As the major quality deterioration factor for black sesame Dasik during storage, texture hardening, loss of gloss and decrease of savory flavor are derived from sensory and texture analysis of fresh and two months-stored Dasik. Four kinds of corn syrup with different dextrose equivalent (DE) were applied and their effects on quality attributes of black sesame Dasik were examined to select the optimum corn syrup that could minimize the quality deterioration of black sesame Dasik during storage. Results of texture analysis and sensory evaluation of fresh and four weeks-stored Dasik at $25^{\circ}C$ suggested the possibility that the application of corn syrup with DE of 60~65 or oligosaccharide can minimize the quality deterioration of black sesame Dasik in terms of gloss, sweet flavor and texture hardening during storage.

The Korean Won-Dollar exchange markets showed radical price movements in the late 1990s and 2008. Therefore it provides good sources for studying volatility phenomena. Using the GARCH option models, I analysed how the prices of foreign exchange options react volatilities in the foreign exchange spot prices. For this I compared the explanatory power of three option models(Black and Scholes, Duan, Heston and Nandi), using the Won-Dollar OTC option markets data from 2006 to 2013. I estimated the parameters using MLE and calculated the mean square pricing errors. According to the my empirical studies, the pricing errors of Duan, Black and Scholes models are 0.1%. And the pricing errors of the Heston and Nandi model is greatest among the three models. So I would like to recommend using Duan or Black and Scholes model for hedging the foreign exchange risks. Finally, the historical average of spot volatilities is about 14%, so trading the options around 5% may lead to serious losses to sellers.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the material characteristics of black wares excavated from Yongyeon-ri, Damyang and to clarify the correlation of the factors that develop black coulor compared with black wares excavated from other regions. As a results of absorption rate, colour coordinate, compositional mineral, section analysis and contents showed high correlation between the kilns and the waste dumplings, indicating that they were made using the same materials. Second, comparing the microtextures and contents of the glaze layer with the excavated sherds from other kilns, a characteristic coagulation phenomena of iron oxides were not observed in Yongyeon-ri and Gilmyeong-ri, and it was considered that the material, mixing ratio, and firing environment were different from those of Bonggok-dong. In addition, statistical analysis using the major components revealed that the bodies of Yongyeon-ri were highly correlated with those of Bonggok-dong, which is nearest to the region, and similar to Gilmyeong-ri in the glaze layer. The characteristics of colorant were different depending on Fe₂O₃ content and K₂O content also contributed to the classification of the composition of each excavated kiln. Conclusionally, it can be seen from the scientific analysis that the colour of black wares excluded from different regions is materially different from that of iron oxide, the coloring condition, and the firing environment.

Suspension polymerization with hydrophobic silica as a stabilizer and AIBN as an initiator was conducted to synthesize PBMA particles and PBMA composite particles containing carbon black. Surface modification of silica particles by controlling pH revealed that 90% of them functioned as stabilizer and 10% were incorporated into PBMA particles. While stabilizer concentration had no impact on reaction kinetics and particle diameter, an increase in stabilizer concentration displayed an increase in molecular weights when it exceeded 1.67 wt%. An increase in initiator concentration and reaction temperature decreased molecular weights in close agreement with the theoretical equation. An increase in carbon black concentration from 1 to 7 wt%, relative to the monomer, showed a progressive decrease in reaction conversion. As carbon black was increased from 3 to 5 wt%, glass transition showed a $4^{\circ}C$ increase. The presence of carbon black was confirmed by TEM while its concentration was measured by TGA.

Irradiation is a phenomenon that causes white objects on a black background to appear to spread into near dark backgrounds, but the reverse is not. In this study, the effects of font size and thickness of letters on the legibility were investigated in combinations of black letters/white background as well as white letters/black background. Ten subjects who had been no disease of eyes and their eyesight is over 1.0 were recruited and tested subjective assessments of letter sizes for various font sizes (2pt to 80pt) and thickness of letters (normal, bold) under 600lux illumination and 50cm-distance of eyes and target letters for this study. Ming-style font type which was generally used in text of books, papers, and journals were tested in this study. Results showed that generally people subjectively assessed the white letters on black background (W/B) were larger sizes of letters than the black letters on white background (B/W) even both letter sizes were the same in both normal and bold thickness of letters. This phenomenon was happened in case of only over 22 font size (with border line about 22~24pts). Less than 22 font sizes, many people reported that both letters (W/B and B/W) are looks the same sizes in normal as well as bold letters. These findings were interpreted also by the irradiation phenomenon and more detail information was presented in this manuscript.

