Globalization of consumption, expansion of cross border e-trade, increase use of internet and mobile have led to rapid growth of world e-commerce particularly in Asia and emerging markets. Impacted by Korean wave, online export is continuously increasing, yet Korea is experiencing severe e-commerce trade imbalance. Export growth rate and ratio of Korean small companies are relatively low from OECD member countries. Therefore, Korean government is currently emphasizing on vitalization of online export to China to resolve trade imbalance and to increase export of small companies. To propose detail measures to vitalize online export to China, this study is focused on export customs clearance procedure of Korea and import customs clearance procedure of China in view of online export company. Also suggested countermeasure plan and analysis for the new tax revision plan related to e-commerce which implemented on April 8th 2016. This study have grouped countermeasure plan by short term plan of firms and long term plan of the government. As for the short-term countermeasure plan for firms, first, comparison analysis of tax rate on products is need to decide type of e-commerce strategy; second, if planning to start e-commerce business to China, sales possibility and certification check is necessary; third, through preparation of customs clearance document is needed; last in order to obtain price competitiveness, new logistics strategy and packing development is required. As for the long-term countermeasure plan for the government, I have suggested cooperated bonded logistics service for small businesses and operation plan of show room for promising Korean products.

The major goal of this study is drawing design plan factors considering residents' life cycle and life style when remodeling design is needed. By drawing such design factors, the study will propose an alternative remodeling design plan. Such design method was defined as Multi-Dimensional module design method. And constructing data-system based on Multi-Dimensional module was secondary goal in this study. The details are as follows: Based on analysis of Residents' demand for remodeling and features of emotion-design applied to remodeling, the system which is suitable for application in remodeling design method was conducted. Based on the type of construction materials, the level value was set up according to emotion-factor application. Also, by conducting coding operation according to the distinction of construction materials, this study seeks the unit drawing method of information for constructing emotion-information system.

공공도서관이 지역사회에 대한 정보를 수집하고 제공해야 하는 것은 지역사회 기반시설로서 매우 중요한 업무 중의 하나이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 공공도서관의 지역정보서비스 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 공공도서관 및 이용자 대상 공공도서관 지역정보서비스에 대한 이용자 인식 및 요구조사를 실시하였다. 이를 토대로 하여 공공도서관의 지역정보서비스 활성화 방안으로 지역정보 이용을 위한 접근점 다양화, 이용자 요구를 반영한 지역정보 콘텐츠 개발, 공공도서관 중심의 지역정보서비스 협의체 구성, 인식 개선 및 이용 활성화를 통한 지역정보서비스 홍보를 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to detect the factors which have an effect on transformation level and performance and to provide the ways of successful transformation and vitalization from OEM to ODM. This study was proceeded by an empirical analysis. A model and hypotheses were set up and they were verified through the empirical analysis. Those factors were divided into four, inner company factors, strategic factors, core competence factors and purchase determining factors. In the result of the model suitability analysis on the study model of relationship among 'influencing factors of ODM transformation - ODM transformation level-export performance', every factors, $X^2=912.067$, DF=261, p value=0.000, GFI=0.737, AGFI=0.620, NFI=0.786, IFI=0.837, CFI=0.834, Q value=3.495 were rather insufficient to be a good model, but they were good enough for the general analysis. Taking these accounts into consideration, this study suggests the following implications. First, making a plan and setting up strategies in advance are required. Second, financial plan has to be prepared. Third, trends in global markets have to be analyzed. Fourth, companies have to focus on developing new materials and products through R&D. Fifth, quality competitiveness and quality control systems are required.

