MailStation is designed for beginners who do not have any idea of POP3 server, SMTP server or mail server They don't need to understand those words or the program operation in order to be able to use MailStation. Anyone can send or receive e-mails without any additional setup if he/she has a line that is connected to the Internet. We will make cyber communications possible over difference of languages, locations, and times.

This paper describes an implementation of the spam mail prevention system using reply message with secrete words. When user receives a new e-mail, the e-mail address is compared with the white e-mail addresses in database by the system. If user receives a new e-mail which does not exist in a white e-mail addresses database, a reply e-mail attached with secrete words is delivered automatically. And the system is compared with the white domains first for intranet environment. It speeds up processing time. proposed algorithm is required a small database and faster than the black e-mail addresses comparison. This system is implemented using procmail, PHP and IMAP on Linux and the user can manage the databases on the web.

This paper provides an economic evaluation model for public web services which are mainly operated by government agencies. Though there are various services, this paper focus on services for bottleneck problem solving and management information providing. This paper suggests quantitative and qualitative effects of public web services and evaluates them with I-NET users using e-mail surveys. Home security has become the prime concern for everyone in present scenario. In this work an attempt has been made to develop a home security system which is accessible, affordable and yet effective.The proposed system is based on 'Remote Embedded Control System' (RECS) which works both on the web and gsm platform for authentication and monitoring. This system is therefore cost effective as it relies on existing network infrastructure. As PCA is most popular and efficient algorithm for face recognition, it has been usedin this work. Next to it an interface has been developed for communication purpose in the embedded security system through the ZigBee module. Based on this embedded system, automated control of door movement has been implemented through electromagnetic door lock technology. This helps the users to monitor the real-time activities through web services/SMS. The web service consists of either web browser command or e-mail provision. The system establishes the communication between the system and authenticated user. The e-mail received by the system from the authorized person will monitor and control the real-time operation and door lock. The entire control system is reinforced using ARM1176JZF-S microcontroller and tested for actual use in the home environment. The result shows the experimental verification of the proposed system.

This paper proposes an item based learning system using e-mail in order to motivate learners effectively and avoid the bottleneck problem under highly competitive access situations such as the traditional web based learning. The proposed system has th ree features as follows: first, through e-mail, a learner receives test items depending on his/her level, submit an answer sheet, and then identify an assessment with help messages. Secondly, on the web, an instructor easily constructs item database without any other tools and monitors the status of each learner by identifying the learners' record. Finally, an easy-to-use interaction mechanism enhances the inter-activity between learners and instructors, and the usability of Q&A(Question and Answer) service by incorporating e-mail into the web bulletin board.

As the computing power of the mobile devices is improving rapidly, many kinds of web services are also available in mobile devices just as Email service. Mobile Mail Service began early, but this service is mostly limited in some specified mobile devices such as Smart Phone. That is a limitation that users have to purchase specified phone to be benefited from Mobile Mail Service. In this thesis, it developed new kind of Mobile Mail System named Smart Mobile Mail System based MPEG21-DIDL Markup, and solved above problem. DIDL could be converted to other Markup types which are displayed in mobile devices by Mobile Gate Server. By transforming PC Web Mail contents including attachment document to DIDL Markup through Mobile Gate Server, the Mobile Mail Service could be available for all kinds of mobile device. The Smart Mobile Mail System also performs real time alarming service for new Email using Callback URL SMS. When there is new Email arriving, the Mail System sends a Call back URL SMS to user. User could directly check Email through Callback URL SMS in real time.

