할 용어의 관리에 대한 연구의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT분야의 정보를 검색할 수 있는 IT 업체정보검색시스템에서 정보 검색시에 생기는 용어간의 불일치 문제를 해결하고, 각 용어들간의 계층 관계를 나타내어 정보 검색시 검색어의 확장을 도울 수 있는 용어 관리 시스템의 구조를 제안하고 그에 대한 검색 알고리즘을 제시한다. 제안된 구조는 사용자의 검색어에 대한 동의어 관계나 상위어, 하위어 등의 계층 관계를 파악하여 검색의 범위에 추가함으로써 검색 효율을 높일 수 있다. 또한 새로운 용어의 생성이나 삭제와 같은 연산이 발생했을 때 시스템을 동적으로 확장할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 단어간의 계층 구조를 효율적으로 검색하기 위하여 객체-관계형 데이터베이스를 사용하였다. 또한 메모리 상주 DBMS를 사용하여 많은 사용자들이 동시에 접근하는 환경에서도 빠른 검색 성능을 유지할 수 있도록 하였다. 제시된 방법은 정보기술 분야뿐만 아니라 다른 전문용어 분야의 연구로도 그 범위를 확장 할 수 있다.자기자본비용의 조합인 기회자본비용으로 할인함으로써 현재의 기업가치를 구할 수 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 기업이 영업활동이나 투자활동을 통해 현금을 창출하고 소비하는 경향은 해당 비즈니스 모델의 성격을 규정하는 자료도로 이용될 수 있다. 또한 최근 인터넷기업들의 부도가 발생하고 있는데, 기업의 부실원인이 어떤 것이든 사회전체의 생산력의 감소, 실업의 증가, 채권자 및 주주의 부의 감소, 심리적 불안으로 인한 경제활동의 위축, 기업 노하우의 소멸, 대외적 신용도의 하락 등과 같은 사회적·경제적 파급효과는 대단히 크다. 이상과 같은 기업부실의 효과를 고려할 때 부실기업을 미리 예측하는 일종의 조기경보장치를 갖는다는 것은 중요한 일이다. 현금흐름정보를 이용하여 기업의 부실을 예측하면 기업의 부실징후를 파악하는데 그치지 않고 부실의 원인을 파악하고 이에 대한 대응 전략을 수립하며 그 결과를 측정하는데 활용될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 부도예측 정보 중 현금흐름정보를 통하여 '인터넷기업의 미래 현금흐름측정, 부도예측신호효과, 부실원인파악, 비즈니스 모델의 성격규정 등을 할 수 있는가'를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was found among other stages.   • This study aimed to establishing a support policy for enhancing corporate's competitiveness by analysing the resources linkage status of social enterprise. 67 Social enterprises In Chung-nam area were surveyed. The results are as follows. Social enterprise didn't link with community agencies in area of the capital, product and services outlets, technology development, human resources, infrastructure and education. And social enterprises is linking external resources with public agencies actively in the area of management, PR and marketing. But most social enterprises are operating without the linkage of community organizations. In the future, social enterprises need the network of public, corporate, and private organizations in the community by strengthening the role of the intermediate support organizations.

A Study in Considering the Acceptance of Private Military Companies (민간군사기업의 도입방향에 관한 연구)

  • Since the Cold war, many countries in the world have reduced the number of their military personnel. However, it is also factual that regional conflicts have been incessantly occurring around the world. In turn, specific governmental policies are also needed in certain countries. Recently, a resolution growingly accepted in the advanced countries is the outsourcing of the resources and services of private military companies, which benefits for governments to manage their military force efficaciously. The utilization of private military force, however, may potentially generate ethical and practical issues because of the non-specified international codes to regulate private military companies, the political misuse of private personnel without concerning the loss of public military employees in danger zones, the safety of private personnel in the field, and the possibility of genocide. Prior to accept a private military companies which may be adequate in the environment of the Korean military, it is necessary to review previous cases of foreign countries. In addition, it is also needed to determine the plausible boundaries of the operation of private military companies with taking into consideration of the situations of the Korean military and private business. Finally, the systemic governmental support is requested in order to foster the business of private military.

