This study was performed to compare the perceived importance and performance frequency of the core nursing skills between general and special department. Subjects were 182 nurses who work on the hospital. Data was collected using items made by Korean accreditation board of nursing education and analyzed by frequency, mean and t-test. There were differences of importance and frequencies about nursing core skill between general and special wards. Core nursing skills of general wards were higher importance on intradermal injection(p=.011), transfusion(p=.028), simple catheterization(p=.047), cleansing enema(p=<.001), preoperative and postoperative care(p=.035), management administration(p=.027) and oxygenation with cannular(p=.002) than special wards. Actual performance frequency core nursing skills of general wards were higher similar on transfusion(p=.002), intermittent tube feeding(p=.032), simple catheterization(p=<.001), cleansing enema(p=<.001), preoperative care(p=.001), postoperative care(p=<.001), management administration(p=.001), protection equipment for quarantine room and waste disposal(p=.021), oxygenation with cannular(p=<.001) than special wards. It is needed to develop efficient and sequential program to learning the nursing core skills for nursing students.

전 세계적으로 큰 파장을 일으키고 있는 P2P 비즈니스는 인터넷의 급속한 보급과 더불어 고속 인터넷 접속 서비스가 확산되고, 고성능 PC 보급을 통한 사용자 환경이 강화되면서 가능하게 되었다. P2P란 서버와 클라이언트 개념에서 벗어나 개인 컴퓨터끼리 직접 연결하고 검색함으로써 모든 접속자가 공급자인 동시에 수요자가 되는 형태를 말한다. 최근 P2P는 개인 간의 단순한 파일 공유 서비스가 아닌 기업 간 전자거래에 응용하는 등 다양한 시스템이 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 P2P의 기능을 보완한 보다 효율적인 시스템을 제안한다.

In this paper, we introduce various first order (p, q)-difference equations. We investigate solutions to equations which are linear (p, q)-difference equations and nonlinear (p, q)-difference equations. We also find some properties of (p, q)-calculus, exponential functions, and inverse function.

Using a Tn5-Mob system, pEA9 was characterized as a self-transmissible plasmid carrying a kanamycin resistance marker. The self-transfer frequencies of pEA9 varied greatly depending on pH values. The transfer frequency was about $4\times 10^{-5}$ at pH 5, that was 10 times higher than one at pH 6.5. With a helper plasmid, transfer frequencies were increased about $10^{4}$ times than the frequencies obtained without it.

지금까지의 P2P 알고리즘들은 링크가 비교적 안정적이고 움직임이 적은 유선망을 기반으로 만들어졌다. 하지만 무선의 경우 우선 전파의 손실률이 높아 링크의 안정성이 떨어지고 노드들의 이동성 때문에 링크의 연결 관계가 수시로 변하게 된다. 이러한 이유로 기존의 P2P알고리즘들을 무선에 직접적용하기 힘들다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 P2P방식이 우선 에드혹 네트워크에서 나타낼 수 있는 문제점을 지적하고 이를 해결하기 위한 P2P방식을 제안하였고 실험을 통하여 검증하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of purple sweet potato(PSP) intake and aerobic combined exercise in obese middle school girls. Twenty-four, obese(%body fat > 30%) middle school girls composed of the purple sweet potato intake and aerobic combined exercise group(A, n=6), the aerobic combined exercise group(B, n=6), the purple sweet potato intake group(C, n=6), the control group(D, n=6). The variables of health related fitness, blood lipid profile, insulin resistance were measured in all the subjects before the start and after the end of 12 week aerobic combined exercise program(40~70%HRR, 3 times per week, 70 mins). The test data were analyzed by paired t-test and one way ANOVA, and the alpha level of p<.05 was set for all tests of significance. In the comparison within each group, %body fat[A(p<.01), C(p<.05) groups], TC[A(p<.05), B(p<.01), C(p<.01) groups] and insulin resistance[A(p<.05) group] were significantly decreased and LBM[A(p<.01), B(p<.01) groups], muscular strength[A(p<.01), B(p<.001), C(p<.05) groups], muscular endurance[A(p<.05), B(p<.001) groups], flexibility[A(p<.05), B(p<.01) groups] and cardiorespiratory endurance[A(p<.05), B(p<.001), C(p<.01) groups] were significantly increased. In the comparison between groups, A group was significantly decreased in %body fat, TC and TG than D group(p<.05). A group was significantly increased in muscular strength and cardiorespiratory endurance than C, D groups (p<.05). A group was significantly increased in muscular endurance and HDL-C than D group(p<.05). A, B groups were significantly increased in flexibility than D group(p<.05). A, B, C groups were significantly decreased in insulin resistance than D group(p<.05). In conclusion, purple sweet potato intake and aerobic combined exercise were effective in improving the health related fitness, blood lipid profile and insulin resistance in obese middle school girls.
