For thousands of web users, competitiveness in web services means a successful presence on the web. Failure rates for the presence of a web site are considered on client sides errors using RFC2068. The reliability modeling of distributed systems requires a good understanding the reliability of the components. Mean time between failures of a web site on SOAP12/HTTP is considered, where SOAP12 is a protocol intended for exchanging structured information in a decentralized, distrbuted environment. Data were collected from statlab.cam.ac.uk/webstat/stat.html via the internet.

본 연구는 한국언론진흥재단의 '2018 언론수용자 의식조사' 데이터를 활용해 포털 사이트에서 접한 뉴스 신뢰도와 언론사가 제공하는 뉴스 신뢰도가 포털 사이트 뉴스 이용행태에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석했다. 포털 사이트 뉴스 이용행태는 포털 사이트 뉴스 이용 시 포털 사이트의 편집 방식에 따라 배열된 뉴스에 주목하는 행태와 뉴스 제공 언론사에 주목하는 행태 등 두 유형으로 분류하고, 각각 '포털 사이트 주목', '언론사 주목'으로 개념화했다. 연구 결과, 포털 사이트 뉴스 신뢰도는 포털 사이트 주목 및 언론사 주목과 정적인 관계를 나타냈다. 언론사가 제공하는 뉴스에 대한 신뢰도는 두 유형의 포털 사이트 뉴스 이용행태와 유의미한 관계를 보였는데, 응답자의 언론사 선호 여부에 따라 상이한 관계를 나타냈다. 즉, 평소 선호하거나 자주 접하는 언론사의 뉴스에 대한 신뢰도는 포털 사이트 주목과 정적인 관계를 나타냈으나, 언론사 주목에는 부적인 관계를 보였다. 반면, 평소 선호하지 않거나 자주 접하지 않는 언론사의 뉴스에 대한 신뢰도는 포털 사이트 주목과 부적인 관계를, 언론사 주목과는 정적인 관계를 갖는 것으로 확인됐다.

본 연구에서는 한 번 방문한 이용자들의 방문횟수를 계속해서 유지시켜줄 수 있는 패션잡지 사이트의 구성에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 이용자들이 사이트들을 쉽게 방문할 수 있게 하는 방법에는 여러 가지가 있겠지만, 홈페이지의 구성이 이용자들에게 어떻게 받아들여지느냐에 따라 많이 작용될 것이다. 그러므로, 이를 위하여 국내에서 운영중인 웹 패션잡지 7개를 선정하여 웹기반의 패션잡지의 이용 편리성을 콘텐츠, 디자인, 네비게이션, 서비스 측면에서 측정하였다. 또한 40명의 10·20대 남녀 피험자들 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해서 7개의 웹 패션잡지를 탐색하게 한 후에 최종 이용자의 행태를 조사·분석하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 콘텐츠, 디자인, 네비게이션, 서비스 측면에서 제공할 수 있는 패션잡지의 효과적인 웹사이트 모형을 제안하였다.

Purpose: A user centered web-based mental health management system may be particularly useful in Korea where there is widespread diffusion of personal computers and internet connectivity. The purpose of this paper was to describe the development of a web-based system for mental health management in adolescents using principals of a user centered design. Method: Our design process includes five distinct phases: needs assessment, analysis, design, development/testing/revision, and application release. Results: Web content includes an introduction, information about mental health management in adolescents, self-assessment and guidance, interventions for improving mental health, directory of self-help groups, and counseling and additional community resources. The web site was released using the URL: http://www.baejy.com/youth. Conclusion: The end result was a web based mental health management system for adolescents with a high degree of usability. The author believes that web-based mental health interventions in the future have true potential in helping Koreans who are suffering, or at risk, for mental health problems, particularly because of the stigma related to psychiatric therapy in Korea.

The availability of technology and the abundance of experts in universities create an ample opportunity to provide a venue that allows a knowledge seeker to easily connect with and request advice from university experts. On the other hand, outsourcing provides opportunities and remains one of the emerging trends in organizations, and can very clearly observed in the Philippines. This paper describes the development of a reliable web-based approach to Knowledge Product Outsourcing (KPO) services in the Silliman Online University Learning system. The system is called an "e-Knowledge Box."It integrates Web 2.0 technologies and mechanisms, such as instant messaging, private messaging, document forwarding, video conferencing, online payments, net meetings, and social collaboration together into one system. Among the tools used are WAMP Server 2.0, PHP, BlabIM, Wordpress 3.0, Video Whisper, Red5, Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, and Virtual Box. The proposed system is integrated with the search engine in URLs, Web feeds, email links, social bookmarking, search engine sitemaps, and Web Analytics Direct Visitor Reports. The site demonstrates great web usability and has an excellent rating in functionality, language and content, online help and user guides, system and user feedback, consistency, and architectural and visual clarity. Likewise, the site was was rated as being very good for the following items: navigation navigation, user control, and error prevention and correction.

