Following the previous reports (Part I : For Sea-Divers and Hwa-Jeon-Min; Part II : For male and female Buddhists) Authors have conducted another nutrition survey for the island inhabitants living in Sa Hoo Ri, Goon Oi Myun, Wan Do Goon, Jon Nam Province. The following results were obtained. 1. Cereals, green vegetables and fishes and shell-fishes were major food for the inhabitants, and the amounts of the intakes of these foods were 54%, 28.5%, 5.3% of total intake, respectively. The Calorie derived from carbohydrate occupied approximately 80% of total calorie intaken. 2. The calorie intakes of the inhibitant, were generally lower compared with the Korean Recommended Dietary Allowances. 3. Protein intake was generally good, but animal protein occupied only 19.4% of total protein intake. 4. Fat intake was very low and the calorie from fat occupied only 6.1% of total calorie intaken. 5. Vitamin A intake was low, and 99.4% of the total Vitamin A intaken consisted of carotene. 6. Vitamin $B_1\;and\;B_2$ intakes were low, especially Vitamin $B_2$ intake was very low.

본 연구에서는 제주 해녀를 대상으로 식이성 톳 섭취가 혈압 및 총콜레스테롤 변화에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 20명의 현직해녀지원자를 10명씩 나누어 톳 섭취 집단과 톳을 섭취하지 않을 집단으로 구분한 후, 8주 간톳 섭취 집단에게 일일 100g의 식이성 톳을 밥과 함께 섭취케 하여 차이를 비교하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 톳을 섭취한 집단의 수축기 혈압은 유의하게 감소하였다. 둘째, 이완기 혈압은 두 집단 모두 유의한 감소를 보였으며, 집단 간 차이는 없었다. 셋째, 수축기-이완기 혈압 차이는 톳을 섭취한 집단은 유의한 감소를 보였으며, 톳을 섭취하지 않은 집단은 증가하였다. 넷째, 총콜레스테롤은 톳을 섭취한 집단에서 유의한 감소가 나타났지만 톳을 섭취하지 않은 집단은 증가하였다. 이상의 결과는 톳을 일일 100g씩 밥과 함께 섭식함으로써 총콜레스테롤 감소 및 수축기 혈압 감소에 효과가 있었음을 나타낸다.

이 연구는 국내 및 해외의 스쿠버다이빙리조트 활성화 요인을 도출하고 비교 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 국내와 해외 스쿠버다이빙리조트의 경영대표, 교육팀장 등 운영에 관련된 전문가 30명을 대상으로 3차례에 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 국내와 해외의 활성화 요인을 비교 분석한 결과 공공다이빙 장소의 편의시설 확충, 다이버들을 위한 안전시설 및 의료시설 설치, AED, 산소 등 응급처치 시스템 구축, 다이빙 보트 내 입·출수 리프트, 화장실 등 편의시설 필요, 다이빙 보트 스크루 안전망 설치, 지역 보트 운항 가이드 라인, 스쿠버다이빙 정규 코스 교육 프로그램, 전문 스쿠버다이빙 강사 및 가이드 고용, 다양한 SNS를 이용한 소통 및 홍보, 다이버의 입소문을 통한 홍보, 지역 다이빙 리조트 연합회 활동, 한인 다이빙 연합회 활동, 지역 어촌계와의 소통 및 상생 정책, 지역 관광산업과 연계정책이 공통적인 중요 활성화 요인으로 나타났다.

The development of ICT brings the change in daily life and the digitized data are increasing in usage. The combination between GPS and internet results in extensive diffusion of space related information by way of smartphone, sensor and SNS. Jeju Island is only one special self-governing province in Republic of Korea and deserves to be proud of the unique culture, having those designated Intangible Cultural Heritage from UNESCO such as Culture of Jeju Haenyeo or Women Divers and Jeju Chilmeoridang Yeongdeunggut or Exorcism of Praying big Catch. In this paper, I suggest how to preserve fadable tradition economically and technically and expect to develop Haenyeo fitted portable sensors and IoT platform.

The advancement of ICT is changing every field of life. It becomes possible with the penetration of personalized devices, that is, smartphone. The boom of IoT will come when there exist diversified and personalized services. In general, we might admit that it is needed that the more privatized services than the overall serviced. Jeju Island is the only one special self-governing province in Republic of Korea and deserves to be proud of the unique culture from its long historical background. One of the very regional culture which performs by women divers, Haenyeo activity or culture, was registered as Intangible Cultural Heritage. When authors were researched Jeju Haenyeo as a worthy reserving service, we recognized that it has never considered to use any point of ICT/IoT yet. Because IoT holds the high potentiality to create any service scenario between interesting groups. We will design a few services for Haenyeo which covers their job territory or daily life, adopts up-to-date technology or method such as sensored network, smart contract and App/Web. In this paper, we intent to show the simplicity and easiness of the application of IoT not to much inconspicuous target. So, we suggest a specialized IoT service for the reservation and promotion of Haenyeo Culture. This service would be composed of sensors, IoT network and App/Web at home and office. This service can be used among interesting groups : Haenyeo, policy maker, manufacturer, service provider and culture consumer.

