  • LED(Light Emitting Diode) is used in various filed like a display because of low power consuming, long life span, high brightness, rapid response time and environmental-friendly characteristic. General fabrication method is combination blue light LED chip with yellow fluorescent substance. Because this way is suitable for industry field in terms of convenience, economic, efficiency. In white light LED packaging process, encapsulation process that is dispensing fluorescent substance with silicon to blue light LED chip is most important. So, in this paper we develop EHD pump system using voice coil motor and electrostatic pump for dispensing fluorescent substance. For these things we conduct basic test about liquid surface profiles by voltage and process time. Through this data we decide optimal process condition and verify the optimal condition using design of experiment method. And to confirm uniformity of the condition, we conduct repeat dispensing test.

  • This study was conducted to develop a dummy in an environment similar to the human body, to prepare a standard for evaluation and to present the process of the production in order to evaluate the performance of the robot that can detect the persons needing rescue in a confined space, who are difficult for fire-fighting officials to rescue in case of fire and disaster. As a result, a standard for evaluation was developed and standardized into four parts 'Normal,' 'Risk Stage 1,' 'Risk Stage 2' and 'Risk Stage 3'based on the number of breath cycles, carbon dioxide concentration, core temperature and criteria for hearing to recognize the voice. In addition, in order to produce a dummy, fever, breathing capacity and voice output function were compared and analyzed. This study has significance that it built up basic data of the method of producing the actual dummy, by presenting characteristics and controlling methods using the waterproof insulation heating coil for the function, solenoid valve for the consecutive output of breathing capacity and USB program sound board for voice output.

  • This paper presents a development of the control algorithm and Pick & Placer. The Pick & Placer provides a powerful multi-task system that includes both graphical and remote interface. Users can easily set up sorting parameters and record important data including wafer number, data, and operator information. This System sets up a dustproof device and massively machined components to provide an extremely stable sorting environment. Precise resolution and accuracy result from using machine vision, a pneumatic slide drive and close -looped positioning.

Robust Control via Peak Control of Sensitivity Function (민감도 함수의 최대치 제어를 통한 강인제어)

  • This article describes a robust control method by using peak control of a sensitivity function in the state-feedback control systems. This method apparently reduces the peak, and as a result makes closed loop systems more stable. The designed closed loop systems also make the response to an external step disturbance more fast with a lower undershoot. At the conclusion, it is verified that the proposed method enhances robust stability and robust performance to parametric uncertainties through $\mu$-plot.

  • This paper discusses the solution to the precise positioning control problem applied to a simple model of a dual stage or redundant positioner. The dual stage actuator presented here uses a VCM(Voice Coil Motor) as a coarse actuator and a piezoelectric actuator as a fine actuator. By adopting controllers with two-degree-of-freedom and by optimizing H$_{2}$ faster precise tracking can be realized. Experimental and numerical results are presented to demonstrate the control effects.

  • 카메라 없는 모바일 기기는 상상할 수 없을 만큼 스마트폰 카메라가 대중화되어 있다. 모바일 기기에는 카메라가 필수 요소이며, 특히 스마트폰에는 자동초점 카메라 모듈이 기본으로 장착되어 있다. 따라서 카메라모듈 시장은 더 이상의 논의가 무의미할 정도로 전망이 아주 밝다. (그림1)은 기본적인 카메라모듈의 구조로 국내 공급업체와 증권사의 자료를 참조하였다. 스마트폰에 카메라가 기본적으로 장착되어 있는 만큼 기술적으로나 사업적으로 많은 이슈가 있다. 본고에서는 중국 시장과 자동초점 카메라모듈에 적용되는 액추에이터의 일종인 VCM(Voice Coil Motor)의 특허 분석을 통해 스마트폰 카메라의 동향에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

  • This paper presents a design of macro-micro system for high-speed mounting of micro-chips. A macro motion device is driven by DC servomotor and ball screw mechanism. To obtain fast response, a micro motion device utilizes a precision elector magnetic actuator In order to reduce peak impact force, We evaluate the design parameters that have an effect on it. And a characteristic of response is simulated using PID controller in velocity and force control.