In the history of photograph, after the development of color photographs, those with multiple colors and high definition has gradually become the mainstream works in the field of photography. In the modern society of China that has been through reform and opening up, people's minds were increasingly liberated to widely accept color photos in terms of photography. Furthermore, the broad penetration of digital photography has brought together a new trend in the field of black-and-white photography. In line with this trend, more black-and-white photographs have appeared which are different from existing ones in the film-based period. In this recognition, the study seeks to compare the black-and-white documentary photograph works of Chinese photographers and analyze the modern Chinese black-and-white photographs.

This research was carried out to examine the properties of black charcoal board, in order to find the proper manufacturing condition for the black charcoal-board made of the charcoal. The charcoal in this study was distillated from domestic wood waste, and it were also the purpose of this study to see if the black charcoal-board has the advantageous properties of charcoal as a well-being building material against the sick house problem. Domestic wood waste was consisted of MDF 40%, PB 30%, plywood 15% and wood 15%, respectively. Black charcoal board was produced by hot pressing with following conditions; temperature $170^{\circ}C$, three stage pressing cycle of $40-10-40\;kgf/cm^2$(1min.-2.5min.-5min.) and non formaldehyde adhesives [P15%+M5%:MDI(M), poly vinyl acetate emulsion(P). Fine mixed particle size [#6-12(16.9%), #12-18(16.7%), #12-40(47.2%), #40-60(9.5%), #60-100(5.9%), less than #100(3.8%)] gave better results than larger particle size [over #6(33.8%), #12-18(17.7%), #12-40(37.7%), #40-60(6.4%), #60-100(2.6%), less than #100(1.8%)]. Final moisture content of the mat was best at 36%. Black charcoal-board showed less MOR and IB(internal bond), more WA(water absorption) than that of white charcoal-board. Black charcoal board showed not only the same gas adsorption and dimensional stability as white charcoal board but also good cutting, nailing and drilling for indoor environment systems.

We developed a fluorene-containing multifunctional binder polymer for LCD color filter resist, and employing the binder polymer, carbon black based black photoresist (CBR) was prepared in order to apply it to the black matrix (BM). To obtain the multifunction of the binder polymer, we synthesized bisphenol fluorene epoxy acrylate-containing unsaturated polyester and identified the binder polymer structure with $^1H$ NMR, GPC and FTIR. The corresponding BFEA-polyester binder polymer was compared with the commercially available acryl binder toward the application to the CBR. From the BM lithography test, we found that the synthesized BFEA-polyester binder had better photocrosslinking capability and alkali solubility. In addition, the newly developed binder gave a good process margin, good resolution and adhesion property on a glass substrate.

The application of silica/carbon black dual phase fillers to natural rubber(NR) compound was investigated. When the amounts of filler content were restricted to 60phr, the optimum ratio of dual phase fillers were 25phr/35phr of silica/carbon black. It was found that these new fillers give better overall performance in comparison with carbon black in tear strength, crack resistance, and cutting resistance. Also the thermal degradation resistance of NR vulcanizates which were filled with dual phase fillers was better than that of the carbon black. Dual phase fillers filled NR vulcanizates showed better viscoelastic properties, like tan${\delta}$, for the wet skid resistance and rolling resistance of motor vehicle tires.

Recently, a great attention has been paid to a car black box device in the automobile markets besides it provides an accident re-construction based on the data which contains audio, video, and some meaningful driving information. Also, it is expected that the device will get to promote around public transit and the market will greatly grow within a few years. Thus, this research conducted of preference the influencing factors in decisions purchase of auto black box. Factors influencing in decisions purchase of black box were divided safety, functionality, differentiation, economics. A questionnaire survey was conducted to those who worked in a black box company. This study suggests practical and theoretical implications of factors influencing purchase decisions based on the results.
