Microwave Dielectric Properties of Sr-Substituted Ba(Mg0.5W0.5)O3 Ceramics

  • The phase evolution, microstructure, and microwave dielectric properties of Sr-substituted $Ba(Mg_{0.5}W_{0.5})O_3$ ceramics, i.e., $(Ba_{1-x}Sr_x)(Mg_{0.5}W_{0.5})O_3$ ($0{\leq}x{\leq}0.30$), sintered at $1700^{\circ}C$ for 1 h were investigated. All compositions showed a 1 : 1 ordered perovskite structure. In all the compositions, $BaWO_4$ was detected as the secondary phase. With increasing x in ($Ba_{1-x}Sr_x$) $(Mg_{0.5}W_{0.5})O_3$, the lattice parameter increased linearly, indicating that a substitutional solid solution occurred. All compositions exhibited a dense microstructure. The value of ${\varepsilon}_r$ increased slightly with increasing x. The value of $Q{\times}f_0$ increased with the increase in x up to x = 0.10 and reached a saturated value of about 100,000 GHz. The composition for x = 0.20, i.e., $(Ba_{0.80}Sr_{0.20})(Mg_{0.5}W_{0.5})O_3$, sintered at $1700^{\circ}C$ for 1 h exhibited superior microwave dielectric properties of ${\varepsilon}_r=19.6$, $Q{\times}f_0=99,358GHz$, and ${\tau}_f=0.0ppm/^{\circ}C$, respectively.

  • 본 논문에서는 I/O 트레이스 리플레이어들의 분석을 통해 SSD 성능 평가에 적합한 리플레이어를 찾는다. 또한 저장장치의 성능 비교를 위한 척도로써 적합한 척도를 도출한다. 실험결과, 시간 리플레이어가 I/O 트레이스 리플레이어로써 적합함을 밝히고, Q2C의 합이 성능 평가에 적합한 척도임을 보인다.

Microwave Dielectric Properties of Low Temperature Fired (${Pb_{0.45}}{Ca_{0.55}}$) [(${Fe _{0.5}}{Nb_{0.5}}$)$_{0.9}{Sn_{0.1}}$]$O_3$Ceramics with Various Additives

  • The effect of CuO, $B_2$ $O_3$, $V_2$ $O_{5}$ and CuO-B $i_2$ $O_3$additives on microwave dielectric properties of (P $b_{0.45}$C $a_{0.55}$) [(F $e_{0.5}$N $b_{0.5}$)$_{0.9}$S $n_{0.1}$] $O_3$(PCFNS) were investigated. The PCFNS ceramics were sintered at 11$65^{\circ}C$. To decrease the sintering temperature for using as a low-temperature co-firing ceramics (LTCC), CuO, $B_2$ $O_3$, $V_2$ $O_{5}$ and CuO-B $i_2$ $O_3$were added to the PCFNS. As the content of CuO increased, the sintered density and dielectric constant increased and the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency ($\tau$$_{f}$) shifted to the positive value. When the CuO-B $i_2$ $O_3$were added, dielectric properties were $\varepsilon$$_{r}$ of 83, Q. $f_{0}$ of 6085 GHz, and $\tau$$_{f}$ of 8ppm/$^{\circ}C$ at a sintering temperature of 100$0^{\circ}C$. The relationship between the microstructure and properties of ceramics was studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.icroscopy.y.icroscopy.y.

  • We investigated the effects of calcination temperatures on the sintering behaviors and microwave dielectric Properties of (Z $n_{0.8}$M $g_{0.2}$)Ti $O_3$ system. Highly densified samples were obtained at the sintering temperatures below 100$0^{\circ}C$ with additions of 0.45 wt.%B $i_2$ $O_3$ and 0.55 wt.% $V_2$ $O_{5}$. From the examination of the existing phases and microstructures before and after sintering of (Z $n_{0.8}$M $g_{0.2}$)Ti $O_3$ system which is calcined at the various temperatures ranging from 80$0^{\circ}C$ to 100$0^{\circ}C$, it was found that higher Q${\times}$ $f_{o}$ values were obtained when unreacted phases in calcined body were reduced. When calcined at 100$0^{\circ}C$ and sintered at 90$0^{\circ}C$, it consists of hexagonal as. a main phase with uniform microstructure and exhibits Q${\times}$ $f_{o}$ value of 42,000 GHz and dielectric constant of 22. 22. 22.

