The influence of interpersonal relation of people with disability on daily life satisfaction; focusing on mediating effect of self-efficacy.

장애인의 대인관계가 일상생활 만족도에 미치는 영향; 자기효능감의 매개효과 중심으로

Abstract

This study is to find ways to improve the daily life satisfaction of people with disability through interpersonal relation and self-efficacy. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis by SPSS 21.0 were applied to 1,483 out of 4,400 of Penal Survey of Employment for the Disabled 2nd Wave. The study show that the interpersonal relation had a positive effect on self-efficacy and daily life satisfaction. Self-efficacy influenced positive effect to life satisfaction and played a mediating role between interpersonal relation and daily life satisfaction. Based on the conclusion that daily life satisfaction can be enhanced through the improvement of interpersonal relations and self-efficacy, this study made policy suggestions to improve interpersonal relations and self-efficacy.

연구의 목적은 대인관계 및 자기효능감을 통하여 장애인의 일상생활 만족도 향상 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 본 연구에는 2017년 장애인고용패널 2차 웨이브 2차 조사 대상자 4,400명중 1,483명을 대상으로 SPSS 21.0에 의한 기술통계, 상관분석 및 회귀분석이 활용되었다. 연구결과 대인관계는 자기효능감과 일상 생활만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 자기효능감은 일상생활만족도에 정의 영향을 미쳤으며, 대인관계와 일상생활 만족도 간에 매개역할을 했다. 원활한 대인관계 및 자기효능감 증진을 통하여 일상생활 만족도를 높일 수 있다는 결론을 바탕으로 대인관계 및 자기효능감 증대를 위한 정책적 제언을 하였다.
