고온초전도 박막선재용 Ni-$W_{xat.%}$ 및 (Ni-$W_{3at.%}$)-$CU_{xat.%}$ 이축배향 금속 기판들의 자기적 특성 (Magnetic Properties of Both Ni-W and (Ni-3%W)-Cu Textured Substrates for ReBCO Coated Conductor)

  • The magnetic properties of a series of both annealed and as-rolled Ni-$W_y$ alloy tapes with compositions y = 0, 1, 3, and 5 at.%, were studied. To compare with Ni-W alloys, the magnetic properties of a series of both annealed and as-rolled $[Ni_{97at.%}W_{3at.%}]_{100-x}Cu_x$ alloy tapes with compositions x = 0, 1, 3, 5 and 7 at.%, were studied, as well. Both the isothermal mass magnetization M(H) of a series of samples, such as both Ni-W and [Ni-W]-Cu alloy tapes, at different fixed temperatures and M(T) in fixed field, were measured using a PPMS-9 (Quantum Design). The degree of ferromagnetism of Ni-$W_y$ alloys have reduced as W-content y increases. Both the saturation magnetization $M_{sat}$ and Curie temperature $T_c$ decrease linearly with W-content y, and both $M_{sat}$ and $T_c$ go to zero at critical concentration of $y_c$ ~ 9.50 at.% W. The effect of Cu addition on both the saturation magnetization $M_sat$ and Curie temperature $T_c$ decrease linearly with Cu-content x in $[Ni_{97at.%}W_{3at.%}]_{100-x}Cu_x$ alloy tapes with compositions x = 0, 1, 3, 5, and 7 at.%. The results confirm that [Ni-W]-Cu alloy tapes can have much reduced ferromagnetism as Cu-content x increases.

토양수분의 과, 부족이 연초의 생장과 증발산량에 미치는 영향 (EFFECT OF SOIL mOISTURE CONDITiON ON THE GROWTH AND EVAPOTRANSPIRATION OF THE TOBACCO PLANT)

  • Growth response and evapotranspiration of tobacco as to each soil moisture condition treated with different height of ground water table such as 30cm, 100cm, 170cm, and 230cm were investigated. The results obtained were as follows; 1. Soil water potential in the rhizosphere (25cm depth from surface) treated with ground water table (G.W.T) of 230 cm was less than -6.5 bar at 60 days after transplanting. 2. Dry weight of leaves per plant was the highest in the pot treated with 100 cm G.W.T and was the lowest in the pot treated with 230 cm G.W.T.. Leaves/Stem ratio of dry weight was the lowest in the pot treated with 230 cm G.W.T. This would show that extension of leaves as compared with elongation of stem was suppressed. .3. In the roster stress condition of 230 cm G.W.T., extension of leaves was continued until the latter growth stage, Relative growth rate of leaf area per plant of the pot with 30 cm G.W.T. was the highest through all growth period after fixation of G.W.7., but owing to lower density of leaf, the dry weight of leaves per plant was less rather than that of the pot with 170 cm G.W.T. at 64 days after transplanting. 4. The highest evapotranspiration per plant per day was shown at the 45th day after transplanting in the pots with 30cm and 100cm G.W.T. and at 60 days in the pots with 170cm and 230cm G.W.T respectively. 5. In the soil moisture conditions with 30cm and 100cm G.W.T., evapotranspiration per plant per hour was much higher in the daytime that at night as well as in clear day than in rain-cloudy day owing to loner relative humidity , but in the water stress condition with 230 cm G.W.T., that was much lower. 6. Total evapotranspiration per plant during the whole growing period of 64 days was in order of 30cm > 100 cm > 170 cm > 230 cm G.W.T.. Total evapotranspiration for 34 days after fixation of G.W.T was much higher at night than in the daytime in case of water stress conditions i.e 170cm and 230cm G.W.T. but in normal condition of the pots with 30cm and 100cm G.W.T. that was much higher in the daytime than at night. 7. Leaf water potential of the 3rd and 6th leaf from top at 64 days after transplanting was in order of 100cm > 30 cm > 170cm > 230cm G.W.T. The reason why leaf water potential in the pot with 30cm was less than that in the pot with 100cm G.W.T. would be the abnormal turgidity with low density of cell substrates by the excess water absorption in the pot with 30cm G.W.T..

