소매업의 소비자 자발적 성과에 대한 연구 (A Study about Consumer Voluntary Performance in Retailing)

  • One of the urgently-needed retail strategies is to lower the labor expenses of the store. For this purpose, more stores are developing new, fancy techniques to make consumers work for the stores without paying them. Examples include self-service system, consumer suggestion system and others. These are called customer voluntary performance. Intiated by Bettencourt(1997), customer voluntary performance(CVT) becomes an important concept in modern retailing. This paper applies three dimensions of CVP (loyalty, cooperation, participation) to the setting of Consumer Complaint Intentions(CCI). Similar to CVP, CCI has three dimensions in itself (voice, private, third party). The major focus of this empirical research is on finding the possible relationships between three dimensions of CVP and three dimensions of CCI. The results show that participation is positively related to the levels of consumer complaint intentions, whereas loyalty is negatively related to the levels of them. This implies that the weak tactic of CVP(loyalty) may reduce the levels of complaint, but strong one(participation) may not be so. More conceptual and empirrical studies are urgently needed.

  • Designing the User-Based Voluntary Service Recommendation Program proposed in this study was motivated by the fact that it is not easy for volunteers to find a place for their services. Even though there are many volunteer centers or organizations, volunteers often experience difficulty in where and how they should apply for their work as those places are not well promoted. Thus, this program has been designed by applying the mobile push services along with location technology. The authors plan to introduce the program to the public as an open source by implementing the program with both Android and Python - hoping that the program will be useful to the users and volunteer organizations.

웨딩산업종사자의 교환관계가 직무만족과 자발적 서비스 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Wedding Industry Employees Exchange Relationship on their Job Satisfaction and Voluntary Service Intentions)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 웨딩산업종사자의 교환관계에 따라 구성원의 직무만족에 어느 정도 영향을 미치게 되며 그 결과로 인해 고객에 대한 자발적 서비스 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구에 사용된 자료를 분석하기 위해 SPSS 21K, AMOS 20 통계패키지를 이용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 실증 분석결과 리더-구성원의 긍정적 교환관계(F1)는 종사자의 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설1을 검증한 결과 표준경로계수는 .334, 표준오차 .048, t-값 6.958, p<.01로 분석되어 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 팀(동료)-구성원의 긍정적 교환관계(F2)가 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설2를 분석한 결과 표준경로계수는 .318, 표준오차 .037, t-값 8.594, p<.01로 분석되어 직무 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고객-구성원의 긍정적 교환관계는 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설3을 분석한 결과 고객-구성원의 긍정적 교환관계(F3)요인에서 직무만족(F4)의 표준 경로계수는 .296, 표준오차 .061, t-값 4.852, p<.01로 분석되어 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구성원의 직무만족이 자발적 서비스 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설4를 검증한 결과 직무 만족(F4)요인으로부터 자발적 서비스 의도(F5)요인으로의 표준경로계수는 .673, 표준 오차 .056, t-값 12.017, p<.01로 분석되어 구성원의 직무만족은 자발적 서비스 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 조직의 효율적 운영관리를 통한 수익을 제고시키기 위해서는 조직의 리더는 구성원과 양질의 교환관계를 형성할 수 있도록 노력하며, 팀(동료)과 구성원들이 잘 지내고, 팀워크를 향상시킬 수 있도록 지원을 하며, 구성원들이 고객에 대한 친절한 응대와 높은 수준의 서비스 질을 향상시켜 나갈 수 있도록 유도해야 한다.

청소년의 자원봉사활동이 노인 인식에 미치는 영향 (The influences of Adolescent’s Volunteer Service Activity on Perception toward the Elderly)

  • The propose of this study was to investigate the influences of adolescent’s volunteer service activity on perception toward the elderly. The subjects of this study were 556 students who were selected at random from the second grade of high school in the city of Daegu. A questionnaire was used as survey method. Factor analysis and ANOVA were employed for data analysis and Scheffe test for post-hoc analysis. The main findings were as follow: First Adolescent’s perception toward the elderly was hardly different according to the adolescent’s overall volunteer service activity. The participation attitude, the whole participation time, and the voluntary participation time of the adolescent’s overall volunteer service activity had no effect on the adolescent’s perception toward the elderly. But adolescents who were high in the degree of the participation satisfaction with overall volunteer service activities had a more positive perception on social aspect of the elderly than those who were low in it. Second, adolescent’s who participated in volunteer service activities for the elderly showed a noticeable difference in their perception toward the elderly. adolescents who participated in volunteer service activities for the elderly, those who had a enthusiastic participation attitude over volunteer service activities for the elderly had a more positive perception of the family-relationship and social aspects of the elderly than those who had a passive participation attitude in it. Futhermore, adolescents who were high in the degree of the participation satisfaction over volunteer service activities for the elderly had a more positive perception of the family-relational and social aspect of the elderly that those who were low in it. Also adolescents, who spent a lot of time in whole and voluntary participation over volunteer service activities for the elderly, had a more positive perception of the social aspect of the elderly than those who spentless time.

