We compared and analyzed the astronomy terms currently used by astronomers in the two Koreas to promote inter-Korean astronomy cooperation. We analyzed a total of 2716 pairs of terms common in both Koreas glossaries, using the astronomical terminology contained in the South Korean source, the 'Terminology of Astronomy', and the North Korean source, 'Mirror 2.0'. For each pair of terms, their morphological features and meanings were compared. We categorized into 11 groups for comparison of astronomical terms. We found that most of the terms are used similarly in the two Koreas. About 47% of the total is similar in form. Although terms are different, meanings communicate about 37% of the total. As a result, similar terms used by the two Koreas correspond to about 85% of the total. However, 15% of terms are difficult to understand because they have different forms or meanings such as diffraction (회절/에돌이), flare (플레어/요반) etc. Further research on terms that are used differently by the two Koreas, and the conversion of appropriate terms through mutual understanding should be made in the future.

As our society turns into the information age from the industrial one, the ministry of information and communication has set up functional software standards for electronic approval systems Several software houses have developed such systems in the client/server environment and subsequently for the intranet. Although electronic approval systems for the intranet have the advantages of less costly implementation and ease of use, they create heavy network traffic, and have a poor document processing functionality resulting from the lack of document processor in web environments. This paper describes a system design that web browsers utilize the resources of clients by adopting the ActiveX technique in order to improve such mallets mentions above. In other words, to use the Hangul word processor as a document processor, the ActiveX control and the Hangul DDE API have been implemented in the form of the DDE server/client, which is capable of mutual communication, and the flow of electronic approve system has been controled by connecting. As a result of running the implemented system lot three months through a real company in multi-server environment, it shows the high usage of electronic approval system as the tate roaches 75%-93% for some departments.

The purpose of this study was to clarify the origin which have misused terms, analyze Its meanings and suggest the unified terms. The content of this study are as follows. The origin of the terms in western dress is different with the areas of cultural influence. Japanese occupied much more than other languages in the apparel industry after the civilization. and English has dominated in the educational filed since 1945 the Liberalization. French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch are added. These languages came to the clothing field via Japanese and English or directly from the countries. 망토(manteau프), 메리야스(medias스), 러닝셔츠(일) 라사(raxa네), 오트 쿠튀르(Haute Couture 프), 비로드(veludo 포), etc. However the words of foreign origin have misused or corrupted until now a days. 마이 (재킷, 상의), 노 슬립, 소데나시 (슬리브리스, 민소매) 넌라쟈(브래지어), 노타이, 노타이샤쓰(오픈칼라 셔츠, 넥타이를 매지 않은 셔츠) 와이샤쓰(드레스 ttu츠), etc. And also these terms are confused in using because of the word's diversity, the different nationality, change of the marking rules, and the difference between the education and production field terms. On the others hand, this study explained the differences between western costume and Korean costume as the clothing manufacture terms were translated to Korean. bodice-길, collar, neckline-깃, belt, sash-(허리)띠 And then the untied terms were suggested through the comparison production field and educational area (including schools and institutes). lapel, 라펠(학교용어) (학원용어), 가에리 (일) (의류산업 현장용어), 아랫깃(통일어) By the way, this study involved the origin of and misused teams in sewing and presented the unified terms. 미까시 (X)-미 카에시(일) - 안단($\bigcirc$), 이새(X)―홈줄임 ($\bigcirc$) As the above , the characteristics of clothing terms which have misused are Japans,;e, corrupt Japanese, false reports foreign words via Korean, Japanese, compound words of Korean and Japanese, compound words of English and Japanese. And also the words of foreign origin in clothing had the following tendency in the marking system. There are ellipsis of form, sex, timber, grammatical case '-ing', '-ed' in adjective and long vowels express to short vowels. We can see this phenomena as the rule of curtailment labor.

The material of database for speech recognition should include phonetic phenomena as much as possible. At the same time, such material should be phonetically compact with low redundancy[1, 2]. The phonetic phenomena in continuous speech is the key problem in speech recognition. This paper describes the processing of a set of sentences collected from the database of 1993 and 1994 "People's Daily"(Chinese newspaper) which consist of news, politics, economics, arts, sports etc.. In those sentences, both phonetic phenometla and sentence patterns are included. In continuous speech, phonemes always appear in the form of allophones which result in the co-articulary effects. The task of designing a speech database should be concerned with both intra-syllabic and inter-syllabic allophone structures. In our experiments, there are 404 syllables, 415 inter-syllabic diphones, 3050 merged inter-syllabic triphones and 2161 merged final-initial structures in read speech. Statistics on the database from "People's Daily" gives and evaluation to all of the possible phonetic structures. In this sentence set, we first consider the phonetic balances among syllables, inter-syllabic diphones, inter-syllabic triphones and semi-syllables with their junctures. The syllabic balances ensure the intra-syllabic phenomena such as phonemes, initial/final and consonant/vowel. the rest describes the inter-syllabic jucture. The 1560 sentences consist of 96% syllables without tones(the absent syllables are only used in spoken language), 100% inter-syllabic diphones, 67% inter-syllabic triphones(87% of which appears in Peoples' Daily). There are rougWy 17 kinds of sentence patterns which appear in our sentence set. By taking the transitions between syllables into account, the Chinese speech recognition systems have gotten significantly high recognition rates[3, 4]. The Compared to general sentences, the Equation uses a complex structure and various characters and symbols, so that it is not possible to input all the character sets by simply inputting a keyboard. Therefore, the editor is implemented in a text editor such as Hangul or Word. In order to express the Equation properly, it is necessary to have the learner information which can be meaningful to interpret the syntax. Even if a character is input, it can be represented by another expression depending on the relationship between the size and the position. In other words, the form of the expression is expressed as a tree model considering the relationship between characters and symbols such as the position and size to be expressed. As a field of character recognition application, a technique of recognizing characters or symbols(code) has been widely known, but a method of inputting and interpreting a Equation requires a more complicated analysis process than a general text. In this paper, we have implemented a Equation recognizer that recognizes characters in expressions and quickly analyzes the position and size of expressions.

