측편형어류에 대한 트롤 끝자루의 망목선택성 (The Mesh Selectivity of Trawl Cod-end for the Compressed From Fishes)

  • The fishing experiment was carried out by the training ship Saebada in order to analyse the mesh selectivity for trawl cod-end, in the Southern Korea Sea and the East China Sea from June. 1991 through August, 1992. The trawl cod-end used in this experiment has the trouser type of cod-end with cover net. and the mesh selectivity was examined for the five kinds of the opening of mesh in its cod-end part. A total of 163 hauls, of which having mesh size 51.2mm ; A 89, 70.2mm ; B 54, 77.6mm ; C 55, 88.0mm ; D 52 and 111.3mm ; E 20 were used respectively. Selection curves and selection parameters were calculated by using a logistic function, S=1/(1+exp super(-(aL+b)) ). The mesh election master curves were estimated by S=1/(1+exp super(-[a(L/M)+$\beta$]) ). and the optimum mesh size were calculated with (L/M) sub(50) of master curve. In these cases 'a' and '$\alpha$' are slope, 'b' and '$\beta$' are intercept. 'L' is body length of the target species of fishes, 'M' is the mesh size, and 'S' denotes mesh selectivity. In this report, the four species of compressed form fishes were taken analized according to fish shape, and 'S' denotes mesh selectivity. Red seabream Pagrus major(Temminct et Schlegel) and yellow porgy Dentex tumifrons(Temminct et Schlegel) ; Selection rate in each mesh size of A, B, C, D and E were 99.7%, 97.5%, 91.4%, 76.7% and 57.8% respectively. Selection parameters 'a' and 'b' of mesh sizes C, D and E were 2.65 and -28.62, 4.40 and -77.73, 2.31 and -46.99, and their selection factors were 1.39, 2.10, 1.83 respectively. Selection parameters of master curve '$\alpha$' and '$\beta$' were 3.05 and -5.65 respectively, and (L/M) sub(50) was 1.85. The optimum mesh size of Red seabream was 141mm. 2. Filefish Thamnaconus modestus (Gunther) ; Selection rate in each mesh size of A, B, C, D and E were 99.6%, 98.3%, 91.2%, 80.0% and 48.6% respectively. Selection parameters 'a' and 'b' of mesh sizes C, D and E were 5.82 and -55.10, 2.92 and -36.90, 3.91 and -63.09, and their selection factors were 1.35, 1.44, 1.45 respectively. Selection parameters of master curve '$\alpha$' and '$\beta$' were 3.02 and -4.32 respectively, and (L/M) sub(50) was 1.43. The optimum mesh size was 129mm. 3. Target dory Zeus faber Valenciennes ; Selection rate in each mesh size of A, B, C, D and E were 99.7%, 100%, 83.2%, 91.6% and 65.0% respectively. Selection parameters 'a' and 'b' of mesh sizes C, D and E were 3.85 and -32.46, 4.19 and -57.38, 2.45 and -40.03, and their selection factors were 1.09, 1.56, 1.47 respectively. Selection parameters of master curve '$\alpha$' and '$\beta$' were 2.64 and -3.53 respectively, and (L/M) sub(50) was 1.34. The optimum mesh size was 127mm. 4. Butterfish Psenopsis anomala (Temminct et Schlegel) ; Selection rate in each mesh size of A, B, C, D and E were 99.2%, 34.1%, 46.5%, 14.3% and 2.4% respectively. Selection parameters 'a' and 'b' of mesh sizes B, C and D were 5.35 and -71.70, 5.07 and -69.25, 3.31 and -62.06 and their selection factors were 1.91, 1.75, 2.13 respectively. Selection parameters of master curve '$\alpha$' and '$\beta$' were 3.16 and -6.24 respectively, and (L/M) sub(50) was 1.98. The optimum mesh size was 71mm.

낮선상황의 애착유형분류에 관한 일 연구 (A Study on Classification of Attachment on the Strange Situation)

  • A study on classification of attachment on the Strange Situation was conducted. 55 infants(27 boys and 28 girls) whose attachment to mothers were assessed in the Strange Situation when they were 14 to 20 moths old The analysis was made according to Ainsworth's classificatory system as well as Main & Solomon's. The results were summarized as follows: 43 infants were identified as secure attachment (Group B) 9 infants as insecure-avoidant(Group A) and 1 infant as insecure-resistant (Group C) There were 2 infants identified as insecure-disorganized/disoriented(Group D) In the sub-classification Group B infants were classified into B1(14 infants) B2(11 infants) and B3(18 infants) Group A infants were classified into 8 A1s and 1 A2 The Group C infant was identified as C1 and B4 were found. Finally because of the majority of infants as Group B, the association between sub-classifications and infan's sex and month was examined. the result indicated no signicant relations between them.