This paper examines whether the functions of eCRM solutions affect the site visit and purchase by customers. The functions of eCRM solutions are extracted and classified into three categories of c-marketing, e-sales, and e-service. E-marketing includes campaign/event marketing, e-mail marketing, and questionnaire marketing; e-sales consists of recommendation system and incentive/discount promotion.; e-service is composed of e-mail call center and web call center. From the online survey, 146 responses are collected and analyzed. The analysis shows that the level of experience in campaign/event marketing, e-mail marketing, e-mail call center, and web call center significantly affect the website visit by customers and that the level of experience in all eCRM functions except e-mail marketing significantly affect the purchase by customers. The effects of those functions in eCRM on the website visit are moderate, while the effects of the functions on the purchase are low. The results from this study imply that eCRM needs to strengthen the effect on the purchase with more thorough analysis of the customer profile.

As e-mail is becoming increasingly important in every day life activity, mail users spend more and more time organizing and classifying the e-mails they receive into folder. Many existing recommendation systems or text classification are mostly focused on recommending the products for the commercial purposes or web documents. So this study aims to apply these application to e-mail more necessary to users. This paper suggests a dynamic recommendation agent system based on Rule Filtering Component recommending the relevant category to enable users directly to manage the optimum classification when a new e-mail is received as the effective method for E-Mail Management. Moreover we try to improve the accuracy as eliminating the limits of misclassification that can be key in classifying e-mails by category. While the existing Bayesian Learning Algorithm mostly uses the fixed threshold, we prove to improve the satisfaction of users as increasing the accuracy by changing the fixed threshold to the dynamic threshold. We designed main modules by rule filtering component for enhanced scalability and reusability of our system.

In this paper, we implement a picture surveillance system using IBM-compatible PC with web camera. The reflex RGB data captured from WebCam is stored to HDD through USB port at every 5 seconds intervals. Also, if strangers are detected through Motion Detection routine, warning voice message is broadcasted and invasion message is transmitted by e-mail and transmit the e-mail title to mobile phone through WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) push. The detected image is stored to hard-disk in ‘month-day-hour-minute-second. jpg’ data type. And the image data is transmitted to web server through FTP(File Transfer Protocol) because invader can deletes or destroys the image data on hard-disk We implement a surveillance system which is able to utilize through internet regardless of time and space.

현재 세계적으로 전자적 정보매체중 인터넷의 여러 기술적 방편인 Web, E-Mail, usenet 등을 통한 인터넷 무역이 보편화되어가고 있는 실정이다. 기존의 부가가치통신망(VAN)을 이용한 EDI에서 보다 보편적이며 접근이 용이하면서 개방적인 인터넷 EDI로 대체되고 있다. 인터넷을 이용한 무역계약의 체결은 기존 방식에 비해 신속성, 경제성, 편리성에 있어 뛰어난 장점을 지니고 있어 조만간 많은 이용이 뒤따를 것으로 예견되나 현재 준거법, 문서의 법적효력, 계약의 유효성, 청약의 유인, 계약성립시점 둥의 법적 문제가 해결되어야 할 것으로 여겨진다. 특히 계약성립시점에 관하여 인터넷을 통한 승낙의 의사전달이 대화자간인지, 격지자간인지의 여부가 불투명한 실정이다. 대화자간 법리와 격지자간법리의 구분기준은 발신과 도달의 시간적 동시성을 기준으로 분석하는 것이 보다 합리적일 것으로 여겨진다. 본 연구는 현재 인터넷을 이용한 의사전달 중 가장 많은 이용이 예상되는 E-Mail을 중심으로 기타 인터넷기술을 이용한 의사전달의 효력발생시점에 관한 법리를 분석하고 만일 대화자간의 법리가 적용된다면 문제시될 도달시점에 대해서 논의하는데 그 목적이 있다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 살펴보았을 때, 인터넷을 통한 승낙의 의사전달은 대화자간의 법리가 적용되어 영 미법이나 한국, 일본법이 준거법으로 채택된다 하더라도 도달 주의가 지지되어야 하며, 이 경우 도달시점은 E-Mail의 경우 수신측 사용자 컴퓨터가 아닌 수신자가 지정한 수신서버컴퓨터에 기록되는 시점이 되어야 한다는 견해이다.
