Compared to other sources of electricity such as Thermal and Nuclear power plant, dispersed storage and generation system (DSG) is environmentally clean, quiet and efficient, thus this source is expected to be introduced In urban area by the utilities and customers. If a great number of DSG will be applied to electric power system in the rear future (around 2000, in Korea), these will give a great influence on the existing power system. In other words, the interconnection to electric power system of these source may bring many problems such as system operation, protection coordination, and service quality related with voltages (110${\pm}$6V, 220${\pm}$13V), harmonics (5%) and pour factor (90% over). So, this analysis of the interconnection to power system of DSG is required

It has been recognized that the morphologies of the SNRs from the radio observation are "barrel shaped". To interpret the mechanism of the radiation and the physical state of the environments, we have analytically calculated the dynamical structure of the interacting region in the case where the ejectum has a steep power-law density profile($\rho{\sim}r^{-n}$) and the ambient medium has a shallow power-law density profile($\rho{\sim}r^{-s}$), assuming that the cosmic rays are isotropically accelerated in the shock wave and the magnetic fields are very weak. The calculated synchrotron radio maps show that the emission from the equator is intense and the emissions from the central and polar regions are less intense. Also the thicknesses of the shell are strongly dependent on s and weakly on n. The azimuthal intensity ratio $\alpha$ increases as the efficiency of the cosmic ray acceleration increases and s decreases. We compared the results with the morphology of the SNR A. D. 1006(type I SNR). It does agree with the case of s = 0, w = 0.3 - 0.5. This value for w is consistent with the results by Eichler(1979). It provides us the evidence of the cosmic ray acceleration in the shock wave.

이 논문에서는 OFDM 시스템의 시간 영역 동기를 위한 2가지 방법을 제안한다. 이것은 심벌타이밍 판정의 모호함의 원인이되는 플레토와 사이드로브를 제거하기 위하여 부 심벌간에 1심벌 옵셋을 두고 타이밍 메트릭을 구하는 방법과 플레토 현상을 경감시킬 수 있는 전력감소지수(Reduction Factor, ${\rho}$), 제동상수(Break Constant, ${\beta}_k$) 그리고 심벌이식깊이(Implant Depth, ${\delta}_I$)등의 파라메터를 사용하여 CP(Cyclic Prefix) 구간의 전력을 수정하는 방법이다. 제안된 2가지 방법은 기존에 제안된 심벌타이밍 동기화기법들과 컴퓨터모의시험을 통해서 성능평가가 이루어졌으며, 제안된 방법들은 다중경로의 레일레이 페이딩채널에서 기존의 시스템에 비해서 더 우수한 통계적 특성을 나타내었다.

For each member f in L$^{p}$ (A), we define ∥f∥$_{p}$ =(equation omitted) For real numbers p and q where (equation omitted) and (equation omitted), we discuss the Holder's inequality ∥fg∥$_1$<∥f∥$_{p}$ ∥g∥$_{q}$ , f$\in$L$^{p}$ (A), g$\in$L$^{q}$ (A) and the Minkowski inequality ∥＋g∥$_{p}$ <∥f∥$_{p}$ ＋∥g∥$_{p}$ , f,g$\in$L$^{p}$ (A). In this paper also discuss that L$_{p}$ (A) becomes a metric space with the metric $\rho$ : L$^{p}$ (A) $\times$L$^{p}$ (A) longrightarrow R where $\rho$(f,g)=∥f-g∥$_{p}$ , f,g$\in$L$^{p}$ (A). Then, in this paper prove the Riesz-Fischer theorem, i.e., the space L$^{p}$ (A) is complete and that the space L$^{p}$ (A) is separable.

최근, 국가적인 차원에서 추진되고 있는 대체에너지 전원은 배전계통에 연계되어 운용되는 특성을 가지고 있다. 이들 전원은 대부분 반도체를 이용한 전력변환기기를 사용하기 때문에 60Hz의 상용주파수의 정수배에 해당되는 주파수 성분의 전류를 발생시켜 전력계통에 역으로 유출하게 된다. 계통에 유입된 고조파는 배전선로와 변압기 등의 계통 각 구성요소의 임피던스에 의하여 고조파전압을 발생시켜, 다른 기기에 왜곡된 파형의 전압을 공급하게 되어, 기기의 정상적인 동작을 방해하거나 경우에 따라서는 기기를 손상시키는 원인이 되기도 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이들 고조파 발생기기가 계통에 악영향을 미치지 않는 적정한 레벨의 고조파 수준을 산정하는 알고리즘을 제시하고, 이 값을 근거로 고조파를 억제하는 대책방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The reliability and probabilistic generation production cost evaluation of composite power systems are important for power system operation and expansion planning. This paper present a computer program which can evaluate the reliability and probabilistic generation production cost of composite power system using GUI(Graphic User Interface). In this computer program, Monte Carlo simulation methods and CMELDC(CoMposite power system Effective Load Duration Curve) were used.

This paper presents a constant power control logic for perfect starting a microtubine in vehicle. Under extremely low temperature, performance of the start-up system is severely dropped than that of room temperature because of increasing of load of mechanical parts including engine core and drop of the lead-acid battery capacity. Unfortunately, performance drop of lead-acid battery makes severe problems that cause a malfunction of fuel and lubrication system and power fail of digital devices. So we propose the new start-up logic by constant output power control of lead-acid battery using PWM inverter controller for preventing above problems and keeping good performance of start-up system for microturbine. Also, we prove usefulness of new start-up logic through experimental results under $-32^{\circ}C$ ambient temperature.

This paper reports the characteristics of sparkover discharge in flowing air with variation of Temperature(T). Also, We studied changes of discharge pattern for constant input power by adjustment of the Reynolds number(Re) and T. The essentiales of this paper are as followers. The invaluable equation obtained from this experiment is [%]$\frac{Vs}{Re}$=A+B${\varepsilon}^{c{\cdot}Re}$ where A=10.5 B=120 $C=-3.00{\times}10^{-5}$ Breakdown Voltage for Variation of temperature in static air is given by expression Vs = K (23.98 ${\rho}$d+6.8 ${\sqrt}{{\rho}d}$)[kV] The discharge pattern can be controlled by adjustment of the Reynolds number.

The electrical effects of dry-etch on n-type GaN by an inductively coupled $Cl_2/CH_4/H_2/Ar$ plasma were investigated as a function of ion energy, by means of ohmic and Schottky metallization method. The specific contact resistivity(${\rho}_c$) of ohmic contact was decreased, while the leakage current in Schottky diode was increased with increasing ion energy due to the preferential sputtering of nitrogen. At a higher rf power, an additional effect of damage was found on the etched sample, which was sensitive to the dopant concentration in terms of the ${\rho}_c$ of ohmic contact. This was attributed to the effects such as the formation of deep acceptor as well as the electron-enriched surface layer within the depletion layer. Furthermore, thermal annealing process enhanced the ohmic and Schottky property of heavily damaged surface.

We have measured the Hall resistivity (${\rho}_{xy}$) and the longitudinal resistivity (${\rho}_{xy}$) on superconducting $MgB_2$ thin films in extended fields up to 18 T. We found a universal scaling behavior between the Hall resistivity and the longitudinal resistivity, which is independent of the temperature and the magnetic field. At a wide magnetic field region from 1 to 18T, a universal power law of ${\beta}=2.0{\pm}0.1$ in a scaling relation, ${\rho}_{xy}={A{\rho}_{xx}}^{\beta}$, was observed in c-axis-oriented $MgB_2$ thin films. These results can be well interpreted by using recent models.
