본 연구의 목적은 한국 청년 세대의 청년정책에 대한 복지태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하는 것이다. 분석결과, 한국 청년들의 72.1%가 청년의 자립지원에 대한 책임이 정부에 있다고 인식하고 있었고, 상당수 청년들이 청년지원정책(49.5%)과 일자리지원정책(59.7%)에 대한 지출이 현재수준보다 확대되어야 한다는 태도를 보였으며, 청년수당 제공에 대해서는 24.1%만이 찬성했다. 청년자립지원에 대한 정부책임, 일자리지 원정책에 대한 지출확대에 대해서는 청년 내 집단별 인식 차이가 크지 않은 데 반해, 청년지원정책에 대한 지출확대와 특히 청년수당 지원에 대한 태도에서는 집단별 차이가 상당했다. 청년들은 연령대, 교육수준, 고용상태, 주거형태 등에 따라 상이한 정책 욕구와 인식을 보였다. 한국청년들은 대체로 우리사회가 불평등하다고 인식했는데, 불평등인식수준이 높을수록 청년지원에 대한 욕구와 선호가 높았다. 따라서 향후 청년 정책 수립 시, 청년들이 처한 구체적 삶의 현실과 청년 내부의 이질적 욕구 및 인식수준을 반영한 촘촘한 정책설계가 필요하다.

환경 친화적인 개인 이동수단의 부상은 세계적인 추세이며, 국내최초 IT 융합 전기스케이트보드인 유스보드가 트렌드를 선도하기위해 개발되었다. 유스보드는 블루투스 v4.0 통신을 통해 유스웨어러블컨트롤러 또는 유스앱을 사용하여 원격으로 제어 가능하며, 최고 시속 25 km/h 속도를 낼 수 있고, 최대 운행 시간은 약 1.5 hr이다. 유스보드 데크 앞면에 위치한 LED 디스플레이는 라이더에게 세 가지 상태, 즉 배터리 잔량 SOC, 현재 주행속도, 그리고 제동량을 표시해 준다. 유스보드와 유스웨어러블컨트롤러 간의 실내 EMC 테스트 결과와 실외 실주행 테스트 결과가 분석되었으며, 특히 실주행 테스트로부터 타사 전기스케이트보드 대비 최대 전류를 약 15% 낮춤으로서 모터제어기의 부하 부담을 줄였다. 이러한 분석 결과들은 유스보드가 타사 전기스케이트보드들보다 작고 가볍고 저렴하며 이는 개인 이동수단으로 유용함을 나타낸다.

It is the youth period that the personality is shaping gradually. The residential environments have influence on the young ego. Especially residential design should include more youth friendly design elements than any other facilities. The purpose of this study was to provide the youth friendly design elements about the space design of apartment through analysis of youth's needs. This study was progressed to the survey method about five districts of apartment design competitions in 2007. The collected cases are analyzed by using statistics software SPSS for windows release 11.0. The result of the study was as below. First, the youth satisfaction of current residential space got more satisfied as floor space got larger. Second, most of youth uses them own room that is satisfied with their floor space for sleeping, inviting friends, studying, playing activities. Third, generally youth preferred to place their own room not far from the restroom, but the result of distance between master room and entrance was classified depend on sex, personal inclination, and residence environment, also generally satisfied with volume of their room. Fourth, for the restroom, although it is too small that satisfied with bath facilities relatively. And cast, youth's preferred room for extra was 'movie/music room', 'game room' and 'dress room' which is higher preference than 'study room'.

The purpose of this study is to propose policy implications of youth facilities that will be expanded by analysing at the current status of youth facilities in Seoul. The study was conducted as a process of improvement directions through prior researches and analysis of policy, survey of cases and analysis of status. First, the appearance background and status of youth facilities were analyzed for the study. It also looked at research institutes and Seoul Metro Government's policies and systems. Second, the space composition of 10 youth facilities operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government was analyzed according to local characteristics, programs and policies. Third, based on this, the policy implications of youth facilities were derived. As a result of the study, the following results were derived : First, the need to link youth facilities with policies to "live" solutions, secondly, DB of information and connection to youth facilities and jobs and thirdly, connection with major public institutions and facilities to promote active use, and finally, development of space provision and support systems and programs considering characteristics of local governments.

국립청소년우주센터 덕흥천문대의 NYSC 1m 망원경은 청소년을 대상으로 관측제안서를 공개모집하고, 청소년의 전문적인 천문관측을 지원하고 있다. 2017년 한 해, 접수된 청소년의 관측제안은 총 10건이었다. 이외에도 덕흥천문대는 양질의 관측자료를 국내 연구팀과의 공동연구를 통해 제공하고 있으며, 공동연구 장기관측과제 3건을 운영 중에 있다. 덕흥천문대 관측팀은 청소년 관측 및 공동연구를 지원하는 것과 더불어 망원경의 상태를 상시 점검하고 있다. 스티커 및 $CO_2$ 분사를 이용한 경면 세척을 진행하였고, 2017년 하반기에는 1m 망원경의 성능을 최대로 발휘할 수 있도록 CCD 카메라를 Princeton Instruments의 SOPHIA 2048B로 교체하였다. 그리고 앞으로 덕흥천문대에서 진행할 향후 운영 계획에 대해서도 논하고자 한다.