  • 본 논문에서는 가속도 센서 및 자이로 센서 등과 같이 고해상도 및 작은 면적과 적은 전력 소모를 동시에 요구하는 센서 인터페이스 응용을 위한 12비트 1kS/s 65uA 0.35um CMOS 알고리즈믹 A/D 변환기 (ADC)를 제안한다. 제안하는 ADC는 재순환 기법을 이용한 알고리즈믹 구조를 사용하여 샘플링 속도, 해상도, 전력 소모 및 면적을 최적화하였으며, 일반적인 열린 루프 샘플링 기법을 적용한 버전1과 오프셋 및 플리커 잡음을 제거하여 동적 성능을 향상시키기 위해 닫힌 루프 샘플링 기법을 적용한 버전2로 각각 제작되었다. 또한 SHA와 MDAC 회로에는 스위치 기반의 전력 최소화 기법과 바이어스 공유 기법이 적용된 2단 증폭기를 사용하여 면적과 전력 소모를 최소화시켰다. 한편, 저전력, 소면적 구현을 위한 개선된 기준 전류 및 전압 발생기를 온-칩으로 집적하였으며, 시스템 응용에 파라 선택적으로 다른 크기의 기준 전압 값을 외부에서 인가할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안하는 시제품 ADC는 0.35um 2P4M CMOS 공정으로 제작되었으며, 측정된 DNL 및 INL은 12비트 해상도에서 각각 최대 0.78LSB, 2.24LSB의 수준을 보이며, 동적 성능으로는 1kS/s의 동작 속도에서 버전1, 버전2 각각 최대 60dB, 63dB 수준의 SNDR과 70dB, 75dB 수준의 SFDR을 보여준다. 시제품 ADC의 칩 면적은 버전1, 버전2 각각 $0.78mm^2,\;0.81mm^2$ 이며 전력 소모는 2.5V 전원 전압과 1kS/s의 동작 속도에서 각각 0.163mW, 0.176mw이다.

실험 무창육계사의 환경효율 분석 (Environmental Efficiency Analysis of an Enclosed Experimental Broiler House)

  • 본 연구는 무창계사에 대한 효율 비교분석 연구가 전무한 실정으로 무창계사의 환경효율을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 실험은 축산기술연구소 신축 실험계사에서 2002년 5월 9일에서 5월 30일 사이에 실시하였으며 실험결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 무창계사는 외부의 기온은 9.6${\sim}$21.2$^{\circ}C$로 편차는 약 11.6$^{\circ}C$를 나타내었는데 비하여 단열이 우수한 무창계사에서는 병아리 사육적온기인 32${\sim}$33$^{\circ}C$ 범위를 유지하여 약간의 보조열원으로 낮과 밤의 편차는 2$^{\circ}C$ 이상 나타나지 않아 온도효율이 높았다. 2. 공기풍속에 있어서는 무창계사는 상부 0.57 m/sec, 하부 0.04 m/sec로 각각 나타나, 계사내 적정 풍속유지를 위한 덕트입기구의 천공으로 인하여 계사내 전체공간에서 공기의 유속흐름 분포가 고르게 나타났다. 이상의 실험결과를 종합해 볼 때 조사대상이 된 무창계사의 온도 및 습도 환경이 우수하게 나타났으며, 특히 공기속도는 계사 공간 내에서 아주 고른 분포를 가져와 측벽 덕트 입기사설과 측벽 배기기스템이 우수하였다.

  • Condensation of 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-($\alpha$-naphthyl)-s-triazole (1) with cyanogen bromide gives 6-amino-3-($\alpha$-naphthyl)-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole (2) which on condensation with chloranil yields 3,9-di-($\alpha$-naphthyl)-6,14-dioxo-bis-(s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[3,2-b]imidazo[4,5-b]cyclohexane]-5a,6a-diene) (3). 3-($\alpha$-naphthyl)-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[3,2-b]imidazo[4,5-b]quinoxaline (4) is obtained by a similar condensation of (2) with 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline. The reaction of (2) with $\alpha$-haloketones followed by bromination affords 7-aryl-3-($\alpha$-naphthyl)-imidazo[2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[2,3-c]-s-triazoles (5) and their 6-bromo analogues 6 respectively. The structures of all newly synthesized compounds were established on the basis of elemental analyses, IR, $^1H$-NMR. The antibacterial and antifungal activities of all newly synthesized compounds have also been evaluated.

Carrier Complex Power Series 해석을 통한 대전력 증폭기용 전치 왜곡기 설계 (A Design of High Power Amplifier Predistortor using Carrier Complex Power Series Analysis)

  • 본 논문에서는 대전력 증폭기의 비선형 전달 특성을 나타내는 Carrier Complex Power Series를 유도하였고, 이 전달함수를 이용하여 대전력 증폭기를 선형화하기 위한 전치 왜곡기의 비선형 전달 특성을 유도하고 구현하였다. 측정 시료로 제작된 IMT-2000 기지국 송신 대역 대전력 증폭기의 이득은 34.6 dB이고 P$_{1dB}$가 35.4 dBm이다. Inverse Carrier Complex Power Series를 이용한 전치 왜곡기를 제작하고, 대전력 증폭기에 부착하여 주파수가 각각 2.1375 GHz와 2.1425 GHz($\Delta$f=5 MHz)인 2-tone 신호의 출력이 25.43 dBm/tone일 때 17 dB의 개선 특성을 얻었다.다.

