This paper describes a new method of dynamic error compensation, using a digital convolution integrator and two digital low pass filters. In this method, the process of compensation consists of three steps. First, sampling and digitizing of input signal, second, removing the noise in sampled data by the low pass filter and third, making a convolution integral using the output data of low pass filters. This method showed a good experimental result of reducing dynamic error even if there was a slight noise in the input signal. As a result, the detecting time constant of resistance thermo-bulb was improved to about 1/10th.

In this paper, Coplanar Waveguide(CPW) low-pass filter with the spurious-reduced is designed by using Defected Ground Structures(DGS). Two different LPF unit cells and DGS pattern are combined to reduce the spurious. In comparison to a conventional step impedance LPF, the size of proposed LPF as 17.2mm*6.8mm is several times smaller. The simulation and measurements confirm that spurious characteristics is presented less than -30dB($S_{21}$) to three times cut off frequency.

A novel stepped-patch loaded coplanar waveguide(SPLCPW) structure is proposed and applied to the design of a low-pass filter(LPF). The stepped-patch loaded on the opposite side of the CPW plane is shown to provide a shunt-connected series L-C resonance, which is dual to that of a conventional CPW defected ground structure(DGS). As a simple example of the proposed SPLCPW circuit, a 3-pole SPLCPW LPF is designed and good results are obtained.

Single pass radionuclide cardiac angiography was performed in 67-year old woman due to dyspnea and chest discomfort. The study showed markedly dilated ascending aorta and collateral ciculations from left sudclavian vein, and confirmed aortic aneurysm with partial obstruction of superior vena cava.

The objective of this paper was to investigate the welding characteristics according to the restraint condition. the pass number, and the shield gas quantity with titanium commonly using in power stations, aircrafts, ships, and so forth. The residual stress distribution was measured under restraint and nonrestraint welding conditions. The tensile strength and elongation of the 4 pass welded specimen were shown higher about 10% and 30% than those of the 7 pass welded specimen at the same welding conditions respectably. Also, the more shield gas quantity and the shorter natural cooling time, the higher tensile strength and the lower elongation.

본 논문에서는 정보설비용 개인 휴대 통신 장치 대역 통과 필터를 설계 제작하였다. 대역 통과 필터를 설계 제작하기 위하여 유전체 공진기 구조에 따른 특성을 분석하였다. J-인버터 이론을 이용한 대역 통과 필터의 설계 이론과 시뮬레이션 결과를 알아보았다. 설계 이론으로부터 구한 파라미터를 이용하여 실제 제작한 결과 미세 조정 후 특정한 결과와 시뮬레이션 결과와 일치함을 볼 수 있다.

이 논문에서는 ER 시그날 시퀀스 서열의 존재 여부와 단백질에의 알파헬릭스 형태의 막횡단 부위를 예측하는 통합시스템을 개발하였다. 기존의 시스템과 달리 이 두 가지 예측을 하나의 통합된 시스템에서 수행하여 예측의 정확성을 높였다. 또한 인터넷에서 이용이 가능하도록 웹 서버(http://dblab.sejong.ac.kr/pass/index.html)를 구현하였다.

A torque split type multi-pass CVT(MPC) system consiting of CVT and planetary gear train with 4 clutches was suggested to overcome the inherent inferior acceleration performance of CVT. Also, a shifting algorithm of MPC was suggested for the two driving modes : (1) power mode and (2) economy mode. By using the shifting algorithm and the MPC vehicle dynamic model, numerical simulations were performed to estimate the performance of the MPC vehicle. Simulation results showed that comparing the performance of the conventional 4-speed automatic transmission, an improvement in acceleration can be obtained by MPC for the power mode and 31% improvement in fuel economy for the economy mode.

Multistage deformation behavior of Nb-microalloyed steel and carbon steel was studied by torsion test with declining temperature T, constant pass strain $\varepsilon_i$, interrupt time $(t_i)$, and varying strain rate $(\.{\varepsilon})$. In the range of $1000^{\circ}C~790^{\circ}C$ and 4.00/sec~0.38/sec, the flow stress at each pass was correlated to the deformation variables. As the finished deformation temperatures are decreased to the range of $790^{\circ}C~900^{\circ}C$, Nb precipitates play an important role on the grain refinement of Nb-microalloyed steel. the flow stress of Nb-microalloyed steel was higher than the carbon steel's while the grain size of Nb-microalloyed steel was smaller than carbon steel below the temperature of $900^{\circ}C$.

A VLSI digital filter design using a semi-custom method is described. The digital filters composed of TDM/FDM Transmultiplexer are designed. Using the polyphase network approach a filter bank composed of only all-pass digital filter sections was designed. The use of all-pass filters as basic building blocks is shown to provide a transmultiplexer structure that has low computational requirements, low quantization noise, and high modularity. The silicon compiler systems is used to reduce the design time and increase the credibility of designed filters. A design of 1st order and 2nd order all pass filters is done using CMOS 2um N-well double metal cell.