일부 지역 대학생들의 의료봉사 프로그램 개발 (Development directions of voluntarism in University students)

  • 이 연구는 김천대학교 보건계열의 의료봉사 교과목의 운영과 보건복지 임상센터의 물적 인적자원의 효율을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하여 의료봉사를 체계적이며 예측가능하게 운영하는데 기여하고자 시도하였다. 이러한 연구결과로부터 얻은 결론은 아래와 같다. 1) 사회봉사 교과목의 운영은 1학점 이상을 교양필수 또는 전공필수로 2학년에 개설하여 학습과 봉사의 혼합 형태로 개설 운영하여야 한다. 2) 의료봉사 활동대상은 독거노인, 고아원 아동, 독거 장애인, 소년소녀가장, 양노원 노인 등이어야 한다. 3) 다양한 프로그램 개발과 봉사학생에 대한 인센티브 제공이 필요하며, 보건복지임상센터는 주 1회 지역소외 계층을 대상으로 운영하여야 한다.

호스피스 자원봉사활동의 실태 및 지원에 관한 연구 - 대전ㆍ충청권을 중심으로

  • This study was conducted to examine the present state, types of services, difficulties, education programs, motivation, satisfaction and attitude of hospice volunteers and also to suggest supporting programs for the volunteer. For these purposes, a questionnaire was distributed among the 200 hospice volunteers in ten hospice organizations in Daejeon and Chungcheong province. In this research, 85.5% of the respondents were women and most of them were housewives in their forties and fifties. The majority of hospice volunteers had an education background of more than high school. Christianity (94%) was the dominant religion of volunteers. Among the service area of the hospice, emotional caring, such as listening closely and establishing empathy were the most frequently done by the respondents and the next one was spiritual care. Hospice volunteers who had started with altruistic motivation show more dynamic activities in emotional, spiritual, physical caring and so on, than those with non-altruistic motivation. Most of the respondents expressed that they felt a hospice volunteer was valuable. However they had a hard time to overcome the sorrow coming from sharing empathy with the dying patients. Those who had started with altruistic motivation usually took part in two times per a week and had more positive attitude. Volunteers who had been working more than five years showed better attitude than those who had been working less than three years. The longer the voluntary services, the more positive attitude experienced by volunteers. Hospice volunteers encountered the most considerable difficulty with lack of background knowledge and their actual capability. Insufficiency of time was the next reason for the considerable difficulty of the hospice volunteer. On the other hand, those who served more than twice per week replied that lack of background knowledge and their capability were the least considerable difficulty. Insufficiency of time was the reason of difficulty for male volunteers, as well as for females under thirty and those in their forties and fifties respectively. Generally most of the hospice volunteers (70%) were satisfied with their services and they usually satisfied with physical caring, spiritual caring, hospice's family caring. The less difficulty in voluntary services, more satisfaction for the volunteers in the end. There is a positive correlation between a attitude of the hospice volunteer and frequency of voluntary services while the volunteers' difficulty affect negatively their attitude as well as the frequency of voluntary services. Most of the hospice volunteers want to have more education about basic skills, volunteer's attitude and role, spirituality, the way of attending on the hospice and so on. Most of them considered discussion and sharing different cases as the most effective method. They also wish to had more supporting programs for the hospice volunteers(in the order of their needs) such as regular events, newsletters, personal concern, social meetings among the volunteers, insurance and minimum expenses. Based on the study results, more programs should be run in order to activate the voluntary services regardless of their gender and education background. A continuous practical supporting policy and education programs are required in order to provide special education and training courses considering every field of voluntary services. Expanding the role of the volunteers allows them more opportunities to take part in voluntary services and th activate participation. It is necessary to establish a new hospice system as a part public medical system, which can not only facilitate the voluntary services for a hospice but also enhance professional hospice volunteers. Finally, experts are needed to operate the voluntary services effectively.

