The Wearing Sensation of Men and Women in Sports Wear with Waterproof and Water Vapor Permeable Fabrics (성인 남녀의 투습방수소재 스포츠 웨어의 소재별 착용감에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the performance and properties of sports wear that have the excellent wearing sensation and are in harmony with the functions of human bodies. With four kind(sample A, B, C, D) of materials which have different water vapor transmission, the physiological responses of human bodies and the changes of subjective sensations were studied through the actual aerobic sports program at $20^{\circ}C$, 60%R.H. The forehead temperature had the minimal variation among the local skin temperatures. The fabrics of low water vapor transmission demonstrated high breast temperature. There are significant differences among materials depending on the humidity in clothes(especially back and breast), which was about 6 % for breast and about 14 % for back. The order of loss in body weight was in the opposite direction to that of water vapor transmission for each material.

  • Based on eco-friendly advantages and the enhanced development in the chemical and physical characteristics, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) is widely used in producing precision parts in the automotive, medical, electronics, aeronautical and many other industries. In the current work, a thermoplastic-thermoset multi component injection molding (MCM) was developed for a waterproof automotive connector housing using PBT and LSR resins. Measurements of the rheological characteristics of PBT and LSR were made to improve the reliability of the numerical analysis for the multi component injection process. With the measured viscosity, pvT and curing data, numerical analysis of the multi cycle injection molding was conducted using simulation software (Sigma V5.0).

  • 지하구조물에 있어서 누수사고의 빈번한 발생 및 상습화 경향에도 불구하고 현재 국내에서 사용되고 있는 누수보수방법은 누수유형에 관계없이 일괄적으로 동일한 처리방식으로 보수하는 상황으로서 지하구조물 누수에 대하여 누수 유형별로 보수방법을 달리하는 적극적인 해결방안의 모색이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 지하구조물의 누수보수에 있어서 방수 그라우트재의 공학적 특성을 파악하고 현장상황에 적합한 방수그라우팅 기법을 수립하여 누수유형별로 적용한 사례를 중심으로 적용성을 고찰하였다. 방수그라우팅 적용사례를 분석한 결과 지하구조물의 누수방지를 위하여 누수상황 및 누수유형에 따라 주입재의 배합비를 적절히 변화시켜 주입재와 현장상황에 적합한 방수그라우팅 기법을 병행 적용하는 것이 확실한 방수효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 주입목표구간에 대해 단계적으로 수회로 나누어 순차적인 그라우팅과 가능한 한 저압, 소량, 장시간에 걸쳐 주입하는 것이 방수그라우팅 효과를 증대시킬 수 있는 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 현장 적용결과로부터 기존 방수이론의 영향요소에 추가하여 물시멘트비, 주입재의 입경, 주입시간 및 주입량, 혼화재 사용여부, 주입차수 등에 대한 다양한 영향요소의 검토가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study discusses the development of waterproofing layer jet-spray nozzle that forms a three-dimensional air cell. This nozzle has an air flow generation mechanism in the air groove of the attachment cell part located at the end of the injection nozzle. Since the air grooves also function as an air curtain, the airborne particles generated when the waterproof material is sprayed is effectively blocked. In the past, spraying of the waterproof material through the high pressure was possible, but this technology allows stable injection due to the static agitation method, and various problems caused by particle generation has been (damages to neighboring areas, economic loss, etc.) minimized.

  • This present paper mainly contains adhesion part disconnection type exposure composition waterproof method using embossing PVC sheet. The existing polymer resin coating and sheet waterproofing construction method have, however, some weak point such as being decrease life cycle of concrete with water leaking from materials be affected by crack and movement dash bond concrete through the whole-adhere construction. Above the reason, this paper has particular method increasing crack-defending performance from stress occurred concrete movement by part disconnection, adds maintain waterproofing performance subordinate sheet, that can be contributed a convenience of maintenance which is decreasing industrial waste and repair construction cycle through the part repair in case of leaking water.

  • The Floating Photovoltaic System was installed on the surface of water. There were some researches in this subject. But there was not many studies with experiment on a high waterproof Floating Photovoltaic modules. The aim of this study was to analyze the performance of the Floating Photovoltaic System. For this experiment, a high waterproof Floating Photovoltaic modules were designed and applied to the module capacity of 10 kW Tracking-Type structure. The experiment results indicated the performance of the daily production is 51.6 kW; the production capacity of Floating Photovoltaic System is expected to be 23% higher than that of the ground-mounted photovoltaic system.

  • Breathable waterproof PET fabrics were prepared by the UV coating of UV-curable polyurethaneacrylate(PUA) formulation mixed with polyethyleneglycol(PEG) as a water soluble pore former. The dispersed PEG in the UV-cured coating was extracted by warm water, which can generate individual circular pores uniformly distributed all over the coating instead of pore channels. Accordingly the moisture permeability of the microporously coated fabrics increased substantially with increasing PEG addition without significant reduction of hydrostatic pressure. Also the silicone diacrylate addition in the formulation was beneficial in increasing the hydrostatic pressure. The UV-based microporous coating can be an alternative to conventional thermal curing of solventborne polyurethane coating owing to the enhanced environment friendliness and energy saving.

  • Polyurethane (PU) was synthesized by one-shot process and the PU nanofiber was prepared by electrospinning. In this study, electrospun PU multi-membranes were prepared with various coating thickness ratio of base resin to top resin, where the base resin contains melamine curing agent and acid catalyst and the top resin contains water-repellent agent of fluoro-carbon compounds. The PU nanofiber multi-membranes were analyzed by field-emission scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimeter, breathability, tensile strenth, air permeability and water resistance. The results showed that the PU multi-membrane provided excellent waterproof and moisture permeability.