스마트 TV는 지상파방송 시청은 물론 인터넷에 연결되어 VOD, 게임, 영상통화, 애플리케이션 활용 등 컴퓨터 활용이 가능한 TV이다. 스마트 TV 사업을 수행하기 위해서는 콘텐츠, 플랫폼, 네트워크, 단말기 등이 모두 포함 되어야 한다. 만약 이중 한 가지라도 갖추어 지지 않으면 다른 사업자와 협력해야 한다. 따라서 스마트 TV 사업에 있어서 각각사업 주체들 간의 협력이 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 스마트 TV 시장, 정책, 활성화 전략 등에 대하여 살펴본다. 그리고 스마트 TV 활성화 방안인 1)클라우드 기반의 하드웨어 인프라 구축, 2)트래픽 증가를 수용하는 네트워크 고도화, 3)각 사업자들 간의 기술개발 공조, 4)다양한 스마트 TV 콘텐츠 제공, 5)N-스크린을 위한 UX/UI의 활용 등에 있어서 이해 당사자들의 공조, 증가할 네트웍크의 트래픽 추정, 소비자에게 실시간 스마트한 콘텐츠의 맞춤식 제공 등을 위하여 빅데이터 분석 방법론의 적용을 제안한다.

여성정책을 실질적으로 활성화시키기 위해서는 여성의 능력을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 여성복지 증진의 거점이 되는 여성회관의 활성화가 무엇보다 필요하다. 이를 위하여 여성회관의 문제점을 고찰하고, 경기도 여성회관의 역사, 기능, 운영 측면을 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 경기도 여성회관은 현재의 기능을 활용하여 성평등 의식을 확산시키고, 여성의 사회활동과 복지증진을 위해서 패러다임 관점에서 기능통합과 네트워크 구성이 필요하다. 둘째, 통합적인 커뮤니티센터 역할을 경기도 여성회관이 주도하기 위해서는 시·군 네트워크 활성화를 모색하여야 한다. 셋째, 여성 거버넌스 구축을 위해서 내·외적 자원의 개발과 지원이 필요하며 코디네이터의 역할 수행을 경기도 여성회관이 담당해야 할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 경기도 여성회관은 경기도 여성회관협의회와 긴밀한 소통을 통하여 지역 간 불균형을 해소하도록 노력하여야 한다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 경기도 여성회관이 나아가야 할 방안을 제언하였다.

Central government and local self-governing bodies are actively promoting bicycle-riding as a solution for transportation, environment, energy and health. They put lot of efforts in the practice of bicycle-related policies such as building bicycle-related infrastructure and creating task force team to improve the bicycle-related systems. However, there is no substantive improvement in the city rail operation agencies regarding the bicycle-related facilities and operation. The expansion of bicycle-related infrastructure in city rail stations is urgently required considering the increase in demands from the bicycle-riders for the facility and bicycle-related service improvement. Accordingly, this study suggests a bicycle-riding vitalization plan linking the city rail and bicycle by providing with a bicycle custody place in the city rail stations which will have comprehensive convenience facilities including the safe-keeping facility for bicycles.

This study is result of interview and investigation into three rural communities progressing Rural activity, and points to be considered before promoting policy 1) Resident participation taking a lot of time, need to sustainable education and chance of personal experience, as well as stage of working plan and performance must be a serious consideration about resident opinions. 2) Until placing operation and management on the right track, experts and administrators will be help aspects of software and finance. 3) It is necessary to periodically train rural activity experts, and educate business persons. 4) Through checking a process, each community improve, supplement, will work out the next support system.

Every ports is making great efforts to get competitiveness. It is progressing for the research on port model of new concept that connect port-related business to be developed from base running simple cargo processing to universal port that has economical efficiency and competitiveness, This research shows development way of Busan port that connect ship-repair industry which is port-related business. Development way is especially handled link between port and ship-repair industry field activation of high value-added ship as LNG etc.

Since 2000, S. Korea is building yachts through government supported localization, cooperation between industry and educational organizations, or partnerships with foreign firms but the yacht building has yet only accomplished trial manufactured ships and one-time production. Because of a lack of mass production, the industry assesses the domestic technical skills to an average 50~60% of developed countries and its market share is less than 1% in the world. In addition, domestic marine equipment is heavily depending on imports and the industry is experiencing shortage of technology and experts, small-sized companies, insufficient industry and educational organizations' cooperation networks, inadequate legislation and policies, deficient domestic market vitalization, and scarce international information. Thus, this study focuses on the alternative plans to strengthen competitiveness and to cope with problems in the southeast marine leisure equipment industry.
