인터넷을 기반으로 하는 모바일 환경이 웹 정보시스템의 영역을 지속적으로 확대해가고 있다. 모바일 인터넷은 무선 네트워크 기술의 발달, 스마트 단말기기의 확산, 다양한 모바일 서비스 플랫폼의 등장 등으로 인한 모바일 콘텐츠 및 서비스가 확대되고 있다. 모바일 웹은 스마트폰이나 모바일 기기를 이용하여 모바일 네트워크나 다른 무선 네트워크에 접근해 인터넷 서비스에 접근하는 것을 말한다. 최근 국내에서 스마트폰 사용률이 급속도로 증가하고 있으며, 수많은 기업이 모바일 시장에 진입하고 있으며, 이에 따른 모바일 웹 정보시스템의 운영방안에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경 구축을 위한 정보시스템의 운영방안에 대하여 국제적인 정보시스템 운영 관련 기준인 COBIT, ITIL, SLA와 한국정보화진흥원의 정보시스템 운영관련 기준을 비교 분석하였으며, 모바일 환경과 정보시스템 운영지침의 적합성을 분석하여 모바일 웹, 운영환경 및 ITIL V3을 비교 연구하였다.

지오포털이나 공간정보기반구축 등이 최근 공간정보 분야에서 주요한 연구 동향으로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 응용 분야는 Web 2.0과 관련된 다양한 웹 컴퓨팅 기법이나 방법론, 포털에서 제공하는 공개 API, 공개 소스 GIS, 국제 GIS 표준사양 등 부분적으로 발전되어 오고 있는 요소 기술들이 복합적으로 연동되는 성과로 구현이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 구글 맵 API와 공개 소스 미들웨어인 Deegree를 연동하는 시험 연구를 수행하여 지오포털 구축에서의 공개 소스 적용 가능성을 검토해 보고자 한다. 공개 소스 미들웨어에서는 OGC 등의 국제 표준사양을 지원하므로 다양한 웹 출력 및 외부 데이터베이스 서버간의 자료 호환 및 상호운영이 가능하고 특정한 웹 서비스 구축 목적에 맞는 추가적인 기능의 구현이나 계층적 아키텍처 구현이 가능하게 한다.

이미지 메타 데이타는 이미지 데이터의 내용, 구조, 특징 등을 기술하는 데이타를 말한다. 이러한 메타 데이타는 다양한 시스템 환경에서 서로 공유되며 다양한 표준이 존재한다. 이러한 환경에서 사용자가 요구하는 정확한 데이타를 검색하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 분산 환경에서 다양한 표준을 가지는 이질적인 이미지 메타데이타의 상호 운용 시스템 구조를 제안하고, 보다 정확하고 효율적인 검색을 위하여 메타데이타 매핑 방법을 이용한 질의 확장 방안을 제안한다. 제안한 매핑 방법에서 비표준 메타데이타를 사용하는 제공자는 MDR내의 기준 표준인 VRA 표준과 매핑된다. 또한, 불필요한 매핑 연산을 줄이고 MDR에 새로운 표준을 쉽게 추가하기 위해서 VRA 표준을 기준으로 표준안간의 매핑을 수행한다. 제안된 확장 질의 방법을 사용하면 다양한 메타데이타 스키마와 표준 간의 관계를 활용하여 검색의 정확도를 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법의 유용성을 보이기 위해 시스템 프로토타입을 구현하고 확장 질의 처리에 대한 검객 성능 평가를 수행하였다.

현재 가격비교 사이트에서는 관련 쇼핑몰 회사들이 가격비교 사이트에 가입하여 수동으로 상품정보와 가격을 입력하여야 하며, 또한 상품가격을 자동으로 실시간 가격변동을 지원할 수 없는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스 기술을 이용하여 실시간의 능동적인 상품 가격비교 및 직접 상품 주문에 대한 SOAP기반의 동적 상호작용 웹 서비스 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 연구의 웹 서비스 시스템은 크게 상품검색, 상품정렬과 상품주문을 지원하는 웹 서비스 클라이언트 모듈과 상품검색과 상품주문 원격 프로시저 호출을 포함하는 서버모듈로 나누어진다. 본 웹 서비스 시스템은 SOAP 메시지 기반으로 상호 정보를 교환하도록 구현하였으며, 사실표준 환경인 SOAP, WSDL, UDDI 표준을 따르는 모든 환경에서 이식가능하고, 플랫폼에 독립적으로 지원할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to design and implement web-based quality cost management system to measure the performance of quality improvement activities in the business firms. The designed web-based quality cost management system which is also known as WQCMS (Web-based Q-Cost Management System) utilized newly classified objective performance indicator items to measure quality related activities. Well-classified performance measurement Indicator item lists which are played key role in the system was researched and standardized according to size and business categories of enterprise. Its code standards are based from fundamental PAF Model. Developed WQCMS have ability to collect and analyze quality data generated from various different departments in the inside or outside of the enterprise without any limitations, if end-users are able to access wide area network. It provides the capability to integrate quality information from database and to generate various easy analysis reports to management's needs using built-in analysis tool modules with real-time. The proposed system was developed using Microsofi's .Net technology, ASP.NET and MS-SQL Server 2000. By web-enabling Q-cost management system, the effectiveness of the system management and utilization was realized by easiness of information Integration and economical efficiency.

