WEB기반의 환경 GIS자료 관리를 위해 JVM, JDBC, Oracle DB을 이용한다. 본 논문에서의 다루는 환경 GIS자료에는 위성, 주제도, GIS자료 등이 있으며, 이 자료는 공간 정보와 속성 정보를 가지고 DB에 존재한다. 자료의 검색은 WEB Broswer의 조회용 지도를 이용한 공간 검색과 비공간 속성 정보에 의한 검색 기능을 제공한다. 자료 등록은 WEB Broswer에서 자료 등록 시스템을 이용한다.

Web programming courses are often included in university Computer Science programs as introductory and foundational computer programming courses. However, amateur programmers often have difficulty learning how to integrate HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various preprocessors or libraries to create websites. Additionally, many web programming mistakes do not produce visible output in the browser. Therefore, in recent years, Front-End Code Playground (FECP) tools that incorporate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into a single, online web-based application have become popular. These tools allow web coding to happen directly in the browser and provide immediate visual feedback to users. Such immediate visual feedback can be particularly beneficial for amateur coders to learn and practice with. Therefore, this study gathers data on various FECP tools, compares their differences, and provides an analysis of how such tools benefit students. This study concludes with an outline of the application of FECP to web programming courses to enhance the learning experience.

무선인터넷은 유선망을 중심으로 한 인터넷 비즈니스의 범위만큼이나 다양한 형태의 데이터 제공 및 서비스가 가능해야 한다. 하지만, 무선인터넷 초기의 SMS 기능을 이용한 단순 데이터 서비스를 위한 브라우저 만으로는 다양한 멀티 미디어 컨텐츠를 서비스할 수 없으므로 좀더 발전된 브라우저가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이동단말기용 웹브라우저에 자바가상기계를 추가하여 자바프로그램 수행이 가능한 자바브라우저를 설계구현하였다. 본 자바브라우저를 탑재 한 이동단말기는 원하는 기능의 자바 프로그램을 동적으로 적재하여 전자상거래, 전자지갑, 게임기와 같은 다용도의 이동단말기를 가능하게 한다.

음성인터페이스 관련 표준화는 음성 대화, 음성인식/합성, 전화망 등의 접속망을 상호 분리하여 음성정보시스템 구성요소들 각각의 상호 독립적인 개발을 보장해 주며, 각 요소의 이해가 없이도 음성정보시스템을 개발할 수 있도록 함으로써 음성정보기술의 보급 및 확산에 크게 기여하고 있다. 이에 W3C에서는 Voice Browser에 대한 표준화를 현재 진행 중에 있으며 Vocie Browser WG에서 Voice Browser를 위한 SIF(Speech Interface Framework)를 제안하였다. 제안된 SIF에서 Voice Browser가 음성인식을 실행하기 위해서는 많은 자원의 소요와 부하가 생길 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 음성인식 웹 서비스를 기존의 SIF에 추가한 새로운 형태의 SIF를 제안하고자 한다. 음성인식은 원격 시스템에서 수행하고 그 결과를 Voice Browser가 사용할 수 있도록 음성인식 웹서비스 환경을 구축하였다. 그리고, XML-SRGS 포멧의 grammar를 음성인식기가 사용하는 EBNF 포멧의 grammar로 변환시키는 변환기를 구현하였다.

Mobile handhold devices such as PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) and Cellular Phone are more and more popular for personal web surfing. But today, most mobile handheld devices have relatively poor web browsing capability because of the small bandwidth of wireless connection, the small speed of CPU, the small capacity of RAM and Flash ROM, the small display size of LCD and the short lifecycle of battery. Users have to endure bigger communication latency than Desk PC's one because of these factors. In this paper, we propose an effective pre-refresh mechanism for handheld device's embedded web browser so as to make user's web surfing faster. The experiment was done using the simulator designed by ourselves and the experiment result demonstrates the proposed mechanism has a good performance to make web surfing faster.

This paper describes a DAVIC based VoD service system that allows access via the Web, taking advantage of the wide availability of Web browsers. A simple access mechanism of a DAVIC based VoD system, using a Web browser is adopted on the proposed system. The client and VoD server are compliant with DAVIC, a user can access the VoD server simply by selecting the Web server's address via a Web browser. A menu enables the user to select VCR-like buttons, to establish an S2 control flow and to send the commands contained in the buttons to the VoD server. A simple implementation shows the feasibility of the proposed approach.

