한국의 보건교육 제공체계 연구 - 보건교육 정책을 중심으로 - (Study on Health Education Providing System in Korea - Health Education Policy-)

  • The method of this study is as follows : First, the interview with the civil servants concerned. Second, the review of the pertinent public ledgers. Third, the review of the existing reference. The results of this study are as follows. 1) The health education system in Korea has only the head. But it does not have the trunk and the limbs that it can move with. 2) Health educator should have the essential work that is the planning and coordinating work of intersectoral health education programs. They should also have the trust works from other sectors. 3) The proposition in the health education policy is as follows: First, the department or section of health education should be made newly in the public health organization. Second, at the level of province(Do) and county(Gun), the health educator should be stationed. Third, most training courses of health care members should involve health education subjects. Fourth, the health center at the level of county(Gun) should have a minimum material and audio-visual equipment of health education. Fifth, regular health education should be put into practice through local broadcast or CATV etc.. Sixth, school health education should be consolidated. Seventh, village health worker(nurse) should be stationed at the level of health center, so that he(she) can work as health educator. 4) The ultimate model of health education system is that of Fig. 5. But it is impossible to change the system synoptically. At first health educator should be stationed at health center. And then the system should be gradually organized.

How to Define the Content of a Job-Specific Worker's Health Surveillance for Hospital Physicians?

  • Background: A job-specific Worker's Health Surveillance (WHS) for hospital physicians is a preventive occupational health strategy aiming at early detection of their diminished work-related health in order to improve or maintain physician's health and quality of care. This study addresses what steps should be taken to determine the content of a job-specific WHS for hospital physicians and outlines that content. Methods: Based on four questions, decision trees were developed for physical and psychological job demands and for biological, chemical, and physical exposures to decide whether or not to include work-related health effects related to occupational exposures or aspects of health reflecting insufficient job requirements. Information was gathered locally through self-reporting and systematic observations at the workplace and from evidence in international publications. Results: Information from the decision trees on the prevalence and impact of the health- or work-functioning effect led to inclusion of occupational exposures (e.g., biological agents, emotionally demanding situations), job requirements (e.g., sufficient vision, judging ability), or health effects (e.g., depressive symptoms, neck complaints). Additionally, following the Dutch guideline for occupational physicians and based on specific job demands, screening for cardiovascular diseases, work ability, drug use, and alcohol consumption was included. Targeted interventions were selected when a health or work functioning problem existed and were chosen based on evidence for effectiveness. Conclusion: The process of developing a job-specific WHS for hospital physicians was described and the content presented, which might serve as an example for other jobs. Before implementation, it must first be tested for feasibility and acceptability.

사회복지사 훈련프로그램의 내용개발을 위한 직무분석: 종합사회복지관의 종사자 훈련에 대한 적용 (Exploring Practice Tasks and KSA of Korean Social Worker : Strategics for Developing Training Contents.)

  • 현직 사회복지사를 대상으로 하는 훈련 프로그램은 현장의 실천내용을 담고 있어야 한다. 이를 실현하기 위해서는 먼저 사회복지사가 실제로 어떤 과업을 수행하고 동시에 과업을 수행하기 위해 어떤 역량(KSA)이 필요한지를 파악하여 이를 훈련에 반영해야 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 사회복지사의 실천과업과 역량을 파악하기 위해 사회복지관에 근무하는 전국의 사회복지사 중 340명을 표본추출하여 실천현장에서 활용되는 111개의 실천과업과 업무에 필요한 89개의 지식 기술 능력(KSA)을 가지고 직무분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 사회복지사의 실천영역은 '직접서비스', '지역사회서비스', '조직전략 및 인적자원관리', '간접서비스' 영역으로 분류되고, 각 영역별로 중요한 실천과업들이 선정되었다. 동시에 실천현장에서 요구되는 지식, 기술, 능력이 중요도, 필요도, 보유수준 등에 따라 우선순위로 제시되었다. 이상의 결과를 통해 본 연구에서는 사회복지사 훈련 프로그램 내용개발을 위한 제안들을 제시하였다.

