The influence of interpersonal relation of people with disability on daily life satisfaction; focusing on mediating effect of self-efficacy.

Abstract
This study is to find ways to improve the daily life satisfaction of people with disability through interpersonal relation and self-efficacy. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis by SPSS 21.0 were applied to 1,483 out of 4,400 of Penal Survey of Employment for the Disabled 2nd Wave. The study show that the interpersonal relation had a positive effect on self-efficacy and daily life satisfaction. Self-efficacy influenced positive effect to life satisfaction and played a mediating role between interpersonal relation and daily life satisfaction. Based on the conclusion that daily life satisfaction can be enhanced through the improvement of interpersonal relations and self-efficacy, this study made policy suggestions to improve interpersonal relations and self-efficacy.
