The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of employees who attend graduate school on the expansion of the knowledge sharing network in their company. For this purpose, the researchers chose 10 worker-graduate students and 75 members of company 'A' that they belong to and 107 members of university 'B' that they belong to, 172 members in total. 10 overlapped employee-students were excluded. The results of this study are summarized as follow: First, the personal relations of the employee-students enhanced after they have entered the graduate school. The score for the question was 3.85 out of 5 points. Second, the employee-students played the role of the knowledge bridge between company's co-worker network and graduate school's classmate network. It was confirmed that the density of the company's network was higher than the density of the connected network of the company and the graduate school. The analysis result confirmed that the difference of the two groups was significant. This means that the company carried out exchange with more members and therefore gained various kinds of knowledge. Also, in all types of network, the structural hole of the company network was lower than that of the connected network of the company and graduate school. The ANOVA test using QAP procedure confirmed that the difference of two groups was significant (friendship network F=1.2856, p<0.05; information network F=1.278, p<0.05; and trust network F=1.23, p<0.05). It means that the company not only gained the newly acquired knowledge by the knowledge bridge of the employee-students, but also was able to share it more effectively with members. Third and lastly, the employee-students share various information related to the organization, duties and roles rest in the company throughout break time, working hours and direct inquiries. This means that the employee-students contributed to the innovation of knowledge sharing in the company by sharing knowledge that they gained from the graduate school within the company.

The questionnaire consists of the general characteristics, experience related to disability and disability awareness and we used a 4-point Likert scale. Collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 program and descriptive statistics, t-test, variance analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. According to the results of the study, the disability awareness score of our respondents was average 40.52. Second, female students had more positive about disability awareness than male ones, and senior students had more positive awareness than other grade students. Third, non-rehabilitation department students' disability awareness was more positive than rehabilitation students. Fourth, the disability awareness of people who have a acquaintance member with disability or health worker were significantly positive. Finally, the awareness of people who experienced at the disability related institution were significantly positive. Therefore, to improve the awareness of undergraduate students about disabilities, it is required to activate positive contact experiences with people with disabilities rather than theoretical learning.

Fisheries and merchant marine high school education is the core for human resources of fisheries and merchant marine industries. In the past, fisheries and merchant marine high school education was terminal education producing skilled worker in water area. But fisheries and merchant marine high school education are rater desired on educational role of helping student go on to college and to have continuing education after graduate high school. In this regard, the central purpose of this study was direction of basic composition on the 7th revised curriculum for the fisheries and merchant marine high school. The specific objectives were follow contents, this study present importance for 7th revised curriculum, and comparative analysis by the change of direction of basic composition from 1st revised curriculum to 7th revised curriculum. Also, this study present direction of basic composition on the curriculum in accordance with a change and demand of industrial society. The objective on the 7th revised curriculum for fisheries and merchant high schools is to teach students basic knowledge and skills related to fisheries and merchant marine industries, and self-reliant attitude so that students can get to the successful career roles in the rapidly changing industrial society.
The importance of smart learning (SL) has been emphasized in schools. Additionally, the significance of smart work (SW) in improving business performance has gained much attention among industries. From theoretical, technological, and environmental perspectives, SL and SW are somewhat similar. Therefore, a case study was performed to find a way to link SL and SW, and a linking model was proposed for this purpose. Because laptops are considered a pivotal element in the technological aspect of SL, graduate students' use of personal laptops in classes (Bring Your Own Laptop, BYOL) was investigated. The results showed that the students reacted positively to the idea of using personal laptops in class and that they expected to learn IT skills more effectively this way. They listed being able to study even after class and the easy accessibility of relevant data as the strengths of BYOL. However, they cited the heaviness of the laptops and occasional loss of focus during classes as the weaknesses of BYOL. Thus, this study showed the possibility of that students who experience SL can perform better in an SW situation. Therefore, if a policy is enacted that allows students to efficiently use laptops, a greater number of educational achievements will be attained on smart campuses and, subsequently, a greater number of smart workers will be produced.
The vicious cycle of over-education has been made. That is, higher education enrollment rate is high, but university graduate employment rate is low. To eliminate this cycle and relieve youth unemployment and young people to enter the labor market early, dual education and training system is needed. This dual system can support working and learning in parallel. So, worker can get the opportunity pre-employment and post-learning and improve his/her job skills. Recent MOOC (Massive Open On-line Course), a new form of online education system, has emerged. MOOC combines education, entertainment and social networking, and emphasize the interaction between faculty and student and between students. The educational contents of MOOC are available free of charge. Using newly changed online education environments we can effectively provide knowledge and skills. In technology and engineering education hands-on training is necessary. In order to support work based learning dual system for worker to work and learn in parallel, we should build the multi-learning system to combine the online education and campus hands-on practice.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of horticultural therapy program based on Reasoner's building self-esteem for juveniles. Fourteen middle school students were recommended by Community education specialist (social worker). Seven experimental group members received a horticultural therapy program and 7 control group members did not during this study performed from April 2009 to July 2009. As the results, the total self-esteem level of the experimental group increased significantly after horticultural therapy (p=$0.046^*$), while control group decreased (p=0.610). In the sub-field of self-esteem, social-peer self-esteem level of the experimental group increased significantly (p=$0.018^*$), while significant difference was not detected for the control group. Therefore horticultural therapy program based on Reasoner's building self-esteem could be utilized as appropriate tools for improvement of self-esteem in juveniles in future clinical studies.

Seasickness not only makes persons on board vessels to vomit but also causes vertigo, headache, sleepiness, fatigue, lethargy and other discomforts. This ailment leads to disturbance of biorhythm and decline of perception which would eventually cause reduction of situational awareness among ship's operators that leads to marine accident. This study is about the sensitivity of people onboard ships to seasickness and focused on deck or navigation officer cadets(apprentice officers) and engine officer cadets(apprentice engineers) who have no previous experiences on board. It is conducted by using motion sensor that can measure ship's X, Y, Z-axis motions and through the questionnaire survey, and evaluated each students' degree of seasickness symptoms. Through this study, in same circumstance, we have known that there are different degrees of motion sickness for wheel house worker and engine room worker, It also confirmed that seasickness have high relationship with degree of hull motion and also, with cycle of hull motion. In addition, we have confirmed that Z-axis hull movement has higher relationship with seasickness than X-axis and Y-axis hull movements. This study aims to initiate additional researches about X-axis and Y-axis of the ship's motion which it expects to greatly enhance safety of wheelhouse and engine room personnel, ship's livability and comfortable sailing.
