Microblog services are such new communication channels with some considerable potential to improve information sharing. The idea of sharing short messages using multiple access points seems to be appealing to people worldwide. Through the lens of flow and social identity, we explored factors that influence information sharing behaviors in microblog services. With an empirical study, we examined enjoyment and concentration(flow) and self-presentation(social identity) in microblog services like twitter can contribute to the user behaviors. Our aim was to gain insight into ways of creating an environment that facilitating voluntary sharing of information. Our findings suggested that enjoyment, concentration, and selfpresentation were crucial determinants of information sharing behaviors in microblog services. This study has important implications for academic researchers and practitioners who seek to understand why microblog service users share their information with other members in microblog services.

Volunteerism, as one type of citizen participation, can help local governments to cut down administrative expenditure and contribute to rasing of democratic consciousness in community. In this study, researchers examined the practical use of volunteerism in America. And discussed diverse incentives to voluntary service and rewards for volunteers. Local governments in Korea have suffered under lack of human resource and public finance. By positive introduction of volunteerism, they may obtain the desired results.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify key abilities needed to develop for student nurses. Methods: A methodological research design was used in this study. The abilities for student nurses were developed through literature review and educational objectives analysis of 60 nursing colleges in Korea. Results: Finally, the abilities required to develop for student nurses in higher education were 8 cluster of abilities and 19 abilities such as problem solving ability, relationship ability, professional ability, ability in information processing, globalization, voluntary service. Conclusion: To perceive and achieve abilities for student nurses in higher education has to be needed a systematic approach in setting objectives, to improve curriculum and to develop program and educational methods.

This study was intended to investigate specific plan to enhance the adolescents consumers' environment-friendly consumption behavior in their consumption. For this purpose, a questionnaire was conducted among middle and high school students. As a result, the following findings were obtained: The related items in the questionnaire were categorized into factors in an attempt to investigate consumers' environment-friendly consumption. Factor I was coded as active recycling and the use of refilled products and Factor Ⅱ was coded as the behavior of active savings. Adolescents consumers with more experiences in environmental activity showed the higher level of behavior of environment-friendly consumption, and female adolescents consumer did so than male adolescents consumer And adolescents consumers showed the higher level of practical behavior of environment-friendly consumption in case of data and document arrangement than in case of cleaning, and in case of voluntary social service than in case of only cleaning.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an elderly care volunteer program for nursing students and to evaluate its effects. Method: An elderly care volunteer program was developed and then used with 77 nursing students for 6 months. Before and after the program, students responded with a questionnaire on knowledge, attitude and behavior toward the elderly. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test, t-test, and Repeated measure ANOVA. Result: The elderly care volunteer program significantly improved knowledge toward elderly between the experimental and control groups but not in attitude and behavior toward elderly. Conclusion: This study shows that the elderly care volunteer program was an effective service-learning program to improve knowledge toward elderly for nursing students.

본 논문에서는 대학이 보유하고 있는 인적 물적 자원의 효율적인 관리와 지역사회 자원봉사활동 연계를 중심으로 지역사회에서의 대학의 역할과 자원봉사활동 강화 방안을 모색하고자 하는데 연구의 중점을 두었다. 먼저, 대학의 자원봉사활동을 지속적으로 발전시키기 위해서 다양한 정책개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 일상생활보조나 단순봉사활동 보다는 전문화된 자원봉사 프로그램이 필요하다. 셋째, 자원봉사 활동이 대학생들에게 반강제적으로 실시되는 측면도 있어, 자원봉사에 대한 인식 개선이 필요하다. 넷째, 대학생 자원봉사활동이 지역사회에서 지속적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 체계적인 자원봉사체제 확립이 이루어져야 한다.

This study was conducted to explore the relationship between the efficiency and its organizational determinants of tile Community Mental Health Centers(CMHCs). Data are obtained from 81 personnel of 27 CMHCs from Sept. to Oct. in 1999(19 in Kyunggi province, 7 in Seoul City and 1 in Chunchon, Kangwon province). Major findings of this study are as follows. 1. DEA is a mathematical programming technique that optimizes the relative efficiency ratio of inputs over outputs for each decision-making unit(DMU). It produces a summary scalar efficiency ratio for each DMU of CMHCs. It assessed multiple inputs and multiple outputs simultaneously, and compared to specific peer group of CMHCs. 2. Organizational determinants of DEA efficiency of CMHCs we proved as advertisement(＋), location of CMHCs(in public facility)(＋), area of facility(＋), period of operation(＋), job satisfaction(＋), clarity of work-role(vague), cohesion(－), rate of certified personnel(＋), number of referral(＋), and voluntary service time(－).