The structure of ${\tilde{\mathcal{C}}}l_{K,{\ell}}$ as $\mathbb{Z}_{\ell}[G]$/<$N_G$>-module is determined the dimensions $${\lambda}_i\;:=dim_{\mathbb{F}_{\ell}}({\tilde{\mathcal{C}}}l_{K,{\ell}}^{({\sigma}-1)^{i-1}}/{\tilde{\mathcal{C}}}l_{K,{\ell}}^{({\sigma}-1)^i})$$ for $i{\geq}1$.   • 최근 방제 및 예찰과 같은 농작업에 단일 UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)시스템이 적용되고 있지만, 가반하중과 체공시간 등 기존시스템의 문제가 점차 대두되면서 작업 시간을 보다 단축시키고 작업 효율을 극대화 할 수 있는 농업용 멀티 UAV시스템의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 작업자가 다수의 농업용 UAV를 효과적으로 제어할 수 있는 분산군집제어 알고리즘을 제안하며 알고리즘 검증 및 평가를 위한 시뮬레이터를 소개한다. 분산군집제어는 UAV 제어 계층, VP(Virtual Point) 제어 계층, 원격제어 계층으로 이루어진 3계층 제어구조를 가진다. UAV 제어 계층에서 각 UAV는 point mass로 모델링 되는 VP의 이상적인 경로를 추종하도록 제어한다. VP 제어 계층에서 각 VP는 입력 $p_i(t)=u^c_i+u^o_i+u^{co}_i+u^h_i$-(1)을 받아 제어되는데 여기서, $u^c_i{\in}{\mathbb{R}}^3$는 VP 사이의 충돌방지제어, $u^o_i{\in}{\mathbb{R}}^3$는 장애물과의 충돌방지제어, $u^{co}_i{\in}{\mathbb{R}}^3$는 UAV 상호간의 협조제어, $u^h_i{\in}{\mathbb{R}}^3$는 작업자로부터의 원격제어명령이다. (1)의 제어입력에서 충돌방지제어는 각 $u^i_c:=-{\sum\limits_{j{\in}{\eta}_i}}{\frac {{\partial}{\phi}_{ij}^c({\parallel}p_i-p_j{\parallel})^T}{{\partial}p_i}}$-(2), $u^o_c:=-{\sum\limits_{r{\in}O_i}}{\frac {{\partial}{\phi}_{ir}^o({\parallel}p_i-p^o_r{\parallel})^T}{{\partial}p_i}}$-(3)로 정의되면 ${\phi}^c_{ij}$${\phi}^o_{ir}$는 포텐셜 함수를 나타낸다. 원격제어 계층에서 작업자는 햅틱 인터페이스를 통해 VP의 속도를 제어하게 된다. 이때 스케일변수 ${\lambda}$에 대하여 VP의 원격제어명령은 $u^t_i(t)={\lambda}q(t)$로 정의한다. UAV 시뮬레이터는 리눅스 환경에서 ROS(Robot Operating Systems)를 기반한 3차원 시뮬레이터인 Gazebo상에 구축하였으며, 마스터와 슬레이브 간의 제어 명령은 TCPROS를 통해 서로 주고받는다. UAV는 PX4 기반의 3DR Solo 모델을 사용하였으며 MAVROS를 통해 MAVLink 통신 프로토콜에 접속하여 UAV의 고도, 속도 및 가속도 등의 상태정보를 받을 수 있다. 현재 멀티 드론 시스템을 Gazebo 환경에 구축하였으며, 추후 시뮬레이터 상에 분산군집제어 알고리즘을 구현하여 검증 및 평가를 진행하고자 한다.