십이미관중탕(十二味寬中湯)의 노화(老化) 억제 효과에 대한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究) (Anti-aging Effects of Sipyimigwanjung-tang in Aged Rats)

  • 1. Objectives The purpose of this study is to prove the anti-aging effects of Sipyimigwanjung-tang. 2. Methods The SD rats used in this experiment were 6, 18 and 36 weeks old. A part of the 36weeks was grown to 52 and 68 weeks at labarotary. Each age group was again divided into three groups. These 15 groups consisted of 6 rats each. One group was given no treatment, another group was dosed 200 ${\mu}l$ of normal saline daily, and the last group was dosed 200 ${\mu}l$ of 1% Sipyimigwanjung-tang(SYG) and saline mixture. At the conclusion of the experiment, the age groups were relabelled accordingly(10w, 22w, 40w, 52w and 68w). After 4 weeks, the tissue of liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney and brain was biopsied in order to measure the SOD, GSH, MDA. 3. Results and Conclusions In liver, the activity of the SOD of 52w-SYG was significantly increased than that of 10w, 22w and 40w-SYG, the level of the GSH of 40w-SYG was significantly increased than that of the normal group, the activity of the catalase of 68w-SYG was significantly increased than that of the normal and control group, the level of the MDA of 52w-SYG and 68w-SYG was significantly decreased than that of the normal and control groups. In heart, the level of the GSH of 22w-SYG was significantly increased than that of the normal and control group. In spleen, the level of the GSH of 52w-SYG was significantly increased than that of the normal and control group. In lung, the level of the GSH of 52w-SYG was significantly increased than that of the normal group and the level of 68w-SYG was significantly increased than that of the normal and control group. In kidney, the level of the GSH of 10w-SYG was significantly increased than that of the normal group. In brain, the level of the GSH of 68w-SYG was significantly increased than that of the normal and control group. The SYG inhibited the histology degeneration of brain tissue. These results suggest that oral administration of SYG (Sipyimigwanjung-tang) decoction has anti-aging effects in aged rats.

열결(列缺).려구에 대한 용량별 He-Ne 레이저 침 조사(照射)가 고지방(高脂肪) 식이(食餌)로 유발된 고지혈증(高脂血症) 백서(白鼠)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Invasive Low Level Laser Acupuncture Therapy(LLLAT) depending on capacity at LU7+LR5 on the Hyperlipemia Rats Induced by High Fat Diet)

  • Objectives : This research was performed to investigate the effect of invasive low level laser acupuncture therapy(LLLAT) at Yolgyol+yogu(LU7+LR5) on weight gain, food intake, food efficiency, lipid metabolism and liver function in hyperlipemia rats. Methods : Experimental groups were divided into high fat diet cup(Control group), high fat diet and 15 mW/5 min LLLAT at LU7+LR5(15 mW/5 min group), 15 mW/10 min LLLAT at LU7+LR5(15 mW/10 min group), 30 mW/5 min LLLAT at LU7+LRS(30 mW/5 min group), 30 mW/10 min LLLAT at LU7+LR5(30 mW/10 min group). LLLAT was treated at the 15,30mW-5,10min once a 2day during 5 weeks. Results : Body weight was decreased significantly in 30 mW/s min group and 30 mW/10 min group compared with control group. Food intake was decreased significantly in 15 mW/5 min group and 15 mW/10 min group compared with control group. Food efficiency was decreased significantly in 30 mW/10 min group compared with control group. In the lipid metabolism, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol and free fatty acid were increased significantly in 15 mW/5 min group and 30 mW/10 min group compared with control group. LDL-cholesterol was increased in 30 mW/10 min group and phospholipids was decreased significantly in all experimental group compared with control group. triglyceride was not showed significant result in all experimental group. In the liver function, AST was not showed significant result in all experimental group, ALT and ALP were increased significantly in 30 mW/10 min group, ALP was decreased in 30 mW/5 min group compared with control group. Conclusions : LLLAT at LU7 and LR5 can manage hyperlipemia by controlling body weight, food intake, food efficiency ratio and lipid metabolism.

