We investigate the Schr$\ddot{o}$dinger type operator $H_2\;=\;(-\Delta_{\mathbb{H}^n})^2+V^2$ on the Heisenberg group $\mathbb{H}^n$, where $\Delta_{\mathbb{H}^n}$ is the sublaplacian and the nonnegative potential V belongs to the reverse H$\ddot{o}$lder class $B_q$ for $q\geq\frac{Q}{2}$, where Q is the homogeneous dimension of $\mathbb{H}^n$. We shall establish the estimates of the fundamental solution for the operator $H_2$ and obtain the $L^p$ estimates for the operator $\nabla^4_{\mathbb{H}^n}H^{-1}_2$, where $\nabla_{\mathbb{H}^n}$ is the gradient operator on $\mathbb{H}^n$.

Vogiouklis introduced $H_v$-hyperstructures and gave the "open problem: for $H_v$-groups, we have ${\beta}^*={\beta}^{\prime\prime}$. We have an affirmative result about this open problem for some special cases. We study ${\beta}$ relations on $H_v$-quasigroups. When a set H has at least three elements and (H, ${\cdot}$) is an $H_v$-quasigroup with a weak scalar e, if there are elements $x,y{\in}H$ such that xy = H \ {e}, then we have (xy)(xy) = H.

Because of the continuous growth of energy consumption and also the tendency to site power lines and pipelines along the same route, the close proximity of power lines and buried metallic pipelines has become more and more frequent. Therefore there has been and still is a growing concern about possible hazards resulting from the influence of power lines on metallic pipelines. When a ground fault occurs in an electrical installation the current flowing through the earthing electrode produces a potential rise of the electrode and of the neighbouring soil with regard to a remote earth. This paper analyzes the effects of ground faults when the current will flow into the soil from the foot of 345kV transmission line tower.

Total 215 magnet power supplies are under operation in Pohang Light Source(PLS). Current, voltage and peak power handling capabilities of DC power supply are in the range of 21 to 643V, 45 to 850A and 0.94 to 531KW, respectively. The DC power supplies can be categoriezed as uni-polar and bipolar power. Typical required stability and ripple of uni-polar power supplies are ${\pm}0.005%$ and ${\pm}0.05%$, respectively. The bipolar power supplies should be maintained within ${\pm}0.05%$ stability and ${\pm}0.5%$ ripple. Precise measurement results show that all power supplies meet or exceed the required specifications. The long term operation reliability to be sufficient for a stable operation of the Pohang Light Source.

We performed simultaneous observations of SiO v=1, 2, $^{29}SiO$ v=0, J=1-0 and $H_2O$ $6_{16}-5_{23}$ maser lines toward 132 AGB and 183 post-AGB stars in order to investigate how evolutionary characteristics from AGB to post-AGB stars appear in these two maser emissions. The observations were carried out from 2011 February to 2012 March using the Korean VLBI Network 21-m radio telescopes. We have detected SiO and/or $H_2O$ maser emission from 29 sources out of 183 post-AGB stars including 19 new detections. Of 132 AGB stars which are mainly selected based on the IRAS Point Source Catalog, we detected SiO and/or $H_2O$ maser emission from 38 stars including 18 newly detected sources. An evolutionary characteristic from AGB to post-AGB stars is discussed in IRAS two-color diagram. It is found that SiO v=2, J=1-0 maser emission without SiO v=1 maser detections was detected from 8 sources among 21 SiO detected post-AGB stars and the intensity of SiO v=2, J=1-0 maser tends to be much stronger than that of SiO v=1. We also found that for the post-AGB stars the maser detection rate of blue group sources (which have higher outflow velocities than red group) are higher than that of red group. Especially, only $H_2O$ maser emission was detected from 7 sources among 94 red group sources without SiO maser detections.

The molecular structures of 2-SC₄H₃CH=NN(H)C/sub 6/H/sub 5/(C/sub 11/H/sub 10/N₂S) and (GaMe₂)₂(2-SC₄H₃CH=NNC/sub 6/H/sub 5/)₂(C/sub 26/H/sub 30/Ga₂N₄S₂) have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Viruses are the most common cause of lower respiratory tract infections (LRTIs) in infants and young children and are a major public health problem in this age group. Viruses were identified in 54.9-70.4% of hospitalized infants and children with LRTIs in Korea. The viral pathogens identified included respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) A and RSV B, influenza (Inf) A, Inf B, parainfluenza (PIV)1, PIV2, human bocavirus (hBoV), human rhinovirus (hRV), adenovirus (ADV), human metapneumovirus (hMPV), human coronavirus (hCoV)-OC 43, hCoV-229E, hCoV-NL63, hCoV-HKU1, and human enterovirus (hEV). Coinfections with ${\geq}$2 viruses were observed in 11.5-22.8% of children. The occurrence of LRTIs was the highest in the first year of life. The specific viruses are frequently associated with specific clinical syndromes of LRTIs. LRTIs caused by RSV were predominant among younger infants. hRV accounted for a larger proportion of LRTIs in young infants than ADV and hBoV. hMPV was frequently detected in children >24 months old. The number of hMPV infections peaked between February and May, whereas hRV was detected throughout the year. Thus far, hCoV is a less common respiratory pathogen in cases of ALRI and URI in Korean children.

In this paper, we study the $BP_*$-module structure of $BP_*$(BG) mod $(p,v_1,{\cdots})^2$ for non abelian groups of the order $p^3$. We know $grBP_*(BG)=BP_*{\otimes}H(H_*(BG);Q_1){\oplus}BP^*/(p,v_1){\otimes}ImQ_1$. The similar fact occurs for $BP_*$-homology $grBP_*(BG)=BP_*s^{-1}H(H_*(BG);Q_1){\oplus}BP_*/(p,v)s^{-1}H^{odd}(BG)$ by using the spectral sequence $E^{*,*}_2=Ext_{BP^*}(BP_*(BG),BP^*){\Rightarrow}BP^*(BG)$.

This paper discribes the analysis of the I-V characteristics of 4H-SiC DiMOSFET with single epi-layer Silicon Carbide has been around for over a century. However, only in the past two to three decades has its semiconducting properties been sufficently studied and applied, especially for high-power and high frequency devices. We present a numerical simulation-based optimization of DiMOSFET using the general-purpose device simulator MINIMIS-NT. For simulation, a loin thick drift layer with doping concentration of $5{\times}10^{15}/cm^3$ was chosen for 1000V blocking voltage design. The simulation results were used to calculate Baliga's figure of Merit (BFOM) as the criterion structure optimization and comparison.

Serum Samples from adult of Korean cattles including 40 females and 20 males were analyzed by sodium salt precipitation and colorimetric method in the purpose of the determination of total serum protein, albumin, globulin, ${\alpha}$-globulin, ${\beta}$-globulin and ${\gamma}$-globulin. The results obtained arc summarized as follows: 1. Mean value of total serum protein showed a slight variation from 7.6%, and its regional and sex differences were not found to be significant. 2. Contents of albumin in serum showed lower level than that of globulin as low level of A/G ratio 0.4 in proportion. 3. Contents of Serum ${\alpha}$-globulin showed 1.4w/v% and $1.51{\pm}0.46$w/v% in each group of female, and $1.31{\pm}0.26$w/v%, in the group of male. 4. Contents of serum ${\beta}$-globulin showed 1.74w/v%, 1.95w/v%, in each group of female, and 1.82w/v% in the group of male. 5. Contents of serum ${\gamma}$-globulin showed 2.32w/v%, 2.30w/v% in each group of female, and 2.30w/v%, in the group of male.
