전직지원 프로그램의 자기결정성 요인이 자기효능감, 심리적 안녕감, 학습성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Outplacement Program's Self-determination Factors on Self-efficacy, Psychological Well-being and Learning Performance)

  • The economic growth has made our lives more prosperous than the past, and the development of science fueled the era of 100-year lifespan. It is now distinct to us that preparation for life after retirement is not a choice but an imperative. In the meantime, outplacement programs have driven many to challenge and start a new chapter in life. This paper measures the characteristics of outplacement programs based on the self-determination factors; empirically examines how those characteristics influence on learning performance through self-efficacy and psychological well-being; concludes by proposing effective and productive ways for young adults and senior employees who are in search for new jobs. To test the research hypothesis, a survey was conducted among job searchers who have been previously provided with outplacement programs. The results are as follows: First, self-perceived autonomy has significant influences on self-efficacy and psychological well-being. Second, self-perceived competency has significant influences on self-efficacy and psychological well-being. Third, perceived relationship has no significant influence on self-efficacy and psychological well-being. Fourth, self-efficacy showed significant influences on psychological well-being, while not showing on learning performance. Fifth, psychological well-being has no significant influence on learning performance. This paper finds its academic significance in its theory-based approach to outplacement service program; research variables and examination are not based on researcher's arbitrary choice. This paper is also practically significant in that it discovered that outplacement service alleviates psychological stress caused by job relocation, and guarantees stable life after retirement.

치과위생사의 심리적 자원이 주관적 경력성공과 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향 (Effect of psychological resources on subjective career success and subjective well-being in dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: Subjective well-being is a representative indicator of quality of life. Work and life are not separated, and work itself is a part of life. The purpose of this study was to confirm the effect of psychological resources such as self-esteem, self-efficacy, GRIT, and resilience on the subjective career success and subjective well-being in dental hygienists. Methods: From November 12, 2020 to December 30, 2020, an online survey was conducted on 650 dental hygienists, and data from 630 were analyzed. For the analysis, independent two-sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were performed, and the confirmatory factor analysis and measurement model, construct validity, construct reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity were confirmed. This was verified using a structural equation model. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for the statistical analyses; p<0.05 were considered statistically significant. Results: The final model fit was found to be suitable. There was no significant difference in subjective career success with respect to the personal characteristics and career characteristics, except for total career and number of turnovers. There was no significant difference in subjective well-being according to personal characteristics and career characteristics. Psychological resources such as self-esteem, self-efficacy, GRIT, and resilience were significant for subjective career success (p<0.05, R2=0.637). Subjective career success was significant for subjective well-being (p<0.05, R2=0.378). Among the psychological resources, self-esteem had both direct and indirect effects on subjective well-being (p<0.05). Conclusions: Positive psychological resources, rather than external conditions, are an important prerequisite for subjective career success and subjective well-being. Thus, it is proven that work is a part of life.

소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용자의 자기결정성 요인이 자기존중감과 만족을 통해 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-Deterministic Factors of Social Network Service Users on Psychological Well-Being by Self-Esteem and Satisfaction)

  • In this study, we would like to consider the main factors that influence psychological well-being by using social network service. suggest ways to use healthy social network services, and empirically verify how behavioral approaches, in other words self-determination theory, that deals with human psychological needs, affect psychological well-being by self-esteem and satisfaction to comprehensively examine the characteristics of service and user individuals and social influences, etc. First research result, it has been confirmed that the autonomy has a positive effect on self-esteem. Second, it has been confirmed that the autonomy does not have a positive effect on satisfaction. Third, it has been confirmed that the competence has a positive effect on self-esteem. Fourth, it has been confirmed that the competence does not have a positive effect on satisfaction. Fifth, it has been confirmed that the relationship has a positive effect on self-esteem. Sixth, it has been confirmed that the relationship does not have a positive effect on satisfaction. Seventh, it has been confirmed that self-esteem has a positive effect on psychological well-being. Eighth, it has been confirmed that self-esteem has a positive effect on satisfaction. Ninth, it has been confirmed that satisfaction has a positive effect on psychological well-being. These results mean that meeting basic human psychological needs has a significant impact on psychological well-being of the social network service users. In addition, it was confirmed that increasing the desire for autonomy, competence, relationship, which are factors of self-determination, is an important factor to enhance psychological well-being.