  • Today, companies are enhancing their management transparency by implementing a variety of methods such as adopting a Code of Business Ethics to achieve sustainable management that enables long-term, stable development in a rapidly changing business environment. Management's ethical leadership is the core competence of human capital to secure competitive advantage in any enterprise. This study examined the effect of ethical leadership on employees' turnover intention and the mediating effect of empowerment in the relationship between ethical leadership and employees' turnover intention. The study data were collected from a survey of 304 employees of Seoul and Gyeonggi-based companies from March 6 to March 27, 2019. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for data analysis. From the analysis results, first, the leader's ethical leadership has a statistically significant impact on empowerment. Second, the management's ethical leadership has a significant negative influence on employees' turnover intention. Third, empowerment has a negative effect on employees' turnover intention. Fourth, empowerment has a mediating effect on the relationship between the management's ethical leadership and employees' turnover intention.

  • The garment industry is one of the most labor-intensive manufacturing industries, with its sewing process relying almost entirely on manual labor. Its costs highly depend on the efficiency of this production line and thus is crucial to determine the production rate in real-time for line balancing. However, current production tracking methods are costly and make it difficult for many Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to implement them. As a result, their reliance on manual counting of finished products is both time consuming and prone to error, leading to high manufacturing costs and inefficiencies. In this paper, a production tracking system that uses the sewing machines' energy consumption data to track and count the total number of sewing tasks completed through Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) classifiers is proposed. This system was tested on two target sewing tasks, with a resulting maximum classification accuracy of 98.6%; all sewing tasks were detected. In the developing countries, the garment sewing industry is a very important industry, but the use of a lot of capital is very limited, such as applying expensive high technology to solve the above problem. Applied with the appropriate technology, this system is expected to be of great help to the garment industry in developing countries.

A Study on the Effectual Operating Device for Private Security Service (민간경호업무의 효율적인 운영방안에 관한 연구)

  • The suggestions that follow are about the effectual operating device for private security service. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develop the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

  • This study attempted to examine the effect of education and training on organizational performance based on HCCP research through the systematic review of previous studies. For this, 29 papers used HCCP data were selected and analyzed, and the research results are as follows. First, the research results showed that education and training had a positive effect on non-financial performance such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and financial performance such as sales and operating profit. Second, in order for education and training to affect organizational performance, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and education transfer were found to be important factors. Third, for effective transfer of education and training, it is necessary to establish a system that can be applied to the field after education and training, finally, it suggested the need for research to be conducted to reveal the practical effectiveness of education and training by measuring the degree to which education and training contributed to financial performance more closely.

The Moderating Effect of Social Capital between Organizational Slack and Managerial Practices for Open Innovation in Venture SMEs (벤처중소기업의 조직여유와 개방형 경영혁신 간의 관계에서 사회적 자본의 조절효과 연구)

  • This research is designed to analyze the moderating effect of social capital between organizational slack and managerial practices for open innovation. After controlling the firm size, firm age, and environmental uncertainty, we test two hypotheses. First, we test the hypothesis that organizational slack has a positive effect on managerial practices for open innovation. Especially we focus on the managerial innovation and open innovation because recently managerial innovation and open innovation are more and more important. Second, we test the moderating role of social capital between organizational slack and managerial practices for open innovation. Because social capital is a kind of networking activity, we assume that social capital can contribute to managerial practices for open innovation through the networking activity. For this research, we administered the questionnaire surveys, and got the 250 effective data (companies) in Korea. Then we used the validity, reliability, correlation and multiple regression analysis by means of SPSS 18.0. As a result, we can find the two meaningful results. First, organizational slack, especially not absorbed slack but unabsorbed slack, has positive effect on managerial practices for open innovation. It is because absorbed slack such as excessive facilities, machines, or employees is not useful in managerial practices for open innovation. On the other hand, unabsorbed slack is useful in managerial practices for open innovation because unabsorbed slack such as excessive money or securities is very flexible and active. Taken together, the relationship between managerial practices for open innovation and unabsorbed slack is proven in terms of flexibility. Second, social capital has a moderating effect positively between organizational slack, especially not absorbed slack but unabsorbed slack, and managerial practices for open innovation. A prior study related to the relationship between managerial practices for open innovation and social capital doesn't exist yet, so this analysis result is very meaningful in academic respect. But this research has some limitations. First, this research is analyzed by limited region (Korea) and samples (250 companies), so more global regions and samples are recommended in the future. Second, we focus on managerial practices for open innovation in this paper, so the studies about technological practices for open innovation are recommended in the future.