Youth Culture Center is a space only for adolescents, where they can experience a wide range of educational and cultural activities. Through the case study of existing several youth culture centers, we find problems and show that a new-planned space is the most suitable for adolescents' traits and youth culture center's program operation. Consequently, a new Interior plan will provide adolescents with the place 'by youth' and 'for youth' Adolescents' traits must be accepted and their culture also must be respected. Constructing youth culture center's space properly and arranging it functionally enables 'to overcome the limit to a small space. Youth culture center is to be designed to symbolize adolescents' cultural feelings. On the basis of the conclusion, a specific interior design plan is given as follows.

높은 청년실업률과 계속되는 경기침체로 청년층의 경제적 불안이 심화되고 있지만 청년층의 빈곤을 고용의 관점에서 분석한 연구는 드물다. 특히 청년빈곤이 근로빈곤의 특성을 가진다는 점에서 이들의 고용불안정과 고용특성이 빈곤의 이행에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구가 요구된다. 본 논문은 한국복지패널데이터의 제3차(2007년)~제5차(2009년) 자료를 이용해 청년 근로능력자의 빈곤이행(빈곤탈출과 빈곤진입)에 영향을 미치는 요인을 고용형태와 고용상태 변화를 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 청년층은 빈곤진입 및 탈출이 활발했으며 교육수준이 높고 비취업 상태에 놓인 경우가 많았다. 정규직일수록, 취업상태를 지속할수록 빈곤을 탈출할 가능성은 높아지고 빈곤에 진입할 가능성은 낮아진다는 것을 확인하였다. 청년층의 빈곤을 완화하기 위해서는 이들의 높은 교육수준과 불안정 고용을 고려한 정책적 지원이 필요하다.

This study investigated the characteristics of architectural planning in the youth training centers, which were introduced to the magazines from 2000 to 2010. The result are as followings. Firstly, the youth training centers were located mainly in general residential area, that the youth could be easily accessible. And, it were located mainly in green natural area, which is adjacent to the mountain or park. The site area of the youth training center was analyzed to approximately $10,000m^2$ below. Secondly, the placement and the form of the youth training center is divided two types, which are a single and two buildings type. A single building case is found the type of 'ㄴ' and 'ㄷ' shape, and two buildings case is found the type of 'ㄴ + ㅡ', 'opened ㅁ', 'ㅡ + ㅡ' shape. It is found mostly the type of 'ㄷ' shape. Thirdly, the youth training center is planned mostly with fifth stories above ground and three underground levels. And, sometimes it is planned a mixed-use buildings with a sports center, community center and senior welfare center. Lastly, the space of youth training center is zoned horizontally for each mass of building, which is planned the educational, cultural and sports facilities. And, it is zoned vertically some of the sports facilities and administrative support facilities in the underground, and a educational and cultural facilities on the ground.

This design proposal was accepted to a design competition for the improvement of Indi Youth Street, Mapo-Gu, which was held by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in June, 2000. The \`Hong-ik University District\` projected area consists of several streets, where the independent and youth culture unique to this area is blossoming-Indi music, underground arts, and historic meaning of the area as an estuary of Mapo. The site is also expected to attract many citizens and fereigners because of convenient accessibility of the new subway station to the Inchon International Airport and because of many attractions on the street- foods, music, art and people. Accordingly, the proposal set the main design concept of this project as \`the Street of Youth Culture\` considering its special and social status as well as the physical improvement of the street environment. With this concept in mind, the proposal designed the improvement of the physical conditions based on the motive of \`the Street of Youth Culture\`, having Indi/under art, Indi/ under music, Indi/under drama and Indi/multimedia animation. This design proposal of the Street of Youth Culture consist of three segments, which symbolize the millenium Youth Plaza, MultiMedia Animation Pocket and Arts Exhibition Pocket based on unity and balance. This plan has the ultimate aim of making the district one of the people\`s favorite streets in Seoul, which people love to visit again and find the vivacity of the new millennium youth culture.

This study explore the possibility of water sports activities as juvenile pleasure, and was performed for the purpose of looking for ways to develop it. In order to do this, I was conducted interviews with the water sports of seven experts to achieve. As the development direction of the main contents of the interview is youth leisure activity, specific details are expected to be young and effect change through the application of Maritime youth sports programs, potential problems, and direction of water sports youth development program, primarily part of the effort needed and so on is composed of. Interview data was categorized as a job that has undergone a similar topic by phenomenological analysis of Giorgi. Findings water sports activities despite having plenty of potential to contribute to the holistic growth of the youth, the conclusion was drawn that various constraints exist. Management of water sports agencies as a way to solve this problem, provided supervision, property development program for adolescents and youth professional guidance workforce, youth water sports activities such as infrastructure presents a proposal.
