SVAPI 1.0 환경에서의 어구 종속 화자 확인 시스템에 대해 기술한다. 구현된 시스템은 궁극적으로 공중 전화망 응용이 가능한 실용 시스템을 목표로 개발되었으며 이를 위해 SVAPI 위원회에 의해 제안된 SVAPI 1.0을 개발 환경으로 사용하였다. SVAPI는 객체 지향 구조, 클라이언트-서버 및 telephony 환경의 지원등이 특징이며 어플리케이션과 엔진을 독립적으로 개발할 수 있는 이점을 제공한다. 구현된 데모 시스템은 펜티엄 프로세서와 Windows95/NT 4.0 운영체제 그리고 Win16/Win32 API를 통해 제어 가능하며 음성 입력이 가능한 디바이스를 장착한 IBM 호환 PC이다. 화자의 성문 등록은 화자가 동일한 어구를 3회 발성하여 이뤄지며 등록과 확인의 응답속도는 모두 1초 이내이다. 소프트웨어의 구성은 크게 어플리케이션과 어구 종속 화자 확인 엔진으로 구분할 수 있으며 엔진은 끝점 검출 알고리즘, 음성 특징 추출 알고리즘 그리고 연속 HMM 기반의 화자 성문 모델 등록 및 유사도 계산 등을 포함한 확인 알고리즘으로 구성되어 있다. 화자의 성문은이름과 같은 약 3음절 이상의 단어로 등록되고 테스트되었다. 엔진의 객관적인 평가를 위해 전화선을 통해 남자 6명, 여자 3명의 화자로부터 자신의 이름을 각각 40회 발성하여 구축된 음성 데이터 베이스를 사용하였으며 실험 결과 남자는 2.85%, 여자는 2.44%의 EER을 각각 얻었다.

This paper focuses on the development prospects of the UK after Europe, the development situation of the EU and the world's democratic issues were discussed. The files of intellectual property on computer systems have increasingly been exposed to such threats that they can be flowed out by internal users or outer attacks through the network. The File Outflow Protection System detects file outflow when users not only copy files on client computers into storage devices, but also print them. This Protection system has been designed to Win32 API hooking by I/O Manager in kernel level if files are flowed out by copying. As a result, the monitoring system has exactly detected file outflows, which is proved through testing.

Purpose - This paper studies if types of markets have an association with several variables such as occupation, district, sales, employee, administrative district by a lessor, area in rental building and so on. Three attributes of markets can be general commercial zones, central commercial zones and traditional markets. Furthermore, we can investigate the degree of association by calculating the numerical strength and visualizing their distances on two-dimensional plane, once the association exists between them. Research design, data, and methodology - This work is performed by the 2013 report presented with Small Businessmen Promotion Institute in Korea and used by a chi-squared test and correspondence analysis by using IBM SPSS 23.0. Results - The results show that types of markets, including traditional markets, have an association with variables considered in this paper, and we can obtain the detailed associations between attributes of corresponding variables by inspecting two-dimensional plane. Conclusions - This study suggests that government authority and local autonomy can make strategies to vitalize traditional markets and to get win-win relationships among several types of markets by looking over our findings.

The firms aim to acquire services and costs advantage from logistics outsourcing strategy. But it is very important to select optimum service provider. A checklist of the criteria for the evaluation of service providers follows : service quality, low cost, logistics information system, service network, financial stability, investments in plant and equipment, management attitude and lookout for the future strategic fit, cultural and psychological barriers etc. Also, a 8-step implement of logistics outsourcing strategy will be of help for maximizing benefits of logistics outsourcing. It follows : 1-step : logistics environment analysis, 2-step : check service provider availability, 3-step : logistics outsourcing determinant analysis, 4-step : select of optimum service provider, 5-step : contract with optimum service provider, 6-step : identify of remaining barriers, 7-step : performance of logistics outsourcing, 8-step : evaluation.

