A The purpose of this study was to determine the present state of the exercise rehabilitation field, promote elderly sport for all, and present a revitalization program for higher quality of life for the elderly in the coming era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and aged society. Literature review was performed to analyze the actual conditions of the activities for elderly sport for all and the relevant field of exercise rehabilitation, analyze the elderly health and welfare and elderly sport for all programs, and present a plan for revitalizing the field of exercise rehabilitation to promote elderly sport for all. First, it is necessary to reinforce the awareness and promotion of the need and importance of exercise rehabilitation in inducing seniors to participate in sport for all. Second, it is necessary to make it compulsory to place sport leaders for seniors at such places as elderly leisure and welfare centers and promote expertise in managing elderly health guidance efficiently through cooperation with welfare workers. Third, it is necessary to make it compulsory to take exercise rehabilitation and similar subjects in the curriculums of sport for all, elderly sport welfare, and silver welfare sport as well as the subject of volunteering activities at such places as elderly leisure and welfare centers with the aim of giving opportunities for career choice. Fourth, it is necessary to develop characterized exercise rehabilitation programs at senior welfare centers, community centers for the elderly, and elderly classes and employ experts equipped with exercise event and exercise rehabilitation capabilities as itinerant lecturers to contribute to the government's job creation policies through cooperation between the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism (MOCST) and the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW). Fifth, it is necessary to make a greater investment in research and development required for elderly sport for all. Sixth, it is necessary to develop and distribute various exercise rehabilitation treatment videos and guidelines that seniors can use for themselves. This is associated with the fifth one; in particular, it is urgent to devise measures against Coronavirus 19. Seventh, it is necessary to reduce inefficiency and budget waste caused by overlapped tasks by establishing a new elderly sports promotion organization through adjustment by MOCST and MOHW; it is also necessary to increase the functions of organization establishment with the aim of reinforcing the education area, which involves post-retirement health care, exercise rehabilitation, safety accident prevention, and virus.

The purpose of this study was to develop Marital Counseling Program for marital conflict solution and to verify the effects of the developed program both quantitatively and qualitatively. This marital counseling program consisted of conjoint marital counseling(5 session) and group marital counseling(6 sessions). Each 13 couples of the experiment group and the control group were analysed. The effectiveness of this program was evaluated by pretest, post test, and follow-up after 3 months. It was analyzed by Mann-Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed-Rank Test. Also, as for the experiment group, the level of objective change perception, qualitative evaluation, and program evaluation were investigated. The major results were as follows: This marital counseling program for conflict solution was effective to decrease the level of marital conflict and explosive conflict coping and to increase the level of emotional interaction, communication skill, marital satisfaction, and self-esteem among experiment group. These positive effects maintained at follow-up. Additionally, participants(experiment group) reported positive changes of psycho-emotional state, spouse interaction behavior, marital communication and marital relationships. However, in the control group, there were no change according to the time. Future research and practical implications were added.

The purpose of this article is to capture this situation within the changes that take place due to it, inside the Greek society where there is a great need for professional social workers who are able to work targeted and effectively with foreigners, both children and adults, who have or develop mental health problems for the very first time. Over the recent decades the increasing number of migration flows has exerted and continues to exert great pressure on the health system and on the welfare structures of Greece. The bases for the development of a rudimentary reception and integration system that still is in progress have been delayed, while there has been no happy medium, between the enormous pressure that foreigner users of this system put on, and the humanitarian obligation of a well-governed state towards all residents of the country. Straight through everyday clinical practice in the field of intercultural work, social work has the knowledge and techniques for a total management of emerging problems and at the same time provides a value system with an ethical background which approaches refugees and migrants in order to provide quality services, mostly to users of mental health services.

The purpose of this study is to examine the state of utilization in sport facilities at a university and drew up the improvement plan for all students. To accomplish this work, the survey of the 445 students(male 221, female 224) were collected. The collected data were analyzed through the frequency analysis. All of sports facility is used for wide range of student who like to use as their leisure in order to learn variety experience for spending their spare time. Also sports facility of university accomplish social education function to all member of university. Having sports facility for university can also work as a promotion and new impression to people its university image as well as welfare for staff. Especially, excellent sports facility at university can provide public service to local people where university is located. Having sport facility at university is directly related to development of university in many way, university is required to implement effective program for operating sport facility at university.

response to the global city. It was developed to cope with the decline of the manufacturing industry, a rise in unemployment and a welfare state system in danger. In cities of the concept, there has been much change in existing urban space and accordingly wisdoms and knowledge has been accumulated. The purpose of this research is to scrutinize urban spatial modification of a regenerated model city "Bologna". The target area of analysis was a ex-factory ailing district. Field site visit, deep interview with professionals and citizens, walk through observation, and historial literature review on the site were employed. As results, its history, retrofit process and current change were systematically described. The results showed ways of thinking, attitude toward historic preservation, technology, and creativity of using existing buildings for contemporary functions. This has a significant implication on Korean urban development which mostly, has ignored the existing value of community and buildings.