본 연구에서는 PC 웹상에서만 제공되던 음식정보를 모바일에서도 동일하게 서비스가 가능한 콘텐츠를 설계하였다. PC와 모바일에서 동시에 서비스되는 웹 사이트는 회원 정보를 통해 각 개인에게 맞는 음식정보를 중심으로 콘텐츠를 서비스가 가능하도록 설계하였다. 이 콘텐츠를 통해 제공된 정보를 모바일 사용자가 실제 적용할 수 있도록 함으로써 각 개인의 건강관리에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다. 이 시스템에서는 무선 인터넷이 가능한 모바일을 사용하는 사람들을 대상으로 하며, 여러 음식 메뉴 중에서도 비빔밥과 관련된 식자재 정보와 각 개인에게 맞는 레시피 그리고 조리 동영상을 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 한국전통 음식 중 하나인 비빔밥은 여러 가지 생채류와 나물들로 구성되어 영양적으로도 균형 있는 음식으로도 잘 알려져 있다. 이는 유 무선 인터넷 서비스가 가능한 웹 사이트 설계로 어느 곳에서든지 사용자들이 모바일의 무선인터넷을 이용하여 몸에 좋은 식품 정보, 건강을 위한 메뉴와 같은 콘텐츠를 제공받을 수 있도록 하는 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 보육시설 영유아 건강에 관련한 웹사이트를 평가함으로서, 영유아 건강정보가 타당하고 신뢰성 있는가를 분석하는 것이다. 총87개의 관련 사이트를 검색하고, 기존의 도구를 본 연구 목적에 맞게 수정 보완하여 평가한 결과, 32점 만점에 11~29점의 분포를 나타내 전반적으로 낮게 평가되었다. 정확성과 권위성이 가장 낮았고 내용성, 지속성 등도 약 절반가량의 사이트에서만 충족하고 있었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 영유아 건강정보를 제공하고 있는 사이트는 내용의 정확성이 매우 부족할 뿐 아니라 영유아 건강관리에 대한 전문성도 매우 미흡한 것으로 보인다. 특히 건강전문가가 없이 영유아를 집단으로 돌보는 보육시설에서는 이러한 건강정보를 이용하기가 한계가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 보육시설 영유아의 건강관리를 지원하기 위해서는 전문적 건강정보제공이 시급하다. 본 연구 결과는 영유아 건강관리를 지원하기 위한 프로그램 개발에 유용한 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

In For the past few years, query log data has been collected to find user's behavior in using the site. Many researches have studied on the usage of query logs to extract user's preference, recommend personalization, improve caching and pre-fetching of Web objects, build better adaptive user interfaces, and also to improve Web search for a search engine application. A query log contain data such as the client's IP address, time and date of request, the resources or page requested, status of request HTTP method used and the type of browser and operating system. A query log can offer valuable insight into web site usage. A proper compilation and interpretation of query log can provide a baseline of statistics that indicate the usage levels of website and can be used as tool to assist decision making in management activities. In this paper we want to discuss on the tasks performed of query logs in pre-processing of web usage mining. We will use query logs from an online newspaper company. The query logs will undergo pre-processing stage, in which the clickstream data is cleaned and partitioned into a set of user interactions which will represent the activities of each user during their visits to the site. The query logs will undergo essential task in pre-processing which are data cleaning and user identification.

웹 접근성이란 장애에 구애 없이 모든 사람들이 차별없이 정보서비스를 받을 수 있도록 하는 것을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 153개 대학 도서관 홈페이지의 웹 접근성 실태를 살펴보고, 웹 접근성 확보를 위한 관련 법 제도와 이를 준수하기 위한 효과적인 실무 접근 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 실태조사는 2단계로 실시되었다. 1차적으로는 153개 대학의 도서관 홈페이지의 일반적 수준을 파악하기 위해 자동화 평가도구인 KADO-WAH 2.0을 사용하였다. 그리고 점검항목별 상세 점검은 1차 평가에서 준수율이 100%라고 판단된 19개 대학의 도서관 홈페이지에 대해 국한하였다. 평가 결과 국내 대학도서관 홈페이지에서 웹 접근성을 완벽하게 준수하는 사이트를 발견하지 못하였다. 따라서 향후 국내 대학 도서관에서 KWCAG의 요구사항을 충족하기 위해 본 연구결과를 참고자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 특히, 음성 서비스, 화면 확대 축소, 하이라이트 기능과 같은 기본 요구사항을 우선적으로 그리고 거의 모든 콘텐츠에 실천되어야 한다고 여겨진다.
