일반계와 실업계 고등학교 여학생의 직업관 비교 (Occupational Outlooks of Senior High School Female Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in individuals and family characteristics between general and vocational high school female students, and the impacts of the characteristics on the their occupational outlook. The number of 792 female students in 4 general and 5 vocational high schools in Chongju area were sampled during September 6-10, 1993. There are more differences in family characteristics rather than individual characteristics between two types of high school female students. Both family and individual characteristics influence the occupational outlooks of the respondents. Therefore, the types of school affect their occupational outlooks. Over 50% of vocational students want to have a junior college education.

  • 현재의 학업성취도 평가가 직업교육이 목적인 특성화고에 적절치 못하다는 현장의 요구를 수용하여 교육과학기술부(2012)는 2013년부터 특성화고 학생의 직업역량 강화를 위해 직업기초능력평가를 도입하기로 하였다. 이 평가의 결과는 인증서로 제공되어 취업 과정에 활용될 수 있게 된다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 특성화고 학생들의 기초학력을 신장시키고 나아가 이후 학생들이 직업 세계에 적응할 수 있도록 지원하는 수학학습 지원 자료를 개발하는 데 있다. 특성화고 학생들은 수학 기초학력 부족으로 직업기초능력평가에 어려움이 많을 것으로 보여, 이 학생들의 잠재력이 최대한 발휘될 수 있도록 효율적인 수학학습이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 초등학교에서 중학교 3학년까지 수학과 교육과정 지도 내용에서 이후 특성화고 학생들에게 요구되는 수리 활용 능력 학습 요소를 추출하였다. 이를 근거로 내용 영역별 단계 및 하위 레벨을 구성하고, 해당 학습 요소를 구성하여 내용 영역별 학습 요소를 체계화하여 직업기초능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 수리 활용 능력 향상을 위한 프로그램을 개발하였다.

직업계 고교생의 직업기초능력 잠재프로파일분석 (Latent Profile Analysis on Vocational Competency of Students in Vocational High Schools and Vocational Program of General High School)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 직업계 고교생의 직업기초능력평가를 기준으로 잠재프로파일 집단을 구분하고, 각 집단별 특성을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 2016년 대한상공회의소 직업기초능력평가에 참여한 86,814명의 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체 직업계 고교생의 직업기초능력 잠재프로파일은 4개 집단(일반인지-낮은적응형[39%], 인지적응일반형[30%], 직장적응추구형[11%], 하위인지-직장적응 위험형[20%])으로 구분되었다. 둘째, 고등학교 유형별 잠재프로파일 결과, 특성화고 고교생은 전체 직업계 고교생 프로파일 분석 패턴과 유사하였고, 마이스터고 고교생은 전반적으로 인지역량 수준이 높았으며, 일반고(종합고) 고교생들의 인지능력은 보통 이하로 나타났다. 셋째, 직업계 고교생의 직업기초능력 프로파일 집단은 국어, 영어, 수학, 문제해결 등 인지영역보다 직장적응 등 비인지적 측면에 의해 보다 명확하게 분류되었다. 넷째, 직장적응능력이 높은 잠재집단은 다른 집단에 비해 졸업 후 취업으로의 진로결정 수준이 높았다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 향후 직업계 고교생의 직업기초능력 향상을 위한 학업 및 진로지도 정책 방향과 시사점을 제안하였다.

  • This study was to propose a basic model of specialization in home economics for vocational high school development in JellaNamdo. The results were summarized as follows. First. based on the changes in economic environment into service industry and national educational policy and local vocational educational Policy, it may be good time to socially discuss special vocational high school in home economics in JellaNamdo in the light of meeting local students' demand. Secondly, considering local students' preference and the conditions of local economy and industry. Thirdly, the system for specialization in home economics of vacational high school may be suggested. The basic model was organized plans of system reformation by stages, a substantial plans, and academic or employment course development. System reformation plans was that the high school-concentrated district should be first selected by area and department and one high school should be selected as special high school in home economics. Then specific method should proceed school name, the measure to recruit students, specific method for reorganizing department. and curriculum. Finally, the annual plan to establish new department and to recruit students should be Prepared. Substantial plans were to actually forward such methods to reorganize system and to enhance the qualify of vocational high school education. the method for making substantial should be studied further It may include: the methods to ensure special teachers, training room, and facilities. the prospect and direction of career development, employment, or initiation, special research, and the application to educational environment. Employment courses were developed SOHO establishment in small capital and special store management. And academic courses was to enter a collage or university in conjunction with major departments.

진로체험 참여 고등학생의 간호사 이미지와 진로 정체감에 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing on Nurse's Image and Career Identity of High-school Students who Participated Job Experience)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted in order to examine the correlation between the image of nurse and career identity among high school students participating in a vocational experience program of a nursing department, to find influential factors, and ultimately, to improve the image of nurse and promote the establishment of career identity for the development of nursing career and to obtain strategic information for developing nursing departments' vocational experience programs. Methods: Data for this study were collected using a structured self-report questionnaire from 90 high school students participating in a vocational experience program executed at the Nursing Department of W University in G Province during the period from April 26 to July 19 in 2014. Results: According to the results of data analyses, factors influencing the image of nurse were career identity(${\beta}=0.339$, p=0.002) and satisfaction with the program(${\beta}=0.153$, p=0.043) in order of significance(F=9.51, p<0.001), and factors influencing career identity were the image of nurse(${\beta}=0.301$, p=0.002), satisfaction with the program(${\beta}=0.254$, p=0.010), and gender(${\beta}=0.231$, p=0.015) in order of significance(F=12.06, p<0.001). Conclusions: These results suggest that when high school students participating in a vocational experience program of a nursing department are satisfied with the program, the program is more effective in improving the image of nurse and promoting the establishment of career identity. Based on this study, further research is necessary to get strategic information for developing various vocational experience programs, to provide high school students with vocational experiences related to nursing through the programs, and to examine the effects of such programs.

