  • In this study, to overcome the limitation of material application as the surface layer of bridge decks (asphalt concrete, concrete), a newly developed waterproof sheet is proposed to be usable for both asphalt concrete and concrete. Subsequent tensile bond strength was tested, and the test results showed that the tensile bond strengths were similar to depending on the type of the surface layer material for bridge decks, confirming the applicability of the proposed material.

  • Integrated water-soluble film is dissolved in the rubber asphalt waterproof sheet to secure adhesive strength on freshly cast concrete on the adhesion side of waterproofing layer on the floor slab. In addition, in order to determine whether the water in the concrete slurry can dissolve the water-soluble film sufficiently, the adhesive strength of the waterproofing sheet was compared between difference wetness condition at the upper part of the concrete specimen before the concrete casting.

방수·방근시트와 옥상녹화 박스유닛 시스템의 일체화를 위한 전자기 유도가열 융착 고정구의 부착성능 (Adhesion Performance of Electromagnetic Induction Heating Pixture for the Integration with a Waterproof & Root Barrier Sheet and a Roof Green Unit System)

  • 기존의 다층으로 구성되어 시공성이 낮은 옥상녹화 공법의 개선을 위해 개발한 방수 방근 시트 일체화 옥상녹화박스 유닛공법의 일체화를 위해 사용하는 전자기 유도가열방식의 금속 고정구와 콘 형상 고정구의 부착성능을 평가하기 위해 엔지니어링 PE, TPO, PVC 시트 등 3종류의 시트에 가열온도에 따른 부착성능 및 동일한 시험체로 냉열반복 후 부착성능을 측정하였다, 그 결과는 엔지니어링 PE시트에 부착한 고정구의 부착성능이 가장 우수하게 나타났으며, 금속고정구는 가열온도가 올라갈수록, 콘 형상 고정구는 가열온도가 낮을수록 우수한 부착성능을 보여주었고, 냉열 반복 후 부착시험 결과는 상온 부착시험 결과와 동일하게 나타났다. 기존의 양면 부틸테이프 고정방식의 콘 형상 고정구는 낮은 부착하중과 냉열반복에 의한 뚜렷한 성능저하가 발생하는데 비하여 전자기 유도가열방식의 고정구는 우수한 성능을 유지하였다.

  • In this study, we conducted an impact assessment of the amount of volatile organic solvents addition on hybrid water-proofing system of urethane waterproof coating material and modified asphalt sheet. Also, we conducted a comparative assessment of whether modified asphalt sheet is dissolved or not and oil leakage by dissolution in order to perform a comparative analysis of characteristics of the impact on modified asphalt sheet according to the volatility of volatile organic solvents included in urethane waterproof coating material. The test was carried out by adding the same amount of organic solvents into each experimental group which is subject to volatility and non-volatility of organic solvents, respectively. The results of the test showed that in both experimental groups modified asphalt sheet was dissolved when adding over 10 percent of organic solvents regardless of volatility, and oil leakage observed only in the experimental group subject to volatility.

어독성 실험에 따른 방근재 친환경 특성 분석 (Analyses on Environment-friendliness of Root Barrier Materials based on Fish Toxicity Test)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of environment-friendliness of Root Barrier materials based on comprehensive experiments on harmfulness of Root Barrier materials and fish toxicity of Oryzias latipes mortality to verify eco-toxicity of each method of construction and Root Barrier material, which are to be applied by taking eco-toxicity into account when building ecological flows in upper areas on natural and artificial grounds. As a result, the following conclusions have been reached in this study: 1. In regard of the harmfulness analyzed, each material showed a different result of analytical value in each lab tank. Compared to lab tank, pH (la), DO (lb), T-N (VI) and T-coli (la) were in the same grade, but COD, SS, T-P and F-coli were less than that of control, respectively increased or decreased by material were analyzed. 2. In the experiment of fish toxicity, Barrier sheet was found to have 66.7% of fish mortality, indicating strong fish toxicity. Synthetic rubber system root barrier sheet (20.0%) was analyzed to have medium fish toxicity, while Synthetic resin system root barrier-waterproof sheet (3.3%), Synthetic rubber system membrane root barrier sheet (3.3%) and Synthetic resin system root barrier sheet (0.0%) showed relatively lower mortality and fish toxicity. To sum up such results as found in the experiment mentioned so far, the values of harmfulness and root penetration resistance analyzed were different in each lab tank, but there was absolutely little correlation with the mortality gained from the experiment on fish toxicity. In the experiment of fish toxicity, environment-friendly root barrier materials were analyzed, and it was found that Synthetic resin system root barrier sheet, Synthetic resin system root barrier waterproof sheet and Synthetic rubber system membrane root barrier sheet are highly environment-friendly. In contrast, Synthetic rubber system root barrier sheet was found to have medium-level environment-friendliness. Also, Barrier sheet was analyzed to have low environment-friendliness.

  • 도심지 건물의 증가는 친환경 공간에 대한 요구를 발생시키고, 이에 따라 옥상 및 인공지반 녹화의 보급이 급속히 증가되고 있다. 녹화시공은 방수층, 방근층, 보호콘크리트 등과 같이 다양한 재료를 시공하므로 시공시간이 길고, 하자 발생가능성이 높아진다. 본 연구는 기존의 녹화시스템 시공단계를 단축, 시공성을 향상시킨 새로운 녹화시스템에 사용하는 일체화된 방수 방근 하이브리드 시트의 물리적성능, 내구성, 방수성, 방근성을 평가함으로써 성능수준을 확인하고, 현장 적용 여부를 판단하고자 하였다. 시험결과, 우수한 물리적 성능 및 내구성, 방수성, 방근성을 확인하였으며, 향후 mock-up 시험을 수행하여 장기성능을 검증 중이다.

  • 최근 야외 방송 및 공연에 대한 수요가 많아지고 있다. 이에 따라, 외부의 비와 같은 환경에서는 설치된 스피커에 침수와 같은 손상을 입을 수 있고, 이로 인해 진동 및 소음이 발생할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 본 논문은 이동용 라우드 스피커(Loud Speaker)의 방수효과를 개선하기 위한 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 스피커의 성능 시험을 위해 MDF(Medium Density Fiberboard)를 이용하여 인클로저(Enclosure)를 제작하였고, 방수효과비교 실험을 위해 3가지의 마감재 즉 일반 페인트(Paint), 시트지(Sheet Paper), FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastics)를 제안하였다.

  • This is a double Composite Waterproofing Method of Mastic Asphalt Film ad Sheet(MAS) on concrete structure and its working method. MAS is characterized as having excellent strength and adhesion to concrete. To make a good waterproofing system, it is needed the information on the performance tests. The designer should choose a material that can be applied in almost all conditions. During their service life, Underground spaces have been keeping to dry enough for habitable or utilitarian used. This method is of use for waterproofness in various spaces.

  • In this study, the performance of acrylate was evaluated by using acrylate composite waterproof sheet. Through this experiment, the waterproof sheet plays a primary role of waterproofing. When the water leakage occurs, the acrylate reacts with water and expands, and the performance of the self repairing of the damaged part is confirmed by temperature.
