The purpose of this study was to identify U.S. consumers' preferences for Bibimbap and to determine whether or not Bibimbap can be adopted into the American palate. A total of 214 people tasted a controlled amount of Bibimbap and Gochujang sauce (red chili pepper sauce) and then completed a preference test. Bibimbap was highly rated overall in the areas of appearance, color, smell, and taste. Gochujang sauce was also well-accepted in terms of taste and spiciness. Most of the participants disliked the seaweed and shiitake mushrooms, which means that Bibimbap can improve its garnish taste and aroma by removing them. Further, a more watery sauce was served as foreigners are not familiar with mixing food culture. Therefore, by offering diverse ingredient options, the acceptance of traditional Bibimbap can be increased in the U.S.

본 연구에서는 U-City 전문가들에 대한 설문조사를 통해 U-City산업을 선정하고 이를 바탕으로 산업연관분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과로 U-City산업의 생산유발계수, 부가가치유발계수, 고용 및 취업유발계수, 영향력계수, 감응력 계수를 도출하였다. 이러한 계수들을 통해 U-City 산업의 전반적 특성과 파급효과를 확인하였다. U-City 산업은 전 산업 평균에 비해 부가가치유발효과, 고용유발효과가 큰 것으로 나타났으며 전방연쇄효과가 큰 산업이라는 특징을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 U-City산업에 대한 합리적 정의와 다양한 파급효과를 도출하여 정책 판단의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

We investigate the existence of group invariant solutions of the Emden-Fowler equation, - u=$\mid$x$\mid$$\sigma$$\mid$u$\mid$p-1u in B, u=0 on B and u(gx)=u(x) in B for g G. Here B is the unit ball in n 2, 1$\sigma$ 0 and G is a closed subgrop of the orthogonal group. A soultion of the problem is called a G in variant solution. We prove that there exists a G invariant non-radial solution if and only if G is not transitive on the unit sphere.

Two marine ulvalean species (Chlorophyta) were collected from the southern and eastern coasts of Korea. One is morphologically characterized by usually unbranched or little branched ribbon-shaped thalli, fronds with spirally twisted basal portions and usually undulate margins and 1 (-2) pyrenoids per cell. The other has irregularly shaped thalli, undulate and dentate margins in the fronds, small macroscopic denticulations along the margin and (1-) 2-3 pyrenoids per cell. In phylogenetic tree based on molecular data, the two species nest in the same clade with Ulva flexuosa and U. rigida, respectively. These two Korean entities are identified as U. flexuosa and U. rigida, respectively, based on morphological and molecular analyses. This is the first record of Ulva flexuosa and U. rigida in Korea.

In this study, services for promoting health were provided to kindergarten children. As u-Health services for children, services centered of positioning of children are provided. However, since problems related with obesity and mental health are increasing day by day due to westernized eating habits, the necessity of physical and mental health care for children is on the rise. Considering this state, in this study, experiments of u-Health services under the concept of wellness were conducted on kindergarten children. For physical health, the children's obesity was controlled and for mental health, services of diagnosing hyperactivity disorder which is a sub symptom of ADHD were provided. Based on the results, it could be identified that parents' satisfaction and children's health conditions were improved.

This study measured the effect of general pre-treatment on PLA fabrics to confirm the benefits of enzymatic processing on PLA fabrics in the textile industry as well as evaluated the hydrolytic activities of three lipases. The effects of lipase hydrolysis were analyzed through moisture regain, dyeing ability, tensile strength, and surface morphology. As a result, PLA fibers were easily damaged by a low concentration of sodium hydroxide and a low treatment temperature. The optimal treatment conditions of Lipase from Candida cylindracea were pH 8.0, $40^{\circ}C$, and 1,000 U. The optimal treatment conditions for Lipase from Candida rugosa were pH 7.2, $37^{\circ}C$, and 1,000 U. The optimal treatment conditions for Lipase from Porcine pancreas were pH 8.0, $37^{\circ}C$, and 2,000 U. The moisture regain and dyeing ability of PLA fabrics increased and the tensile strength of PLA fabrics decreased. The results of surface morphology revealed that there were some cracks due to hydrolysis on the surface of the fiber.

(no cell survived) A double dilution of the fraction(10ug/ml) still showed strong activity.(0.2 cells survived) The ether fraction contained strong activity. Of the fraction which have veen obtained by a prcparative silicagel TLC I, II, III & IV were cytotoxic, but V and VI were inactive Howevcr, it is worthwhile to note that no one of these has no strong Cytotoxicity as the pertoleum ether fraction itself. This observation says that the active fractions could be additive or synergic to each other. The most active fraction, IV, was scrached out from the TLC and its UV-spectrum taken. The absorption maxima were 207 and 272 nm, indicating the presence of a flavanone strucuture.