1984년부터 1992년까지 8년간의 제주도 동귀 어촌계의 작업일지 및 애월법인 어촌계 위판장의 계통판매자료를 분석하여 추정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 소라의 어획량은 9월에서 12월사이에 연간어획량이 $58.2\%$를 차지하며, 최대지속생산량은 2.5톤으로, 최근의 생산량은 최대지속생산량의 $10\%$에 지나지 않는다. 2. 전복과 오분자기의 최대지속생산량은 각각800kg, 750kg이지만, 최근 종묘생산 치패 방류로 생산량은 점점 증가하는 추세에 있다. 3. 해삼과 문어의 최대지속생산량은 각각 500kg, 2,500kg으로, 해삼은 다소 안정된 상태에 있지만, 문어는 현저한 감소상태에 있다. 4. 톳의 생산량은 다소 감소되고 있지만, 우뭇가사리는 매년 급증하는 추세로 1990년의 생산량은 1984년보다 약 5배에 이른다. 5. 1984년 기준의 해녀연령구조는 40대가 가장 많고, 1일 어획효율은 30대가 가장 높으며, 1인당 연간작업일수는 평균 101일이다. 6. 수협을 통한 판매율은 각각 소라, 톳, 우뭇가사리가 $100%$, 전복과 해삼은 각각 $25.5\%,\;61.1\%$, 오분자기, 문어는 각각 $0\%$이다.

제주의 해녀는 독특한 인적 문화 자원으로 세계적으로 한국과 일본에만 존재한다. 특히, 제주 해녀들은 1931년 생존권을 스스로 찾기 위해 해녀항일운동을 전개하여 일제의 식민지 수탈 기관인 관제 조합과 식민지 수탈정책에 대항하여 민족해방운동을 일으켰다. 현재 제주에서는 독특한 제주 해녀문화를 전승하기 위해 제주 해녀를 유네스코 세계 문화유산으로 등재하기 위한 노력이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이처럼 해녀와 그들이 전개했던 항일운동에 기반한 디지털 스토리텔링, 캐릭터, 애니메이션, 게임, 홈페이지 등을 개발하여 유아들에게 해녀들의 정신과 문화를 이해하고 계승할 수 있도록 교육적으로 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 점점 사라져 가는 해녀와 관련된 문화 자원을 새롭게 재창출할 수 있는 방안과 항일운동의 정신을 재음미해 볼 수 있도록 한다.

스마트폰 보급률이 증가함과 함께 SNS(Social Networking Service) 이용자도 늘어가고 있다. SNS는 실시간으로 사람들 간의 개인적인 의견을 빠르게 주고받을 수 있다는 특징이 있어 이를 통해 개인의 반응을 실시간으로 수집, 분석이 가능하다. 한편, TV광고 효과 분석에 있어 사람들의 의견을 실시간으로 수집하고 분석하기 위해 새로운 접근 방법이 필요해졌다. 이에 본 연구에서는 트위터라는 특정 SNS를 대상으로 광고에 대한 데이터를 수집하여 실시간으로 광고 효과를 분석하는 시스템을 설계 및 구축하였다. 특히, 하둡을 이용하여 빅데이터 분석을 병렬화하여 효율적으로 수행하도록 하였으며, TV광고에 대해 언급도와 선호도, 신뢰도를 각각 분석하여 다양한 분석을 가능하게 하였다. 오피니언 마이닝 기법을 신뢰도 분석에 사용하여 분석의 정확도를 높였다. 구축한 시스템을 통해 트위터 SNS를 대상으로 TV광고에 대한 분석을 세분화하여 신속하게 처리할 수 있음을 보여주었다.

Objectives Haenyeo are Korean professional women breath-hold divers in Jeju island. The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical characteristics of depressed Haenyeo group, compared to non-Haenyeo depressed group. Methods This study included 75 Haenyeo and 340 non-Haenyeo with depressive disorders recruited from the Dementia Early Detection Program in Jeju island. Structural diagnostic interviews were performed using the Korean version of Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview. All patients completed the questionnaires, including the Subjective Memory Complaints Questionnaire (SMCQ), the Patient Health Questionnaire-15 (PHQ-15), and the Blessed dementia scale. Depression was evaluated by the Korean version of short form the Geriatric Depression Scale (K-SGDS) and cognition was assessed by the Korean version of the Consortium to Establish a Registry for Alzheimer's Disease (CERAD) assessment packet. Results Although the mean scores of the K-SGDS were similar between Haenyeo and non-Haenyeo depressed groups, the Haenyeo group showed a higher mean score on the PSQ-15 (p < 0.001, ANCOVA adjusting for age, the K-SGDS and education). The Haenyeo group showed poorer performance on the Korean Version of Frontal Assessment Batter (p < 0.001), the Mini-Mental State Examination in the Korean version of the CERAD Assessment Packet (p < 0.018), the word fluency test (p < 0.001), and the word list memory test (p = 0.012) in ANCOVA adjusting for age and education. The mean SMCQ score was higher in the Haenyeo depressed group than in the non-Haenyeo depressed group. Conclusions The Haenyeo depressed group shows cognitive dysfunction, especially frontal lobe dysfunction, compared to the non-Haenyeo depressed group, indicating the Haenyeo depressed group may have more severe frontolimbic dysfunction due to chronic exposure to hypoxia. The Haenyeo depressed group suffers more somatic symptoms than the non-Haenyeo depressed group.