FSMA 24 규정을 고찰한 결과, 금융기관의 도산과 관련된 규정은 임의정리, 관리명령, 재산관리인, 임의청산, 법정청산, 파산, 채무부인의 금지 규정, 보험업자에 관한 보칙 등으로 구성되며, 각 절차에 따른 FSA의 권한과 책임이 명시되어 있다. 절차마다 약간의 차이는 있으나 전체적으로 FSA는 채권자와 동일한 지위에서 각 도산절차에 관한 법원 청구권, 각종 집회참석권, 청취권 등을 행사할 수 있다. 영국과 우리나라의 금융기관 도산과 관련된 규정의 차이점 및 시사점을 요약하면, 첫째, 영국은 FSA의 금융기관 도산 절차와 관련된 권한의 행사 주체가 FSA(Financial Services Authority)로 통일되어 있으나, 우리나라의 경우, 각 특별법에 따라 금융기관 정리 방법이 여러 기관으로 분산되어 있어서 관련절차의 행사 주체가 금융위원회, 금융감독원, 예금보험공사 등으로 혼재되어 나타난다. 이는 외환위기 이후 금융개혁의 조속한 시행을 위해 금융기관 정리와 관련된 입법활동을 서둘러 시행하면서 나타난 특징으로 볼 수 있다. 둘째, FSA는 금융기관 도산과 관련된 보험업종의 특성을 고려하여 계약유지에 관한 특별규정이 포함되었으나 우리나라는 규정상 업종별 차이 또는 금융 계약의 특징 등을 고려하지 않고 있어 향후 이에 대한 보완이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 G대학의 재학생들의 교양강좌의 하나로 타인에 대한 배려와 공동체 생활에 필요한 사회성 함양을 위한 봉사학습(재능기부) 교양교육 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 시도되었다. 개발된 교양강좌 교과목명은 "뷰티재능기부"로 명명하였으며, 교육내용은 준비, 개발, 보완개발 3단계에 거쳐 최종 개발이 완료되었으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 교과목 학습목표는 타인에 대한 배려와 공동체 생활에 필요한 사회성을 기르며, 나눔에 대한 인식을 함양하고, 피부미용학의 관점에서 봉사학습 연계 교육을 통해 인성을 갖춘 창의적 인재 양성으로 하였다. 주요 구성 내용은 재능기부에 대한 이해, 뷰티이론, 뷰티스킬로 이루어졌다. 학습자들의 평가는 학습자의 학습력을 상대적으로 평가하기보다는 교과안에서의 자기목적 달성이 이루어질 수 있도록 절대평가의 성격을 갖게 하고 Pass 또는 Fail로 평가하도록 설계하였다. 재능기부 수혜기관은 교육기관으로부터 근거리에 위치하면서 학습자가 도보이동이 가능하고, 수혜를 받을 수 있는 대상자 모집이 용이하며, 본 강좌의 취지를 이해하고 협조 가능한 기관으로 선정하였다.

스마트폰 대중화와 맞물려 소셜네트워크 서비스 이용이 일상화되자 기업은 제품홍보 및 브랜드 인지도 제고를 위해 여러 개의 소셜네트워크 서비스를 마케팅 채널로 활용하고 있다. 기업은 소셜네트워크 서비스 마케팅 초기부터 현재까지 사용자의 관심유도와 자발적 참여 증진을 위해 게임의 기능적 측면과 정서적 즐거움을 재현하는 '게이미피케이션(Gamification)' 요소를 사용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 소셜네트워크 서비스의 게이미피케이션 요소를 고찰하고 하나의 기업이 여러개의 소셜네트워크 서비스를 마케팅 채널로 활용할 때 나타나는 특징을 살펴보고자 했다. 우선 문헌연구를 통해 소셜네트워크 서비스와 게이미피케이션의 개념 및 특징을 고찰하였다. 다음으로 게이미피케이션 구성요소인 게임 기법과 역학, 재미유형을 정리하였다. 그리고 이론적 고찰에 근거하여 국내에서 가장 많이 사용하는 '카카오스토리', '밴드', '페이스북', '인스타그램' 4개의 소셜네트워크 서비스 중 3개 이상을 사용 중인 '코카콜라 코리아', '롯데마트', '캐논 코리아', '코오롱스포츠', '유니클로 코리아' 5개 기업의 게이미피케이션 마케팅 사례를 수집하여 게이미피케이션 마케팅 특징을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 소셜네트워크 서비스를 통한 게이미피케이션 마케팅 기획의 초석이 되길 바라며 게이미피케이션과 소셜네트워크 서비스 측면에서 가이드라인을 제안하였다.
