일부지역 주민의 자동판독 심전도기에 의한 이상소견 연구 (Electrocardiographic Findings of a Community People by Computerized Device for Analysis)

  • In order to determine the prevalence rate and find out the sexual difference of abnormal electrocardiographic findings manifested by computerized EKG, which is equipped with auto-analyzing function, a total of 2,083 electrocardiograms that were taken from population over 20 years-old from October 1996 to February 1997 were studied according to their age, gender and blood pressure. 1. Using the electrocardiography with auto-analyzing function, 33 kinds of abnormal findings were manifested. The prevalence rate of abnormal findings was 52.8% in male and 43.7% in female. Among them, the most common finding was sinus brady-cardia found in 17.6% of male and 15.4% of female. Left ventricular hypertrophy by voltage criteria, minimal voltage of left ventricular hypertrophy, left axis deviation and atrial fibrillation were more common in male than in female statistically. Both of nospecific T wave and ST segment abnormality were more common in female than in male statistically. 2. Thirty-three kinds of abnormal findings were manifested. They revealed one abnormal finding alone or combined with some other ones making 128 kinds of abnormal finding. The most common abnormal finiding that manifested alone was right axis deviation (100%), then myocardial ischemia (95.7%) the next. The most common abnormal finding that complexed with other abnormal findings were left anterior fascicular block(percentage of single manifestation, 26.2%) and nonspecific T wave abnormality(percentage of single manifestation; 32.9%). Also, combination of sinus bradycardia and minimal voltage of left ventricular hypertrophy, and combination of sinus bradycardia and left ventricular hypertrophy were included in 25th sequences of abnormal findings. 3. The prevalence rate of abnormal electrocardiographic findings were higher in older group, hypertensive group, and the group of higher systolic or diastolic pressure in both sexes. 4. Abnormal findings that commonly manifested with sinus bradycardia were voltage criteria or minimal voltage of left ventricular hypertrophy(38.6%): sinus arrhythmia(10.5%): nonspecific T wave or ST segment abnormality(18.4%) and first degree AV block(7.2%) in descending order. 5. The most common site which manifested myocardial ischemia was posterior and inferior wall with equal percentage of 23.4%. And then anterior wall(19.1%), and antero-lateral wall and septum with equal percentage of 10.6% was noted in descending order.

  • 본 논문에서는 터치스크린 컨트롤러용 IC를 위한 저면적, 저전력, 고속 EEPROM 회로 설계기술을 제안하였다. 저면적 EEPROM 기술로는 SSTC (Side-wall Selective Transistor Cell) 셀을 제안하였고 EEPROM 코어회로에서 반복되는고전압 스위칭 회로를 최적화하였다. 저전력 기술은 디지털 Data Bus 감지 증폭기 회로를 제안하였다. 그리고 고속 EEPROM 기술로는 Distributed DB 방식이 적용되었으며, Dual Power Supply를 사용하여 EEPROM 셀과 고전압 스위칭 회로의 구동전압은 로직전압 VDD(=1.8V)보다 높은 전압인 VDDP(=3.3V)를 사용하였다. 설계된 128Kb EEPROMIP(Intellectual Property)의 레이아웃 면적은 $662.31{\mu}m{\times}1314.89{\mu}m$이다.

  • This paper proposes a real-time wall charge measurement circuit for three-electrode AC PDP. It includes a charge-compensation network, current-integrating capacitors, initializing switches, and an op-amp. With this equipment, we measure the wall charge variations for the effects of sustain voltage, sustain pulse width, sustain frequency, and neighboring cells.

  • We studied the dependence of the electrical characteristics of MgO protecting layer on temperature in an AC PDP cell. Careful measurements of the surface resistance of MgO were performed for the temperature range from room temperature to $100^{\circ}C$ with and without the VUV illumination. Experimental results show that the resistivity is affected by not only the temperature but also VUV irradiation. The measurement of wall charge distribution and the address discharge delay time as to the temperature show that the resistivity change of MgO may affect the wall voltage and consequently the discharge delay time.

  • The dielectric layers in AC plasma display panel(PDP) are essential to the discharge cell structure, because they protect metal electrodes from sputtering by positive ion bombarding in discharge plasma and form a sheath of wall charges which are essential to memory function of AC PDP. This layer should have high dielectric breakdown voltage, and also be transparent because the luminance of PDP is strongly correlated this layer. In this paper, we discussed the dielectric breakdown voltage and transparency of the dielectric layer under various conditions. As a result, on the $15\mum$ thickness, the minimum dielectric breakdown voltage was 435V and the transmission coefficient was about 80% after $570^{\circ}C$ firing process. It can be proposed that the resonable dielectric thickness in AC PDP is $15\mum$ because it has about 75V margin on the maximum applied voltage.

