  • Link-16 is a widely used TDL (Tactical Data Link) which uses TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access). Link-16 is a very low rate system, so it supports small size of data like tactical message and voice. However, there are related works to transmit situation awareness information like image due to the increasing interest about EBO(Effect-Based Operation), recently. Special TDMA scheduling is needed not static TDMA of Link-16 for image transmission because image data has much larger size than the existing tactical data. In this paper, we proposed Link-16K which enhances the Link-16 MAC. The proposed Link-16K is compatible with Link-16, and includes dynamic TDMA, new packing method, and an efficient retransmission scheme for image transmission effectively. We can see that image transmission delay is reduced and channel utilization is increased through simulation results of proposed idea.

  • Deficiency and excess pattern differentiation is unique characteristic of traditional oriental medicine on diagnosis and treatment. This differentiation is accomplished through pulse, tongue diagnosis and question examination, but most of these processes need to be objectified for efficacious treatment and traditional medicine development. In this study, we developed the deficiency and excess pattern questionnaire for objectification of question examination. The deficiency and excess pattern questionnaire was made out through The Traditional Oriental Medical Literature with Delphi Technique. Patients who visited oriental medical hospital filled out the questionnaire by themselves. Diagnosis of deficiency and excess pattern are conducted separately by oriental medical doctors with more than 5 years' clinical experience. Various physical condition factors were derived for the deficiency and excess pattern questionnaire. (Ordinary health degree, pain pattern, fatigue, weight change, sweating, uncomfortable awareness on chest and abdomen) Deficiency symptoms group acquired internal consistency, but excess symptoms group did not. (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ > 0.6) There were significant associations between doctor's diagnosis and deficiency and excess symptoms in 'ordinary heath degree', 'voice weakening', and 'chest distress' (p-value < 0.1) There were significant differences between deficiency and excess syndrome patients groups in deficiency questionnaire score but there were no significant differences between deficiency and excess syndrome patients groups in excess questionnaire score. We acquired the internal consistency and significant result of deficiency pattern questionnaire, but we can find out some difficulties in development of the excess pattern questionnaire. These difficulties are associated with insufficiency description of traditional literature and small number of patients diagnosed as excess pattern.

  • Sasang Constitutional Medicine is a traditional Korean medicine optimized for personalized medicine, and despite its effective clinical efficacy, the inaccuracy of constitutional diagnosis has been pointed out as a limitation. To improve the accuracy, a constitutional analysis algorithm based on quantitative data was developed. In this study, a constitutional analysis experience system applied with the algorithm was developed and repeatability was evaluated. The system analyzes the constitution of the experiencer by collecting front and side facial images, audio, and questionnaire and calculating the integrated constitution probability value. To evaluate the repeatability of the probability values of the system was performed five times each for three people, and the coefficient of variation was 4.778%, indicating that the repeatability was sufficient. The system could contribute to the promotion of the awareness of Sasang medicine.

  • Considering the increasing global burden of disease attributable to nutrition, the demand for national nutrition policies is growing stronger and stronger. The Republic of Korea is beginning to respond to this growing demand and there have been numerous recent achievements in the area of nutrition. The purpose of this paper is two fold. In the first part of the paper, an overview is provided about existing nutrition action in Korea. In the second part, information is elicited from Korean experts in the field of public health and nutrition. A structured questionnaire was sent directly to renowned Korean experts and was disseminated through the list serve of the Korean Nutrition Society. It asked about existing nutrition related policies, obstacles to nutrition policies in Korea, which professions are 'responsible' for the prevention of nutrition-related diseases and for example about existing nutrition programs within settings. Twenty-two questionnaires were returned. Based on the results, the following actions were considered crucial to develop and implement a nutrition policy in Korea: having a clear advocacy strategy for nutrition to raise awareness about the importance of nutrition, increase transparency of nutrition-related action and make the information easily accessible for all stakeholders, ensure the enforcement of regulations regarding misleading and incorrect food advertisements, strengthening the (public health) nutrition workforce, strengthen the settings-based approach and build and maintain partnerships, and last not least: educate and empower the citizens and ensure that healthy choices are 'easy choices'! Acknowledging the past and ongoing efforts in Korea, it is pivotal that the nutrition workforce grows stronger and the voice of nutritionists even louder, in order to promote and ensure the health and quality of life of the country's citizens. • is a movie about the frustration and the despair of young people in Korean society today. It is different from the previous Lee Chang-dong's film in that it provides the main character's perception and feelings about the world as the ultimate cause of the protagonist's actions. Lee Chang-dong's characters begin to change from . The main character of Burning goes one step further. He seems to believe that the main character's only weapon to overcome the logic and constraints of reality is obsessive and compulsive behaviors. Unlike previous movies, the character in Burning is a person who practices awareness and proves his character through action. I will analyze characters in to suggest the change of film form. Especially I will look at how the character's actions and the writer's own voice can meet and what results it bring about in this movie. It will lead to his changes in film form and an idea on the young people in Korean society today.

  • A chatbot is an interactive assistant that utilizes many communication modes: voice, images, video, or text. It is an artificial intelligence-based application that responds to users' needs or solves problems during user-friendly conversation. However, the current version of the chatbot is focused on understanding and performing tasks requested by the user; its ability to generate personalized conversation suitable for relationship-building is limited. Recognizing the need to build a relationship and making suitable conversation is more important for social chatbots who require social skills similar to those of problem-solving chatbots like the intelligent personal assistant. The purpose of this study is to propose a text analysis method that evaluates relationships between chatbots and users based on content input by the user and adapted to the communication situation, enabling the chatbot to conduct suitable conversations. To evaluate the performance of this method, we examined learning and verified the results using actual SNS conversation records. The results of the analysis will aid in implementation of the social chatbot, as this method yields excellent results even when the private profile information of the user is excluded for privacy reasons.

  • In this paper, a zero trust-based complex biometric authentication was proposed in a passwordless environment. The linkage of FIDO 2.0 (Fast IDENTITY Online) transaction authentication platforms was designed in conjunction with metaverse. In particular, it was applied with the location information of a smart terminal according to a geomagnetic sensor, an accelerator sensor, and biometric information for multi-factor authentication(MFA). At this time, a FIDO transaction authentication platform was presented for adaptive complex authentication with user's environment through complex authentication with secondary authentication based on situational awareness such as illuminance and temperature/humidity. As a result, it is possible to authenticate secondary users based on zero trust with behavior patterns such as fingerprint recognition, iris recognition, face recognition, and voice according to the environment. In addition, it is intended to check the linkage result of the FIDO platform for complex integrated authentication and improve the authentication accuracy of the linkage platform for transaction authentication using FIDO2.0.
