Smart-Phones are utilized in disaster management field because it can deliver disaster information to large population simultaneously and quickly, and provide accurate information through situation-based service using the LBS(Location Based Service). To study on the utilization of smart phone for disaster information collection and dissemination method, this study suggest a framework which connects smart phone by loading application for reporting disaster. The disaster monitoring and situation dissemination system framework using smart phone is composed of 4 parts. First, smart phone application enters image, video, voice and text information and location of the disaster. Second, the disaster report reception and situation dissemination server receives the information, save in the DB, and send through smart phone SMS. Third, store into disaster information database. Fourth, display the disaster report and management information on 2D GIS, support the decision making process in deciding whether to manage as disaster, and disaster management web service which disseminates situation.

웹 UI 자동화 테스트 환경 구축하여 운영할 때, 현실적으로 어려움이 있다. 자동화 셋을 구축하는데 초기 투자비용이 많이 들고, 구축한 흐름에도 유지보수 비용이 많이 발생한다. 또한 필요시 바로 실행될 수 있는 자동화 셋을 통합 관리하려면 많은 공수가 투입되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 UI 자동화 테스트시 발생하는 이런 어려움들을 효과적으로 해결할 수 있는 키워드 기반 웹서비스 UI 테스트 자동화 프레임웍 (kUTAF: Keyword based web service UI Test Automation Framework) 을 소개한다. kUTAF은 웹 구성요소와 사용자 행위를 도메인 지정 언어로 매핑시킨 키워드를 사용해 테스트케이스를 작성하여 자동화 테스트를 수행하고, 작성된 자동화 테스트 셋을 효과적으로 통합 관리하는 프레임웍이다. kUTAF을 적용하면 자동화 셋의 유지보수가 쉬워지고, 커뮤니케이션 비용이 감소하고, 자동화 테스트를 통합 관리하는 부문에서 많은 효과를 볼 수 있다.

The World Wide Web is transitioning from being a mere collection of documents that contain useful information toward providing a collection of services that perform useful tasks. The emerging Web service technology has been envisioned as the next technological wave and is expected to play an important role in this recent transformation of the Web. By providing interoperable interface standards for application-to-application communication, Web services can be combined with component based software development to promote application interaction and integration both within and across enterprises. To make Web services for service-oriented computing operational, it is important that Web service repositories not only be well-structured but also provide efficient tools for developers to find reusable Web service components that meet their needs. As the potential of Web services for service-oriented computing is being widely recognized, the demand for effective Web service discovery mechanisms is concomitantly growing. A number of techniques for Web service discovery have been proposed, but the discovery challenge has not been satisfactorily addressed. Unfortunately, most existing solutions are either too rudimentary to be useful or too domain dependent to be generalizable. In this paper, we propose a Web service organizing framework that combines clustering techniques with string matching and leverages the semantics of the XML-based service specification in WSDL documents. We believe that this is one of the first attempts at applying data mining techniques in the Web service discovery domain. Our proposed approach has several appealing features : (1) It minimizes the requirement of prior knowledge from both service consumers and publishers; (2) It avoids exploiting domain dependent ontologies; and (3) It is able to visualize the semantic relationships among Web services. We have developed a prototype system based on the proposed framework using an unsupervised artificial neural network and empirically evaluated the proposed approach and tool using real Web service descriptions drawn from operational Web service registries. We report on some preliminary results demonstrating the efficacy of the proposed approach.

In recent years, motivated by the emergence of ubiquitous computing technologies, a new class of networked robots, ubiquitous robots, has been introduced. The Ubiquitous Robotic Companion (URC) is our conceptual vision of ubiquitous service robots that provide users with the services they need, anytime and anywhere in ubiquitous computing environments. To realize the vision of URC, one of the essential requirements for robotic systems is to support ubiquity of services: that is, a robot service must be always available even though there are changes in the service environments. Specifically robotic systems need to be automatically interoperable with sensors and devices in current service environments, rather than statically preprogrammed for them. In this paper, the design and implementation of a semantic-based ubiquitous robotic space (SemanticURS) is presented. SemanticURS enables automated integration of networked robots into ubiquitous computing environments exploiting Semantic Web Services and AI-based planning technologies.