  • South Korea has recently emerged as one of the leading countries conducting clinical trials. Seoul, for instance, is now ranked at the top of the list among the cities in the world. This paper examines the rapid growth of research involving human subjects in Korea, not just from the economic perspective (e.g., the growth of global pharmaceutical markets and the subsequent increase in the demand for clinical trials), but from the policy perspective (e.g., the government?s drive to support and promote this field as a new industry). The industrialization of clinical trials in Korea has manifested itself in the rise of international Contract Research Organizations (CRO) doing their business in Korea. They are, figuratively speaking, invited to Korea by the government. This paper intends to uncover and discuss the bioethical issues concerning research on human subjects, the issues that tend to be set aside merely as procedural ones like ??workable documents??. To this end, it investigates the practice of clinical trials by collecting hitherto unherad voices from patient-volunteers, physician-researchers, CRO employees, and government officials. This paper also explores the themes of ??ethical variability?? and ??biocapital?? in order to compare and constrast the case in Korea with those in other countries.

기계공업시장전망과 대응전략 (공작기계 중심으로)

  • 지난해 우리나라는 주요 10대업종중 <조선>과 <건설>을 제외하고 대부분의 업종이 3저의 영향으로 생산, 내수, 수출등 제분야에서 고루 균형을 가진 호황의 한 해였다. 우리나라는 본원적으로 부존자원이 없는데다가 외채자본에 의존한 결과, 경제적 자립성을 유지하기 위해서는 부득이 해외시장에 의존하지 않을 수 없다. 그러기 때문에 정부는 지 금까지 수출주도형 고도성장정책을 견지해 왔으며 이 결과 국제수지의 적자와 물가상승등 부작용이 뒤따른것도 사실이다. 아뭏든 지난해의 우리나라 경제를 요약하면 경제성장- 물가안정-국제수지흑자로 이어졌는데 결국 세마리의 토끼를 한꺼번에 잡은 행운의 한 해 였음이 분명하다. 특히 값진 보람이라고 한다면 지금까지의 만성적인 국제수지적자가 추 방되고 사상초유의 흑자원년을 기록했다는 사실이다. 이렇게 볼 때, 우리기업인들은 행운이였다고 하기 이전에 주어진 기회를 재빠르게 포착하여 이용했다는 사실에서 그 저력을 과시하는 표현이 더욱 적절할 것 같다. 금년에도 또 몇마리의 토끼를 잡기 위해서는 고속성장보다는 안정된 기조하에서 수출주도형의 경제정책이 계속 밀고나가야할 것으로 생각 된다. 3저현상은 무한히 지속하는 것이 아니며 언제 무산될지 모르는 미래에 대비하여 사전 에 그 대응책이 마련되어야 하며 이 처방은 경쟁 우위력에서 구해내야할 것이다. 따라서 우리 는 축적된 경험과 <노우하우>를 바탕으로 품질의 고급화, 생산성향상, 부가가치의 증진등으로 선진국 대열에 진입할 수 있는 힘을 키워야 하며 이것은 오직 노사협조라는 평범한 진리에서 얻을 수 있다. 금년도 년초에 대통령의 국정연설에서 <올해는 우수한 기술. 기능인이 대폭 육성되고 이들이 산업현장에서 자기의 꿈을 키울 수 있도록 더욱 효과있는 지원제도를 발전해 나갈 것이다...>라고 하였고 또 <이같은 과학기술의 진흥과 산업현장의 기술. 기능인력을 양 성하는 데 역점을 둔다...>는 최고지도자의 구상은 바로 우리가 기대했던 공감대를 형성하였 다고 본다.
