This work take deeper analysis of Adaptive Moment Estimation (Adam) and Adam with Weight Decay (AdamW) implementation in real world text classification problem (DGA Malware Detection). AdamW is introduced by decoupling weight decay from L2 regularization and implemented as improved optimizer. This work introduces a novel implementation of AdamW variant as AdamW+ by further simplifying weight decay implementation in AdamW. DGA malware detection LSTM models results for Adam, AdamW and AdamW+ are evaluated on various DGA families/ groups as multiclass text classification. Proposed AdamW+ optimizer results has shown improvement in all standard performance metrics over Adam and AdamW. Analysis of outcome has shown that novel optimizer has outperformed both Adam and AdamW text classification based problems.
Purpose The aims of this study were to evaluate micro-tensile bond strength of composite resin bonded to dentin following high-speed rotary handpiece preparation or Er:YAG laser preparation with two different adhesive systems and to assess the influence of different Er:YAG laser energies on the micro-tensile bond strength. Materials and Methods In this study, 40 third morlars were used. Flat dentin specimans were obtained and randomly assigned to eight groups. Dentin surfaces were prepared with one of four cutting types: carbide bur, Er:YAG laser (2 W, 3 W and 4 W) and conditioned with two bonding systems, Scotchbond Multipurpose Plus (SM), Clearfil SE bond (SE) and composite resin-build ups were created. After storage for 24 hours, each specimen was serially sectioned perpendicular to the bonded surface to produce more than thirty slabs in each group. Micro-tensile bond strength test was performed at a crosshead speed of 1.0 mm/min. Micro-tensile bond strengths (${\mu}TBS$) were expressed as means$\pm$SD. Data were submitted to statistical analysis using two-way ANOVA, one-way ANOVA, Student-Newman-Keuls' multiple comparison test and t-test. Results and Conclusion 1. Regardless of bonding systems, the ${\mu}TBS$ according to cutting types were from highest to lowest : 3 W, 2 W, Bur, and 4 W. In addition, there was no significant difference between Bur and 4 W (p<0.001). 2. Regardless of cutting types, SM showed significantly higher ${\mu}TBS$ than SE (p<0.001). 3. Bonding to dentin conditioned with SM resulted in higher ${\mu}TBS$ for 3 W compared to Bur, 2 W, and 4 W. There was no significant difference between 2 W and Bur (p<0.001). 4. Bonding to dentin conditioned with SE resulted in higher ${\mu}TBS$ for 3 W compared to 2 W, 4 W, and Bur. Bur exhibited significant lower ${\mu}TBS$ than all other cutting types. There were no significant differences between 3 W, 2 W and between 4 W and Bur (p<0.001). 5. The ${\mu}TBS$ of laser cutting groups were shown in order from highest to lowest: 3 W, 2 W and 4 W in two bonding systems. There was no significant difference between 2 W and 3 W in SE (p<0.001). : The ${\mu}TBS$ of composite resin bonded dentin was significantly affected by interaction between the cutting type and bonding system. In the range of 2 W-3 W, cavity preparation of the Er:YAG laser seems to supply good adhesion of composite resin restoration no less than bur preparation. In particular, if you want to use the self-etching system, including Clearfil SE bond for the purpose of a simplification of the bonding procedures and prevention of adverse effects by excessive etching, an Er:YAG laser may offer better adhesion than a bur.