Vitamin D Dependent Rickets Type 1A Caused by CYP27B1 Mutation

  • Vitamin D dependent rickets type 1A (VDDR1A) is an autosomal recessive disorder caused by mutations in CYP27B1. Clinical findings are growth retardation, hypotonia, muscle weakness, hypocalcemic seizures, and radiological features of rickets. We aimed to present the VDDR1A case with a genetic study of CYP27B1. The 14-month-old boy was admitted to the hospital due to a seizure. Serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, parathyroid hormone (PTH), 25(OH) vitamin D, and 1,25(OH)2 vitamin D values were 5.1 mg/dL, 3.7 mg/dL, 705 IU/L, 429 pg/mL, 24.9 ng/mL, and 8.8 pg/mL, respectively. Radiological study showed cupping and fraying of the distal ulna and radius. The molecular genetic study revealed that the patient had a compound heterozygous mutation, $Phe443Profs^*24$ and c.589+1G>A, in CYP27B1. Genetic analysis of the family members presented that the mother was heterozygous for the mutation c.589+1G>A, and that the father was heterozygous for $Phe443Profs^*24$. The patient was treated with calcium lactate and calcitriol. Until now, six Korean patients with VDDR1A have been studied. Including this case, Korean patients with VDDR1A were found to have only three different mutations in 14 alleles, indicating that the mutation in the CYP27B1 gene is homogeneous in the Korean population.

  • In this paper, we construct infinite families of knots in $S^3$ which admit Dehn surgery producing a graph manifold which consists of two Seifert-fibered spaces over the disk with two exceptional fibers, glued together along their boundaries. In particular, we show that for any natural numbers a, b, c, and d with $a{\geq}3$ and $b,c,d{\geq}2$, there are knots in $S^3$ admitting a graph manifold Dehn surgery consisting of two Seifert-fibered spaces over the disk with two exceptional fibers of indexes a, b, and c, d, respectively.

홀스타인종 유우의 혈청단백질 및 효소의 유전적 변이체 (Genetic Variants of Serum Proteins and Enzymes in Holstein-Friesian Cattle)

  • 본 연구는 홀스타인종 유우의 혈청단백질 및 효소에 대한 유전적 구조를 분석하기 위하여, 혈청단백질인 post-transferrin-2(pTf-2), transferrin(Tf), post-albumin(pAlb) 및 albumin(Alb)과 혈청효소인 ceruloplasmin(Cp)와 amylase-I(Am-I)을 polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE)와 starch g디 electrophoresis(STAGE) 방법으로 유전적 변이체를 분석하였다. 혈청단백질인 pTf-2 좌위는 pTf-2 F와 S 유전자에 의해 지배되는 pTf-2 FF, FS 및 SS 유전자형이 확인되었으며, 이들의 분포는 각각 76.34%, 14.50% 및 9.10%이었고, 유전자빈도는 pTf-2 F와 S가 각각 0.836 및 0.164이었다. 한편 Tf 좌위는 Tf A, D1, D2 및 E 유전자가 검출되었으며, 유전자형은 Tf AA, AD1, AD2, AE, D1D1, D1D2, D2D2 및 D2E형이 확인되었고, 이들의 분포는 각각 0.11, 32.06, 19.08, 1.53, 10.69, 18.32, 9.92 및 2.29%이었으며, 유전자빈도는 Tf A, D1, D2 및 E에서 각각 0.324, 0.359, 0.298 및 0.019이었다. 또한 pAlb 좌위는 pAlb F와 S 유전자가 검출되었고, 유전자형은 pAlb FF, FS 및 SS형이 확인되었으며, 이들의 분포는 각각 32.06, 29.77 및 38.17%이었고, 유전자빈도는 pAlb F와 S가 각각 0.469 및 0.531이었다. Alb 유전자 빈도에 있어서는 Alb A와 B가 각각 0.996 및 0.004이었다. 그리고 혈청효소인 Cp 좌위는 Cp F와 S 유전자가 검출되었으며, 유전자형은 Cp FF, FS 및 SS 형이 확인되었고, 이들의 분포는 각각 46.57, 27.48 및 25.95%이었으며, 유전자빈도는 Cp F와 S가 각각 0.603 및 0.394이었다. Am-I 좌위는 Am-I B와 C 유전자가 검출되었으며, 유전자형은 Am-I BB, BC 및 CC 형이 확인되었고, 이들의 빈도비율은 각각 39.69, 21.73 및 38.93% 이었으며, 유전자 빈도는 Am-I B와 C가 각각 0.503 및 0.497이었다.

  • The substituted lithium ferrites combine useful ferromagnetic properties with high Curie temperature ranging from 55$0^{\circ}C$ to 85$0^{\circ}C$, [1] high saturation magnetization, [2] and low microwave dielectric loss.[3] Saturation magnetization of (Z $n_{1-x}$ F $e_{x}$)A[L $i_{0.5x}$F $e_{ 2-0.5x}$]$_{B}$ $O_4$ increased with zinc concentration, followed by a decrease at x = 0.7.[4] This is attributed to a dilution of the A-site with zinc which initially causes an increase in saturation magnetization due to the dominance of the B-site.