자발적 공유 경제 방식의 개인 콘텐츠 관리 및 공유 시스템 (Private Contents Management and Sharing Service with Voluntary Sharing Economy System)

  • These days, anyone can easily product and share their own content through a web service such as blogs and SNS. However, contents are being operated separately because of the space limitation in individual SNS. Therefore, it is hard to search contents efficiently in individual SNS. To solve this problem, this paper propose a "Private Contents Management and Sharing Service with Voluntary Sharing Economy System." The system is in part [Input], [Save] and it provides a way to collect the content that are scattered on the Internet based on the creation of personal index. It also proposes a more systematic content management and sharing by creating and updating the website standard index by introducing an index Coordinator concept. Furthermore in [Use] section, by providing a portion of the index as the primary search results, it avoid unclassified content list which was simply collected by users. In conclusion, unlike previous studies, this system will contribute to the acquisition and management of interspersed content and ultimately contribute to the shared activation by preventing secondary processing and unauthorized processing to the original article.

Customer Retention Model in the Medical Service Organization: Focusing on Specialized Hospital Services

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the theoretical basis for assessing the strategic increase in customer perception of service quality, justice, and relationship benefits. Especially in terms of increasing relationship commitment and customer loyalty in the medical service sector. Research design: Data were collected by questionnaires through specialized hospital services. Survey was conducted on patients who have been treated at a spine specialized hospital. Results: Research shows that service quality, justice, and relationship benefits have the greatest direct impact on relationship commitment, and relationship commitment has a strong direct impact on customer loyalty in the medical service organization. Conclusions: The effect of combination of core and voluntary service behavioral attributes such as service quality, justice and relationship benefits have the most positve impact on relationship commitment and customer loyalty. Administratively, this study contributes to understanding the role of service quality, justice, and relationship benefits in the medical service sector. The results showed that in order to induce service quality, justice and relationship benefits should be facilitated relationship commitment and customer loyalty enlarged.

지역사회 자발적 결사체의 신뢰형성 탐색 - 사회복지서비스 확대 시대의 과제 - (A Search on building process of Trust in voluntary association in the community - A Subject of Expanding of Social Welfare Services -)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지서비스 확대 시대의 과제를 배경으로 지역사회의 자발적 결사체에 대한 이해 및 활용방안에 대한 기초자료를 얻고자 하는 목적에서 진행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 지역사회의 자발적 결사체가 유지·강화되기 위해서는 사회적 자본의 주요 개념인 '신뢰' 가 주요하게 작용한다고 보고, 자발적 결사체에서 신뢰가 어떻게 형성되는가를 심층적으로 밝히고자 하였다. 따라서 연구방법은 근거이론의 방법론상 한계성을 보완한 수정근거이론을 사용하였으며, 조사연구는 4차에 걸쳐 진행되었고, 연구기간은 11개월이 소요되었다. 연구결과, 자발적 결사체의 신뢰형성 구조는 크게 '초기 신뢰형성 구조', '상호 신뢰발전 구조', '안정화된 신뢰 구조' 등으로 구성되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이들은 시간적·공간적으로 구조화 되었으며, 이들 구조 속에는 역할, 활동, 성과, 태도, 갈등, 그리고 외부환경 등이 기본속성으로 작용하고 있었다. 또한 이 속성들은 신뢰형성과정의 어느 장면에서나 발견되며, 결사체의 유지·발전 등에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 의의는 각종 지역복지활동과 관련하여 자발적 결사체에 대한 심층적인 이해와 그 활용 가능성을 높여주고 있다는 점이다.

청소년의 봉사활동 태도에 영향을 미치는 개인, 가족, 학교 특성 (Personal, Family, and School Factors associated with adolescents' attitude toward volunteer activities)

  • 이 연구는 청소년의 개인, 가족, 학교 특성에 따라 봉사활동 태도에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고 청소년의 봉사활동 태도에 영향을 미치는 개인, 가족, 학교 특성을 규명하고자 경남지역 중 고등학교 재학생 450명으로부터 설문조사한 자료를 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 봉사활동 태도는 개인 특성 중 성별, 종교, 학교 성적에 따라 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 청소년의 봉사활동 태도는 가족 특성 중 부모의 관심과 지지, 가족의 봉사활동 참여도에 따라 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 청소년의 봉사활동 태도는 학교 특성 중 교사의 관심과 지지에 따라 차이가 있었다. 넷째, 회귀분석 결과 청소년의 봉사활동 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 개인 특성 중에서 성별, 종교, 성적, 도덕성, 가족 특성 중에서 부모의 관심과 지지, 학교 특성 중에서 교사의 관심과 지지였다. 청소년의 봉사활동에 영향을 미치는 변수의 상대적 영향력은 부모의 관심과 지지, 도덕성, 성적, 성별, 교사의 관심과 지지, 종교의 순이었다. 이러한 결과는 청소년의 봉사활동 활성화를 위해 가족과 학교 등 청소년의 환경 체계가 관심을 갖고 청소년의 특성에 맞는 자원봉사 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.