The aim of the research is to focus on the cognitive principles and to achieve human-level intelligence in referring context based browser history and the Windows history. One of the major problems faced by today's computer users is insufficient and single exclusive context based reference of the browser history and the Windows history. Today we search for the browser history and Windows history in different places even though the context is the same. For e.g., When working on a research paper or preparing a business presentation, a user may require to refer many web sites on the internet and various documents on the local computer. The browser can provide only time based history. The windows document history is also time based and limited to list only few documents. Hence, we propose a tool "Cognitive Based Context Aware Reference History Management Tool" which helps to access the exclusive reference of context and time based history in one place. The tool also proposes to store image history with urls and classifies images of a specific topic accessed in different time, bookmarks management and cross browser history management. These features are very useful as we can access all related documents (doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pdf, txt, and html), web pages, images and bookmarks in one place. The tool uses the cognitive principles like classification and association to achieve the purpose.

본 연구는 인터넷에 분산되어 있는 언어자원들의 미디어 데이터를 통합하여 멀티미디어 전자사전 시스템을 구축하는 기법을 연구하는 것으로, 텍스트 데이터를 기반으로 한 기존 전자사전 시스템을 멀티미디어 환경으로 발전시킨다. 이를 위하여 인터넷에 분산되어 있는 언어자원들의 미디어 데이터를 웹 브라우저 환경에서 통합하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 미디어 통합데이터에 의해 웹 브라우저가 모든 작업을 수행하므로 복잡한 서버 시스템을 필요로 하지 않는다. 구현하는 전자사전은 웹 브라우저 환경에서 작동하며, 텍스트와 이미지 및 음성을 통합하여 합성하거나 움직임을 재생한다. 통합과 움직임의 데이터를 기술하기 위하여 각 미디어의 의미를 분석하여 SMIL 문서를 생성하고 웹 브라우저에서 실행하도록 하였다. 제안하는 멀티미디어 전자사전 시스템은 단순한 미디어 데이터들을 통합하는 방식으로 작동하므로 전용 서버 시스템을 필요로 하지 않는다. 또한, 각 미디어 데이터는 분산되어 있는 데이터를 공유하는 형태이므로 저장 공간을 절약하게 되며, 최근의 데이터로 갱신하는 것이 간단하게 이루어진다.

본 연구에서는 시소러스 브라우저를 자동으로 구성하기 위한 방법에 대한 이론적인 연구와 함께 시소러스 브라우저 구성과정의 핵심인 자동색인과 용어 간 계층을 자동으로 형성하는 클러스터링 알고리즘에 대한 선행 연구결과를 제시하였다. 그리고 웹 문헌에서 전통적인 종이 형태 문헌의 서지사항에 해당하는 메타데이터를 분석하고 이를 처리하는 방안을 조사함에 의해 웹 문헌에서 색인어를 자동으로 추출할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 또한 대부분의 웹 문헌에 메타데이터가 수록되어 있지 않음에 착안하여 기존의 웹 문헌에 메타데이터 자동 편집기를 이용하여 메타데이터를 수록하는 방안에 대한 연구결과를 제시하였다.

최근 몇 년 사이 보다 쉽고 간편한 인터넷 사용을 위하여 TV를 인터넷 단말로 이용하고자 하는 시도가 있어 왔다. TV용 웹 브라우저 시스템은 셋탑 박스와 TV 디스플레이를 실행 환경으로 하므로 여러 가지 제약이 따르고 고유한 요구사항이 발생된다. 이러한 TV용 웹 브라우저를 효과적으로 구현하기 위해서는 일반적인 캐쉬 기능 뿐만 아니라 TV 환경에 적합한 HTML 변환 기능까지 포함하는 프락시 서버가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 사용의 가장 보편적인 방법인 웹 환경을 일반 TV와 셋탑에 구현하기 위해 프락시 서버를 이용한 분산 구조를 소개하고, 이 프락시 서버의 주요 기능으로 TV-HTML 변환을 제안한다.
