파일럿 비례압력제어밸브의 정특성 및 동특성에 관한 실험적 분석 (Experimental Analysis of the Static and Dynamic Characteristics for a Pilot Proportional Pressure Control Valve)

  • Because of the increasing demand on the high precision and high response of a machinery, proportional control valves are widely adopted at various application fields. This paper studies on the static and dynamic characteristics of a pilot proportional pressure control valve. An experimental apparatus including hydraulic pump, variable speed inverter, pressure and flow sensors and data aquisition system was set up. And various experiments such as P-Q-V curves, step responses due to input voltage and flow rate, hysteresis, frequency response of the proportional valve was carried out and the results are discussed.

  • Recently, Power Electronics system increase makes harmonics and low input power factor problem. In this paper present new analysis method of PWM Boost AC/DC Converter. This PWM AC/DC Converter is capability of unity power factor, control of DC side voltage level, generation, and near sinusoidal current in 3-phase line. The control of this type of converter is widely discussed. And this paper propose new phase convert function and analysis in steady state of system to obtain amplitude and phaser of switching function. This switching function is general solution and it can use in high power approach. And this control method show the clear meaning of control variable. This paper propose new analysis method of Boost AC/DC Converter of steady state and 3-phase 2KW experimental system show its validity.

  • It is not efficient and scarcely out of the question to use commercial expensive electron beam lithography system widely used for semiconductor fabrication process for the manufacturing application field of various devices in the small business scope. Then scanning electron microscope based electron beam machining system is maybe regarded as a powerful model can be used for it simply. To get a complete suite of thus proper system, column unit build up with electron beam gun head unit is necessarily required more than anything else to modify scanning electron microscope. In this study, various components included ceramic isolation plate and main body which are essentially constructed for electron beam gun head unit are designed and manufactured. And this electron beam gun head unit will be used for next connected study in the development step of scanning electron microscope based electron beam machining system.

  • This paper proposes the microprocessor-based step-up chopper system used for the battery charge from the photovoltaic arrays. The proposed scheme tracks the maximum power point by analyzing the voltage and power phasors which vary as the solar irradiation quantity. In this system, protection for the overcharge and overdischarge in also provided.

  • In some cases of grid connected system using photovoltaic modules, high voltage step up ratio is required. In this paper, non-isolated 2-stage cascaded boost converter with coupled inductor is proposed. Due to reduce the input current ripple and size of the inductor by using coupled inductor method, this topology is suitable for MIC(Module Integrated Converter). The operational characteristic of the proposed topology is verified through the theorical analysis, simulation and experimental waveform.

Improved KY Converter

  • In this paper, an improved KY converter is presented, which is constructed mainly by one charge pump capacitor and one central-tapped coupling inductor. Besides, a passive clamping snubber is added to this converter to improve the efficiency above half load. As compared to the KY converter, the voltage conversion ratio of the proposed converter is upgraded significantly. In this paper, the basic operating principles and mathematical deductions of the proposed converter are described, along with some experimental results provided to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed converter.

  • Recently, renewable energy sources are under the spotlight. due to the depletion of fossil fuels and environmental problem for the carbon dioxide. Among them, research on the Photovoltaic System using solar energy systems has been actively conducted. In this paper, we propose boosting the insulated DC/DC converter topologies Applied to soft-switching methods used in photovoltaic PCS. The proposed topology is of a type that combines a series of full-bridge converter and a boost converter, a full bridge converter and applying the insulation and soft switching system, the output voltage boost stage is carried out for the boost control. The proposed circuit validity was verified through the PSIM simulation and 5kW PV PCS Prototype and experiments.

  • In this study, low temperature sintering multilayer piezoelectric transformer for DC-DC converter were manufactured using (PbCaSr)Ti(MnSb)$O_3$ ceramics and thin their electrical properties were investigated according to the vanation of frequency and load resistance. The voltage step-up ratio of multilayer piezoelectric transformer showed the maximum value m the vicinity of 1.3MHz and increased according to the increase of load resistance. When the output impedance coincided with the load resistance, the piezoelectric transformer showed the temperature rise of about $21^{\circ}C$ under the output power of 6W.

  • This paper describes a three-phase converter with high power factor using a scheme of discontinuous current mode(DCM). The proposed system can replace the conventional diode bridge with step-up chopper which is used as a converter for adjustable speed drive. In this system, the current of reactor is zero at turn-on instance because of operation in DCM, while the switch turns off at the instance of maximum current. A soft-switching scheme with lossless snubber was proposed. Therefore, a zero-voltage switching at turn off can be achived by lossless snubber and zero-current switching at turn on can be obtained by operating under DCM. A theoretical analysis and computer simulations with PSpice were done to verify the operation of the proposed system. Also a prototype of hardware system was built and tested for verifying the feasibility of proposed system.

  • Electrical and mechanical properties of Pb(Mg, Te, Mn, Nb)O3-PZT ceramics are investigated as a function of CeO2 addition (0 to 0.3wt%), and the output characteristics of piezoelectric transformer are also presented. The grain size decreased and the shapes of particles were more uniform with the addition of CeO2. The coercive electric field(9500V/cm), mechanical quality factor (2500) and bend strength (1065kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$) were improved by addition of CeO2 0.2wt%. After repetition of a number of stress cycles, the degradation of k33 was not found in this sample. The voltage step-up ratio (Vdc/Vrms) of piezoelectric ceramic transformer (half wavevoltage doubler, load resistor 100M.ohm) was about 950 in a linear region, its value was relatively higher than other materials.
