This article presents the role of children's librarian in the age of information. Preparing the 21st century, there should have been to identify the humanities of health, independent, creative, and moral fact with educating children in future Korea. Children's library should service all the children to improve the information skill and technology, to creat a whole person with high order intellectual thinking skill for the consumer, the voter and the leader of the next generation. It has been identified that the children's librarian should playas a mediator of literacy and culture of children, a creating counselor of personality, a negotiator of recoginating all knowledge, and a leader of the information skill or communication skill in the children education at the 21st century.

최근 전자투표 시스템에 대한 투표자의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 영수증을 발급하는 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 전자투표 영수증은 투표자가 자신이 투표한 결과가 최종집계에 올바르게 반영되었음을 확인할 수 있어야 하며, 매표 방지 기능도 함께 가지고 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 연구되었던 기술 중에서 일반 용지 및 프린터를 이용하여 검증 가능한 영수증을 발급하는 전자투표 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

As many systems depend on electronics, concern for fault tolerance is growing rapidly in the safety critical system such as intelligent vehicle. In order to make system fault tolerant, there has been a body of research mainly from aerospace field including predictive hybrid redundancy by Lee. Although the predictive hybrid redundancy has the fault tolerant mechanism to satisfy the fault tolerant requirement of safety crucial system such as x-by-wire system, it suffers form the variability of prediction performance according to the input feature of system. As an alternative to the prediction method of predictive hybrid redundancy for robust fault tolerant, Kalman prediction has attracted some attention because of its well-known and often-used with its structure called Kalman hybrid redundancy. In addition, several numerical simulation results are given where the Kalman hybrid redundancy outperforms with predictive smoothing voter.

본 논문에서는 결함의 영향을 받지 않고 동작할 수 있는 AVTMR(All Voting Triple Modular Redundancy) 시스템을 개발하였으며, MILSPEC-217F에 기반을 둔 고장율을 계산하여 AVTMR과 SS(Single System) 시스템을 비교 및 평가하였다. 설계된 시스템은 MC68000을 기반으로 한 3중화된 다수결 보터(Triplicated Majority Voter)를 이용하여 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 시스템의 신뢰도(Reliability), 가용도(Avaliability), 유지보수도(Maintainability)를 마코브 모델(Markov model)로 평가하였으며, 또한 시스템의 MTTF(Mean Time to Failure)를 계산하여 시스템의 수명을 구하였고, 설계된 AVTMR 시스템이 SS(Single System)보다 전체 시스템 평가에서 우수한 특성을 가진다는 것을 시뮬레이션을 통해 알 수 있었다. 또한, AVTMR 시스템은 결함을 허용(Fault tolerant)하는 시스템 특성을 가지기 때문에, 인간의 생명과 관련된 철도 시스템, 선박 시스템이나 항공기 시스템에 적용될 수 있다.

We have designed an Internet voting system applicable for worldwide voting which is based on Ohkubo et. al,'s scheme[9] combined with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first trial to serve secure Internet voting system to the world. In our system, voter's privacy is guaranteed by using blind signature and mix-net, and robustness is provided through the threshold encryption scheme. By employing Java technology, we propose a way of typical implementation for internet voting system. Furthermore, PKI permits worldwide key distribution and achieve “one certificate/one vote” policy. Therefore, anyone can participate in the voting if he gets a certificate from Certificate Authority (CA). By the joint work between Korean and Japanese teams, the implementation aims to select MVPs in 2002 FIFA World Cup Korea-Japan$\^$TM/ in easy and friendly manner for any Internet user to participate and enjoy Internet voting.

This paper show serial communication method in order to design how to interface between fault tolerant systems with redundancy. Problem has been in the method that fault tolerant system had switched of serial data with common switching device. This problem degrade reliability in itself and total system which is interfaced with that serial communication system. So Arbitration module of serial communication which is suggested in this paper can improve the reliability using voter algorithm which fault is detected passively.

This paper describes a preliminary study on a modeling technique for control performance evaluation of asynchronous TMR(Triple Modular Redundancy) controller. Hybrid system modeling is applied to TMR controller performance evaluation and mixed logical dynamical system description is used to model the behavior of majority voter in the controller. Windup and bumpless transfer problems in redundancy controls are also mentioned.

본 논문에서는 결함의 영향을 받지 않고 동작할 수 있는 AVTMR(All Voting Triple Modular Redundancy) 시스템과 듀얼 듀플렉스(Dual-duplex) 시스템을 설계하고, 각 시스템의 평가를 통하여 RAMS(Reliability, Avaliability, Maintainability, Safety)를 비교하였다. ABTMR 시스템은 3중화된 보터(voter)를 사용하여 설계를 하였으며, 듀얼 듀플렉스 시스템은 비교기(comparator)를 이용하여 시스템을 설계하였다. 각 시스템은 버스 레벨로 데이터를 비교하도록 설계하였으며, 시스템 평가를 위해서 소자의 고장율은 MILSPEC-217F에 기반을 두고 RELEX6.0을 이용하였고, 마코브 모델(Markov model)을 이용하여 시스템의 RAMS를 평가하였다. 본 논문에서는 각 시스템을 MC68000을 기반으로 설계하여, 각각 시스템에 사용되는 비용 및 시스템이 어느 부분에서 선호될 수 있는가를 RAMS 및 MTTF(Mean Time To Failure)를 통하여 선택할 수 있는 기반을 제시하도록 나타내고 있다. 이러한 AVTMR이나 듀얼 듀플렉스 시스템(dual-duplex system)은 결함 허용 시스템(fault tolerant system)으로 인간의 생명과 직접적인 관련이 있는 고속철도 시스템이나 항공기 시스템에 적용될 수 있다.

이 논문에서는 전자선거 프로토콜 중에서 무기명 비밀투표 방식에서 요구되는 안전요구사항을 만족시킬수 있도록 RSA 공개키 암호 시스템과 내용 은닉서명 기법을 이용한 VIOT 프로토콜을 이용하여 투표자의 프라이버시를 제공하고 투표자나 선거위원의 부정행위를 탐지할 수 있는 송수신 부인봉쇄 기능을 갖는 새로운 전자선거 프로토콜을 제안하였다.

Main research question of this study is about whether gated community (GC) as private urban governance gets along with local public goods by locating near to them. We examine this question through testing the Tiebout hypothesis from case study of Seoul, capital city of South Korea, in which GCs are so common to test the assumption empirically. For this, we examine the meaning of GC in 3 Es viewpoints; conceptualize the framework of Tieboutian co-evolution of GC and local public goods by hedonic price modeling. As a result, possibilities are found that GCs are to be seen from different point of view, viz. co-evolutionary mechanism between private and public governance; GCs effectively capture and represent the demand of residents for local public goods through voting by their collective locational choice. It allows us different kind of approach to investigate APTs as a co-evolutionary form of private and public urban order rather than seeing them only as a tool of speculative investment, particularly in rapidly urbanizing countries like Korea.
