농업 기후 지대 구분과 기상 재해 특성 (Agroclimatic Zone and Characters of the Area Subject to Climatic Disaster in Korea)

  • 농업기후는 적지 적작을 통하여 주어진 기후자원을 최대한 활용한다는 의미에서 더욱 정밀하게 분석되고 평가되어야 한다. 작물 생산의 안정성 증대와 생산비 절감을 도모하기 위해서는 작물별로 농업기후 지대를 구분하여, 지대별로 알맞은 품종과 재배 기술을 도입 실시하는 것이 바람직하다. 농업기후지대 구분은 농업생산을 지배하는 기온, 강수량, 일조, 습도, 바람 등 작물의 생육과 수량에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 기후요소들을 종합적으로 평가하여 지대를 구분한다. 벼재배를 위한 농업기수지대는 이앙기의 강수량과 한발지수, 생육 유효 온도(15$^{\circ}C$ 이상)의 출현시기와 지속기간(작물기간), 생육 단계별 저온 출현율을 비롯하여 기온, 일조시수 등의 분석과 종합 판단을 통하여 비슷한 지역을 하나의 지대로 묶어 구분한다. 구분된 우리나라의 벼재배 농업기후 지대는 19개 지대로서, (1) 태백고령지대, (2)태백준고령지대, (3)소백산간지대, (4) 노령소백산간지대, (5)영남내륙산간지대, (6) 중북부내륙지대, (7) 중부내륙지대, (8) 소백서부내륙지대, (9) 노령동서내륙지대, (10) 호남내륙지대, (11) 영남분지지대, (12) 영남내육지대, (13) 중서부평야지대, (14) 차령남부평야지대, (15) 남서해안지대, (16) 남부해안지대, (17) 동해안북부지대, (18) 동해안중부지대, (19) 동해안남부지대이다. 한편 작부농계를 위한 농업기후지대는 벼재배 농업기후지대를 바탕으로 하고, 각 지대별로 여름 작물과 겨울 작물을 위한 기후요소들과 전래되어온 작부농계를 고려하여 9개 지대로 구분하였다. 9개의 작부농계 농업기후지대는 (I) 산간고령지대, (II) 산간지대, (III) 중북부내륙지대, (IV)중북부서부해안지대, (V) 중남부서부해안지대, (VI) 경북내륙지대, (VII) 남부내륙지대, (VIII) 남부해안지대, (IX)동해안지대 등이다. 농업기후지대별 농업기상재해의 특성은 벼 이앙기에 한발지수 1.4 이상을 보인 (11) 영남분지지대, 동해안의 북부(17)와 중부(18) 지대 등이 가뭄 상습지로 나타났고, 냉해 위험지대에는 (2)태백준고냉지대가 포함된다. 태풍과 집중호우에 의한 피해가 년평균 4회 이상인 지대는 (10) 호남내륙지대, (15) 남서해안지대, (16) 남부해안지대로서 강수량분포와 태풍 진로와 관계가 깊다. 그 다음으로 년2~3회 풍수재를 입게 되는 지대는 동해안의 (17), (18), (19) 지대인데, 이 지대는 한발, 냉해, 풍수해가 겹친 지대이다.

큰입배스 Micropterus salmoides의 위 내용물 분석을 통한 일산호수 내 큰입배스의 생육상태 및 수생동물의 다양성 간접 평가 (Indirect Evaluation of Aquatic Animal Diversity in Ilsan Lake through the Analysis of the Growing Condition and Stomach Contents of Largemouth Bass, Micropterus salmoides)

  • 본 연구는 도시 인공호수에서 서식하는 큰입배스 위 내용물 분석을 통해 먹이 다양성에 따른 성장 특성과 수생동물 군집 특성을 조사하였으며 대상호수는 국내에서 가장 큰 도시 인공호수 중 하나인 일산호수에 대하여 실시하였다. 큰입배스의 길이와 무게의 관계에 따라 Zone III(생태 구역)에서의 체중증가속도가 다른 Zone보다 더 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 어류 총 16종 및 9종이 각각 Zone III 및 Zone I, II(인공 구역)에서 관찰되어 Zone III의 어류의 종다양성이 Zone I, II에 비해 높았다. 상대중요성지수(IRI)는 Zone III에서 Zone I, II에 비해 더 다양하였으며, 공복율을 고려할 때 먹이 스트레스는 Zone I, II에서 더 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 어류의 군집분석 결과, 피라미 Zacco platypus가 우점종인 것으로 나타났고, 긴몰개 Squalidus gracilis majimae와 밀어 Rhinogobius brunneus는 Zone III에서만 풍부하게 발견되었다. Zone I, II에서 나타난 먹이종의 낮은 다양성을 고려할 때, 소금쟁이류 Heteroptera와 같은 절지동물문은 Zone I, II에서 Zone III에 비해 큰입배스의 위 속에서 상대적으로 높은 비율로 관찰되었다. 본 연구에 의해 큰입배스의 위 내용물 분석과 같은 간접적인 평가에 의해 수생동물 군집의 특성을 파악하는 것이 가능한 것으로 나타났다.

