This thesis touches on the development of high speed and intellectual line center. At first, the line center is necessary that strong structure, compact structure and light weight design far high-speed processing and transfer. So. It is necessary that examination of new materials and structures for light-weight and control devices for precision processing. So. It is going to make mention of the process of 1st model production for the above-mentioned base on test model production and evaluation.

  • To complite the high speed cutting system, It should be solved some problems, to make light the weight of mechanism for feedrate, develop the Linear motor that bas more power, high speed control system, and high speed cutting tools, nowadays, although many high speed cutting machine is to be built by some machine maker ,they have same problems, in this study, developed the system ball screw type before the feedrate mechanism for linear motor ,so we make the basic system for Line Cents . through that, it is limited to reduce the weight of frame and their frame is to be designed differently each other to reach the purpose special material or strucutre should be contrived.

Anatomic Study of Pterygomaxillary Junctions in Koreans

  • Purpose: This study is to evaluate the location of descending palatine artery, the anatomy of pterygomaxillary junction, and the association between the obtained anatomic values and several variables. Methods: We studied 40 patients who were treated for dentofacial deformites from January 2010 to December 2012 in Ulsan University Hospital, Ulsan, Korea. Cone beam computed tomogram (CBCT) was done for all patients. The reference point was approximately 5 to 7 mm above anterior nasal spine on axial image. We evaluated the location of the greater palatine canal (line a: on the coronal view, the shortest line between the center of greater palatine canal and pterygoid fossa; distance a: the distance of line a). We also measured the thickness (line b: on the coronal view, the shortest line between maxillary posterior sinus wall and pterygoid fossa; distance b: distance of line b), width (line c: on the coronal view, the line perpendicular to the line b and the nearest line from the most concave point of lateral pterygoid plate to the medial pterygoid plate; distance c: distance of line c) and height (line d: on sagittal view, the vertically longest line of pterygoid junction; distance d: the distance of line d) in pterygomaxillary junctions. We evaluated the association between the obtained anatomic values and several variables (sex, age, height and weight). Results: The mean distance a was 4.78 mm, mean distance b was 5.53 mm, mean distance c was 8.01 mm and mean distance d was 13.22 mm. The differences between age and mean distance c and weight and mean distance d in pterygomaxillary junctions are statistically significant. Conclusion: There apparently is anatomic variation of pterygomaxillary junctions by various values, particularly weight and age in a Korean clinical population.

마비측에 적용한 외측 쐐기 깔창이 뇌졸증 환자의 체중부하율과 균형, 보행에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Lateral Wedged Insole to the Shoe of the Affected Side on Weight Bearing, Balance and Gait with Stroke)

  • Purpose : The study was to evaluate the weight distribution, balance and gait function of stroke patients wearing lateral wedged insole to the shoe of the affected side. Methods : 27 patients with stroke (15 men, 12 women) participated in this study. Participants performed weight distribution, dynamic balance and gait ability with or without wedged insole on affected side in a random order. The balancia was used to evaluate the weight distribution. Deviation from the center line was analyzed by Dartfish during sit to stand to evaluate dynamic balance. The functional walk ability evaluated by 10 m walking velocity. Results : The asymmetry index of weight bearing improved significantly with wedged insole of affected side(p<.05). During sit to stand, center of gravity significantly moved from non-affected side to more mid line of body(p<.05). Improvement were shown in walking speed after wearing the wedged insole(p<.05). Conclusion : Wedged insole applied on affected side have a beneficial effect on weight distribution, dynamic balance and walking speed with stroke.

On-Line Determination of dn/dc for Size Exclusion Chromatography Coupled with a Light Scattering Detector

  • The internal standard method, which is widely used in chromatographic techniques, is applied to the size exclusion chromatography for the on-line determination of dn/dc value of the sample. This method is found to provide the dn/dc value with suitable accuracy in determining the absolute molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution of the polymers when a light scattering detector is used.

