곶감의 지방산 및 아미노산 조성과 저장성 (The Compositions of Fatty Acid and Amino Acid and Storage Property in Dried Persimmons)

  • This study was performed to determine chemical compositions of dried persimmons stored with plastic film at low temperature and the effect of film packaging on dried persimmons during storage. The moisture contents of dried persimmons were 30 to 36% and alcohol contents were 264 to 318 mg/100g and acetaldehyde contents were 25 to 40mg/100g. Total lipid contents of dried persimmon were 626 to 869mg/100g and oleic, palmitic, linolenic, and palmitoleic acid were major fatty acids in total lipids. Major amino acids were glutamic acid, arginine, cystine and aspartic acid. From the result of storage experiment, non-packed group was that hardness was high as decreased in moisture content. In case of film packed groups stored at 5$^{\circ}C$, self life was longer than non-packed and packed groups stored at room temperature. But, it need to develop available packing material and storage method.

리튬 전지용 유황전극의 탄소나노튜브 조성에 따른 전기화학적 특성 (The Electrochemical Properties of Sulfur Electrode with Composition of MWNT for Li Battery)

  • We investigated the effect of composition of a sulfur electrode with MWNT on the discharge behavior and cycling property of a Li/S cell. The MWNT content of a 60wt.% sulfur electrode varied from 10 wt.% to 30 wt.%. The optimum content of MWNT is 20wt.%, which shows the best cycling property. The first discharge capacity is 1166 mAh/g and decrease to the 542 mAh/g after 30th cycle. The homogeneous distribution of MWNT is an important factor for cycling properties.

Strain-dependent-deformation property of Gyeongju compacted bentonite buffer material for engineered barrier system

  • This study aims to investigate the strain-dependent-deformation property of Gyeongju bentonite buffer material. A series of unconfined compressive tests were performed with cylindrical specimens prepared at varying dry densities (𝜌d = 1.58 g/cm3 to 1.74 g/cm3) using cold isostatic pressing technique. It is found that as 𝜌d increase, the unconfined compressive strength (qu), failure strain, and elastic modulus (E) of Gyeongju compacted bentonite (GCB) increases. Normalized elastic modulus (Esec/Emax) degradation curves of GCB specimens are fitted using Ramberg-Osgood model and the elastic threshold strain (𝜀e,th) is determined through the fitted curves. The strain-dependency of E and Poisson's ratio (v) of GCB were observed. E and v were measured constant below 𝜀e,th of 0.14 %. Then, E decreases while v increases after exceeding the strain threshold. The Esec/Emax degradation curves of GCB in this study suggests wider linear range and higher linearity than those of sedimentary clay in previous study. On top of that, the influence of 𝜌d is observed on Esec/Emax degradation curves of GCB, showing a slight increase in 𝜀e,th with increase in 𝜌d. Furthermore, an empirical model of qu with 𝜌d and a correlation model between qu and E are proposed for Gyeongju bentonite buffer materials.

  • 동적 하중을 받는 지반반응 평가시 필요한 가장 중요한 변수 중에 하나가 지반의 전단탄성계수(G)이다. 지반의 동특성은 시간에 따라 변화하게 되는데, 이 점은 흔히 간과되어져 왔다. 이번 연구를 통하여 일정구속압에서 시간에 따라 변하는 토질 최대전단탄성계수($G_{max}$) 및 그 영향요소에 관해 고찰해보고 몇몇 경험식을 제안하고자 한다. 경험식 작성을 위해 고려된 요소는 선행응력과 선행변형율, 입자크기와 지속응력, 소성지수 등이고, 실제로 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 평균입자직경과 소성지수를 이용한 두개의 경험식을 작성하였다. 끝으로 $G_{max}$의 일시적 변화와 그 원인, 그리고 시간에 따라 증가하는 G가 시사하는 점에 대해 서술한다

Ti-Nb-P 첨가 극저탄소 고강도 강판의 기계적 성질과 연성-취 천이거동 (Mechanical Property and Ductile-Brittle Transition Behavior of Ti-Nb-P Added Extra Low Carbon High Strength Steel Sheets)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the mechanical property and ductile-brittle transition temperature of Ti-Nb-P added extra low carbon interstitial free steel having a tensile strength of 440 MPa. The mechanical property and transition temperature of hot rolled steel sheets were more influenced by the coiling temperature rather than by the small amount of alloying element. Further, at the same composition, the property of the specimen coiled at low temperature was superior to that obtained at higher coiling temperature. The fracture surface of 0.005C-0.2Si-1.43Mn steel coiled at $630^{\circ}C$ showed a ductile fracture mode at $-100^{\circ}C$, but coiling at $670^{\circ}C$ showed a transgranular brittle fracture mode at $-90^{\circ}C$. The galvannealed 0.006C-0.07Si-1.33Mn steel sheet annealed at $810^{\circ}C$ has tensile strength and elongation of 442.8 MPa and $36.6\%$, respectively. The transition temperature of galvannealed 0.006C-0.07Si-1.33Mn steel sheet was increased with a drawing ratio, and the transition temperature of the galvannealed 0.006C-0.07Si-1.33Mn steel was $-60^{\circ}C$ at a drawing ratio of 1.8