멀티플 에멀전(W/O/W) 시스템을 이용한 자외선차단성능(UVA/B)의 내수성과 보습효과 (Moisturizing Effect and Durability of Sun Protection Factor (UVA/B) Activity with Multiple Emulsion (W/O/W) System)

  • 본 연구는 멀티플 에멀젼(W/O/W) 시스템을 이용하여 개발한 자외선차단 제품의 자외선차단성능의 지속성과 보습효과에 관한 연구이다. 자외선차단용 화장품은 장시간의 외출, 등산, 레포츠 활동을 할 때 필수적으로 사용하는 제품으로 높은 자외선차단효과와 지속성이 요구되고 있다. 또한, 소비자들은 감성공학적인 측면에서 끈적이지 않으며, 내수성이 우수한 제품을 선호하고 있다. 친수성 (O/W타입) 자외선차단제품의 경우, 사용감은 우수하나, 땀이나, 물에 쉽게 지워지기 때문에 완벽한 자외선차단 효과를 기대할 수 없으며, 내수성이 우수한 친유형 (W/O타입) 제품의 경우, 내수성은 우수하나, 끈적임이 심하고, 보습효과가 낮다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 멀티플에멀젼(W/O/W)시스템의 퍼뮬레이션을 개발하여 친수성크림의 부드럽고 촉촉한 사용감을 부여하고 흡수 후에는 내수성이 우수한 W/O 제형으로 변화하여, 우수한 내수성과 자외선차단효과의 지속성을 가지는 고기능성 다중에멀젼의 자외선차단크림을 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 자외선차단크림에 사용된 성분으로 UV-B를 차단하는 원료 에칠헥실메톡시 신나메이트, 이소아밀-p-메톡시신나메이트, 에틸헥실살리실레이트, 옥토크릴렌을 사용하였으며, UV-A차단제로 부틸메톡시디벤조일메탄과 비스에칠헥실옥시페놀 메톡시페닐트리아진을 사용하였다. O/W형 크림의 자외선차단효과를 나타내는 SPF 수치가 34.1, W/O/W형 크림에서는 SPF 수치가 40.6으로, O/W형 크림보다는 19%정도 자외선 차단효과가 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 4시간 경과 후의 내수성시험에서는 O/W형 크림의 경우 자외선차단효과가 3.6정도로 30.5이상 하락하였으나, 다중에멀젼 시스템에서는 자외선차단효과가 32.7로, 7.9정도 하락하여 81%의 내수성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사용 30분 후의 보습효과는 친수성크림이 우수하였으나, 3시간 이후의 보습력은 멀티플에멀젼에서 더욱 높은 보습효과를 보였다.

Er:YAG 레이저를 이용한 법랑질과 상아질의 절삭율 연구 (Comparative Study of the Ablation Rates of Er: YAG Laser Irradiation on Dentin and Enamel)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 어븀 야그 레이저의 상아질과 법랑질에서의 절삭율을 조사하고 레이저 절삭후의 형성된 와동의 미세구조적 변화를 전통적인 핸드피스 드릴을 이용한 와동의 미세구조적 변화와 비교하기 위함이다. 사용된 어븀 야그 레이저는 20 Hz, 15 Hz의 주파수에서 200 mJ, 250 mJ, 300 mJ의 에너지 레벨로 나누어 조사하였다. 다음과 같은 결과가 얻어졌다. 1. 3 W-6 W의 에너지 세기로 조사한 상아질 그룹에서의 절삭율은 약 $1.103{\sim}2.639mm^3/sec$ 이었고 4.5 W$\sim$6 W의 에너지 세기에서는 유의한 절삭율의 차이가 없었다. 2. 3 W-6 W의 에너지 세기로 조사한 법랑질 그룹에서의 절삭율은 약 $0.413{\sim}0.969mm^3/sec$ 이었고 4 W$\sim$6 W의 에너지 세기에서는 유의한 절삭율의 차이가 없었다. 3. 전통적 고속핸드피스 드릴로 삭제된 와동을 주사전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과 도말층으로 덮인 비교적 편평한 표면을 보였다. 4. 레이저로 삭제된 상아질 와동을 주사전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과 도말층이 없으며 상아세관이 열려있는 것이 관찰되었다. 하지만 3 W 이상의 에너지 세기로 조사한 와동에서는 표면이 불규칙하며 파편들이 헐겁게 붙어있는 것이 관찰되었다. 5. 레이저로 삭제된 법랑질 와동을 주사전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과 심하게 파괴된 면이 6 W에서 보였으며 3 W의 에너지 세기에서는 용융된 구상물질이 관찰되었다. 하지만 4 W의 에너지 세기로 조사한 그룹에서는 깨끗하게 절삭된 면이 관찰되었다. 따라서 어븀야그 레이저를 이용하여 치아를 삭제할 때에 가장 효과적이며 열적 손상을 줄일 수 있는 에너지 세기는 상아질에서는 3 W, 법랑질에서는 4 W가 될 수 있을 것이다. 하지만 더 많은 연구와 추가적인 자료들이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