To develop a dry alcohol containing red ginseng extract, dry alcohols composed of ethanol, water, dextrin and sodium lauryl sulfate were prepared using spray dryer, and their ethanol contents and encapsulation efficiencies were determined. An optimal dry alcohol containing red ginseng extract was chosen and the feeling for its oral administration was evaluated. Dextrin at dextrin/water weight ratios below 1.6/l and ethanol at ethanol/water weight ratios below 1/1 remarkably Increased both the ethanol contents and encapsulation efficiencies of dry alcohols. However dextrin at dextrin/water weight ratios above 1.6/1 and ethanol at ethanol/water weight ratios above 1/1 slightly decreased the both parameters. It might be due to the low solubility of dextrin in ethanol and limited diffusion coefficient of ethanol to the dextrin shell. furthermore, 0.5% (w/w) sodium lauryl sulfate gave the maximum ethanol content of dry alcohol. The more increased amounts of red ginseng extract were added, the more increased amounts of ginsenoside Rb1 but the more decreased amounts of ethanol were encapsulated in dry alcohols. A dry alcohol containing red ginseng extract was prepared with dextrin/ethanol/water (1/1/1, w/w/w) mixed solution, in which 0.5% (w/w) sodium lauryl sulfate and 20% (w/w) red ginseng extract were dissolved. It contained the ethanol contents of31.17$\pm$ 1.33% (w/w) and ginsenoside Rbl of 243.0$\pm$7.0 $\mu$g/g. It gave the moderate taste of red ginseng extract at Its oral administration with or without water Thus, the dry alcohol containing red ginseng extract can be further developed as a more convenient dosage form for red ginseng extract.
A polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis was applied to detect and identify ten Weissella spp. frequently found in kimchi. The previously reported genus-specific primers designed from 16S rDNA sequences of Weissella spp. were adopted but PCR was performed at the increased annealing temperature by $4^{\circ}C$. The sizes of amplified PCR products and restricted fragments produced by AluI, MseI, and BceAI endonucleases were well correspond with the expected sizes. W. kandleri, W. koreensis, W. confusa, W. minor, W. viridescens, W. cibaria, and W. soli were distinguished by AluI and MseI and W. hellenica and W. paramesenteroides were identified by BceAI. W. thailandensis was distinguished when restriction pattern of other species was compared but identified by the single use of MspI.
The stabilities of O/W emulsions (lipophilic core material:lipophobic wall material=3:2, w/w) containing various kinds of emulsifiers were compared to determine the optimal conditions of the HLB (hydrophilic lipophilic balance) value, the concentration and composition of emulsifier, the ratio of core material to the wall material, and the concentration and composition of polymers in the wall material. The effect of different chemical types of emulsifiers and the influence of single vs. binary emulsifier systems were compared with 13 kinds of emulsifier HLB values of $0.6{\sim}16.7$ at the concentration of 0.50%(w/w). The emulsion system was stable (more than 99.0 of ESI value) when the HLB value of the emulsifier was more than 11.0 or less than 2.8 of emulsifier HLB value. But it was unstable (less than 40.0 of ESI value) at the HLB value of the emulsifier between 3.4 and 8.6. Especially, we could find out the emulsion containing the emulsifier of polyglycerol polyricinoleate (PGPR, HLB 0.6) became stable creamy state. And, the ESI value of binary emulsifier system containing 0.25%(w/w) of PGPR and 0.25%(w/w) of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate (PSML, HLB 16.7) was higher than that of any single emulsifier system at the concentration of 0.50%(w/w). The highest emulsion stability was obtained in the liquefied wall material composed of 0.25%(w/v) of waxy corn starch and 0.50%(w/v) of agar.
The sound /w/ has been traditionally regarded as an independent segment in Korean regardless of the phonological contexts in which it occurs. There have been, however, some questions regarding whether it is an independent phoneme in /CwV/ context (cf. Kang 2006). The present pilot study examined how Korean /w/ is realized in $/S^*wV/$ context by performing some perception tests. Our assumption was that if Korean /w/ is a part of the preceding complex consonant like $/C^w/$, it should be more or less uniformly articulated and perceived as such. If /w/ is an independent segment, it will be realized with speaker variability. Experiments I and II examined the identification rates as "labialized" of the spliced original stimuli of $/S^*-V/$ and $/S^{w*}-^wV/$, and the cross-spliced stimuli $/S^{w*}-V/$ and $/S^*-^wV/$. The results showed that round qualities of /w/ are perceived at significantly different temporal point with speaker and context variability. We therefore conclude that /w/ in $/S^*wV/$ context is an independent segment, not a part of the preceding segment. Full-scale examination of the production test in the future should be performed to verify the conclusion we suggested in this paper.