Recently school food service operations are confronted with the wide spread pressures for accountability and the need to increase productivity. This paper is concerned with the make-or-buy decision framework for school food service systems considering the multi-attributes in the decision making. For the purpose of considering the multi-attributes analysis method in decision making for the school foodservice, we developed a make-or-buy decision framework using the multi-attribute analysis method, analytic hierarchy process, AHP method for school food service system. Finally, we developed a systematic and practical solution builder for a three-step decision support system in the view of 1) brainstorming for the idea generation, 2) analytic hierarchy process, AHP as a multi-attribute structure ed analysis method, and 3) aggregation logic model to integrate the results of reviewers. We developed web based program and applied it to a school foodservice problem.

Recently, smart phones have been widely used in the world. Android phones especially provide existing mobile phone features as well as capability of running enterprise applications and web applications by using services. However, such a linkage has limitations to use Android phones as client devices, there is difficulties in providing services by utilizing characteristics of Android. To solve this problem, we need to invoke services by each other. Currently, the Android platform currently supports inter-process communication IPC. However, there is a limitation that Android services just can invoke remote calls. In this paper, we propose a framework to invoke Android services in java environments. For doing this, we propose methods to make services public and to invoke services in using remote calls and communication methods between java environments and Android.

In this paper, I analyze the difficulties of web service development education for non-IT majors through the Q&A of students posted in the k-mooc lecture, and propose methods to improve them. Through Q&A analysis, it was confirmed that non-majors mainly had difficulties in using unfamiliar tools, cost of cloud service, setting up server environment, and writing code while taking web service development courses. To solve this problem, I propose a method to reduce the server cost problem and the complexity of the server environment by using BaaS(Backend as a Service), which is one of the cloud service models. It also shows that it is possible to reduce the length of code that needs to be written at once by using the React library to modularize long code into smaller units. Finally, I propose an improvement plan that even non-IT majors can easily learn by implementing a web application that works by using the design output obtained by using Figma.

본 연구에서는 일반적인 시스템 통합 프로젝트에서 발생하는 문제점들을 살펴보면서 새로운 UI 기반의 시스템 통합에 대한 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 시스템통합 프로젝트 진행 시 많은 비용과 시간이 소요되고 있으며 업무시스템의 통합 및 인터페이스 산출물에 대한 검증으로 다양한 이슈들이 발생하고있다. 특히 통합 요구사항의 출현 및 EAI(Enterprise Application Integration), B2Bi(Business-to-Business Integration)에 대한 다양한 요구사항으로 일반적인 어플리케이션 통합프로젝트의 구성에 대한 논의와 새로운 시스템통합 방법론에 대한 정의가 필요하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 기존 방식에서 좀더 진화된 비주얼한 웹 화면통합 기반의 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) 구축결과 물을 기반으로, VISUAL SOA 기반 프레임워크를 제안하고자 한다.

This study proposes a framework of a GIS service network to connect local governments'Land Management Information Systems(LMIS) together. Databases constructed far LMIS's are very crucial information on both administrative business and civil affairs administration. However, they did not give full play to their values because they could not be shared sufficiently. Local governments build their databases individually using diverse GIS solutions. It causes some problems on sharing them. To demonstrate their geniuses, they should be connected to each other within a network for the whole country, and are served whenever and wherever to people who require them. for this, there are two main problems to be solved. Firstly, a GIS service network that handles heterogeneous and distributed computing environments is organized to link every LMIS each other by the GIS service network vertically and horizontally. Secondly, a mechanism should be developed to access the GIS service network readily and to search GIS data efficiently. The needs from every types of user should be satisfied by the mechanism. As the result of investigation of the issues, one of the most possible solution was suggested in this study, which is a Web based approach. To take into account the advance of information technology in the future and the requirements of e-government, stepwise strategies that integrate the LMIS's into a Web based system was recommended.

Grid services offer SSO(single sign-on) mechanism using GSI(grid security infrastructure) based on X.509. However. portal applications in web environment use ID and password model for single sign-on. Grid portals means a system which provides grid services by integrating portlet contents on single web interface. In existing research such as GAMA and PURSE, SSO for a whole grid portal is figured out in the way that user is authenticated by ID and password in front and call grid service via GSI at back-end. Other types of web applications outside of portlet framework cannot unfortunately access grid service in SSO way in the existing researches, because the SSO mechanism is developed for portlet framework only. In this paper, we suggest a SSO mechanism based on ID and password model, which forwards authentication information and a GSI token for grid access among portlets and grid-enabled web applications. This mechanism is applied to MGrid for SSO, which consists of applications of java web start, applet, servlet, and etc. as also as portlets.