유자펙틴 추출물을 첨가한 요구르트의 이화학적, 미생물학적, 유변학적 및 관능적 품질 특성 (Physicochemical, Microbial, Rheological, and Sensory Properties of Yogurt Added with Yuza Pectin Extract)

  • 유자의 이용성을 높이기 위해 유자펙틴 추출물을 첨가한 요구르트를 제조하여 이화학적 특성을 평가하였다. 본 연구에서 추출된 유자펙틴 추출물의 uronic acid 함량은 53.93%였다. 유자펙틴 추출물 첨가 요구르트의 이화학적 특성 실험에 따르면 실험군의 pH는 4.3으로 나타났으며 실험군의 유산균 수는 식품공전에 명시된 요구르트 제조 기준에 적합하였다. 정상유동 특성의 경우 유자펙틴 추출물 첨가 요구르트의 n값은 1보다 낮은 범위(n=0.33~0.44)에 있어 shearthinning 유체 특성이 있었다. 점조도 지수, 겉보기 점도의 경우 대조군보다 모든 유자펙틴 추출물 첨가 요구르트가 유의적으로 높았다. 동적 점탄성의 경우 저장탄성률(G')과 손실탄성률(G'')은 주파수가 증가함에 따라 유의적으로 증가하였고, G'의 수치가 G''보다 뚜렷하게 높았다. 유자펙틴 추출물 첨가 요구르트의 복소점도 값은 대조군보다 유의적으로 높았으며, 점성적 성질에 비해 탄성적 성질이 더욱 우세하였다. 또한 유자펙틴 추출물 첨가 요구르트는 약한 겔과 같은 구조적 성질을 가지고 있었다. 결과적으로 유자펙틴 추출물 첨가가 요구르트의 점탄성에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다. 소비자검사에서도 실험군의 기호도가 더 높은 것으로 보아 우수한 품질임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 유자를 이용한 후 버려지는 유자껍질에서 펙틴을 추출하여 요구르트 제조에 첨가함으로써 향후 친환경적이며 고부가가치 요구르트 제조가 가능할 것으로 생각한다.

Dynamic Rheological Invest igation of Hot Pepper-soybean Paste Mixed with Acetylated Starch: Effect of Storage Time and Temperature

  • The effects of storage time (0, 1, and 2 month) and temperature (5, 15, and $25^{\circ}C$) on the dynamic rheological properties of hot pepper-soybean paste (HPSP) mixed with acetylated starches (AS) were studied by small-deformation oscillatory measurements. Dynamic moduli (G', G", and $\eta^*$) values of HPSP-AS mixtures increased with an increase in storage time and also decreased with increasing storage temperature. However, dynamic moduli values of the control (no added AS) were independent on storage time and temperature. Tan $\delta$ values (ratio of G"/G') in all HPSP samples did not change much with an increase in storage time and temperature. After 2 months of storage, the dynamic moduli of the HPSP-AS mixture samples were much lower than those of the control, indicating that the addition of AS can inhibit the retrogradation that developed over a long period of storage. Structural and rheological properties of HPSP samples seem to be stabilized by the presence of AS.

  • In this paper, we study the natural star-operation defined by the set of associated primes of principal ideals of an integral domain, which is called the g-operation. We are mainly concerned with the ideal-theoretic properties of this star-operation. In particular, we investigate DG-domains (i.e., integral domains in which each ideal is a g-ideal), which form a proper subclass of the DW-domains. In order to provide some original examples, we examine the transfer of the DG-property to pullbacks. As an application of the g-operation, it is shown that w-divisorial Mori domains can be seen as a Gorenstein analogue of Krull domains.

  • Invertible transformations over n-bit words are essential ingredients in many cryptographic constructions. When n is large (e.g., n = 64) such invertible transformations are usually represented as a composition of simpler operations such as linear functions, S-P networks, Feistel structures and T-functions. Among them we will study T-functions which are probably invertible transformation and are very useful in stream ciphers. In this paper we will show that $f(x)=x+(g(x)^2{\vee}C)$ mod $2^n$ is a permutation with a single cycle of length $2^n$ if both the least significant bit and the third significant bit in the constant C are 1, where g(x) is a T-function.

  • In modern times, coupled fixed point theorems have been rigorously studied by many researchers in the milieu of partially ordered G-metric spaces using different contractive conditions. In this note, some coupled fixed point theorems using mixed monotone property in partially ordered G-metric spaces are obtained. Furthermore some theorems by omitting the completeness on the space and continuity conditions on function, are obtained. Our results partially generalize some existing results in the present literature. To exemplify our results and to distinguish them from the existing ones, we equip the article with suitable examples.
