董仲舒以爲性是自然的本質, 猶荀子所謂 "性者, 天之就也", 與孟子所謂"人之有是四端也, 猶其有四體也" 生而自然意義相同。也因爲董仲舒說性是自然樸實的本質。董仲舒以天生民性, 人以副天爲基礎, 以陰陽分性情。董仲舒所說的性, 有廣義與狹義之分, 廣義者泛指人性說, 包含性與情; 狹義者是單指與情分離的性來說。董仲舒認爲以陽爲善, 陰爲惡。而在性屬陽, 陰屬情的觀點上, 則性爲陽爲善, 情爲陰爲惡。而董仲舒基於 "天兩, 有陰陽之施, 身亦兩, 有貪仁之性", 他的人性說爲性善情惡的善惡混論, 故只有中民之性才是董仲舒所指稱的性。而董仲舒以人性具有陽善陰惡之質, 但不是善的決定要素, 董仲舒以米與禾作比喩。他將善質與善的關係比喩禾與米, 目與見物的關係, 禾待舂碾才能爲米; 目須覺醒才能見物, 性要待敎而爲善。

Objective : Zhang Zhong-jing's Shang-Han-Lun is based on Six-channels system(六經) to classified a disease, but the notion of this seems to be a very various angles. Among them, Ke-qin(柯琴)'s Six-surface theory(六經地面說) is very clearly explained the notion of Six-channels system(六經) and it provide crucial clue to understanding a Shang-Han-Lun Method : I will try to describe the Six-surface theory(六經地面說) through the Ke-qin's Shang-Han-Lun-Yi(傷寒論翼). At the core of this paper, The diaphragm is the most important criterion to understand a Six-channels system(六經), and it is based on the human body to divided into Yin-Yang(陰陽). Result : Ke-qin's Six-surface theory(六經地面說) is connected with Meridian system(經絡), Viscera and Bowels(臟腑), and their functions. It is the concept of comprehensive to including those related were grouped into the surface. Conclusion : Six-surface(六經地面) is far beyond the simple concept of Meridian, and it include organization of pathology concepts carrying up to what happens on the human body caused by disease. We can see that Zhong-jing's(仲景) medical treatment from syndrome differentiation(辨證) is associated with a holism(整體觀).

Cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) is a member of serine/threonine protein kinases, which initiates the principal transitions of the eukaryotic cell cycle and is a promising target for cancer therapy. The present study was designed to inhibit cdk2 gene expression to induce cell cycle arrest and cell proliferation suppression. Here, we constructed a series of RNA interference (RNAi) plasmids which can successfully express small interference RNA (siRNA) in the transfected human cells. The results showed that the RNAi plasmids containing the coding sequences for siRNAs down-regulated the cdk2 gene expression in human cancer cells at the mRNA and the protein levels. Furthermore, we found that the cell cycle was arrested at G0G1 phases and the cell proliferation was inhibited by different siRNAs. These results demonstrate that suppression of CDK2 activity by RNAi may be an effective strategy for gene therapy in human cancers.

Following is the result through translating. studying, and analyzing 『San Zhi Shan(三指禪)』, the book worked by Zhou Xue Ting(周學霆). 1. The chapter of 『Mai Xue Yuan Liu(脈學源流)』 explains thc Xiang Shu Xue(象數學) viewpoint, the part that pulse is based on Lu guan(律管). 2. The chapter of 『Liu Bu Mai Jie(六部脈解)』 explains that emphasizing Shen(神) through understanding the shape of pulse(脈象) is more important than the locating the area of thc shape of pulse(脈象). 3. The chapter of 『Zuo Xin Tan Zhong Can Dan Shen Xiao Chang You Fei Xiang Zhong Pi Wei Ming Da Chang Bian($좌심단중간담신소장{\cdot}우폐흉중비위명대장판$)』exhibits the different view about the position of pulse from Li Shi Zhen(李時珍)'s. the chapter in which Zhou(周) arranges Heart{\cdot}Small\;Intestine{\cdot}Liver{\cdot}Gall\;Bladder{\cdot}Kidneys{\cdot}and$ Bladcler($心{\cdot}小腸{\cdot}肝{\cdot}膽{\cdot}腎{\cdot}膀胱$) in left hand and $Lungs{\cdot}Large{\cdot}Intestine{\cdot}Spleen{\cdot}Stomach{\cdot}Kidney{\cdot}and$ The gate of Vitality($肺{\cdot}大腸{\cdot}脾{\cdot}胃{\cdot}腎{\cdot}命門$) in right hand. From the above results, I'm sure that 『San Zhi Shan(三指禪)』which has headed down to descendants as the special book about the study of pulse has developed the theory of pulse. Therefore I expect that the more profound study about this will be going on.

Objective : I would like to study the relationship between the theory of 'Lock, Door and Axis' with the principal of following to the 'Tip, Root and Middle qi' in Huang-Di-Nei-Jing. It can be analysed from the relativeness among the sentences to appearing in Shang-Han-Lun. And consider the theoretical relationship of the two books. Method : First, I search out the exact meaning of 'Lock, Door and Axis' theory. Second, The principal of following to the 'Tip, Root and Middle qi' is closely associated with 'Lock, Door and Axis' theory. Third, I would like to prove that the several sentence in the Shang-Han-Lun are closely related to the Huang-Di-Nei-Jing. Result : Zhang Zhong-jing's Shang-Han-Lun quote a theoretical basis in the Huang-Di-Nei-Jing. Furthermore, it extensively quote to explan a disease and treatment, and so on. Conclusion : It is necessary to study hard the Huang-Di-Nei-Jing for understand clearly the sentences of Shang-Han-Lun. I think that Huang-Di-Nei-Jing have a decisive effect on the Zhang Zhong-jing's thinking to the disease and his medical theory.
