In this paper we investigate a trend analysis service using Semantic Web technology in a news domain. The trend analysis service can provide more intelligent answers rather than the answer given In current news search engines since it can analyze the passage of time and the relation among news. In order to provide the trend analysis service, the capability of temporal reasoning is required, but the Semantic Web language such as OWL does not support the reasoning capability. Therefore, we propose a language TL-OWL(Temporal Web Ontology Language) extending OWL with the temporal reasoning.

Web 2.0 is a platform which produce various service offered data from many people and it is activity open space depend on user focused community in diversity web environment. Web 2.0 is simple link structure with web site connectivity in informations such as page to page in other words, it is meaning of developing of semantical and circumstantial connection. The core of web 2.0 is user participation. RSS, Mash-up, UCC are main service of web 2.0 which make user directly participate from center of service offer to center of user manufactured an informations and then they offer re-information to other areas, also user freely express what they want through UCC and blogger. However, recently it comes the argument of skeptic of web 2.0 problem. Thus, In this research I will try to give an right comprehension and will try to have more accurate prediction of web 2.0 with the study of open service of web which is the key of web 2.0 success in a future.

The purpose of this study is to build a Web Based IT Trend Retrieval System using Visual Foxpro. In this system, we can retrieve recent titles of Information Technology Trend articles. Besides, all of the titles are linked to the contents of the articles. For this purpose, FoxWeb and Personal Web Server was utilized also.

This study aims to analyze research trend of Web 2.0 use in education and to suggest directions for further studies. Sixty representative studies were selected and analyzed in terms of a developed framework of Web 2.0 based learning environments and an analysis scheme. This scheme is divided into five dimensions: research targets, research themes, types of Web 2.0 tools, learning theories and research methodology. The findings indicate that a majority of the previous studies aimed to share information and reflect thoughts in collaborative contexts through blogs and wikis at universities. Some implications were discussed for further studies.

Currently in the Web(World Wide Web) environment, HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) is used for information representation and exchange. But it is thought that HTML has some constraints in information representation of various kinds because of its limited tag set. And it is considered that combining the HTML, which is used for static information representation in Web environment, with Scripting language, which is usually used for multimedia information representation in a synchronized framework, can be very useful. Consequently we show the general trend of the Scripting language in Web environment and show the possibility of HTML and Scripting language amalgamation for Web service improvement.

Understanding the consumer changed life styles are integrated, mutual complement for user's worth and consciousness, the life of consumption, etc. Recently, Apartment Model House has built for distribute to Apartment house When they enter the units after 2 or 3 years. So, Interior designer make an inference from the changed life styles. But, We don't have enough information to trace the design trend about residential space design. Design database is correspond with interior space and structured entity relationship. There are three parts in this Database, Type, Elements and Relation information. Type are composed size, ages, style, and space, Elements are materials and space elements. Relation information are publishing, designer, exhibition, construction company, remodeling, Intoner design and User favorite styles are the development in web environment. This research supplies interior design information for Web environment and trend analysis supports collaboration with development of interior design information database.

실생활에서 나타나는 Social Network 을 웹에서 실현하기 위해서 Social Web 이 등장하고 그 전 단계로 Identity Web 이 현재 연구되고 있다. 그리고 웹의 확장으로 도메인간의 자유로운 데이터를 공유하기 위해서는 XML, XRI, XDI 가 제공되고 있다.. 본 논문은 Identity Web 을 실현하기 위한 기반 기술에 대하여 조사한 내용을 기술하고 이러한 인프라에서 자유로운 데이터의 공유를 하기 위해서는 어떠한 보안 요구사항들이 필요한지 고려하여 본다.

Korean researchers' scientific outputs are increasing rapidly with the growth of both Korea's economy and industry size. This is the time to analyze the scientific output (STEM area) of Korea over the last 40 years. For this analysis, this study used the SCIE database of Web of Science (WoS), which is a representative global Citation Index Service. The objects of analysis are every Korean document published in the SCIE journal, and the research scopes are (1) analysis of citation and subject categories and (2) analysis of co-authorship. Through this study, characteristics such as cited trend and research trend by subject, and the status of collaboration between Korea and other countries including the 50 states of the USA were revealed.