The organization to which we belong is the place where we make social relationships, satisfy our desires of self-realization, and accomplish our common object. The emotional and psychological state of individual as well as the whole organization is able to be explained in the concept of morale. The researcher selected a total 238 dental technicians living in seoul, and conducted a research in a period ranging from April 1, 2004, to April1 10, 2004. The researcher analyzed the findings with the aid of SPSS (Statistical package for social sciences). The researcher came to reach the following conclusions on the basis of frequency, percentage, T-test, F-test, and multiple regression. The results of this study were as follows: First, there is a significant difference in recognizing morale due to their age, academic background, their work places, position, part of objective, and working hours(p<.05). Secondly, The researcher there is a significant difference in recognizing due to their social welfare, payment, fair and objective personnel management, enough opportunities of self development, and autonomy(p<.05). Lastly, this study is very limited in generalization because it deals with a small part of morale management plans and objectifies very limited organization. But, it is very meaningful in trying to approach morale management plans with an object of dental technicians. It is necessary that dental technicians should make efforts to control themselves.

In the 21st century, Korea had radical economic development with accelerating urban sprawl, and following declination with social polarization. City declination makes socially vulnerable people unstable and increase homelessness. The projects revitalizing decayed area utilize local idle spaces to build new facility with creative supportive programs. The purpose of this study is to analyze inclusive characteristics of a supportive housing 'The Brook'. A field visit walk through observation and in-depth interview were utilized as research methods. The information of a representative supportive housing field will promote understanding the concept, and create base for further research. As results, state and knowhow of information concerning housing first policy, active government investment, space planning, management, social integration, service providing, architecture and so on offered to facilitate inclusive insights. In conclusion, the characteristics of supportive housing were realistically analyzed through a field research. This research is significant to introduce initially the effective supportive housing which has been practiced for 30 years in USA to that needs alternatives for the socially vulnerable in Korea.

Purpose: This study aims to identify the ADL and IADL of bed-ridden elderly. Also it is used to show fuctional status, and to investigate the content and the level of nursing services provided. Method: The subjects were 191 elderly who received visiting nurse service through public health centers in the Seoul Metopolitan and Chungnam Province. Data collection was conducted by public health center nurses during four months in 2000. Result: As for daily living activities, 100% of subjects had at least one difficulty in ADL and IADL. Among them, only 0.5% had moderate disabilities and 99.5% had severe disabilities by HFS, 27.9% were in a semi bed-ridden state and 72.1% were completely bed-ridden by JABC. The major service provided was a visiting nurse service which was preferable to the social welfare service. In the visiting nurse service, there was no significant difference according to the elderlys' functional status. In addition there was no standadization about the qualification of the visiting nurse, and single entry point for the nursing service. Conclusion: The researchers urgently suggest that a community based comprehensive service model has to be developed to respond to the needs of the elderly in Korea.

Currently, geothermal heat pump systems are being installed in new official and commercial building, welfare facilities, and school but there are a few cases for the housing heat sink in Korea. The reason is that there are no progressive taxes for the household electrical use, no actual output for the application of geothermal technology, high initial investment. For the overall use in multi family apartment such as the Green Home etc, technology development and building of the relevant research team need to be done through preliminary study. Core subjects for overall use include cooling heating load estimation for the multi family apartment, economical efficiency of the geothermal cooling and heating system, design and construction technology of the geothermal cooling and heating system for the multi family apartment, commercialization plan, and state of the art analysis. Selection of the detailed subjects with respect to core subject, driving schedule and commercialization plan, driving system, presentation of the utilization plan.

To maximize the services of phatmacists, we studied the best national liscensing examination for improvement of pharmacist. Among 650 Pharmacist who are posed the questions, 282 pharmacist such as professor in college of pharmacy(46), pharmacists in drug store and hospital (136), administrators in The Ministry of The Health and Welfare(48) and researchers and phamacists in pharmaceutical company (52) replied it. By analyzing these questionares, the results were as follows: In the Korean national liscensing examination for medial care team, pharmacist has been examed over two times the subjects as compared with another national examinations for medical and public health liseneses and 6-year curriculum of medical school. Now, the national examination for pharmacy liscence have been tested the basic subjects such as pharmaceutical analytical chem-istry, medicinal chemistry, biochemistry, etc., but almost demander, pharmacist who has been engaged about over 80% in the drug stores and hospital pharmacy, want to have exam pharmacy practics which are clinical pharmacy, pathohysiology and pharma-cotherapy of diseases like The United State of America, but not basic chemisty and biology. If the Korean liscensing examination for pharmacy will be changed like America, pharmacy education in the college of phar-macy will be progressed in detail. There are no clerkships and internships in the pharmaceutical education program in Korea, and so most of pharmacist want to have 6-year curriculum for pharmacy education and to test the pharmacy practice for Doctor of Pharmacy(Pharm. D.) but not basic science.