  • 질소와 산소를 주게원자로 가진 5,7-dichloro-8-quinolinol(Hdcq)와 8-배위하는 텅그스텐(IV)과 세륨(IV) 착물과 질소와 황을 주게원자로 가진 2-mercaptopyrimidine[Hmpd] 리간드와 8-배위 텅스텐(IV) 착물을 합성하였으며 두자리 리간드 5,7-dichloro-8-quinolinol(Hdcq)과 2-mercaptopyrimidine(Hmpd)을 포함하고 있는 새로운 계열의 혼합 리간드 8-배위 텅그스텐(IV) 착물들을 합성하여 TLC법으로 분리하였다. 각각의 화학종 $W(dcq)_4$, $W(dcq)_3(mpd)_1$, $W(dcq)_2(mpd)_2$, $W(dcq)_3$$W(mpd)_4$의 MLCT 최대 흡수파장은 700nm, 680nm, 625nm, 581, 그리고 571nm(${\varepsilon}\;max={\sim}>{\times}10^4$)로 낮은 에너지에서 나타나며 $Ce(dcq)_4$의 특성파장은 520nm(${\varepsilon}\;max={\sim}>{\times}10^4$)에서 나타났다. $^1H$-NMR로 배위된 위치의 proton의 화학적 이동값이 $W(dcq)_4$ [$H_2:8.88ppm$]; $W(dcq)_3(mpd)_1$ [$H_2:9.30$, $H_6:9.18ppm$]; $W(dcq)_2(mpd)_2$ [$H_2:9.72$, $H_6:8.95ppm$]; $W(dcq)_1(mpd)_3$ [$H_2:9.77$, $H_6:9.39ppm$]; $W(mpd)_4$ [$H_6:8.80ppm$]; $Ce(dcq)_4$ [$H_2:9.30ppm$]이었다. 이 착물들에 대한 광활성 착물로써의 특성을 알아보기 위하여 극성용매인 DMSO $90^{\circ}C$에서 반응속도론적 안정성을 UV-Vis. 분광법으로 조사하여 안정도의 순위는 $W(dcq)_3(mpd)_1;k_{obs.}=3.8{\times}10^{-6}$ > $W(mpd)_4;k_{obs.}=6.0{\times}10^{-6}$ > $W(dcq)_4;k_{obs.}=6.4{\times}10^{-6}$ > $W(dcq)_2(mpd)_2;k_{obs.}=7.0{\times}10^{-6}$ > $W(dcq)_1(mpd)_3;k_{obs.}=1.7{\times}10^{-5}$로 각기 16일, 10일, 9일, 8일, 그리고 4일까지 안정하였으며 구조적 특성으로 고찰하였다. Xylene과 DMSO $90^{\circ}C$에서 $W(mpd)_4$는 Xylene에서 $k_{obs.}=3.6{\times}10^{-6}$(16일), DMSO에서 $k_{obs.}=6.0{\times}10^{-6}$(10일)로 매우 안정하였다.