모듈식 해양생산영어 교재 개발 연구 (Developing Vocational English Textbooks for Marine Developing High Schools)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop vocational English textbooks for vocational high school, especially marine production high school. Vocational English is intended to increase English proficiency in the area of specific industry or jobs. Based on the review of the literature, the study established developed vocational English textbooks for marine production high school based on the modular system. The developing process includes analysis for marine production job, marine production high school and current English textbook for marine production. Based on the analysis, this study developed English contents which marine production students utilize in not only school but also workplace. Also, this study suggests future research directions for effective development and use of the textbooks in the vocational high schools.

특성화고등학교 학생의 정서지능이 학교적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on School Adjustment of Specialized Vocational High School Students)

  • 이 연구에서는 특성화고등학교 학생들의 정서지능이 학교적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써, 학생들의 학교적응을 높이는 효과적인 전략에 대한 연구 및 적용하는데 도움을 주는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 학생의 일반적 특성을 포함, 정서지능 측정 도구(40문항)와 학교적응 측정 도구(20문항)로 구성된 설문지를 통해 전국 5개 권역 18개교 공업계열 특성화고등학교 학생 760명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서지능이 높은 학생이 낮은 학생에 비해 학교적응 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 학교적응의 모든 하위요인에서도 정서지능이 높은 학생이 더 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 학교적응에 대한 정서지능의 설명력은 33.6%로 나타났다. 이는 학생들의 정서지능이 높을수록 학교적응도 높은 것을 나타내므로, 정서지능이 특성화고등학생들의 학교적응을 높일 수 있는 하나의 대안이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 정서지능은 학교적응의 하위요인 중 교우관계에 가장 큰 설명력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정서지능이 높은 학생들은 낮은 학생들에 비해 교우관계가 상대적으로 좋다고 볼 수 있으며, 교우관계가 좋을수록 자기효능감, 수업몰입, 회복탄력성 등이 높기 때문에 학교적응 또한 높은 것임을 알 수 있다.

대학수학능력시험의 직업탐구영역에 대한 수산·해운계열 전문교과 문항 분석 (An Analysis on the Questions of the Fisheries and Shipping Subject of Vocational Search Field)

  • Recently, many more fisheries and shipping high school students have entered college than those of the past. But, this trend could be attributed to the easy and various forms of selection for college admission. Thus the examinations of the college scholastic ability 2005 have added to the vocational search ability including verbal ability, mathematic ability, foreign language ability and inquiry ability. The vocational search ability in fisheries and shipping field is concluded the general fisheries science, general maritime science, general marine science and fisheries and shipping information management. This study analyzed the questions of the fisheries and shipping subject of vocational search field with high school 2nd students on October 2003. In result, this study identified some needed basic scholastic ability for fisheries and shipping high school students.

상업계 고등학교 수학교과서의 재구성이 학습자에게 미치는 영향 (Effects of Reorganizing a Textbook on Mathematics Education in a Vocational High School)

  • Many questions have been raised about mathematical education in vocational high schools. In this study, we have reorganized a typical mathematics textbook used in vocational high schools to check if this reorganization could be effective in students' learning. We also examined students'feeling about this. Contrary to our expectations, we could not find any noticeable differences in students' achievement. But we found that students with a high grade tend to major in mathematics- related subjects.

고등학생의 부정적 식이습관과 관련요인 (The Association of Unhealthy Eating Habit with Students of High Schools in Seoul)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the relation of the unhealthy eating habit of high school students in Seoul with their school types. Methods: In cross-sectional study, secondary data was used, representative sample of 7,284 subjects, high school students in Seoul. Consumption rates of Ramyun, Fast-food, and a breakfast-skipping rate were compared by the gender, grade, and school type. Descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$ analysis, correlation, and multiple logistic regression were used for data analysis. Results: The odds ratios (OR) of associated factors on the breakfast-skipping were 1.25 times higher in the 11th grade, 1.26 times in the 12th grade (reference: 10th grade), 1.21 times in school for both gender (reference: only male gender), 2.63 times in the general high school, 4.82 times in the vocational (reference: the autonomous private). The odds ratios (OR) of associated factors on frequent Ramyun intake were 2.10 times in male, 1.79 times in both gender (reference: only male gender), 2.01 times in the general high school, vocational 5.26 times (reference: the autonomous private). The odds ratios (OR) of associated factors on frequent Fast-food intake were 1.89 times in school for both gender (reference: only male gender), 3.93 times in the vocational high school (reference: the autonomous private). Conclusion: Students of the vocational high school than those of the autonomous private had more and more the breakfast-skipping rate, and had more consumption rates of Ramyun and Fast-food. Therefore, in order to improve these problems, intervention for students, diversified school health policy as well as health education to right food intake consumption are needed.