사회복지사의 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 슈퍼비전 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Influence of Social Workers' Self-efficacy on Job Satisfaction : Focusing on the Moderating effect of Supervision)

  • 클라이언트 삶의 질 향상 및 자립을 위해 힘쓰는 사회복지사에게 있어 직무만족은 중요한 부분이다. 본 연구는 사회복지사의 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 슈퍼비전이 조절하는지 파악하기 위함으로 사회복지사의 자기효능감, 직무만족, 슈퍼비전의 상관관계를 파악하였다. 또한 사회복지사의 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하며 사회복지사의 자기효능감이 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 슈퍼비전의 조절효과를 파악하였다. 연구를 위하여 경기도 및 서울북부권역 지역사회복지관 10곳의 사회복지사 150명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 자료분석은 통계프로그램 PASW(SPSS) 25.0을 활용하였다. 연구결과 사회복지사의 자기효능감이 직무만족에 유의미한 효과가 나타나 사회복지사들의 자기효능감이 직무만족에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 사회복지사의 자기효능감이 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 슈퍼비전의 기능(행정적, 교육적, 지지적)의 조절효과가 모두 유의함을 확인하여 사회복지사들을 위한 슈퍼비전 기능이 자기효능감 향상을 위해 매우 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

작업자의 작업성향상을 위한 작업설계시스템의 개발 (Development of Operation Planning System for Worker's Productivity)

  • In manufacturing industry, machining technology for metal cutting processes has been considered traditional and economic dimensions such as production cost, production time and quality of a final product. However, owing to governmental regulations and the change of owner's cognizance, the safety of the workers becomes important in those fields. In this paper, the operation planning system developed as a key component of CAPP(Computer Aided Process Planning) system is introduced for milling operations. The main issue in the system is to determine the cutting conditions in achieving a balanced consideration of productivity and worker's safety. For this reason, the system performs the modification process of standard cutting conditions to satisfy those requirements. Related to machining safety in metal cutting, representative and habitual mistakes that operators perform without considering carefully the characteristic of machine or work piece are described and then the detailed algorithm and functions of the developed system is introduced and discussed.

지역아동센터 종사자의 아동 대상 실천역량 향상 프로그램 평가 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of the Enhancement Program of the Social Work Practice Competency for children of Community Child Center Workers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 종사자의 아동 대상 실천역량 향상 프로그램을 실행하고 그 영향을 평가하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 프로그램은 지역아동센터 종사자 10명을 대상으로 매 120분간 주1회로 5주간 실행되었다. 양적 평가를 위하여 유사실험설계의 비동일 비교집단 설계가 사용되었으며, 질적 평가를 위하여 프로그램관련 기록물 등을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 그 결과, 양적 평가에서는 본 프로그램에 참여한 지역아동센터 종사자의 사회복지실천기술 숙련도와 클라이언트관계변화 임파워먼트가 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 질적 평가에서는 종사자의 실천역량 향상, 아동의 변화에 대한 인식, 프로그램의 강점 및 보완점 인식이라는 주관적 경험이 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 아동을 대상으로 하는 대표적인 서비스전달체계인 지역아동센터의 종사자 실천역량을 향상시킴으로써, 지역아동센터 종사자의 실천에 있어 전문성과 효과성을 제고하고 궁극적으로 아동의 건강한 발달 및 정신건강 증진에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

우리 나라 농촌지역(農村地域)에 부합하는 1차(次) 보건의료전달체계(保健醫療傳達體系) 정착구현(定着具現)에 관한 연구(硏究) -마을 보건임원(保健任員) 개발(開發)- (A Study on Implementation of Primary Health Care Delivery System meet to Rural Area in Korea -Village Health Voluntary Worker Development-)