Effects of post-annealing temperature of CeO$_2$ buffer layers on the surface morphology, structures and microwave properties of YBa$_2$Cu$_3$O$_{7-{\delta}}$ films on sapphire

  • Effects of the post-annealing temperature of CeO$_2$ buffer layers on the properties of YBCO films on CeO$_2$-buffered sapphire were investigated. 45 nm-thick CeO$_2$ buffer layer was prepared in-situ on r-cut sapphire using an on-axis rf magnetron sputtering method, which was later post-annealed at temperatures between 950$^{\circ}$C and 1100$^{\circ}$C in an oxygen-flowing environment. YBCO films were prepared on CeO$_2$-buffered sapphire (CbS), for which the surface morphology, crystal structures and electrical properties of the YBCO films were studied. YBCO films on post-annealed CbS appeared to have better properties than those on as-grown CbS with regard to the morphological, structural and electrical properties when the YBCO films were prepared on CeO$_2$ buffer layer post-annealed at temperatures of 1000 - 1050$^{\circ}$C. A TE$_{011}$ mode rutileloaded cylindrical cavity resonators was fabricated with the YBCO films placed as the endplates, for which the unloaded Q of the resonator was measured. It turned out that the resonator with the endplates prepared from the YBCO films on postannealed CbS at 1000 $^{\circ}$C showed the highest unloaded Q with the value more than 8 ${\times}$ 10$^5$ at 30 K and 8.6 CHz, revealing that the YBCO films on post-annealed CbS at 1000$^{\circ}$C the temperature could be the lowest among the YBCO films on post-annealed CbS.

Microstructure and Electrical Properties of Pb[(Mg,Mn)Nb]O3-Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 Piezoelectric Ceramics

  • Phase evolution, microstructure and the electrical properties such as $k_p$ and $Q_m$ of $Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3[PMN]-Pb(Mn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O3[PM'N]-PbZrO_3[PZ]-PbTiO_3[PT]$ quaternary system were investigated within the compositional ranges $0{\leq}y{\leq}0.125$, y+z=0.125, and $0.39{\leq}x{\leq}0.54$ of the formula $Pb_{0.97}Sr_{0.03}[Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_y\;(Mn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_z\;(Zr_{x}Ti_{1-x})_{1-(y+z)}]O_3$. In the case of increasing Mn/(Mg+Mn) ratio for a fixed Zr/Ti ratio of 47.5/52.5, phase relation remained unchanged but the grain size drastically decreased, and the electrical properties changed as following: both $k_P$ and $Q_m$ reached the peak values at $Mn/(Mg+Mn)\cong0.3l7$ and gradually decreased; $\varepsilon33^T$ showed a monotonic decrease; P-E hysteresis loop gradually changed to asymmetrical one, and $E_i$ increased in correspondence. With increasing Zr/Ti ratio for a fixed Mn/(Mg+Mn) ratio of 0.317, on the contrary, the cell parameter $(\alpha^2c)^{1/3}$ gradually increased, and tetragonal-rhombohedral morphotropic phase boundary appeared in the range of $51/49{\leq}Zr/Ti{\leq}54/46$. the meantime, the grain size substantially increased, and the electrical properties changed as following: $k_P$ and $\varepsilon33^T$ reached peak values at Zr/Ti=51/49 and 48/52, respectively, and then gradually decreased; change of $Q_m$ was adverse to $k_P$; both $E_C\;and\;E_i$ considerably decreased while $P_S$ moderately increased. For the system 0.125(PMN+PM'N)-0.875PZT studied, the composition Mn/(Mg+Mn)=0.3l7 and Zr/Ti=51/49 revealed some promising electrical properties for piezoelectric transformer application such as $k_P=0.58,\;Q_m\cong1000$, and $\varepsilon^T_{33}=970$, as well as dense and fine-grained microstructure.

  • Studies on drug delivery using nano-size particles of magnetic fluid and hyperthermia have been performed by some researchers [1] because interests in human health increased according to industry development. However, there are few studies on systems which can accurately control delivery of the magnetic fluids to a diseased part of body [2]. In this study, Cu-added magnetic ferrofluid was prepared and the external magnetic field system was designed for drug localization.
