  • I estimate stock prices of listed companies using financial information and Ohlson model, which is used for the evaluation of company value. Furthermore, I use the artificial neural network, one of artificial intelligence systems, which are not based on linear relationship between variables, to estimate stock prices of listed companies. By reapplying this in estimating stock prices of newly listed companies, I evaluate the appropriateness in stock valuation with such methods. The result of practical analysis of this study is as follows. On the top of that, the multiplier for the actual stock price is accounted by generating the estimated stock prices based on the artificial neural network model. As a result of the comparison of two multipliers, the estimated stock prices by the artificial neural network model does not show statistically difference with the actual stock prices. Given that, the estimated stock price with artificial neural network is close to the actual stock prices rather than the estimated stock prices with Ohlson model.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the guideline by analysing and categorizing the case of sharing economy service especially the co-working and co-living space based on Europe. I did some literature research followed with evaluation of theoretical backgrounds, present conditions. Also, Some case research based on the keyword of 4th industrial revolution and the space categorized by their characteristics. The result indicate that co-working and co-living space's features correlated with their characteristics of the location and birth of digital nomad life. Each space has their flat-form community for the needs of closer cooperation between the user and user in common. I expect this study will become a good resource for upgrading domestic co-working and co-living space and also I hope that this study can guide follow-up next studies.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to reduce plastic use, one of the main culprits of environmental pollution around the world. Recently, the use of disposable cups at a domestic cafe has not been effective due to growing the number of stores and cafe in various brands. Cafes recommend the use of tumblers as a solution to the problem, but actual there are not many users in cafe. I need to investigate the problems of tumbler use and individual opinions through the first phase is FGI (Focus Group Interview). In the second phase, I investigate similar services, which are currently implemented in domestic and overseas, as a case study. The results showed that although similar services are offered in domestic, the focus is on tumbler sharing, which is somewhat insufficient for convenience provided when using cafes. Through this study, I hope to provide convenience and voluntary environmental protection by proposing a plan to activate Tumbler sharing services for cafe and users.

  • A company have to grow constantly. If a company does not grow and stagnant, it will be finally out of the market. The contemporary companies fully make use of M&A to search for new growth engines. The reason of companies using M&A as a important tool of a business strategy is the fastest way to achieve technology power, market power, competitiveness. The form of M&A was that leading companies take over smaller companies or merger and acquisition between small companies in the middle of 2000. But now, Mega mergers between industry leading companies often occur and especially domestic of course M&A of foreign companies occurs actively. These days the boom of stock market and the big companies are pouring on sale by restructuring, privatization and the basis of low interest will make the M&A market continuously. In this study, I suggest a solution of actual human resources management by analyzing proven M&A cases and search for various problems of a gap in the leadership and communication in connection with integration of organization culture after M&A. First of all, I arrange the theoretical concept of the subject and analyze the key factors of the success M&A cases, lastly I suggested a HR strategy after M&A. After M&A, HR strategy is ; First, a company have to build a organization culture which is that merger company accommodate a excellent organizational characteristic of predecessor company with consideration of culture difference. Second, M&A must proceed to remove of anxiety about the future and employment stability by excellent leaderships. Third, organization integration after M&A is influenced by the level of integration for that reason it was verified that M&A have to make progress by communication of each 2 organizations.

  • The current study investigates VPA usage (i.e.,continuance intention of use, WOM intention) of by Theory of Planned Behavior (i.e.,attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) and perceived value/risk. The results show that (1) attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and perceived value positively predicted the continuance intention of VPA use. Regarding WOM of intention, there were positively significant effects of the attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and perceived value. The results of this study are expected to provide a variety of practical and theoretical implications in promising artificial intelligence market by the impact of TPB (i.e.,attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) and perceived values of VPA.

  • The Patient Safety Act was enacted on July 26, 2016. Patient safety law is a method to prevent harm by collecting and accumulating various errors through the reporting system. Therefore, in order for this law to be successfully implemented, it is necessary to vitalize 'the autonomous reporting and reporting learning system of patient safety accidents'. And In order for this system to be activated, a large amount of reporting data accumulation is a prerequisite. Nevertheless, there were only two reports in about 17 months. In this paper, I will criticize the validity of the current autonomous reporting system and the two proposed amendments, I would like to propose the introduction of a partial obligation reporting system.