SM45C 환봉 용접재의 피로거동에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Fatigue Behavior in Welded SM45C Steel Rod)

  • For this study, SM45C steel rods using generally for power transmission shafts and machine components was selected and welded by butt-GMAW method. And then it was studied about estimation of fatigue strength and the region of infinite life by Haigh diagram using Goodman's equation. Fatigue strength in weld zone presents highly in order of the boundary between deposited metal zone and heat affected zone, deposited metal zone, heat affected zone. This result agrees with distribution of hardness in weld zone. Fatigue strength in base metal zone presents highly compared with weld zone in low cycles between $10^4$ cycles and $10^6$cycles, but it presents the lowest fatigue strength on the order of heat affected zone in the vicinity of $10^6$cycles. It is the result that the first high compressive residual stress distributed by drawing process of the steel rods is released and the base metal is softened by alternating stresses. The region of infinite life by Haigh diagram presents highly in order of the boundary between deposited metal zone and heat affected zone, deposited metal zone, heat affected zone. From this results, it is demanded that the stress for safety design of machine components using SM45C butt-welded steel rods must be selected in the region of the lowest infinite life of heat affected zone.

도시녹지의 생태학적 조성 및 관리방안에 관한 연구 -서울시 안산 도시자연공원을 중심으로- (Studies on Urban Green Open Space Establishment and Management of Ecological Approach -A case study of Ansan urban nature park in Seoul-)

  • Ansan urban nature park is 197.8ha and located in Seodeamun-Gu of Seoul. Flora of Ansan consisted of 141 species, 76 genera, 40 families in woody plants. This study was conducted to analyze the natural environment and establish the park management plan with ecological approach. The result of this study is summarized as follows. 1. The short term plan shall be performed in six vegetation management zones; Robinia pseudoacacia community zone, Sorbus alnifolia community zone, Quercus acutissima community zone, Populus ${\times}$albagrandulosa community zone, Pinus densiflora community zone, and landscape planting zone. Pinus densiflora and landscape planting zones shall be managed artificially, the others managed with ecological approach. 2. The long term plan shall be performed in four vegetation management zones; Robinia pseudoacacia community zone, Quercus spp. community zone, Pinus densiflora community zone, and landscape planting zone. Pinus densiflora and landscape planting zones shall be managed artificially, the others managed with ecological approach. 3. Because soil of Ansan is acidified and the soil disturbed growth of plants, the improvement of soil is necessary. The fertilization shall be performed in three zones; evergreen confierous tree zone(ex. P. densiflora), Quercus spp. zone, and the other deciduous tree zone(ex. R. pseudoacacia).

수중격벽을 이용한 슬러지이송 (Sludge Transportation by the Submerged Barrier)

  • The submerged barrier, employed in a reactor, divided a reactor into sludge settling zone and mixing zone according to flow type. In spite of mixing in the mixing zone, the lower part of sludge settling zone than the top of barrier was in a steady flow due to the barrier, which prevented the turbulent flow, produced from the mixing zone, from being diffused into the sludge settling zone. Therefore, the sludges in the mixing zone flowed backward over the barrier into the upper part of the sludge settling zone by turbulent flow and settled down in the sludge settling zone by the force of gravity. When barrier/water level ratio was 0.5, most sludges almost did not settle down in tile sludge settling zone because the sludges were directly affected by the turbulent flow, generated from mixer in the mixing zone. At 0.63 of barrier/water level ratio, sludge in the middle part of sludge settling zone rocked from side to side weakly. And sludge in the lower part became piled up on the bottom over this ratio. After 10minutes of sludge settling, the lower part of sludge settling zone was over 5000mg/L of sludge concentration although intial sludge concentration was 2300mg/L. By using the submerged barrier and the flow types, it could transfer sludge from this to that.

