The digital economic environment of next generation, which digital high-technology industry appears to be the economic center of the high degree of industry structure, is expected to be developed as the existing traditional industry is merged with high tech digital one. The developing system of contents policy for digital industry means the policy and vision, and strategic structure which get the mechanism of contents industry structure to work. The promotion organization of digital contents policy is requested to secure the framework of digital contents industry based on cluster, the infra framework of digital infra culture, the infra framework of industry-academic cooperation, and the overall digital contents based on motive policy for the vitality of the youth. The application of digital contents policy may lead to establish the framework of the growth for the every unit of industry with the cluster oriented system.

The total energy of fish movement and the maximum burst swimming speed were estimated and formulated in accordance with body length and water temperature for several species in fisheries by empirical methods and also by using published results. Under the assumption of swimming energy reserve of a fish at the initial rest state, the swimming endurance of fish with different body lengths, swimming speeds and angular velocity was calculated using the relevant equations under similar conditions in tank experiments as well as natural conditions in field. Relative swimming energy efficiency or the transition swimming speed between red and white muscle for energy consumption was represented as a trigonometric function of swimming speed ratio. Therefore, this model does closely approach the actual swimming abilities and their limits especially in relation to the fishing gear operation and allow for the greater vitality of the wild fish in the fields.

There is no easy answer to ensuring the world's rapid urban population growth is managed sustainably and in a manner that promotes economic growth, social cohesion, and health and wellbeing. However, densification of existing urban areas is increasingly recognised as an effective and socially responsible way for cities to accommodate growing populations and still operate as vital, vibrant spaces. The Future Spaces Foundation's Vital Cities: Transport Systems Scorecard explores how well-networked, safe and sustainable transport networks equip densifying cities to meet the needs of their rising and fast-changing populations. This paper uses data from the scorecard to examine the transport infrastructure and associated data networks of three large, rapidly densifying cities - Beijing, Mumbai and $S{\tilde{a}}o$ Paulo - and highlight the successful measures and policies implemented between them. It includes an in-depth explanation of the scorecard's methodology, and concludes with an appeal for people-focused transport design that values safety, urban vibrancy and individual wellbeing over corporate efficiency.

지역의 자연환경을 평가하기 위하여 식물개체의 평가수법을 검토하였다. 기존의 평가 시스템을 기초로 새로운 평가항목의 시안을 제시하였다. 평가항목은 대장(1979)과 오전과 중촌(1989)의 체계에 준하여 총 9항목으로 하였다. 이들 항목은 다시 질, 양, 기능, 활력도 등 네가지 다른 범주로 분류되었다 이들 평가방법은 지역의 환경평가에 즈음하여 공간계획을 증진하고 행정적 문제를 완화하는데 이용될 수 있다. 또 식물개체의 보전등급 설정에도 응용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study ws6 to find out women's informationized conditions and their life changes. The subjects of this research were 482 women living in large and small-medium sized cities. The data analysis used average, pearson's correlation, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression by SAS/PC. The major findings were as follows: 1. Women's level of informationized conditions is under median in computer using and information technology. The effect of informatization is over median about improving the ability, recognizing from family and neighbor, achieving the occupation. The change of individual and family is under median except educational stimulus, life vitality and educational effect on the family. 2. The effect of informatization was influenced by ability of using computer, necessity and purpose of informatization. The change of individual was influenced by ability of using computer, purpose and effect of informatization and also the change of family was influenced by handicapped reason in information education and the effect of informatization.

Method of diagnosis in oriental medicine, the unbalance of the physiological function of the five viscers and six bowels of the human body is determined from time immemorial with the condition of blood circulation which is performed through blood vessels by the vitality of the heart. In oriental medicine, treatment is largely attempted by adjusting this unbalance. The analysis of pulse wave, which mainly measures the changes in blood flows, is to evaluate the shapes of a pulse wave rather than the quantitative changes like rates and strength of the pulse. This paper presents the development of Hardware System and Pulse Diagnosis Algorithm for automatic diagnosis of the pulse wave. This system makes the precise diagnosis and the objective recording possible.

The major commercial ginsengs are Panax ginseng Meyer (Korean ginseng), P. quinquifolium L. (American ginseng), and P. notoginseng (Burk.) FH Chen (Notoginseng). P. ginseng is the most commonly used as an adaptogenic agent and has been shown to enhance physical performance, promote vitality, increase resistance to stress and aging, and have immunomodulatory activity. These ginsengs contain saponins, which can be classified as dammarane-type, ocotillol-type and oleanane-type oligoglycosides, and polysaccharides as main constituents. Dammarane ginsenosides are transformed into compounds such as the ginsenosides $Rg_3$, $Rg_5$, and $Rk_1$ by steaming and heating and are metabolized into metabolites such as compound K, ginsenoside $Rh_1$, proto- and panaxatriol by intestinal microflora. These metabolites are nonpolar, pharmacologically active and easily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. However, the activities metabolizing these constituents into bioactive compounds differ significantly among individuals because all individuals possess characteristic indigenous strains of intestinal bacteria. To overcome this difference, ginsengs fermented with enzymes or microbes have been developed.

This study is aimed to examine the relationship between calling and job engagement of social workers working at social welfare centers. To this end, the study conducted a self-administered survey of social workers working at social welfare centers in Gwangju Metropolitan City, analysing 154 questionnaires. It was found that the calling of social workers has a significant positive effect on their vitality, dedication and commitment. Based on these, this study discusses its implications and suggests policy implications that can enhance the calling of social workers so as to help them raise their job engagement levels.

Scythian Earrings in the Black Sea region had completely degenerated, stifled by motifs and shapes of Greek origin, retaining its representational realism and its full emotional vitality. The purpose of this study is to review and research the symbolic meaning and classifying the types of the Scythian Earrings style through the tombs bequests. The Scythian Earrings were divided into the styles according to the shape, Earring with Ends Shaped like animal's Heads, Boat-Shaped Earrings, Bird-Shaped Pendants earrings, Earrings with a Disc and a Pendant, Earrings Shaped like the Figures, Earring with the drop Pendant, Spiral Earrings. Earrings based on the boat shape enjoyed a long popularity among the Scythians. As that form became elaborated and combined with the disk-pendent, it reflected native rather than Asian or Hellenic tastes. Although Scythian earrings were produced based on the shapes of Greece earrings, they recreated these as Scythian unique style. In particular, the animal motive and the decoration have various changes. The exquisite earrings attest to the elegant taste and splendid wealth of the upper classes.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristic of street markets in land development district, Dae-gu(Sung-su, Yeoung-san and Si-gy Land development districts). The result of this study is as follows, Street markets are located between detached housing estates and cooperative housing estates. Street markets are classified as private road type, linear street type and mixed type, The influential area of street markets is extended form inside of detached housing estates to arterial road. The vitality of street markets is explained by the scale of dwelling area, road system and variety of function.