  • A study was carried out from October 1977 to September 1978 in order to develope health care delively system which will meet to rural area in Korea. For the study objective a model of health care delivery system of Myun (township) area was developed which is adopted the net-work of village health voluntary worker who will play the role of bridge for communication related with health and illness between families or village people and health subcenter, and :he model health care delivery system net-work was set in the area of Soodong Myun, Yangju Gun. which is the rural health demonstration area of Ewha Womans University since 1972. The activities and attitude of 22 village health voluntary workers were observed and analized. during the study period. The results are as follows; 1. For the field activities of village health voluntary workers. a guide line which is described with specific behavioral objectives was developed and used for not only training of the workers but also evaluation of their field activities. 2. During the study period, the number of 971 village people were served primary health care service by village health voluntary worker and the service was classified largely into symptomatic medications (92%) and preventive measures (8%). 3. Comparative percentage of the number of 894 symptomatic cases cared by village health voluntary workers to 5,695 cases of patient treated by Soodong Health Subcenter during the same period was 15.7%. 4. Annual utility rate of village health voluntary worker by Myun total people was 16.1% but utility rate by Rie was varied from 38.2% to 2.8% which shown there were considerable differences in each Rie. In order to settle the village health care service, the obstructive factors of utility should be detected and their counter measure must be taken. 5. As the health need of village people increases, it is expected that the supplement of drug excluding present sit basic drugs is inevitable, but considering the ability of village health voluntary worker, the selection of additional drugs and education, plan should be carefully studied. 6. It is desirable that a financial resource for supplementary purchase of first aid kit, drugs and materials whould be alloted from village public fund like Saemaeul Women's Club fund, which has already practiced in a few villages in the study area. 7. As pointed out by village health voluntary workers, in order to improve the village health, village leaders should be in the center of it and the cooperation of whole village people is a core of healthful village development, and it is reasonable that the health subcenter backs up these voluntary health activities by village people in techniques. 8. It seems effective that a supplementary education for village health voluntary worker be accomplished by a planned education through regular meetings like worker's monthly meeting and irregular post guide when Myun Health Workers can handle the problems found during the round trip of villages. 9. It is desirable that village health voluntary workers, who are recommended by a civil voluntary organization like Saemael Woman's Club, are charged by natural villagc unit, are given a function of village health care service and used through basic education at health subcenter. 10. It is advisable that the village health voluntary worker's service is compensated not by a form of money, but by other way such as an exemption of medical fee of worker herself or her families in health subcenter can be one method. 11. Daily health activities of each village health voluntary worker should be reported to health subcenter by biweekly or monthly in order to get not only for basic data of the program but also for evaluation the program. It is recomandable that the report form should be simple and clear enough for village health voluntary worker to fill it effectively. 12. Village health care service should be developed into a Saemaeul Movement in which village people actively participate. For this, the appointed function of village health voluntary worker should be absorbed into those of living Environment Betterment Section or Family Planning Section of Saemaeul Women's Club or it is desirable that establish a new section, Village Health Promoting Section and make it involve the appointed functions of those sections mentioned above.

핵의학과 환경미화원의 일시 출입자 분류에 대한 고찰 (A study on Classification of Temporarily Access Group about Sanitation Workers in Nuclear Medicine Department)

