주거공간 내 광선반 곡률 형태에 따른 채광성능평가 연구 (Research on Lighting Performance Evaluation for Different Curvature Reflection Rate in Residential Space)

  • Currently, 22% of the total energy consumption of buildings in Korea is used for lighting. Light-shelves have garnered attention as a way to reduce consumption, but there are few studies on the types of curve and curvature, which limits the improvement of light-shelf performance and its design. This study constructed a test bed of actual residential types to evaluate the performance. Outcomes of light usage, according to variables of light-shelves, were used as indicators of performance evaluation. The results are as follows:1) Performance evaluation was conducted on flat-type light-shelves to verify performance of curvature-shelves, which are movable with a width of 200 mm, and the most ideal angle and specification per solar term are calculated. 2) The (-) shaped curvature contributed to a reduction in energy consumption and an improvement of evenness. 3) In case of light-shelves with (-) shaped curvature, an increased angle not exceeding $80^{\circ}$ of the arc contributed to an improvement of light penetration. 4) Appropriate specifications of curved light-shelves include movable types with widths of 200 mm, and angle ranges of $20^{\circ}{\sim}60^{\circ}$. 5) Light energy consumption of a movable light-shelf with curvature and width of 200 mm were reduced by 17% and 7.8% compared to a $0^{\circ}$ fixed and a movable light-shelf, respectively.

  • A hospital is the most important infra-facility of the places which take care of people's body in social environment. There exist several environmental factors in the ways to heal the human body in hospital ward, but this study tried to look into the improvable pleasant sickroom environment with focus on light environment among the factors. In other words, this study aims at the research on proper daylight inflow into sickroom space as basic data for understanding the link between healing environment and natural lighting. In the simulation analysis through this research, this study completed the initial simulation using Autodesk Revit 2011 with focus on two types of individual multi-bed room units of the two general hospitals located in Gwangju City. This study made a simulation analysis of The two multi-bed rooms looking to the west using the weather data on Gwangju district, which is the strong point of ECOTECT2011. Conclusively, looking into the analysis of the simulation model in time of attaching the length of in & outside light shelf, the angle controlling of light shelf, the daylight factor and DA were found to show the tendency to decrease in the numerical value due to the decrease in sunlight inflow as the simulation model moved more toward the room from the window in comparison with the existing analysis of multi-bed rooms. Particularly, this study was able to read that the daylight factor and DA were more decreasing to improve at the light shelf than the existing bedrooms; conclusively, this study judges that the natural lighting simulation analysis could be helpful in improving the healing environment as basic data.

국내유통 비타민보충용제품의 저장조건에 따른 비타민 $B_{2}$의 안정성에 관한 연구 (Study of Stability in the Riboflavin Content of Dietary Supplements on Storage Conditions)

  • HPLC를 이용하여 국내유통 비타민보충용제품 16종에 대한 비타민 $B_{2}$ 저장조건별(기간, 차광유무, 온도)경시변화를 제형별로 분석하여 비타민 $B_{2}$ 함량면화를 검토하였다. 저장조건(저장기간, 차광유무, 저장온도)를 달리한 결과 비타민 $B_{2}$ 함량은 저장기간이 길어질수록 감소율이 크게 나타났으며 특히 저장을 시작한 처음 5개월 이전에는 비타민 $B_{2}$ 경시변화가 심하고 그 이후에는 점차 작은 변화를 보였다. 차광유무에 따른 경시변화를 보면 차광한 제품이 비차광한 제품보다 높은 안정성을 보였다. 온도별 안정성을 보면 냉장($4^{\circ}C$), 냉동($-9^{\circ}C$), 실온($30^{\circ}C$)순으로 감소율이 커졌으나 제형별로 영향을 많이 받지 않았다. 따라서 비타민B2는 온도보다는 빛에 더 불안정한 것으로 나타났다. 제형별로는 약간의 차이는 있으나 정제제품이 각 조건에서 타 제형보다 경시변화가 적어 안정성이 높은 것으로 나타났고 캅셀, 분발, 액상 순으로 액상제품이 가장 큰 경시변화를 보였다, 비타민보충용제품 제조시에는 유통과정 중 제형별, 저장기간, 차광유무 등 저장조건에 따른 경시변화결과를 비타민B2 함유제품의 유통기한 설정에 활용하는 것이 요망된다.
