The glpD genes encoding gly-3-p dehydrogenase is essential for the aerobic growth of E. coli on glycerol or gly-3-p. The glpE gene, the function of which is unknownm is transcribed divergently with respect to glpD gene. Expression of the adjacent but divergently transcribed glpD the glpE genes is positively regulated by the cAMP-CRP complex. In this study, for a precise investigation of the functional elements in the regulatory region for transcription activation by cAMP-CRP, deletion mutation have been introducted into the regulatory region. The effect of the deletion mutant on transcriptional regulation was tested in vivo by $\beta$-galctosidase activity. Deletion mutants in the regulatory region of glpD demonstrated that the presence of the CRP-binding site resulted in an sixfold increase in promoter activity. And also deletion mutants of glpE gene demonstrated that the presence of the CRP-binding site resulted in an eightfold increase in promoter activity. Insertion of 22 bp oligomer in the deletion mutants has shown that the CRP binding site is need for maximal expression of glpD and glpE genes. glpD and glpE gene, cAMP-CRP complex, deletion mutant, transcriptional regulation.

산업적으로 lysine 발효 산업에 이용되고 있는 B. lactofermentum으로부터 lysine 생합성에 관여하는 tetrahyrodipicolinate N-succinyl transferase를 지령하는 dapD 유전자를 E. coli의 dapD 결손변이주와의 complementation test를 통하여 cloning하였다. 재조합 plamid는 3.6 kb의 DNA 단편을 함유하고 있었으며 Southern blot hybridization을 통하여 dapD 유전자는 B. lactofermentum으로부터 유래하였으며 염색체 DNA내에 single copy로 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 lysine 생성량 분석을 통하여 E. coli에서 B. lactofermentum dapD 유전자의 발현을 확인하였다.

본 연구에서는 시차주사열량계시험, 반응열시험, 접착전단시험을 통해 자가치료제의 열분석 특성과 접착 특성을 평가하였다. 자가치료제는 DCPD와 ENB의 혼합비에 따라 D1E0, D3E1, D1E1, D1E3, D0E1을 고려하였다. 촉매는 Grubbs' catalyst를 자가치료제의 종류에 따라 0.1 wt%에서 1.5 wt%까지 적용하였다. DCPD의 경우는 촉매 양이 많을수록 중합반응이 빠르고 안정화된 접착강도가 높아지지만 많은 양의 촉매가 요구된다. ENB의 경우 촉매와의 반응성이 우수하여 적은 양의 촉매로도 빠른 중합반응을 얻을 수 있지만 반응열이 높게 나타난다. DCPD와 ENB의 혼합비를 변화시키면 자가치료제의 열분석 특성 및 접착 특성을 조절할 수 있으며 본 연구에서 고려한 자가치료제 중 D3E1가 최대접착강도, 최대접착강도에 도달하는 시간, 안정화된 접착강도, 반응열 측면에서 자가치료제로 가장 유리함을 알 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 주관적 3D quality of experience (QoE) 평가에 적합한 IACQE (Interactive Assistance Continuous Quality Evaluation) 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 크게 3D 평가 영상이 재생되는 디스플레이와 평가 도구사이의 device interaction, 평가 도구와 평가 참여자사이의 human interaction process로 구성된다. Device interaction process는 무선 네트워크 프로토콜 (WLAN and WiFi)을 통해 3D 디스플레를 동작시키는 서버와 평가 도구 사이의 정확한 동기화 및 평가결과 기록 등의 작업을 수행하며, human interaction process는 평가 도구로 사용하는 tablet-pc의 촉각, 시각, 청각적인 자극을 통해 기존의 주관적 3D QoE 평가에서 나타날 수 있는 문제점들을 최소화 한다.

Let 𝔽_q be a finite field with odd q elements. In this article, we prove that if E ⊆ 𝔽^d_q, d ≥ 2, and |E| ≥ q, then there exists a set Y ⊆ 𝔽^d_q with |Y| ~ q^d such that for all y ∈ Y, the number of distances between the point y and the set E is ~ q. As a corollary, we obtain that for each set E ⊆ 𝔽^d_q with |E| ≥ q, there exists a set Y ⊆ 𝔽^d_q with |Y| ~ q^d so that any set E ∪ {y} with y ∈ Y determines a positive proportion of all possible distances. The averaging argument and the pigeonhole principle play a crucial role in proving our results.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to determine the electrical properties of the buccal area using facial surface electromyography (sEMG). Methods : This research was conducted on 44 healthy participants irrespective of their sex. Surface electrodes were attached to the midpoints of three imaginary lines connecting ST4 (Dicang) to ST6 (Jiache), ST4 to SI18 (Quanliao), and ST4 to the center point of SI18 and ST6. Then, the participants were trained in the movement that included a comprehensive action of buccal area. While the participants were performing the motion, sEMG values ($E_1$, $E_2$, $E_3$) and the distance change of the three imaginary lines ($D_1$, $D_2$, $D_3$) were measured. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS ver. 22.0. Results : Significant differences were observed in the distance changes ($D_1$>$D_3$, $D_2$>$D_3$) and sEMG values ($E_1$<$E_2$<$E_3$). Moreover, there were positive correlations between $D_1$ and $E_1$, $D_2$ and $E_2$. Conclusion : We suggest that the measurement at ST4 to the center point of ST6 and SI18 with this motion would be adequate to check the electrical characteristics of the buccal area.

자료의 해석과 분석 능력의 범주에 속하는 과학 탐구 문제의 학습에는 관련 탐구능력 보다 과학 개념을, 탐구의 설계 및 수행 능력의 범주에 속하는 과학 탐구 문제의 학습에는 관련 탐구능력과 과학 개념을 강조하는 학습법의 적용이 유효할 것으로 기대된다. 과학 탐구 문제를 해결해 가는 사고 과정을 심층적으로 분석해 보면 현재와 같이 성공자에게는 1점, 실패자에게는 0점을 부여하는 이분법적(dichotomous)인 평가 방법으로는 문제를 해결해 가는 과정이 동일한데도 불구하고 성공자와 실패자를 완전하게 별별하고 있지 못해 과학 교육 활동의 전반적인 정치(replacement) 활동에 문제가 내재할 가능성이 있음을 유추할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 바와 같이 과학 탐구 문제 해결 사고 과정 분석에 의한 제 1유형에는 1점, 제 2유형에는 0.8점, 제 3유형에는 0.6점, 제 4유형에는 0.4점, 제 5유형에는 0.2점, 제 6형에는 0점을 부여하는 대안적 다단계 평가 방법에 대한 이론적 실천적 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Our main goal is to show that if there exist Jordan derivations D, E and G on a noncommutative 2-torsion free prime ring R such that$(G^2(x)+E(x))D(x)=0\ or\ D(x)(G^2(x)+E(x))=0\ for\ all\ x\inR$, then we have D=o or E=0, G=0.

NIC＠E is software for prediction of various outdoor Noise. The program is based on the ray tracing technique which has been widely used in an environmental noise prediction and analysis. In this paper, we analyze the Railway noise on the various types of geometrical source conditions in 3D and develope tile expression method of 3D Graphics for noise level.