  • 일시 출입자로 분류된 핵의학과 출입 환경미화원은 주기적으로 타과와 업무순환을 하고, 또한 작업 시간과 환경 등의 변화가 많기 때문에 관리하기에 어려운 점이 있으며 따라서 이들의 분류를 명확히 할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 핵의학과에서 근무하는 환경미화원의 피폭 상황을 분석하여 일시 출입자로 분류된 조건의 타당성에 대하여 검토해 보고 작업 환경의 변화 및 근무 시간의 조절이 필요한가를 알아보았다. 우선 먼저 PET실과 혈액 검사실에서 근무하는 환경미화원과 감마 카메라실에서 근무하는 환경 미화원 2명을 대상으로 한 달간 근무 시간 중에 OSL을 각각 착용시켜 개인 피폭 선량을 측정하였다. 둘째로 survey meter를 이용하여 두 명의 환경미화원의 작업 환경, 근무 형태에 따라 시간대 별로 핵의학과 내 14개 구역을 선정, 총 10회 공간 선량률을 측정한 결과 이들의 피폭 선량은 연간 1mSv를 초과하지 않았으며, survey meter를 이용하여 조사한 결과 또한 연간 1 mSv를 초과하지 않을 것으로 추정되지만 그 수치가 1 mSv에 근접하였다. 따라서 일시 출입자로써의 분류를 좀 더 명확히 하기 위해서는 PET 안정실과 같은 피폭이 상대적으로 많은 구역에서의 노출 확률을 줄이기 위하여 이들에게 방사선 관리 구역내 교육을 실시하고, 또한 근무시간 및 근무 형태를 적절히 변경한다면 이들의 피폭 선량은 확연히 줄어들 것으로 사료된다.

노인복지관 사회복지사의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : LMX(리더-구성원간 상호작용)의 조절효과 검증 (The Effect of Job Demands on Social Worker's Organizational Commitment : The Moderating of Leader-Member Exchange(LMX))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인복지관 사회복지사들의 조직몰입을 높이기 위한 것으로, 직무요구가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 더불어 LMX(리더- 구성원간 상호작용)의 조절효과를 실증 분석하였다. 본 연구는 경기도 지역의 50개 노인복지관 사회복지사들의 대상으로 실시되었으며 회수된 설문 총 33개 기관의 189부를 분석에 사용하였고, 기술통계, 다중회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 사회복지사들의 조직몰입, 직무요구는 중간수준으로 나타났고, LMX는 중간수준으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 연령, 경력이 많을수록 조직몰입이 높았으며, 셋째, 직무요구는 조직몰입을 낮추었고, LMX는 조직몰입을 높이는 영향을 보였다. 또한 직무요구와 LMX의 상호작용항은 조직몰입을 높이는 효과를 보여, 직무요구의 조직몰입에 대한 효과는 LMX를 통해서 조절되고 있음을 확인하였다. 이에 노인복지관 사회복지사들의 조직몰입을 높이기 위해서는 리더- 구성원간의 상호작용 관계의 질을 높이도록 하는 인적자원관리방안에 대한 제언을 하였다.

Chemical Properties of Indoor Individual Particles Collected at the Daily Behavior Spaces of a Factory Worker

  • The main purpose of the study was to clarify the properties of individual particles collected at each behavior space of a factory worker. The samplings of size-segregated ($PM_{2.1-1.1}$ and $PM_{4.7-3.3}$) indoor particles were conducted at three different behavior spaces of a factory worker who is engaged in an auto parts manufacturing plant (i.e., his home, his work place in factory, and his favorite restaurant). Elemental specification (i.e., relative elemental content and distribution in and/or on individual particles) was performed by a micro-PIXE system. Every element detected from the coarse particulate matters of home was classified into three groups, i.e., a group of high net-counts (Na, Al, and Si), a group of intermediate net-counts (Mg, S, Cl, K, and Ca), and a group of minor trace elements (P, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, and Pb). The results of EF for $PM_{4.7-3.3}$ in home indicated that several heavy metals were generated from the sources within the house itself. An exceptional feature shown in the individual particles in workplace is that Cr, Mn, and Co were clearly detected in both fine and coarse particles. Cluster analysis suggested that the individual coarse particles ($PM_{4.7-3.3}$) collected at the indoor of factory were chemically heterogeneous and they modified with sea-salt, mineral, and artificially derived elements. The principal components in individual coarse particles collected at restaurant were sea-salt and mineral without mixing with harmful trace elements like chromium and manganese. Compared to the indoor fine particles of home and restaurant, many elements, especially, Cl, Na, Cr, Mn, Pb, and Zn showed overwhelmingly high net-counts in those of factory.