  • Influence of sustain pulse-width on electro-luminous efficiency is experimentally investigated for surface discharge of AC-PDP. It is found that the firing voltage is decreased as the pulse-width is increased from $2\;{\mu}s$ to $8\;{\mu}s$ with sweeping frequency range of 10 kHz to 50 kHz. It has been found that the optimal sustain pulse-width is in the range of $3{\sim}4\;{\mu}s$ under driving frequency range of 30 kHz and 50 kHz, based on observations of memory coefficient, wall charge, and wall voltage as well as luminous efficiency.

  • 본 논문에서는 SOI 기판 위에 새롭게 제안된 측면 채널과 나노 점을 갖는 나노 구조의 기억소자를 제작하였다. Top-silicon의 측면이 채널영역이 되고 나노 점이 이 채널 영역의 위에 반응성 이온 식각(RIE)에 의해 형성되는 구조를 가지는 이 소자는 측면 채널(edge channel)의 너비가 SOI기판의 열산화에 의해 얇아진 top-silicon의 두께에 의해 결정되고, 나노 점의 크기는 반응성 이온 식각(RIE) 및 전자선 직접 묘화에 의해 결정된다. 제작된 나노 구조 소자의 I/sub d/-V/sub d/, I/sub d/-V/sub g/ 특성 및 -20V에서 +14V까지의 게이트 전압 영역에서 문턱전압의 변화 범위가 약 1V정도 되는 기억소자의 특성을 얻었다.

The Characteristics of Electrocardiography Findings in Left Ventricular Remodeling Patterns of Hypertensive Patients

  • The exact diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) is very important in the treatment of hypertension. The purpose of our study is to determine the relationship between left ventricular remodeling patterns and electrocardiography (ECG) findings in hypertensive patients. We divided 137 patients into four groups according to left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and the relative wall thickness: normal, concentric remodeling, concentric hypertrophy, eccentric hypertrophy. LVH on the ECG was defined by three ECG criteria: Sokolow-Lyon voltage criteria, Cornell voltage criteria and Romhilt-Estes point score. LVH on the echocardiography was defined by LVMI. The prevalence of ECG LVH was increased in concentric hypertrophy and eccentric hypertrophy group. The QRS voltages by Sokolow-Lyon voltage criteria (r = 0.494, P = 0.002) and Cornell voltage criteria (r = 0.628, P < 0.001), and Romhilt-Estes point score (r = 0.689, P < 0.001) were positively correlated with LVMI. Also, the QRS voltages and point scores were significantly increased in the concentric hypertrophy and eccentric hypertrophy group with increased LVMI. The QRS voltage and Romhilt-Estes point scores were positively correlated with LVMI. The QRS voltages and Romhilt-Estes point scores were also increased in the left ventricular remodeling groups with increased LVMI.

교류형 플라즈마 디스플레이에서 단일 유지 파형을 가지는 기입 방전의 특성의 연구 (Study on Characteristics of Write Discharge with Single Sustain Waveform in AC Plasma Display Panel )

  • The characteristics of write discharge were investigated when the conventional driving method with the unipolar sustain voltages, and the single sustain driving method applying the bipolar sustain voltage were applied in an AC plasma display. In the case of having a single sustain waveform, the strength of the write discharge is weakened compared to the conventional driving method during the address period, because the wall charge inside the panel is more dissipated by the lower scanning voltage. In the driving method with a single sustain waveform, the bias voltage of the other electrodes was changed to improve the write discharge characteristics. As a result, the intensity of the discharge was enhanced by 32% and the delay time was shortened by 60 ㎲.

면방전 AC PDP에서 세폭소거 방식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Narrow Erase Method of Surface Discharge AC PDP)

  • 본 논문에서는 세폭소거 방식에 관한 연구를 하였으며, 종래에는 세폭소거 이후 전극에 벽전하가 쌓이지 않게 하기 위해 X전극과 Y전극의 전압 레벨을 같게 하여 벽전하를 소거한 반면, 본 논문에서는 세폭소거 이후 X전극과 Y전극의 전압 레벨을 다르게 하고 유지구간에서 스위치의 펄스 타이밍을 조절하여 약한 방전을 일으키게 한 뒤 벽전하를 소거하였다. 실험결과 종래의 방식은 Y_Reset 전압이 150V, 서스테인 전압이 180V일 때 어드레스 전압 마진이 31.3V로 가장 크게 나타났다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방식은 Y_Reset 전압이 100V, 서스테인 전압이 180V, 185V일 때, 어드레스 전압 마진이 38.3Y로 가장 크게 나타났다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방식으로 인하여 종래의 방식 보다 약 7V(22%)정도의 전압마진을 더 확보할 수가 있었다.
