We investigated the physio-chemical and geochemical parameters in the spraying shellfish aquacultures (Yeoja and Gangjin Bay) to establish the systematic strategy for effective environmental management. Spatial variation of each parameter showed partially significant difference (P<0.05) between Yeoja and Ganjin Bay, inferring the discriminative progress (i.e., accumulation and degradation) of the autochthonous organic matter within the aquaculture environments. We additionally integrated various properties (e.g., water/sediment quality, natural hazard, and biological health) which may affect the biological growth within the aquaculture habitats based on the biogeochemical cycles related to environmental components and aquaculture species. We used a screening approach (i.e., one out-all out; OOAO) which can permit the assessment of the health levels of aquaculture species, the scoring for other parameters (seawater, sediment, and natural hazard) as three levels (excellent, moderate and poor) depending on the complex interactive properties occurring in the aquaculture environments. Actual, discriminative scores obtained via our case studies may confirm that these stepwise processes are effectively evaluated for optimal health conditions within the aquaculture habitats. Thus, this approach may provide valuable insights for effective environmental management and sustainable growth of aquaculture operation.

Establishment of the Quantum Hall Resistance(QHR) Standard as national resistance standard using a room temperature DCC resistance bridge is described. A simple method are used to obtain the current dependence and error of 10: 1 ratio of the bridge instead of the method using a cryogenic resistance bridge. Measurement uncertainty of the system is estimated as $0.14{\times}10^{-6}$ and it is confirmed that the QHR standard is agreed well with the QHR of other NMIs using the cryogenic resistance bridge within the uncertainty, More improvement about performance of the QHR device and 10: 1 ratio accuracy is still under progress.

The significant historical events and developments in the area of approach for sensory integration in Korean Society of Sensory Integration Therapists(KSSIT) are reviewed to stimulate future planning and clinical application in professional and health promotion. The paper reviewed the purposes of establishment, the role of members, progress of regular meetings and education for members and seminars in KSSIT. This review is placed within the context of the progressive period of KSSIT history, 1997-2003. Historical data are used as primary sources as records of events in KSSIT's homepage, official transcripts, professional articles, and secondary sources such as news letters for occupational therapists and oral information from first members. This review examined current actions and thinking, and suggests further actions and thinking for progressive professional education programs, research, clinical applications and public relations in sensory integration approach in KSSIT.

Phosphorus (P) is an essential nutrient for all living organisms. P is mostly obtained from mined rock phosphate. However, existing rock phosphate reserves could be exhausted in the next 50-100 years. As Korea is totally dependent on imported rock phosphate, we should seek for solution to overcome the P depletion by efficient use and recycling. For this, this study suggested a P flow model to identify the location and flow route of P in urban area based on traditional material flow analysis. The type of P entering the urban areas are fertilizer, food and feed. Each type of P is used in agriculture, human consumption and animal husbandry. After going through each process, P is moved to waste management facilities within food waste, excreta and sewage. Some portion of P in waste are buried, incinerated and discharged, which can be reservoir of P in the future.

In this paper, I pursue an empirical analysis of different patterns of employment and wage adjustments to demand changes for the US and Japan. Analyzed are the data in the 70's and 80's, the period that the two countries are believed to show most conspicuous diverging patterns. Using the framework of cointegration and error correction, I establish that in the US it is employment level, while in Japan it is wages, that is more responsive to output fluctuations both in the long run and the short run. All the comparisons on the long run relationships are estimated and tested based on the system cointegrating regressions, and the transition from the short run to the long run responses are investigated using impulse response analysis of the error correction models. I also study differences across genders and establishment sizes within each country. For males and females in Japan, the adjustments are significantly different both in the long run and the short run, but for the firms of different sizes they diverge only in the short run. In contrast to some of the earlier work, the gender effect turns out to be insignificant in the US.

The purpose of this study was to establish the effective model for community-centered youth development in Korea. The research methods used the extensive review of related literatures and consultation with a panel of experts in this field. Based on the major results, the implications and suggestions were as follows. First, community youth development will need to provide the opportunities of competencies and a full complement of positive connections to youth activities. Second, communities promote to engage youth as partners with adults in the process of positive youth development. Third, youth development organizations operate to support the programs to prevent or treat specific problems in terms of community youth contexts. Finally, collaboration and network are necessarily required among youth, adults, home, school, organizations within the community.

Despite the government's efforts and excessive investments in the establishment of an infrastructure for animation, it can be said that the reasons for the inferiority in character licensing and weak performances compared to other leading countries is attributed to the fundamental factor tying within the piece of work itself. Therefore, this research is aimed at finding a counterproposal by assuming that the reason for the failure of our country's animation 'Oseam' was because of its narrative tactics. First, it is possible for a narrative structure to be participated by the audience's creative strategy Second, the audience's participation makes it possible to create the character into a multilateral and a complex personality. Third, this kindof creative strategy is possible when semiotic analyses are utilized. The sole objective for this is to provide a comprehensive viewpoint for the semiotic approach in the creation process of the character.

The organization's safety culture is strongly tied to the success of its safety learning programme. All personnel must understand the concept and necessity of Safety Management System. In order to settle the culture which they are willing to share the responsibility of safety, it is essential for service provider as the airline company to develop the technique and knowledge which intenses the organization's safety and to perform safety learning programme to be applied. This study has looked into the preceding studies about the learning culture and surveyed how the airmen have acquired the safety lessons learned thru their safety promotion within aviation maintenance organization. Accordingly, it intends to contribute safety promotion by suggestion of the effective and positive learning culture thru the establishment of strategy and the safety learning programme suitable to the organization.

Objectives : The paper seeks to provide a study on Bianque's Pulse Diagnosis in the contexts of Huangdi Neijing's Maijing and Nanjing. Methods : The paper provides a comparison of sentences regarding Bianque's Pulse Diagnosis discovered in Neijing, Maijing, and Nanjing. Results & Conclusions: 1. Bianque's Pulse Diagnosis was given birth through stages in accoradnce with the development of Pyobonjin, Maeggujin, Gyeongmaeghyjin, and Meridian Theory. 2. It seems that Neijing filled in Sambuguhujin and In-yeongbuyangmaegjin because they were not discovered in Canggong's Records of Diagnosis. 3. Bianque's Pulse Diagnosis diagnosed death using Osaegjin. Underneath each sentence within each biography regarding Meridian, there existed Pulse dead Hou. 4. Bianque's Pulse Diagnosis quantified the operation and length of pulse in time. The concept of small net was added which led to the establishment of Fifty circulations, Yeongwi theory, Meridians circulation, and chongu's boundary.

This research was conducted to suggest some directions for desirable urban green space planning through 1) establishing a new classification system by examining the existing concept, problems and characteristics of green space and 2) defining the essence of green space environment and finding some analytical and evaluative methods through a clear establishment of functions, indicators of green space. In the research, measurements of the amount of green space was accompanied with measurements of green covered space, green volume, and the structure of greenery within the frame of vision. As result, three-dimensional measurement was possible, three-dimensional measurement was possible, which turned out to be more effective than the existing 2-dimensional measuring method. It is found that the ratio of green covered space is to proportional to the ratio of green volume in this study. Therefore in green space planning process it is desirable to consider the ratio of green volume all together.
