시대환경변화에 따라 각국의 젊은이들은 다양한 문화를 습득하기 때문에 공통적인 문화를 형성하며, 타국의 문화를 쉽게 수용할 수 있다. 이에 기존의 선행연구 즉, E. T. Hall(1959)의 고배경문화와 저배경문화 그리고 Hofstede(1991)의 5개 차원(권력거리, 불확실성회피, 개인 또는 집단주의, 남성성 또는 여성성, 장기적지향성)을 기본으로 하여 한국의 젊은 청년들은 이문화변화가 어떻게 형성되고 있는지 그리고 이들 이문화 형성에 따른 협상이 어떻게 진행될 것인지 예측모형을 도출하여 미래의 한국 통상협상 모형을 재정립하고자 하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 한국인 젊은이는 집단주의 문화권을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 불확실성 회피 성향이 있다는 기존의 선행연구와 일치하는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면 한국인은 장지지향성이 있으며, 권력간격이 매우 높으며, 남성주의가 강할 것이라는 실증분석 결과 반대의 경향이 나타나고 있다. 대체적으로 한국 젊은이의 이문화 변화 유형은 남성주의보다는 여성주의 경향이 강하며, 가부장적이고 권위적인 측면보다는 가정적인 측면으로 변화함에 따라 권력간격이 낮은 유형으로 변모하고 있다. 또한 장기지향적인 성향이 아니며, 즉각적인 어떠한 사안에 즉각적인 반응과 해결하고 하는 유형으로 변화하고 있다.

어린이 청소년기부터 체계적인 독서문화 활동을 통해 독서습관을 배양하여 평생교육으로 유도하는 국가적인 독서문화 진흥 방안이 절실하다. 본 연구의 목적은 어린이 청소년으로 하여금 독서의 즐거움을 통한 독서의 생활화를 유도하고 건전한 독서문화가 전개될 수 있도록 보다 조직적이고 효율적인 민 관 협력체계의 제도적 기반 구축을 통한 국가적 차원의 선진적 독서문화 진흥 모델 정립하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 1) 문헌조사, 2) 사례조사, 3) 설문조사, 4) 전문가 회의 및 공청회 등의 연구방법을 채택하였으며, 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 어린이 청소년 독서문화 진흥 기본 정책 방향 수립, 2) 어린이 청소년 독서문화 환경 인프라 구축, 3) 어린이 청소년 독서문화 진흥 전담조직 구성, 4) 어린이 청소년 독서문화 진흥을 위한 비전, 목표, 추진전략 및 과제 제시.

In this study, we investigated the effect of solid culture medium on the production of cordycepin in Cordyceps militaris. The regression equation was expressed as follows: Y₁ = 755.3-58.6625X₁+4.79432E-14X₂-46.6625X₃-5.66269E-14X₁X₂-0.025X₁X₃+1.62475E-14X₂X₃-160.6625X₁²+0.0125X₂²-206.9625X₃², where, Y represents the value of cordycepin content (㎍/g), X₁ corresponds to the weight of M. alternatus in solid culture medium (g/bottle), X₂ to the water content of the solid culture medium (%), and X₃ to the culture period (day). The solid culture medium was optimized using the response surface methodology, and the optimal medium composition was as follows: the weight of M. alternatus in solid culture medium and water content were 16.2% and 100.7% (20.14 mL water/20 g solid culture medium), respectively, with a culture period of 39 days. Under these conditions, the cordycepin content of the fruiting bodies reached 150.0 ㎍/g (actual value). The supplementation of M. alternatus in solid culture for improved cordycepin content of C. militaris seems to be a promising alternative to wild and solid cultivation.