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Complementary and alternative medicines can be used to alleviate climacteric symptoms that significantly affect the quality of life of postmenopausal women. Isoflavones are the most common plant-based therapies for postmenopausal changes, but the results of previous studies have been controversial. MATERIALS/METHODS: To investigate whether isoflavones would affect menopausal symptoms as well as ovarian hormones, we performed a systematic review and meta-analysis. The PubMed and EMBASE databases were used to perform the systematic search. Included studies were limited to randomized controlled trials (RCTs) assessing the impact of isoflavone supplementation on menopausal symptoms. RESULTS: Eleven studies were included for the final quantitative assessment. Isoflavone intervention was varied between 49.3 and 135 mg of isoflavones per day for 12 wk-2 yrs. The meta-analysis showed that supplementation of isoflavones significantly increased the estradiol levels (standardized mean difference [SMD] = 0.615, P = 0.035) and Kupperman index (SMD = 3.121, P = 0.003) but had no significant effect on hot flashes, follicle-stimulating hormone, and luteinizing hormone. However, both estradiol and the Kupperman index showed significant heterogeneity among studies (I2 = 94.7%, P < 0.001 and I2 = 98.1%, P < 0.001, respectively). CONCLUSIONS: Although the results showed a significant SMD in estradiol and the Kupperman index, the results should be interpreted with caution due to the high heterogeneity. Further validation with a larger RCT will be necessary. Overall, isoflavone supplementation has distinct effects on the climacteric symptoms and hormonal changes in postmenopausal women.

  • This study was analyzed that what kind of elements for STEAM, except scientific commonsense, are contained in 2009 revised chemistry textbooks I for high school students. So first, elements of STEAM in textbooks were examined by following three sections; by publishing company, each unit and area of textbook. For reference, new sub-elements of STEAM were set because existing elements of STEAM is incongruent with current textbooks. As a result, most chemistry textbooks included elements of STEAM properly for inter-related learning with the other fields. Every textbook had its unique learning methods for utilizing elements of STEAM and they were unified as one way. Depending on textbooks, learning methods were little bit different from the others. Also, detailed elements of STEAM contained in textbooks were classified just 14 types. And they were even focused on a few elements according to sort of textbook. Thus, it seemed that there was a certain limitation of current education of STEAM in chemistry Field. By the unit, according to the curriculum, contained elements of STEAM were different. Almost all elements of STEAM were located in I section. Consequently, it is difficult to include elements of STEAM if mathematics or history were not existed in curriculum. Lastly, by the area, most of all elements of STEAM were included in reference section. Almost all elements of STEAM were focused on art and culture. Thus, STEAM was used for utilization about chemical knowledge in substance. Otherwise, convergence training for approach method was not enough in chemical knowledge.

  • Highly sensitive and mechanically stable gas sensors have been fabricated using the microfabrication and micromachining techniques. The sensing materials used to detect the offensive $CH_3SH$ and $(CH_3)_3N$ gases are 1 wt% Pd-doped $SnO_2$ and 6 wt% $Al_2O_3$-doped ZnO, respectively. The optimum operating temperatures of the devices are $250^{\circ}C$ and $350^{\circ}C$ for $CH_3SH$ and $(CH_3)_3N$, respectively and the corresponding heater power is, respectively, about 55mW and 85mW. Excellent thermal insulation is achieved by the use of a double-layer membrane: i.e. $0.2{\mu}m$-thick silicon nitride and $1.4{\mu}m$-thick phosphosilicate glass. The sensors are mechanically stable enough to endure the heat cycles between room temperature and $350^{\circ}C$, at least for 30 days.

  • 2-dimensional scattering problem of electromagnetic waves by a periodic strip grating on a grounded dielectric slab in case of oblique incidence and arbitrary polarization is analyed by the vector Floquet modal expansion method. Solution convergence versus number of Chebyshev polynomial terms representing the unknown strip current density and number of space harmonics is examined, and some numerical results such as variation of power of significant space harmonics(scattered mode) are compared with those obtained by previous method. In particaluar, the relationship between Bragg blazing phonmena and characteristics mode(current) on the srip is discussed in detail.
