With the advancement which development and information communication of the computer is quick about lower with multimedia technical diffusion of network base the necessity the use of the digital image technique which is various regarding the protection of sharp increasing multimedia contents raised its head in the social whole. the copyright protection against a multimedia data hazard the authentication techniques it will be able to confirm the content authentication, ownership authentication, illegal copy of the image which stands is demanded. confronts to the water marking technique of existing and the researches the fact that against a picture is most. In this paper, It does not damage the video data which is a multimedia contents not to be, it inserts copyright information and it protects the right of ownership. It is with a copyright protection which leads the wavelet transform which is a watermark of frequency base from visual system viewpoint in the human being center with it proposes the watermarking technique against a forgery prevention.
In this paper we have attempted to bring the wavelet transform theory to the dynamic response conversion algorithm. This algorithm is proposed for the problem of estimating the displacement data by defining the transformed responses. In this algerian, the displacement response can be obtained from the measured acceleration records by integration without requiring the knowledge of the initial velocity and displacement information. The advantage of the wavelet transform over either a pure spectral or temporal decomposition of the signal is that the pertinent signals features can be characterized in the time-frequency plane. In the response conversion procedure using the wavelet decomposition signals, not only the static component can be extracted, but also the dynamic displacement component can be separated by the structural mode from the identified displacement response. The applicability of the technique is tested by an example problem using the real bridge's superstructure under several cases of moving load. If the reliability of the identified responses is ensured, it is expected that the proposed method for estimating the impact factor can be useful in the bridge's dynamic test. This method can be useful in those practical cases when the direct measurement of the displacement is difficult as in the dynamic studies of huge structure.
It is very important to detect and identify small anomalies and component failures for the safe operation of complex and large-scale artifacts such as nuclear power plants. Each diagnostic technique has its own advantages and limitations. These facts inspire us not only to enhance the capability of diagnostic techniques but also to integrate the results of diagnostic subsystems in order to obtain more accurate diagnostic results. The article describes the outline of four diagnostic techniques developed for the condition monitoring of the fast breeder reactor "Monju". The techniques are (1) estimation technique of important state variables based on a physical model of the component, (2) a state identification technique by non-linear discrimination function applying SVM (Support Vector Machine), (3) a diagnostic technique applying WT (Wavelet Transformation) to detect changes in the characteristics of measurement signals, and (4) a state identification technique effectively using past cases. In addition, a hybrid diagnostic system in which a final diagnostic result is given by integrating the results from subsystems is introduced, where two sets of values called confidence values and trust values are used. A technique to determine the trust value is investigated under the condition that the confidence value is determined by each subsystem.
In this paper, we propose new unsharp masking technique based on the multiscale gradient planes. The unsharp masking technique is implemented as a high-pass filter and improves the sharpness of degraded images. However, the conventional unsharp masking enhances the noise component simultaneously. To reduce the noise influence, we introduce the edge information from the difference of the gradient values between two consecutive scales of the multiscale gradient. The multiscale gradient indicates the presence of image edges as the ratio between the gradients between two different scales by its multiscale nature. The noise reduction of the proposed method does not depend on the variance of images and noises. In experiment, we demonstrate enhancement results for blurred noisy images and compare with the conventional cubic unsharp masking technique.
A watermark is a signal added to the original signal in order to preserve the copyright of the owner of the digital content. The basic challenge for designing a watermarking system is a dilemma between transparency and robustness. If we want a higher rate of transparency, there has to be a compromise in terms of its robustness and vice versa. Also, until now, watermarking is generalized, resulting in the need for a specialized algorithm to work for a specialized image processing application domain. Our proposed technique takes into consideration the image characteristics for watermark insertion and it optimizes transparency and robustness. It achieved a 99.98% retrieval efficiency for an image blurring attack and counterfeits other attacks. Our proposed technique counterfeits almost all of the image processing attacks.
In previous work[1], each codeblock is coded using a context which is adaptively selected from three kinds of scanning directions after 3D DWT. But some subbands still have correlations among the coefficients in horizontal, vertical or temporal direction. In this paper, we propose a new 3D DWT-based video compression technique in which the difference of coefficients is calculated in one of three directions for every codeblocks and coded by a context adaptively selected for each codeblock. Experimental results show that the proposed compression technique outperforms measurably and visually compared to the conventional DWT-based techniques.

In this paper, we proposed a new digital watermarking technique. It uses frequency domain of discrete wavelet transform(DWT). watermarking technique is one of the most important tools for DRM(Digital Right Management) We proposed a new algorithm watermark insertion and detection. This technique cleats the watermark sequence using the edge image, spread spectrum technique and DWT. We tested the technique with various attacks. and found that it satisfies the watermarking evaluation criteria. Cox similarity measurement value is more than 6 on the Lena image and PSNR is more than 40dB on JPEG, Collusion. Clopping and Scatting. By the result, we proved that the new technique satisfies the requirement of Digital contents distribution, which are undeletablility tenacity, statistical undetectablility.
In this paper, we present a novel digital watermarking technique based on the concept of multiresolution decomposition and Human Visual System(HVS). Proposed watermarking is to embed watermark by quantization, that is to construct ‘perceptually lossless’quantization matrix, by using a quantization factor for each level and orientation and variance within a band. We compare our approach with another wavelet domain watermarking methods. Simulation results show the superior performance of robustness for variety image distortions.
This paper focuses on the development of speech enhancement techniques for hands-free audio terminals, including two major problems : noise cancellation and acoustic echo cancellation. The objective is to find a joint structure to get a near-end speech signal with minimum distortion and low levels of echo and noise. To solve the two problems, a new promising technique is studied and tested in computer simulation conditions.