감정노동자의 자기자비와 긍정적 자기대화가 직무몰입 및 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Emotional Workers' Self-compassion and Positive Self-talk on Work Engagement and Subjective Well-being)

  • Purpose: This study aims to identify protective factors enabling emotional workers to manage stress and cope proactively. By enhancing their internal resources, it aims to provide a theoretical foundation for fostering positive outcomes and offering a basis for integrated human resource management and employee welfare. Methods: The data analysis utilized SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 4.0. After conducting tests for normality, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, measurement model validation, and structural model validation were performed. Relationships between variables were examined, and the significance and suitability of hypothesis paths were verified. Results: Firstly, it was confirmed that self-compassion and positive self-talk positively influence resilience, self-control, work engagement and subjective well-being. Secondly, resilience positively influences self-control, work engagement and subjective well-being. Thirdly, self-control positively influences work engagement but does not statistically significantly influence subjective well-being. Fourthly, work engagement positively influences subjective well-being. Fifthly, work engagement was found to mediate between self-control and subjective well-being. Conclusion: The study confirmed that self-compassion and positive self-talk serve as antecedents to enhancing emotional workers' resilience, self-control, work engagement, and subjective well-being. Additionally, by analyzing the structural relationships between these factors, it established a theoretical framework.

2009와 2013 천안웰빙식품 엑스포 만족도 결정요인 비교연구 (Comparative Study on the Satisfaction Factors of 2009 and 2013 Cheonan Well-being Food Expos)

  • 본 연구는 2009 천안웰빙식품엑스포와 2013 천안국제웰빙식품엑스포 행사를 행사내용, 만족도 요인, 만족도 항목을 실증적으로 상호 비교한 논문이다. 동일한 행사를 시간을 달리하여 비교한 결과 행사구성, 편의시설, 행사장 환경, 전반적 만족도, 재방문 의사는 2013년이 2009년 행사보다 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전반적 만족도 요인 비교 연구에서는 2009년과 2013년을 비교하여 편의시설을 제외한 모든 항목이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고, 2009년과 2013년 모두 만족도는 재방문 의사에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 판명되었다.

  • 화장품 산업에서 웰빙과 관련하여 inner beauty와 body shaping 상품을 비롯하여 SPA, esthetique, mass-customization, organics, naturals 등에 관련된 상품개발이 연구의 중요한 축을 이룰 것으로 보이며, 웰빙에 대한 고객의 기대로는 건강에 대한 관심과 함께 상품에 대한 안심감, 신뢰성, 윤리성이 우선되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 화장품 영역에서의 웰빙 관련 연구로는 지방 분해, 비타민, 폴리페놀, 오가닉과 함께 항노화에 관련된 체계적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이며 아울러 피부과학과 감성 공학을 바탕으로 효능증대, 피부흡수제어, 피부적합성, 제형 및 활성성분안정화, 지속성 증진, 신원료개발이 중요할 것이며, 특히 최근의 바이오 기술. 나노기술. 천연소재기술은 웰빙상품 개발의 초석이라 하겠다.

고등학생의 정신건강과 안녕감 관계에서 극복력, 자아존중감, 사회적 지지의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect on the Relationship between the Mental Health and Well-being of High School Students Focused on Resilience, Self-esteem, Social Support)

  • Purpose : The aim of this study was to test the mediating effect of resilience, self-esteem, and social support on the relationship between the mental health and well-being of high school students. Methods : This structured questionnaire survey was conducted with 409 high school students in G province. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression analysis and sobel test. Results : As a result, there were significant correlations among mental health, resilience, self-esteem, social support, and well-being. Resilience and social support showed partial mediating effects on the relationship between the mental health and well-being of high school students. Self-esteem showed a fully mediating effect. Conclusion : Therefore, to reduce mental health problems among high school students and to enhance their well-being, it is necessary for schools to develop mental health education programs and to apply effective mental health improvement strategies using resilience, self-esteem, and social support as mediators.