Visual Precise Measurement of Pile Rebound and Penetration Movement Using a High-Speed Line-Scan Camera

  • When a construction company builds a high structure. many piles should be driven into the ground by a hammer whose weight is 7,000 kg in order to make the ground under the structure safe and strong. So. it is essential to determine whether a pile is penetrated into the ground enough to support the weight of the structure since ground characteristics at different locations are different each other. This paper proposes a visual measurement system for pile rebound and penetration movement including vibration using a high-speed line-scan camera and a specially designed mark to recognize two-dimensional motion parameters of the mark using only a line-scan camera. A mark stacking white and black right-angled triangles is used for the measurement, and movement information for vertical distance, horizontal distance and rotational angle is determined simultaneously. Especially- by adopting a line-scan CCD camera whose line rate is 20 ㎑. the measurement performance of dynamic characteristics of the pile at impact instant is improved dramatically.

실동하중에 의한 강판형교의 교통하중 분포 (The Distribution of the Normal Traffic Loads on the Steel Plate Girder Bridge)

  • The objectives of the study are to know the strain distribution and modal dynamic behaviour of steel bridge girders by actual traffic load. The live load effect depends on many parameters including the span length, gross vehicle weight, axle weight, axle configuration so on. For the estimation of static and dynamic characteristic, strain data caused by moving loads and traffic characteristics of passing vehicle under actual traffic load have measured using Bridge Weigh in Motion. To confirm the reliability of BWIM system, strain data measured using the $120{\Omega}$ strain gauge under the same condition. It is considered that the data acquired from BWIM system have reliability through the analysis and comparison between stress measured by strain data from BWIM and computed by FEM. Additionally according to the measured strain data of up-line and down-line on the highway, the up-line bridge grows more faster than the down-line bridge and girder 4 and 5 carry more load when vehicles pass the inner line and girder 2 and 3 does when vehicles pass the outer line as this case(the bridge composed with 5 girders).

난황:난백 비율에 의한 닭의 계통형성에 관한 연구 (Establishment of Lines Based on the Yolk to Albumen Ratio in Layers)

  • 전체 난중에 대하여 난황의 구성비율이 낮은 저난황란을 생산하는 계통을 선발하고자 29주령, 33주령, 38주령 및 43주령시에 계란의 주요 경제형질들을 측정하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 시험 시작시인 29주령 전후 연속 3일동안에 생산된 계란들로부터 난황:난백의 비율을 기초로하여 분류된 두 난황군 중 저난황군은 고난황군에 비해서 전체적으로 난중에 대한 난황의 비율 및 난황:난백의 비율은 더 낮고, 난황의 무게는 더 가벼웠던 반면에,평균난중, 난백의 무게 및 난각의 무게는 유의 (P<0.05)하게 더 무거웠다. 각 시험주령 전후 연속 3일 동안에 생산된 계란 상호간 두군 평균 난황:난백 비율의 상관관계는 상당히 높은(P<0.01 ∼ 0.001) 정(+)상관 관계를 나타냈고, 각 란황군별로 4개 시험주령을 합한 전체 평균 난황:난백 비율의 상관관계도 또한 두군 모두 높은 유의성 (P<0.001)을 나타냈다. 난중에 대한 난백의 무게, 난황의 무게 및 난황:난백 비율의 회귀분석의 결과는 두 난황군 모두 난백의 무게는 난황의 무게보다 전체 난중의 변화에 더욱 밀접한 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 전체 난중에 대한 난황:난백 비율의 상관관계는 난중에 대한 난백의 무게 혹은 난황의 무게와의 상관관계보다는 상대적으로 두 난황군 모두 낮은 편이었다.