[ $W-15wt.\%$ ] Cu nanocomposite powders are fabricated by ball-milling and subsequent hydrogen-reduction. The compacted parts of $W-15wt.\%Cu$ nanocomposite powders were sintered at $1200^{\circ}C$ for 1 h with various heating rates of 5 and $20^{\circ}C/min$. The homogeneity of the sintered microstructures was evaluated through homogeneity index by the standard deviation of Victor's hardness test. The W-W contiguities were calculated by using Voronoi diagrams. The sintered microstructure with the heating rate of $20^{\circ}C/min$ was more homogeneous and had lower W-W contiguity than that of $5^{\circ}C/min$. The microstructural homogeneity was directly related to the W-W contiguity. Thermal conductivity of the sintered parts with the heating rate of $20^{\circ}C/min$ was higher than that with heating rate of $5^{\circ}C/min$. This phenomenon indicates that the thermal conductivity is affected by the W-W contiguity resulting from the homogeneity of the sintered microstructure.
This paper is purposed to develop DAQ H/W, S/W and DB which can be used in developing electrical fire alarm system or in analyzing electrical fire cause, by detecting and monitoring precursor signals which have high possibility leading to electrical fire on electrical distribution wires. In this paper, developed was DAQ H/W adopting the C8051FXXX CPU which can analyze the measurement signals of current and voltage in electrical distribution wires, other CPU was investigated in view of the best digital sampling rate on the basis of previous researches for electrical fire alarm system. Also, the S/W which can interface with DAQ H/W's communication protocol and can be applied for electrical fire causes analysis, are embodied by LabVIEW. The combined DAQ H/W and S/W could analyze efficiently normal as well as abnormal electrical signals such as RMS value, instantaneous value of current and voltage, frequency signals etc, on the electrical wires. Also, DB system was constructed for recording various analysis results for precursor signals including voltage and current signals. The results by simulator and experiment showed that the suggested scheme with DAQ H/W, S/W and DB in this paper has high usability.
A microbial cryoprotectant formulation using a W/O/W multiple emulsion system was developed. The psychrotolerant microorganism, B4, isolated from soil in South Korea, was observed by the drop freezing method, in which the microorganism sample inhibited ice nucleation activity. The antifreeze activity was eliminated when the microorganism sample was treated with protease, indicating that the antifreeze activity was due to the presence of antifreeze protein. The result of the l6S rDNA sequencing indicated the B4 strain was most closely related to a species of the genus Bacillus. Culture broth of B4 strain (Bacillus sp.) and rapeseed oil containing 1 % polyglycerine polyricinolate (PGPR) were used as core and wall material, respectively. The most stable W/O emulsion was prepared at a core/oil ratio of 1:2. The highest W/O/W emulsion stability was achieved when the primary emulsion to external aqueous phase containing 0.5% caster oil polyoxyethylene ether $(COG25^{TM})$ ratio was 1:1. Microcrystalline cellulose showed better W/O/W emulsion stability than other polymer types. The viability of cells in a W/O/W emulsion was higher than free cells during storage at $37^\circ{C}$. An acidic pH and UV exposure decreased the viability of free cells, but cells in W/O/W emulsion were more stable under these conditions.
Phase reactions at W /6H- SiC interfaces during heat treatments were investigated by X- Ray diffractometer and transmission electron microscopy. No detectable reactions were found after annealing at up to 900$0^{\circ}C$ whereas formation of $W_5Si_3$ and $W_2C$$0^{\circ}C$ This result is consistent with a previous report that the reactions between 3C-SiC and W occurs at llOOoe, and suggests that $W_5Si_3$ and $W_2C$ are the stable phases in this temperature range.