In accordance with wide spread of personal computer and the expansion of network access, the use of internet has been popular and communication by text message is much more normal than that of voice and image. Accordingly, the side effect of communication language brings about gap between diverse social class, the isolation of communication between generations, abusive expressions, obstacles of juvenile mental development and so on. It appears by the form of slang and vulgar word and has a negative effect on education of mother tongue and usage of children's real language. To deal with these problems, we developed new web-based education system through the analysis of learners' requirement; "Barun Mal, Goeun Mal class". So we verified its efficiency to apply to real class. We also found that this system increased the learners' interest and educational effectiveness. Also, this system contributed to the proper use of language.

To analyze the design education of elementary school in the united states, the content of Discover art, one of the popular art textbooks for elementary school student, has been examined. Focusing on the developmental stage and sequential curriculum across all grades, design principles, color and criteria of design are investigated. The subjects studied are as follows: an introduction of new word or concept of design principles and color, repetition of the learning, the number of color taught, looking at products of design and making design at each grade level. The curriculum of design principles is well composed, but line, shape and form parts are redundant throughout all grades. The learning order of the color at one grade is well organized but the repetition is too much. The portion of design part is too small. It is adequate that the history of design is introduced at grade 5 where children start to learn history. However, it should be more strengthened for the continuous development of design ability. Looking at product design is introduced before grade 4, and making product design is taught just once at grade 4, although sequential learning is necessary in late elementary grades.

There are two kinds of wireless network access to a certain place by using smart devices - 1) open (anonymous) - access and 2) user-authorized access. The open-access is a non-authorization connection method which does not need to require Smart device's user authorized information. It means open-access use only user's SSID (Service Set Identifier) information to access the wireless AP devices following public wireless network standard. This access mechanism is not suitable to use all of public wireless networks because users have to get all wireless network information around them. As a result, huge data for smart devices should be one of the most critical overload problems for them. Secondly, the user-authorized access method uses wireless network information (SSID and password) chosen by the users. So, the users have to remember and use the network access information data manually whenever accessing the network. Like open-access, this access method also has the operational and inconvenient problem for the users - manually inputting access information whenever connecting to the network. To overcome this problem in both schemes, we propose two improved wireless network access methods: 1) the implementation of automatic AP connection mechanism using user-authorization and iBeacon messages, and 2) SSID registration form for public wireless networks.

This thesis suggested that the 'customized' marketing would be a new strategy in terms of a marketing in the digital media age under the circumstances where a form of marketing was evolving in accordance with the convergence of digital media. Because of the media environment due to an 'individualization', the strategy would meet an individual demand of a consumer in a rapidly changing environment. The best marketing to capture a 'customer's heart' is not a brand that first entered the market, but the one that is first settled in a customer's heart. If a differentiated interactive marketing strategy is equipped, it is possible to capture a completely new market space ad create a profit over several years. In the aspect of an effect of a digital marketing, first, a concept relating to an interaction between a consumer and a producer is important. Secondly, the important one is an empathy marketing which is an emotional marketing through a brand image beyond a product. Thirdly, the author studied an orally transmitted marketing effect through digital media.

This study is to survey the present book numbers used in Korean libraries. to analyze their problems. and to suggest improvement in the book numbers. As the results of the survey several suggestions are derived as follows. 1. The education to the librarians about the kinds and the application methods of the book numbers used in Korean libraries should be sufficiently offered. 2. The present book numbers used should be expanded in detail for avoiding the duplication of the call numbers. Also when book numbers are assigned. shelf list cards should be examined one by one not to give the same number. If the book numbers are overlapped in the state not to expand further. libraries should establish a detailed expansion rules according to their respective situation and maintain it consistently. However, it is impossible for libraries operating open stack systems to arrange books on the shelves in call number sequence, therefore libraries can solve the problems as they accept duplication cases. 3. Since the object word of main mark IS a heading In main entry, we must apply cataloging rules to it closely. 4. For expanding book numbers widely it is desirable that the subsidiary mark of the book numbers which is the most prevalent in general and will be the most preferable In the future through the survey should be added and be provided. 5. The book numbers used being changed, we are to assign new book number leaving former materials as they are at the point of adopting a new book number. So aged materials are stored in a repository or on a compact shelf in the stack, will be discarded or weeded according to subjects after a certain period of time. 6. With library automation bringing together all the books of an author in a particular subject or in a particular form and avoiding completely duplication in open stack systems are meaningless. Rather than chronological book numbers, distinguishing clearly new materials from aged materials and controlling the stack spaces mechanically and effectively, can be regarded as the most modern and future-oriented of all the book numbers.