Nous obserbons dans le champs de l'art aujourd' hui, le changement radical provoquant $\'{e}$tant donn$\'{e}$ que le pouvoir du march$\'{e}$ de l'art s'augmente de plus en plus. C'est pour cela que le champ du discours de l'art n'est actuellement plus form$\'{e}$ par des notions esth$\`{e}$tiques artistiques, mais par celles qui sont r$\'{e}$serv$\'{e}$es au domaine de l'$\'{e}$conomie et du march$\'{e}$. Il n'est plus significatif de croire la valeur esth$\`{e}$tique de l'oeuvre d'art, puisque l'esth$\`{e}$tique elle-m$\^{e}$me ne fonctionne plus. Par contre, le syst$\`{e}$me de donner le prix $\`{a}$ l'oeuvre d'art fonctionne rigoureusement. En plus, cette situation s'aggrave $\'{e}$tant donn$\'{e}$ que la mondialisation du march$\'{e}$ de l'art s'installe avec rapidit$\'{e}$. Malgr$\'{e}$ la mondialisation de l'art, des gens qui habitent par exemple $\`{a}$ S$\'{e}$oul ne peuvent pas s' approcher facilement de ce qui se passe $\`{a}$ New York, le vrai centre de l'art contemporain. Dans cette situation, le champ de discours de l'art n'a pas d'autre solution de se r$\'{e}$tr$\'{e}$cir remaquablement et le sujet de discussion sur le grand art est remplac$\'{e}$ par celui du success de l'art. Cette recherche est arriv$\'{e}$e $\`{a}$ remarquer que le syst$\`{e}$me du foire internationale de l'art fonctionne comme une locomotive dans le march$\'{e}$ de l'art qui est le vrai dominateur de l'art contemporain. Aujourd'hui les grands clients du monde de l'art et les jeunes sp$\'{e}$ctateurs, les clients de l'avenir s'assemblent autour de quelques foires internationales r$\'{e}$put$\'{e}$s qui ont de l'autorit$\'{e}$. C'est ainsi que l'achat et la vante de l'oeuvres d'art est suffisamment mondialis$\'{e}$ et que le syst$\`{e}$me local du march$\'{e}$ est d$\'{e}$rang$\'{e}$ et s'$\'{e}$ffondr$\'{e}$gravement. Malgr$\'{e}$ la diff$\'{e}$rence significative, la majorit$\'{e}$ des galeries d'art lacaux s'oblige de suivre $\`{a}$ la suite du style du foire internationale de l'art. C'est la raison pour laquelle que cette recherche se fait une id$\'{e}$e nette que la prosp$\'{e}$rit$\'{e}$ actuelle du march$\'{e}$ de l'art n'est que la situation $\'{e}$conomique ou financi$\`{e}$re. A ce stade de la r$\'{e}$flexion, cette recherche arrivera $\`{a}$ poser une question primordiale ci-dessous: "Si l'art qu'on $\`{a}$ l'intention de proclamer ne serai plus possible de faire r$\'{e}$fl$\'{e}$chir sur la libert$\'{e}$ et la solidarit$\'{e}$ humain, la dignit$\'{e}$ de l'homme, cet art n'est plus autre chose que l'insignifiance. Au lieu de parcourir divers ph$\'{e}$nom$\`{e}$ne du march$\'{e}$ de l'art aujourd'hui, cette recherche fixera son attention sur la r$\'{e}$alit$\'{e}$ du foire internationales de l'art. Dans ce context, cette recherche sera compos$\'{e}$e par trois chapitres donc le premi$\`{e}$re essayera de r$\'{e}$pondre $\'{a}$ la question de son influence extraodinairement puissante. Le deuxi$\`{e}$me chapitre essayera d'analiser la r$\'{e}$alit$\'{e}$ et la source du pouvoir du foire internationale de l'art. Nous essayeront au troisi$\`{e}$me chapitre de configurer le point de vue critique qui permettra de bien comprendre notre sujet.