대학생을 대상으로한 구조화된 시간 사용과 웰빙(well-being)의 상관관계 (Relationship between Structured Time Use and Well-being for University Students)

  • 목적: 대학생을 대상으로 구조화된 시간 사용과 웰빙(well-being)의 상관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 233명의 대학생들에게 설문지를 배부하여 233부를 회수하였고, 그 중 기록이 미비한 설문지 10부를 제외하고, 총 223부가 본 연구의 분석 자료로 사용되었다. 구조화된 시간사용 설문지와 웰빙을 측정하기 위해서 한국판 세계보건기구 삶의 질 척도, 삶의 기대척도, 삶의 만족척도, 주관적 행복척도를 사용하였다. 설문 시간은 평균 20분정도 소요되었다. 기술통계를 사용하여 일반적인 특정과 설문지의 평균값을 알아보았고, 구조화된 시간 사용과 웰빙의 상관성은 피어슨 상관분석을 사용하였다. 결과: 구조화된 시간 사용과 웰빙은 전체적으로 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 구조화된 시간사용 설문지의 하부항목 중 효과적인 조직화는 삶의 만족척도와 삶의 기대척도에서, 미래방향은 삶의 질, 삶의 만족척도, 주관적 행복척도에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았고, 그 외에는 모두 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다(p<.05). 결론: 구조화된 시간사용과 웰빙의 상관관계를 알아봄으로써 우리는 시간 관리의 중요성을 알 수 있었다. 작업치료는 수행요소를 중재하는 치료에서 나아가 고객의 시간을 관리해줌으로써 개인의 삶을 웰빙하게 하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 앞으로는 구조화된 시간사용에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 연구 또한 이루어져야 할 것이다.

일과 삶의 균형이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 정서적 웰빙과 자아실현적 웰빙의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Work- Life Balance on Innovative Behavior : Mediating effect of Hedonic Well-being and Eudaimonic Well-Being)

  • 최근 들어 일과 삶의 균형 연구에 있어 일과 삶 간의 갈등관계뿐만 아니라 일과 삶 간의 촉진관계를 포함하면서 그 갈등/촉진관계가 일 초래 현상인지, 삶 초래 현상인지를 구별하여 보다 포괄적인 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 우리나라의 경우 이런 연구는 거의 찾아보기 어렵다. 그래서 본 연구는 일과 삶의 균형을 일-삶 갈등, 삶-일 갈등, 일-삶 촉진의 하위변인으로 세분화하여 이들 변인이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 심리적 웰빙(정서적 웰빙과 자아실현적 웰빙)의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직장인 299명을 대상으로 수집한 설문지를 요인분석, 기술통계, 회귀분석을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 일-삶 갈등과 일-삶 촉진은 심리적 웰빙과 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 삶-일 갈등은 정서적 웰빙과 혁신행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 또한, 일과 삶의 균형과 혁신행동의 관계에 있어서 자아실현적 웰빙은 매개효과를 보였으나, 정서적 웰빙의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다.

여대생의 '웰빙(Well-Being)' 경험 (Experience of 'Well-being' of Female College Students)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the meaning of the experience of 'well-being' of female college students in Korea and provide fundamental materials to improve nursing interventions. Methods: The participants were six female students who gave consent to participate in this study. This study was conducted between August 2006 and November 2006. Each interview took one to three hours. The contents of the interviews were recorded and dictated afterwards. In addition, the interviews were carried out such a way that the gathered information was sufficiently saturated. The data was analyzed with the phenomenological analytic method suggested by Giorgi (1985). Results: As a result of analysis, the following have been identified.: proper dietary treatment, proper physical treatment, harmonized psychological treatment, environmental-friendly treatment, and hypersensitivity to the mass media. Conclusions: The finding of this study offers profound information on the 'well-being' of female college students in Korea and provides fundamental materials to improve the quality of nursing interventions.