자식(自殖)된 다수다얼성(多穗多蘖性) 옥수수(MET)의 특성(特性) 비교(比較) 시험(試驗) (Plant Characters of Selfed MET Maize Line)

  • 5세대(世代)나 자화수정(自花受精)시켜 육성(育成)한 다수다얼성(多穗多蘖性)의 MET 계통(系統)의 식물학적(植物學的) 특성(特性)을 알고자 미국종(美國種) 일대(一代) 교잡종(交雜種)옥수수와 3개(個)의 수수${\times}$수단그라스 교잡종(交雜種)과 비교(比較) 시험(試驗)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 전(全) 공시품종(供試品種)들의 일반적(一般的) 생육상황(生育狀況)은 신개간지(新開墾地)에 가까운 토양관계(土壤關係)로 충분(充分)한 생육(生育)을 얻지 못했다(종실수량(種實收量) 등(等)). 2 생육시기별(生育時期別)로 예취(刈取)하여 단위면적당(單位面積當) MET 계통(系統)의 생초중(生草重)을 비교(比較)하여 본 결과(結果) 비교(比較) 옥수수 품종(品種)을 100%로 하였을 경우(境遇) MET 계통(系統)은 평균(平均) 97.8%로서 10a당(當) 5.652kg였다. 3. 단위면적당(單位面積當) MET 계통(系統)의 건물중(乾物重) 역시 비교품종(比較品種)에 비(比)하여 94.5%로서 10a당(當) 1,602kg이었다. 4. MET 계통(系統)의 특성(特性)은 다분얼(多分蘖), 다수성(多穗性)인 관계(關係)로 생초중(生草重)과 건물중(乾物重) 의 증가(增加)는 경엽(莖葉)의 무게에 기인(基因)하였다. 5. 성장속도(成長速度)를 보면 MET 계통(系統)이 자식계통(自植系統)에서 나타나는 자식열세현상(自殖劣勢現象) 때문에 비교품종(比較品種)인 일대(一代) 잡종(雜種)들에 비(比)하여 매우 저조(低調)하였다(MET의 평균(平均) 초장(草長)은 234.7cm, 그외(外) 교잡종(交雜種)의 평균(平均) 초장(草長)은 250.7cm였다). 6. MET 계통(系統)과 비교(比較)하기 위(爲)해 공시(供試)한 다른 4개품종(個品種)은 모두 미국(美國)에서 널리 재배(栽培)하는 다수성(多收性) 품종(品種)이지만 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서는 흑조위축병(黑條緯縮病)에 매우 약(弱)한 것으로 나타났다(미국종(美國種) 평균(平均) 이병율(罹病率)은 20% 이상(以上), MET 계통(系統)은 5%였다). 7. 종실수량(種實收量)을 보면 MET 계통(系統)이 10a당(當) 390.1kg으로 다른 미국종(美國種)의 평균수량(平均收量) 508.7kg에 비(比)하면 약(約) 76.7% 밖에 안되었다. 그러나 주당(株當) 종실수(種實數)로 환산(換算)하면 1,170개(個)로 미국종(美國種)들의 690개(個) 보다 훨씬 많았다. 이처럼 10a당(當) 종실수량(種實收量)을 무게로 환산(換算)하면 MET 계통(系統)이 적은 이유(理由)는 MET 계통(系統)이 자식계통(自殖系統)과 유사(類似)하기 때문이고 입수(粒數)로 환산(換算)하면 MET가 많은 것은 이 계통(系統)이 소립종(小拉種)(100립종(粒重)=10gr정도(程度))이기 때문이다. 8. 3개(個)의 수수${\times}$수단그라스 교잡종(交雜種)의 청예(靑刈) 수량(收量)을 MET 계통(系統)과 비교(比較)한 결과(結果) 10a당(當) 생초중(生草重)이나 건물중(乾物重)이 모두 MET 계통(系統)과 큰 차이(差異)가 없었다. 9. 따라서 농민(農民)이 재배(栽培)할 교잡종(交雜種) 값이 고가(高價)인 경우(境遇)에 MET 계통(系統)을 청예용(靑刈用)으로 이용(利用)하는 것은 종자대(種子代)의 절감(節減)은 물론(勿論) 단위면적당(單位面積當) 필요(必要)한 종자량(種子量)이 다른 교잡종(交雜種)에 비(比)해 적어 이중(二重)의 효과(效果)를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