본 논문에서는 웹 서비스 기술을 이용하여 동적으로 가격비교를 위한 SOAP기반 유/무선 웹 서비스 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 웹 서비스 시스템은 크게 상품검색, 상품정렬, 상품주문과 UDDI 검색 브라우저를 지원하는 웹 서비스 클라이언트 모듈과 상품 검색/주문 원격 프로시저와 UDDI 게시 브라우저를 포함하는 서버모듈과 무선 환경에서 상품 검색/주문을 지원하는 모바일 클라이언트 모듈로 나누어지며, SOAP 표준 환경기반으로 상호 정보를 교환하도록 구현하였다. 따라서 사실표준 환경인 SOAP, WSDL, UDDI 표준을 따르는 모든 환경에서 이식가능하며, 플랫폼에 독립적으로 지원할 수 있다.

This paper describes the structural design and optimization of sinusoidally corrugated web girder by using EUROCODE (EN 1993-1-5). The optimum design methodology and characteristics of the optimal cross-section are discussed. We investigate a shear buckling and the concerned standards for corrugated web and explain the equations to obtain a critical stress according to buckling type. In order to perform optimization, we consider an objective function as minimum weight of the girder and use the constraint functions as slenderness ratio and stresses of flanges as well as corrugated web and deflection. Genetic Algorithm is adopted to search a global optimum solution for this mathematical model. For numerical example, the clamped girder under the concentrated load is considered, while the optimum cross-sectional area and design variables are analyzed. From the results of the adopted example, the optimum design program of the sinusoidally corrugated web girder is able to find the suitable solution which satisfied a condition subject to constraint functions. The optimum design shows the tendency to decrease the cross-sectional area with the yielding strength increase and increase the areas with load increase. Moreover, the corrugated web thickness shows a stable increase concerning the load.

대학 web도서관은 web으로 도서관에 소장된 서지나 기타 자료의 검색, 대출, 반납에 관한 정보의 처리가 가능하도록 되어 있는 도서관의 형태이다. 정보화 사회에 진입 한 이후 네트워크와 멀티미디어란 것의 등장으로 인해 정보전달 및 획득의 수단과 과정에 있어서 엄청난 변화를 겪고 있다. 이미지 화, 동영상 화 된 방대한 멀티미디어 정보들이 네트 워크를 통해 정보 제공자와 정보 사용자간의 물리적 거리에 대한 한계를 느끼지 못하게 되었다. 하지만, 이에 따르는 문제점으로는 저작잔 인식부족, 인프라의 미비, 기술적, 신뢰성 등으로 인해 발전이 요구되는 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 국정 대학 평가 기준에 근거하여 20개 대학의 web기반 도서관 site에서, 각 시스템별 검색 형식과 user interface를 비교, 분석하였다. 이에 기초하여 web기반 대학 도서관의 실험적 user interface를 제작하고, 이 interface에 대한 설문조사 및 데이터를 수집, 정리, 분석하였다. 이 결과를 현재web기반 대학도서관의 일반검색 시스템의 인터페이스에 적용하여 도서의 위치, 도서의 대출 및 검색회수, 대학 web도서관 내에서의 도서구입에 대한 기능을 포함하는 새로운 user interface를 제안하였다.

Unlike concrete bridge, steel bridge resists external force by forming thin plate. Thus, because steel girder bridge has big slenderness ratio, buckling is a major design factor. Plate girder consists of flange and web plate. Because of economic views, web plate that resists shear forces is made by more thinner plate. Thus, web plate has much risk for buckling. The objective of this study is to analyze the buckling behaviors of plate girder and to present the proper reinforcement location of longitudinal stiffeners. Various parametric study according to the change of web height, transverse stiffeners and load condition are examined.

Recently, there has been rising concerns to integrate and connect a developed spatial information services without consideration of location in the heterogeneous distributed environment. The Open GIS Consortium provides system architecture model related to open web service for spatial information. This paper discusses the issues related to the web service framework for spatial information services using standards of Open GIS Consortium. In particular, we concentrate upon the WRS that support the runtime discovery and evaluation of resources. The technology for integration of spatial information services is expected to get synergy effect and overcomes limit of individual development of each spatial information technology. Also this system provides the interoperability and the reusability and prevents the duplication development of system.