This paper suggests several strategies for promoting Trade and Foreign Direct Investment cooperation to the Korean government and companies as follows ; For Korean government, its trade policy would be given much weight on the import from the Vietnam in the early developing stage. This import could be compensated and increased with the counter export of Korean products like the industrial goods. For Korean companies, they would make haste to invest and develop the abundant energy and natural resources in Vietnam. Their desirable strategies would be moving small scale projects into large ones, production partnerships with the foreign developed and experienced companies, and international joint ventures for using inward FDI incentives. The long range vision and perseverance are indispensable for promoting trade and foreign direct investments between and Korea and Vietnam and both parties' win-win results and development in the end.

In recent years, most of Supply Chain Management literature has emphasized the importance of information sharing among supply chain partners, but empirical researches are few until now, especially in Korea. The purpose of this study is to develop an empirical model focusing on information exchange among partners in supply chain, and to analyze the main factors influencing the causal relationship between information exchange and performance. Based on cross-sectional questionnaire survey on Korean manufacturing firms, this study analyzed the factors influencing information exchange such as environmental factors, organizational factors, relationship factors, and information characteristics of the sample firms. Our major findings might provide many useful insights for managers in exploring the most efficient system for information exchange among partners in the context of SCM.

최근에는 Non-PC 디바이스들을 위한 Embedded OS들이 PCS, PDA, 핸드헬드(Handheld) 컴퓨터, 터미널, 산업용 제어기 및 다른 소형 컴퓨터에서부터 인터넷 TV, 디지털 셋탑 박스, 웹폰, 인터넷 디바이스, 및 Mobile Computing 분야에 이르기까지 다양한 분야에서 그 요구가 급증하고 있다. 현재 이러한 응용들은 사용자의 응답시간이 빠른 표준 API(Application Programming Interface)의 사용을 필요로 한다. Window System의 Application을 개발하기 위해서는 보통 Win32 API를 사용한다. 그런, Win32 API에서 제공하는 자료형과 관련 함수들이 크기가 크고 속도가 느려서 소형의 적은 메모리와 빠른 속도를 필요로 하는 PCS 단말기에는 적합하지가 않다. 따라서 기존의 API의 기능을 충실히 수행하면서 PCS에 최적화된 API에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 PCS 정보단말기용 소형 운영체제에 적합한 API를 GWES(Graphics, Windowing, and Events Subsystem) 모델을 기반으로 설계하였으며 사용자 응답시간 지연을 해결하기 위해서는 Event 처리를 최소화하는 다중 메시지 처리 방식을 개발하였다.

The Eco-2 Project presents a win-win strategy for the environment and for the economy (ECO-2 is an abbreviation of Ecology and Economy), The project was initiated by the Korean Ministry of the Environment to promote the development of an environmental industry technology as a means of driving national development in this sector. Our project work belongs to the category of integrated environment management technology, and is described as a development and utilization of risk assessment and analysis system for integrated environmental management in municipal and industrial areas. The goal of our project is to develop available system software in health and ecological risk assessment and to offer it as Decision Support System (DSS) to aid the effective management of environmental risk in municipal and industrial areas in Korea.

In this practice article, we present the results of a scenario planning approach that is a hybrid of the three main schools of thought. Our research objective was to study the future of Interactive Digital Media applications such as online music, on-demand television and massively multi-player online role-playing games. Our approach, while essentially qualitative in nature, nevertheless draws from the rigors of the quantitative school in identifying and then tracking the significant dimensions of analysis that emerge over time as strands of events leading to plausible scenarios. Our empirical analysis revealed mapping strands to three themes - ownership, distribution and innovation - which we used in an expert validation exercise to formulate scenarios. We present and discuss the major findings and implications of this empirical investigation. In a nutshell, we conjecture that an open, competitive IDM marketplace with performance safeguards may serve both and lead to a win-win scenario. While there are differences among IDM sectors, a unified approach to regulation and policy would be effective.
