This study aims to identify the causation effect between technostress and utilization of Internet information and meditation effect of information service acceptability between technostress and Internet information utilization. The data were collected from 503 woman farmers aged 20 to 65 across the country. The analysis performed a three-stage mediated regression of Bron, & Kenny (1986), using the SPSS 21.0 statistical package. The importance of accepting information services has been identified in the Sobel test. According to the analysis of the medium effect on information service acceptability, information service acceptability has a partial medium effect on the technological stress of woman farmers and the level of Internet information utilization. In order to lower the technology of woman farmers in the future, it is necessary to find ways to improve new perceptions of information technology and increase acceptability of information services.

As the first communal system of which our society consists is family , the study of its relationship has been the base of analysing the social changes in every society of different culture and age. In our country under various western influences on traditional consiousness, it is very significant to consider how our family consciousness changes up. This study investigated 1) actual rates of sexual intercourse and relating variables among college students and workers and 2) the trend of premarital sexual attitudes. Data for 538 were used Reiss' Premarital Sexual Permissiveness Scale question are. The major findings were as follows ; 1) Actual sexual intercourse rates is higher than the past especially in women, yet there is significant difference between man and woman. 2) double standard for premarital sexuality remains in our culture. The degree of premarital sexual permissiveness to man is higher than that of woman. Both man and woman have more permissive permarital sexual attiaudes to man. Nevertheless, the result that the degree to which each sexual behavior was accepted increased with each relationship stage implicates " permissiveness with affection" to be the sexual standard accepted by young adults. 3) Age is higher, premarital sexual attitudes are more liberal, and the extend of peer group' sexual intercourse experience is higher, the rate of sexual intercourse is higher both man and woman.

Fumonisins are specific inhibitors of ceramide synthase in sphingolipid metabolism. The objective of this study was to investigate whether the elevation of free sphingoid bases 1-phosphate (S1P) are related to the fumonisin exposure. Sprague Dawley rats were injected i.p. with 10mg/kg fumonisin B1 (FB1), and kidney, liver, heart, lung, brain and serum were collected for sphingolipid analysis. (omitted)

The purpose of this study was to suggest usage that all family members could find satisfaction in the way to use furniture and living room. First of all, methods of research for this purpose were to grip on the points of difference and sameness on the attitude and the actual condition about furniture usage and living room between housewives and woman university students. To make analysis the data, frequency, $\chi$2-test, t-test, F-test and factor analysis were used. The major results are as follows ; 1. There were significant differences in the using time, time zone and life behavior in living room. 2. In furniture usage, housewives and woman university students have significant differences. 3. According to the results of making investigation into degree of satisfaction abut furniture and living room usage, housewives and woman university students have significant differences.

In a continuous effort to develop novel anticancer agents we newly synthesized and evaluated the antitumor activity of nucleoside analogues. One analogue, 4 - ［2-Chlor-6- (3-iodo- benzy lamino) -purin -9-yl］- 2,3-dihydroxy-cyclopentanecarbo xylic acid methylamide (LJ-331), has been shown to exert a potent inhibition of human cancer cell growth in vitro including human lung (A549), stomach (SNU-638) and leukemia (HL-60) cancer cells. Following mechanism of action study revealed that LJ - 331induces cell cycle arrest at the G1 phase in HL-60 cells and evokes apoptotic phenomena such as an increase in DNA ladder intensity and chromatin condensation by a dose- and time-dependent manner. LJ-331 also activated the caspase-3 activity in HL-60. This result suggests that the growth inhibition of human cancer cells by LJ-331 might be related to the cell cycle arrest and induction of apoptosis.

Appendicitis of pregnancy woman is appeared one of every 1000. This is the most common disease that needs operation except for uterus related diseases. This case is about a woman patient who is 10week pregnancy. She had lower abdominal pain and her case was diagnosed as appendicitis in general hospital. For fear of antibiotics, she went to our hospital. We diagnosed her as soeumin. We treated her with Soeumin Gwaghyangjunggisan for 1 week. We also experienced good effect of Soeumin Gwaghyangjunggisan to appendicitis of pregnancy woman. So we report it.