태안 안면도 조간대에 서식하는 바지락 (Ruditapes philippinarum) 의 조위별 성장양상 (Growth Patterns of the Manila Clam, Ruditapes philippinarum at Each Tidal Level in the Intertidal Zone in Tae-an, West Coast of South Korea)

  • Growth patterns of the Manila clam, Ruditapes philippinarum in each tidal level were studied in the intertidal zone in Tae-an on the west coast of South Korea from April to August 2009. Environmental factors and the specimens of R. philippinarum were monthly collected at three intertidal locations: low intertidal zone, low-middle intertidal zone and middle intertidal zone. Temperature of sediment in low intertidal zone were lower than those in other intertidal locations. Concentrations of Chl-${\alpha}$ were not significantly different between in each tidal level. Exposure hours in low intertidal zone were shorter than those in other intertidal locations. Density of each year class in low intertidal zone were higher than those in low-middle intertidal zone and middle intertidal zone. Growth factors of R. philippinarum in low intertidal zone were better than those in other intertidal locations. The growth rate of under one year class individuals of low intertidal zone were higher than those in low-middle intertidal zone and middle intertidal zone, before the main recruitment period of R. pilippinarum. Although the growth patterns of R. philippinarum may be affected by various environmental factors, we suggests that the exposure duration is the main affect in the growth patterns of R. philippinarum in intertidal zone.

융착대 예측을 위한 고로공정 모델링 (Blast Furnace Modeling for Predicting Cohesive Zone Shape)

  • Analysis of the internal state of the blast furnace is needed to predict and control the operating condition. Especially, it is important to develop modeling of blast furnace for predicting cohesive zone because shape of cohesive zone influences overall operating condition of blast furnace such as gas flow, chemical reactions and temperature. because many previous blast furnace models assumed cohesive zone to be fixed, they can't evaluate change of cohesive zone shape by operation condition such as PCR, blast condition, and production rate. In this study, an axi-symmetric 2-dimensional steady state model is proposed to simulate blast furnace process. In this model, cohesive zone is changed by solid temperature range, FVM is used for numerical simulation. To find location of cohesive zone whole calculation procedure is iterated Until cohesive zone is converged. Through this approach, shape of cohesive zone, velocity, composition and temperature within the furnace are predicted by model.

장군광산 주변의 변성이질암에서의 누진변성반응 계열 (Prograde Reaction Series in Metapelites around the Janggun Mine)

  • The Janggun mine area is occupied by the Proterzoic and the Paleozoic meta-pelites, which are intruded by the Jurassic Chunyang granite. The metamorphic terrain is divided into four zones of progressive metamorphism on the basis of mineral assemblages. The zones are chlorite zone, staurolite zone, andalusite zone, sillimanite zone ascending order. Boundary lines between the zones resemble outline of the Chunyang granite mass. Isograd reactions are chlorite+chloritoid+muscovite=staurolite+biotite+quartz+water, staurolite+chlorite+muscovite+quartz=andalusite+biotite+water, and staurolite+muscovite+quartz=andalusite+biotite+garnet+water between the chlorite zone and the staurolite zone, the staurolite zone and the andalusite zone, and the andalusite zone and the sillimanite zone, repectively. They are univariant reactions in KFMASH component system. Metamorphic conditions estimated from garnet-biotite geothermometers and phase equlibria are $530^{\circ}C$ and lower than 4 kb.

강 봉(SM45C) 맞대기 용접부의 피로수명 평가 (Estimation of Fatigue Life in Butt-Welded Zone of SM45C Steel Rod)

  • SM45C steel rods being used generally for power transmission shafts and machine components was selected and welded by Butt-GMAW(Gas Metal Arc Welding) method. An estimation of fatigue life was studied by constructing S-N curve. Fatigue strength of base metal zone showed higher values than one of weld zone in low cycles between $10^4$ and $10^6$cycles. However, significant decrease in fatigue strength of base metal was found around $10^6$cycles, which were almost same as one of heat affected zone. This decrease was attributed that initial residual stress of the steel rods distributed by drawing process was diminished by continually applied load, and resulted in softening of base metal. The fatigue limit of the weld zone was highest in the boundary between deposited metal zone and heat affected zone, and followed by in the order of deposited metal zone, base metal zone, and heat affected zone. Based on these results, it is revealed that the stress for safety design of machine components using SM45C butt-welded steel rods must be selected within the region of the lowest fatigue limit of heat affected zone.

Fatigue cracks in unnotched specimens of base metal and weld zone introduce simultaneously from extensive out-side of circumferential cross-section and propagate to the other side indicating beach markings and dimples according to consolidation of fatigue cracks. Fatigue cracks in all of notched specimens introduce simultaneously in out-side of circumferential cross-section by high stresses and propagate to center of it indicating beach markings.