본 연구는 유아교육기관장인 원장의 감성리더십이 조직문화와 어떤 상관이 있으며 설명력은 어떠한지 알아보며, 감성리더십 수준에 따라 조직문화수준에 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 실시되었다. 서울시와 수도권의 유치원과 어린이집에서 보육교사 164명을 대상으로 원장의 감성리더십과 조직문화에 대한 설문지를 각각 실시하였다. 회수된 자료는 spss 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 상관관계와 회귀분석과 t-test 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기관장의 감성리더십의 자기인식능력, 자기관리능력, 사회적인식 능력, 관계관리 능력 등 모든 하위요인과 조직문화의 모든 하위요인인 인적자원 문화, 개방체계 문화, 위계질서 문화, 생산중심 문화 요인은 밀접한 상관이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 조직문화를 설명하는 기관장 리더십에 대한 회귀분석의 결과는 인적자원 문화와 위계질서 문화는 관계관리 능력 리더십이 의미있는 설명력을 보였으며, 개방체제 문화는 자기인식 능력 리더십, 생산중심 문화는 사회인식 능력 리더십이 의미있게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 기관장의 리더십 수준이 높은 집단의 조직문화의 성향점수는 기관장의 감성리더십이 낮은 집단보다 조직문화의 성향점수가 더 의미있게 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과에 따라 기관장의 리더십은 조직문화와 밀접한 상관이 있으며 의미있는 영향력을 나타낸다는 것을 알 수 있었으며 이에따라 기관장들의 감성리더십에 대한 중요성이 강조되어야하며 리더십 수준을 높일 수 있는 방안이 필요함을 시사한다.

본 실험은 산마늘의 산초 증식과 인경 형성에 적합한 생물반응기 배양방식과 인경 형성시 배양방식에 따른 당 대사를 구명하고자 실시되었다. 다신초 증식에는 생물반응기에 망을 걸고 배지에 절편체를 접하게 배양한 RC와 MRC (13-15개)에서 가장 좋은 결과를 얻었다. 인경형성과 비대에는 간헐적으로 배지를 공급해준 E&FS에서 93.4％의 인경형성이 이루어졌고 크기에 있어서도 균일하였다. RC와 MRC에서 형성된 인경은 뿌리가 무성하였으며 인경의 크기도 균일하지 않았다. 배양방식별로 수확한 인경내 유리당 함량은 전반적으로 E&FS.에서 낮았던데 반해 전분 함량은 높았다. 배지내 sucrose, glucose와 fructose는 인경 비대 시기에 감사되었는데 이는 첨가한 sucrose가 가수분해 되기도 전에 glucose나 fructose와 함께 식물체로 바로 이용됨을 보여주는 것이었다.

Street fashion style expressing youth culture has become mainstream in the fashion field. Russian fashion designers who experienced the post-Soviet era in their youth have gained attention for the freshness of a youth inspiration. This study selected two representative young Russian fashion designers, Gosha Rubchinskiy and Tigran Avetisyan and analyzed their fashion works concerning characteristics of youth culture. Literature studies and case studies were conducted as research methods. The subject of the case studies were Gosha Rubchinskiy's fashion works from 2015 S/ S to 2018 F/W and Tigran Avetisyan's fashion works from the 2012 CSM Fashion Show to 2018 F/W. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, their fashion works express 'resistance' against the older generation and society. Second, we can also see the 'conformity' of the use to make a strong cohesion. Third, the fashion works symbolized an 'expression of individuality' of the youth. Fourth, the fashion works express an 'importance of practicality' related to the values of the young who prefer to high cost-effectiveness goods. Last, there is a 'remixed culture' in the Russian designer's works where a previously mixed culture mixes with others in creating a completely new one. This study analyzed the characteristics of a contemporary youth culture that influenced the world fashion market and contributed to understanding that the young generation is active in all aspects of society.

The goal of this study is to analyze the influence of the costume culture of South Korean movies and television series on the development of fashion industry. South Korean movies and television series make full use of the influence of costume culture to advocate Korea's national spirit and character as well as the confidence and vigor of the young generation. They contribute to establishing South Korea as a country with a graceful, modern appearance and great cultural heritage. The presentation and promotion of its costume culture in movie and television series stimulates its cultural competence and advances its cultural creative industry. The spread of Korean costume culture has become the pioneer and foreshadowing of clothing industries and greatly underpins its advancement overseas. In concert, the development of clothing industry helps the spread of Korean costume culture.
